Abstract
一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,包括摇晃平台、加热装置(4)、炒菜锅(5)、电机(6)、电控单元五个部分。摇晃平台由固定底座(1)和摇晃平板(3)两部分组成。固定底座(1)与摇晃平板(3)之间由四个直径相同呈矩形排列的偏心齿轮(2)连接,当四个偏心齿轮(2)在电机(6)驱动下同步旋转时,摇晃平板(3)与固定其上的炒菜锅(5)开始作非旋转的水平圆周摇晃运动,锅内的菜肴在惯性和锅边撞击力的作用下,在锅内翻转混合,实现搅拌效果。相比于现有炒菜机技术中的叶片搅拌和滚筒搅拌方式,该炒菜机提供了新的水平摇晃的搅拌方式。该炒菜机具有以下特点:方案简易、成本低廉、便于家用、开盖运行时水分散发快氧气接触多爆炒效果好、开盖运行时人工可中途参与、保留了传统炒菜的操作习惯和炒菜效果。
Description
本发明专利属于厨房电器设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种水平摇晃式炒菜机。
家庭炒菜多由人工完成,简单的翻炒动作,在亿万家庭中日复一日地重复,造成人力的巨大浪费,且炒菜产生的油烟也危害亿万司厨人员的健康。随着自动化技术的发展,多种多样的自动炒菜机已经走入人们的生活。现有的炒菜机,有些功能齐全可以完成上料、翻炒、出菜、洗锅等动作,但体积较大、造价较高。有些体积较小但以密闭式烹制形式工作,烹出的菜呈现水煮效果,无法实现炒菜的香脆效果。从搅拌方式看,目前大多采用搅拌棒形式或滚筒形式。
本发明提供了一种新的简单的炒菜机搅拌方式:将锅作非旋转的水平圆周摇晃,带动锅内菜肴混合翻转。
问题的解决方案
一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,包括设置在底座上的摇晃平板、电机、以及设置在摇晃平板上的加热装置、锅;电机、加热装置均通过导线与设置在底座一侧的电控箱连接;电控箱内置PLC;电控箱上部设置可设定数据的触摸面板;电机通过PLC控制启动停止及转速,控制摇晃时间及摇晃速度;加热装置通过PLC控制启动停止及火力,控制加热时间及加热温度;锅放置在所述的加热装置上。
摇晃平板与底座之间用四个直径相同呈矩形排列的偏心齿轮连接,偏心齿轮的下轴为中心轴,固定在底座的四个轴承中,偏心齿轮的上轴为偏心轴,固定在摇晃平板的四个轴承中,当电机驱动齿轮旋转时,摇晃平板与固定其上的锅作非旋转的水平圆周摇晃运动,锅内的菜肴在惯性和锅边撞击下混合翻转,实现搅拌效果。
加热装置为电磁炉等无明火灶具或天然气灶等明火灶具;当加热装置为电磁炉
等无明火灶具时,通过炉架放置于摇晃平板上方,锅通过锅座固定在加热装置上;当加热装置为天然气灶等明火灶具时,也可放置于摇晃平板下方底座中央空当,锅通过锅座直接固定在摇晃平板上。
发明的有益效果
为炒菜过程中的主要劳动量“翻炒搅拌”动作的机械化提供了新的更简易的方式。
可开盖运行,开盖运行时便于水分蒸发及菜与空气的充分接触,实现爆炒的香脆效果。
仅让传统的灶和锅整体摇晃起来,对传统锅、灶未作改变,保持了传统炒菜的操作习惯和炒菜效果。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,本发明不限于以下实施例。
如图所示,本发明一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,包括设置在底座(1)上的摇晃平板(3)、电机(6)、以及设置在摇晃平板(3)上的加热装置(4)、锅(5);电机(6)、加热装置(4)均通过导线与设置在底座(1)一侧的电控箱连接;电控箱内置PLC;电控箱上部设置可设定数据的触摸面板;
所述的电机(6)通过PLC控制启动停止及转速,控制摇晃时间及摇晃速度;所述的加热装置(4)通过PLC控制启动停止及火力,控制加热时间及加热温度;所述的锅(5)放置在所述的加热装置上。

炒菜机操作程序如下:
1、在触摸面板上设定好不同菜肴的加热火力、摇晃速度、开机时长三项数据后,按下加热开关,炒菜机开始加热,开机时长开始倒计时;2、稍作停顿后倒入少许食用油,再稍作停顿后依次倒入配料、主料、食盐及其他调料,然后按下摇晃开关。3、锅内菜肴在摇晃中均匀加热,达到设定的开机时长后,炒菜机停止运转,炒菜完成。

Claims (3)
- 一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,其特征在于:包括设置在底座(1)上的摇晃平板(3)、电机(6)、以及设置在摇晃平板(3)上的加热装置(4)、锅(5);电机(6)、加热装置(4)均通过导线与设置在底座(1)一侧的电控箱连接;电控箱内置PLC;电控箱上部设置可设定数据的触摸面板;所述的电机(6)通过PLC控制启动停止及转速,控制摇晃时间及摇晃速度;所述的加热装置(4)通过PLC控制启动停止及火力,控制加热时间及加热温度;所述的锅(5)放置在所述的加热装置上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的摇晃平板(3)与底座(1)之间用四个直径相同呈矩形排列的偏心齿轮(2)连接,四个偏心齿轮(2)的下轴为中心轴,固定在底座(1)的四个轴承中,四个偏心齿轮(2)的上轴为偏心轴,固定在摇晃平板(3)的四个轴承中,当电机(6)驱动齿轮旋转时,摇晃平板(3)与固定其上的锅(5)作水平圆周摇晃运动,锅(5)内的菜肴在惯性和锅边撞击下混合翻转,实现搅拌效果;运行过程中,锅(5)不旋转,方向保持不变。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水平摇晃式炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的加热装置(4)为无明火灶具或明火灶具;当加热装置(4)为无明火灶具时,通过炉架放置于摇晃平板(3)上方,锅(5)通过锅座固定在加热装置(4)上;当加热装置(4)为明火灶具时,也可放置于摇晃平板(3)下方底座的四个偏心齿轮(2)之间的空当,锅(5)通过锅座直接固定在摇晃平板(3)上。
