Abstract

提供了一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液包含三甘醇、2‑(2‑羟基丙氧基)‑1‑丙醇或一缩二丙二醇中的任一种;或者上述三种中任两种组合物;或者上述三种组成的混合物。与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:能够避免目前以丙二醇和甘油为主体的电子烟雾化液产生的刺激,口干、甜腻等不良现象以及危害健康的问题;同时本发明提供的复合醇雾化液,具有低密度,亲水性、流动性好等优点,还可以匹配于非加热型的常温微网雾化器。

Description

一种复合醇电子烟雾化液 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,特别是涉及电子烟雾化液制备领域,属于一种复合醇电子烟雾化液。
背景技术
电子烟在模拟抽吸传统卷烟产出的烟气时,是通过盛放在烟弹里面的雾化液通过高温条件下雾化而成。目前,电子烟雾化液普遍采用丙二醇和甘油。甘油的沸点为290℃,电子烟的雾化温度300℃,超过甘油的沸点温度,甘油将会产生大量毒性气体,包括甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛、巴豆醛等危害性羰基化合物。其中丙烯醛属于高毒类物质,人体吸收之后,将会引起肺水肿和支气管上皮细胞的损伤。丙二醇的沸点188.2℃,在电子烟雾化时会形成丙酮和丙醛的风险,而这两种羰基化合物,均会造成肝损伤。
甘油是一种透明、易吸湿、粘稠的甜味液体,本身的这些特性,容易导致电子烟雾化液在吸食的过程中引起甜腻感、口干等不良影响;同时甘油和丙二醇在雾化过程中热解形成的一些刺激性气体,如甲醛,对喉咙、口腔黏膜等造成刺激,引起发生呛、咳的不良反应。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了能够避免目前以丙二醇和甘油为主体的电子烟雾化液产生的刺激,口干、甜腻等不良现象以及危害健康的问题;同时本发明提供的复合醇雾化液,具有低密度,亲水性、流动性好等优点,还可以匹配于非加热型的常温微网雾化器的一种复合醇电子烟雾化液。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明提供了一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液包含三甘醇、2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇或一缩二丙二醇中的任一种;或者上述三种中任两种组合物;或者上述三种组成的混合物。
优选的,该雾化液为40-55%w/v三甘醇、20%-35%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇和10%-25%w/v一缩二丙二醇组成。
为了改善口味,还可以添加1%-10%w/v植物提取物组成。
所述的植物提取物为薄荷提取物、绿茶提取物、中药提取物等各种水溶性有保健功效的植物提取物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能够避免目前以丙二醇和甘油为主体的电子烟雾化液产生的刺激,口干、甜腻等不良反应以及危害健康的问题;同时本发明提供的复合醇雾化液,具有低密度,亲水性、流动性好等优点,还可以匹配于非加热型的常温微网雾化器。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体事例对本说明进行实例解释说明。
实施例1、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为55%w/v三甘醇、20%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、15%w/v一缩二丙二醇组成。吸食感觉与传统卷烟基本一致,无甜腻感,口干、刺激等不良现象。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。
实施例2、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为50%w/v三甘醇、35%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、10%w/v一缩二丙二醇组成。吸食感觉与传统卷烟基本一致,无甜腻感,口干、刺激等不良现象。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。
实施例3、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为40%w/v三甘醇、25%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、25%w/v一缩二丙二醇组成。吸食感觉与传统卷烟基本一致,无甜腻感,口干、刺激等不良现象。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。
实施例4、在上述实例1、2、3的基础上添加5%w/v薄荷提取物
该雾化液具有清神明目、清爽口腔、克服疲劳的效果。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。匹配常温微网雾化器使用,具有更清爽,更接近薄荷的香气。
实施例5、在上述实例1、2、3的基础上添加5%w/v绿茶提取物
该雾化液具有香气丰富、口感舒适。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。匹配常温微网雾化器使用,具有更接近绿茶的香气。
实施例6、在上述实例1、2、3的基础上添加5%w/v三萜皂甙提取物
该雾化液具有降低三高的效果。该雾化液即可匹配高温电子烟使用,又可匹配常温微网雾化器使用。
实施例7、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为90%w/v三甘醇,5%w/v薄荷提取物组成。该雾化液口感比实例4稍差,吸食后稍有口干现象,但相比甘油和乙二醇为主的雾 化液,口干现象改善了很多。匹配常温微网雾化器使用,可以通过添加一定比例的水来完全改善口干现象。匹配常温微网雾化器使用,具有更接近薄荷的香气。
实施例8、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为45%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、35%w/v一缩二丙二醇,5%w/v薄荷提取物组成。该雾化液与实例4基本无差异,同样没有甜、口干、刺激不良现象。考虑到成本问题,我们会考虑三种混合。匹配常温微网雾化器使用,具有更接近薄荷的香气。
实施例9、在上述实施例6中,将复合醇的比例降低,增加水的比例。该雾化液为:15%w/v三甘醇、10%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、5%w/v一缩二丙二醇、50%w/v水、10%w/v三萜皂甙提取物组成。该雾化液只适用于常温微网雾化器使用,具有降低三高的保健效果。
实施例10、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为15%w/v三甘醇、10%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、5%w/v一缩二丙二醇、50%w/v水、10%w/v鱼腥草提取物组成。该雾化液只适用于常温微网雾化器使用,具有杀菌消炎,预防呼吸道感染的效果。
实施例11、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为15%w/v三甘醇、10%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、5%w/v一缩二丙二醇、50%w/v水、10%w/v板蓝根提取物组成。该雾化液只适用于常温微网雾化器使用,具有抑制流感病毒,预防感冒的效果。
实施例12、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为30%w/v三甘醇、50%w/v水、10%w/v板蓝根提取物组成。该雾化液只适用于常温微网雾化器使用,具有抑制流感病毒,预防感冒的效果。
实施例13、一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,该雾化液为22%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇、8%w/v一缩二丙二醇、50%w/v水、10%w/v板蓝根提取物组成。该雾化液只适用于常温微网雾化器使用,具有抑制流感病毒,预防感冒的效果。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,其特征在于该雾化液包含三甘醇、2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇或一缩二丙二醇中的任一种,或者上述三种中任两种组合物,或者上述三种组成的混合物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,其特征在于该雾化液为三甘醇、2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇和一缩二丙二醇组合物时:其组成百分比如下:
    40-55%w/v三甘醇、20%-35%w/v2-(2-羟基丙氧基)-1-丙醇和10%-25%w/v一缩二丙二醇组成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,其特征在于还包含有1%-10%w/v植物提取物。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种复合醇电子烟雾化液,其特征在于所述的植物提取物为薄荷提取物、绿茶提取物、中药提取物中的一种。
