Abstract
Der erfindungsgemäße Flachmeißel (1) hat eine Längsachse (7), einen Schaft (2) und einen blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt (5). Der Schaft (2) hat eine zu der Längsachse (7) senkrechte Schlagfläche (4). Der Arbeitsabschnitt (5) hat eine zu der Längsachse (7) quer stehende Schneidkante (3). Die Schneidkante (3) ist sattelförmig ausgebildet.
Description
Flachmeißel
GEBIET DER ERFINDUNG
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Flachmeißel zum Bearbeiten von mineralischen Materialien, insbesondere von stahlarmiertem Beton.
Ein Flachmeißel ist aus der US 2900178 A bekannt. Der Flachmeißel hat einen Schaft und einen blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt. Eine Schneidkante des Arbeitsabschnitts ist derart konvex-dachförmig ausgebildet, dass eine Spitze auf der Längsachse liegt. Das Design des Flachmeißels begünstigt eine hohe Abbauleistung, da eine eingebrachte Schlagleistung über die Spitze zentral entlang der Längsachse in den Untergrund eingeleitet wird. Der Flachmeißel ist jedoch weniger geeignet, um stahlarmierten Beton abzubauen.
OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Der erfindungsgemäße Flachmeißel hat eine Längsachse, einen Schaft und einen blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt. Der Schaft hat eine zu der Längsachse senkrechte Schlagfläche. Der Arbeitsabschnitt hat eine zu der Längsachse quer stehende Schneidkante. Die Schneidkante ist sattelförmig ausgebildet.
Die Schneidkante kann auf einer Stahlarmierung aufgesetzt werden, um diese zu trennen. Die sattelförmige Schneidkante verhindert ein Abrutschen der Schneidkante von der Stahlarmierung. Die sattelförmige Gestalt behält ihre konkave Gestalt auch bei einer fortschreitenden Abnutzung der Schneidkante.
Die sattelförmige Schneidkante hat vorzugsweise eine erste konkave Krümmung in einer von der Längsachse und Querachse aufgespannten ersten Ebene und eine zweite konkave Krümmung in einer zu der Längsachse parallelen und zu der Querachse senkrechten zweiten Ebene. Die erste konkave Krümmung und die zweite konkave Krümmung können längs der Querachse zusammenfallen.
Eine Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die sattelförmige Schneidkante symmetrisch zu der Längsachse angeordnet ist. Die erste Krümmung und die zweite Krümmung können auf der Längsachse liegen. Eine Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die sattelförmige Schneidkante längs der Querachse versetzt zu der Längsachse angeordnet ist. Die erste Krümmung und die zweite Krümmung können längs der Querachse versetzt zu der Längsachse angeordnet sein.
Eine Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Schneidkante eine Hauptschneide und eine sattelförmige Nebenschneide aufweist, wobei die sattelförmige Nebenschneide durch einen gegenüber der Hauptschneide längs der Längsachse versetzen Zahn an dem blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt gebildet ist.
Eine Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Schneidkante eine Hauptschneide und eine sattelförmige Nebenschneide aufweist, wobei die sattelförmige Nebenschneide durch eine gegenüber der Hauptschneide längs der Längsachse versetzte Aussparung in dem blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt gebildet ist.

AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMEN DER ERFINDUNG
Fig. 1 zeigt einen beispielhaften Flachmeißel 1. Der Anwender kann den Flachmeißel 1 mit einem Schaft 2 in einem Elektromeißel einsetzen. Eine Schneidkante 3 des Flachmeißels 1 wird gegen den Untergrund gedrückt. Das Schlagwerk des Elektromeißels übt Schläge auf eine Schlagfläche 4 an dem Schaft 2 aus. Die Stoßwelle des Schlags durchläuft den Schaft 2 und einen Arbeitsabschnitt 5 des Flachmeißels 1 und treibt die Schneidkante 3 in den Untergrund. Der Schaft 2 des beispielhaften Flachmeißels 1 ist prismatisch mit einem hexagonalen Querschnitt ausgebildet. Der Schaft 2 kann alternativ einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die Schlagfläche 4 bildet die freiliegende und von der Schneidkante 3 abgewandte Stirnfläche des Schafts 2. Die Schlagfläche 4 kann kalottenförmig ausgebildet sein.
Der beispielhafte Schaft 2 hat eine Nut 6, welche längs der Längsachse 7 geschlossen ist. Der Schaft 2 kann in einen Werkzeughalter des Elektromeißels eingesetzt werden. Ein Verriegelungskörper, z.B. eine Klinke oder eine Kugel, greifen in die Nut 6 ein und sichern den Flachmeißel 1 in dem Werkzeughalter. Der beispielhafte Schaft 2 hat einen ringförmigen Kragen 8, der radial über den Schaft 2 vorsteht. Andere Werkzeughalter verriegeln den Flachmeißel 1 mittels eines verschwenkbaren Bügels, welcher den Kragen 8 auf der Seite der Schneidkante 3 hintergreift. Der Schaft 2 kann sowohl die Nut 6 als auch den Kragen 8 oder nur eines der beiden Verriegelungsmittel aufweisen. Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 ist blattförmig ausgebildet. Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 liegt in einer Ebene E, welche die Längsachse 7 enthält. Die zu der Längsachse 7 senkrechte Achse in der Ebene E wird nachfolgend als Querachse 9 bezeichnet. Die Abmessungen des Arbeitsabschnitts in der Ebene E, sowohl die Abmessung (Länge) längs der Längsachse 7 als auch eine Abmessung (Breite) längs der Querachse 9, sind deutlich größer als die Abmessung entlang senkrecht zu der Ebene E verlaufenden Hochachse 10 (Dicke). Die Breite liegt vorzugsweise zwischen dem zwei-fachen und vier-fachen der Dicke.
Der beispielhafte Arbeitsabschnitt 5 hat zwei Längskanten 11 , welche parallel zu der Längsachse 7 verlaufen. Der Abstand zwischen den beiden Längskanten 11 definiert die Breite des Arbeitsabschnitts. Die Schneidkante 3 verbindet die beiden Längskanten 11. Die Schneidkante 3 liegt auf der Längsachse 7 und ist von der Schlagfläche 4 abgewandt. Die Schneidkante 3 verläuft vorzugsweise in der Ebene E.
Die Schneidkante 3 verläuft längs der Querachse 9, d.h. ist quer zu der Längsachse 7 orientiert. Die Schneidkante 3 ist sattelförmig. Die Schneidkante 3 hat entlang der Querrichtung 12 eine konkave Krümmung in der Längsachse 7 und eine konkave Krümmung in der Hochachse 10. Die konkave Krümmung in der Längsachse 7 bewirkt, dass die beiden Längskanten 11 in Schlagrichtung 13 über die Mitte der Schneidkante 3 in der Schlagrichtung 13 hinausstehen. Die konkave Krümmung in der Hochachse 10 bewirkt, dass der Flachmeißel 1 in der Mitte dünner als an den Längskanten 11 ist.
Bei dem beispielhaften Flachmeißel 1 nimmt eine (horizontale) Neigung 14 der Schneidkante 3 gegenüber der Querachse 9 von der Längsachse 7 zu den Längskanten 11 hin kontinuierlich zu (Fig. 2). Die maximale Neigung 14 liegt im Bereich zwischen 10 Grad und 30 Grad. Die zugehörigen (horizontalen) Krümmungsradii entlang des gekrümmten Bereichs sind moderat, z.B. größer als 10 cm. Die Schneidkante 3 weist keine Sprünge oder starke Einkerbungen in dem konkaven Bereich auf. Die Schneidkante 3 kann über ihre gesamte Breite konkav gekrümmt sein. Alternativ, insbesondere bei breiten Flachmeißeln 1 , ist ein Bereich um die Längsachse 7 konkav gekrümmt, die Randbereiche der Schneidkante verlaufen parallel zu der Querachse 9.
Eine oder beide der gegenüberliegenden Blattflächen 15 des Arbeitsabschnitts 5 sind konkav gewölbt (Fig. 3). Ein Abstand der Blattfläche 15 zu der Ebene E ist nahe der Längsachse 7 minimal und nimmt entlang der Querachse 9 zu. Die Dicke des Arbeitsabschnitts 5 nimmt von der Längsachse 7 ausgehend entlang der Querachse 9 zu. Die Dicke verringert sich vorzugsweise kontinuierlich in dem Bereich um die Längsachse 7. Eine (vertikale) maximale Neigung 16 der Blattfläche 15 gegenüber der Querachse 9 liegt im Bereich zwischen 10 Grad und 30 Grad. Der zugehörige (vertikale) Krümmungsradius an der Längsachse 7 liegt im Bereich zwischen 0,5 cm und 2 cm.
Die Längskanten 11 können durch längs der Längsachse 7 verlaufende Streben 17 gebildet sein. Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 hat zwischen den Streben 17 eine parallel zu der Längsachse 7 verlaufende Rinne 18. Die Dicke der Rinne 18 ist geringer als die Dicke der Streben 17. Die Blattfläche 15 ist entsprechend zwischen den Streben 17 konkav gewölbt. Der Übergang von den Streben 17 zu der Rinne 18 ist vorzugsweise glatt, d.h. ohne Sprünge. Die Streben 17 können bis zu der Schneidkante 3 verlaufen; die Rinne 18 kann bis zu der Schneidkante 3 verlaufen.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Flachmeißel 19. Der Flachmeißel 1 hat einen Schaft 2 wie der zuvor beschriebene Flachmeißel 1 , für eine Beschreibung wird entsprechend verwiesen. Der Flachmeißel 19 weist einen blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt 5 auf. Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 bildet eine konkave Schneidkante 3. Die Schneidkante 3 ist sattelförmig ausgebildet.
Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 hat genau zwei längs der Längsachse 7 verlaufende Streben 17. Zwischen den beiden Streben 17 verläuft parallel zu der Längsachse 7 eine Rinne 18. Die Blattfläche 15 zwischen den beiden Streben 17 ist längs der Querrichtung 12 durchgehend konkav gewölbt. Ein Abstand der Streben 17 zu der Längskante 11 ist etwa gleich dem Abstand der Streben 17 zu der Längsachse 7 oder Mitte des Arbeitsabschnitts 5. Das Verhältnis der Abstände liegt beispielsweise im Bereich zwischen 5:6 bis 6:5.
Ein weiterer Flachmeißel 20 (Fig. 5) ist in einem Längsschnitt in der Horizontalebene (Fig. 6) und einem Querschnitt in der Ebene Vll-Vll (Fig. 7) dargestellt. Der Flachmeißel 20 hat einen Schaft 2 der gleich oder analog dem Flachmeißel 1 ausgebildet ist. Der Flachmeißel 20 hat ferner einen blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt 21. Der Arbeitsabschnitt 5 hat zwei längs der Längsachse 7 verlaufenden Längskanten 11. Zwischen den beiden Längskanten 11 sind die gegenüberliegenden Blattflächen 15 aufgespannt. Die Dicke des Arbeitsabschnitts 21 ist deutlich geringer als die Breite und Länge des Arbeitsabschnitts 5, analog zu dem Arbeitsabschnitt 21 des Flachmeißels 1. Die Blattflächen 15 können eben oder gewölbt sein.
Der Flachmeißel 20 hat eine zweiteilige Schneidkante 22 aus einer Hauptschneide 23 und einer Nebenschneide 24. Die Hauptschneide 23 verläuft längs der Querachse 9. Vorzugsweise ist die Hauptschneide 23 symmetrisch zu der Längsachse 7 angeordnet. Bei der beispielhaften Ausführung ist die Hauptschneide 23 geradlinig und senkrecht zu der Längsachse 7 ausgebildet. Die Hauptschneide 23 kann analog der Schneidkante 3 konkav gekrümmt sein.
Die Nebenschneide 24 ist längs der Längsachse 7 versetzt zu der Hauptschneide 23 angeordnet. Die beispielhafte Nebenschneide 24 ist durch einen von der Längskante 11 in der Querachse 9 vorstehenden Zahn 25 gebildet. Die Nebenschneide 24 ist gegenüber der Querachse 9 um einen Neigungswinkel 26 geneigt. Die Neigung 14 kann gleich der maximalen Neigung 14 bei der ersten Ausführung sein. Die Nebenschneide 24 ist in Richtung zu der Längskante 11 entgegen der Schlagrichtung 13 geneigt. Die beispielhafte Nebenschneide 24 ist konkav gewölbt. Alternativ kann die Nebenschneide 24 geradlinig ausgebildet sein. Die Längskante 11 und die Nebenschneide 24 bilden einen konkaven Bereich aus, in welchem ein Armierungseisen eingehängt werden kann. Der Zahn 25 ist zu
der Längskante 11 hin verjüngt. Die Seitenflächen 27 des Zahns 25 sind um einen Neigungswinkel 28 gegenüber der horizontalen Ebene E geneigt.
Ein weiterer Flachmeißel 29 (Fig. 8) ist in einem Längsschnitt (Fig. 9) und einem Querschnitt in der Ebene Vlll-Vlll (Fig. 10) dargestellt. Der Flachmeißel 29 hat einen Schaft 2 und einen Arbeitsabschnitt 21 der gleich oder analog dem Flachmeißel 20 ausgebildet sind.
Der Flachmeißel 29 hat eine zweiteilige Schneidkante 30 aus einer Hauptschneide 31 und einer Nebenschneide 32. Die Hauptschneide 31 verläuft längs der Querachse 9. Vorzugsweise ist die Hauptschneide 31 symmetrisch zu der Längsachse 7 angeordnet. Bei der beispielhaften Ausführung ist die Hauptschneide 31 geradlinig und senkrecht zu der Längsachse 7 ausgebildet. Die Hauptschneide 31 kann analog der Schneidkante 3 konkav gekrümmt sein. Die Nebenschneide 32 ist längs der Längsachse 7 versetzt zu der Hauptschneide 31 angeordnet. Die beispielhafte Nebenschneide 32 ist durch eine Aussparung 33 in der Längskante 11 gebildet. Die Aussparung 33 entspricht in ihren (Hohl-) Abmessungen etwa dem Querschnitt eines typischen Armierungseisens. Die Aussparung 33 kann insbesondere Kreissegment-förmig ausgebildet sein. Der Krümmungsradius ist in der Größenordnung des Radius typischer Armierungseisen. Die Nebenschneide 32 ist durch die in Schlagrichtung 13 weisende Kante der Aussparung 33 gebildet. Die Nebenschneide 32 ist konkav, z.B. kreisförmig, gewölbt. Der gegenüber der Schlagrichtung 13 am weitesten zurückgesetzte Punkt der Schneidkante 3 liegt innerhalb der Aussparung 33, d.h. entlang der Querachse 9 gegenüber der Längskante 11 versetzt. Die Schneidkante 3 steigt von dem Punkt zu der Längskante 11 hin in Schlagrichtung 13 an. Die Nebenschneide 32 ist beginnend an der Längskante 11 entgegen der Schlagrichtung 13 um den Neigungswinkel 26 geneigt. Die Dicke der Nebenschneide 32 ändert sich entlang der Nebenschneide 32. Vorzugsweise ist die Dicke an dem weitesten zurückgesetzten Punkt am geringsten.
Claims
1 . Flachmeißel (1 ) zum Bearbeiten von mineralischen Materialien mit
einer Längsachse (7), einer zu der Längsachse (7) senkrechten Querachse (9), einem längs der Längsachse (7) angeordnetem Schaft (2), der eine zu der Längsachse
(7) senkrechte Schlagfläche (4) aufweist,
einem blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt (5), der eine längs der Querachse verlaufende Schneidkante (3) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schneidkante (3) sattelförmig ausgebildet ist.
2. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (3) eine erste konkave Krümmung in einer von der Längsachse (7) und Querachse (9) aufgespannten ersten Ebene (E) aufweist und die Schneidkante (3) eine zweite konkave Krümmung in einer zu der Längsachse (7) parallelen und zu der Querachse (9) senkrechten zweiten Ebene aufweist.
3. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste konkave Krümmung und die zweite konkave Krümmung längs der Querachse (9) zusammenfallen.
4. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sattelförmige Schneidkante (3) symmetrisch zu der Längsachse (7) angeordnet ist.
5. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Krümmung und die zweite Krümmung auf der Längsachse (7) liegen.
6. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sattelförmige Schneidkante (3) längs der Querachse (9) versetzt zu der Längsachse (7) angeordnet ist.
7. Flachmeißel (1 ) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Krümmung und die zweite Krümmung längs der Querachse (9) versetzt zu der Längsachse (7) angeordnet sind.
8. Flachmeißel (20) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (3) eine Hauptschneide (23) und eine sattelförmige Nebenschneide (24)
aufweist, wobei die sattelförmige Nebenschneide (24) durch einen gegenüber der Hauptschneide (23) längs der Längsachse (7) versetzen Zahn (25) an dem blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt (5) gebildet ist.
Flachmeißel (29) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (3) eine Hauptschneide (31 ) und eine sattelförmige Nebenschneide (32) aufweist, wobei die sattelförmige Nebenschneide (32) durch eine gegenüber der Hauptschneide (23) längs der Längsachse (7) versetzte Aussparung (33) in dem blattförmigen Arbeitsabschnitt (5) gebildet ist.
