防占用应急车道装置 技术领域
本发明涉及交通道路设施领域,特别涉及一种防占用应急车道装置。
背景技术
应急车道专门供工程救险、消防救援、医疗救护或民警执行紧急公务等处理应急事务的车辆使用,如果应急通道被占用,一旦发生拥堵,这些特殊车辆就无法通行,将严重影响生命救援。如果乱占应急车道,容易引发交通事故,加重车辆拥堵,不利于通畅出行,于是需要一种防止占用应急车道的道路设施。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种防占用应急车道装置,有效地阻止社会车辆驶入应急车道。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了防占用应急车道装置,包括应急车道护栏,应急车道护栏间隔地设有立杆,每一立杆沿地面垂直设置,沿每一立杆的垂直方向连接有用于拦截驶入应急车道的社会车辆的弹性条。
由于弹性条可以有效破坏驶入应急车道的社会车辆的外观以及其它车辆部件,从而防止了这些社会车辆驶入应急车道,然而对于救护车、消防车及特种车辆等救援车辆,其外部加装了一层防护钢板用于保护救援车辆不被弹性条破坏,从而能够安全行驶于应急车道,使得救援任务得以顺利进行,可以更快更好地完成救援任务。
在一些实施方式中,弹性条为平行的两根且均为弹性钢条,每一弹性条呈L形,每一弹性条的一边平行于应急车道护栏,另一边倾斜于应急车道的宽度方向设置。由此,弹性钢条具有良好的形变及回弹性能,两根弹性条保证了弹性条有效拦截驶入应急车道的社会车辆的高度,救援车辆行驶通过应急车道时,倾斜的L形弹性条有效地减小了弹性条的形变量,缓冲了弹性条对救援车辆的正面冲击力,有效地保护了救援车辆。
在一些实施方式中,每一弹性条的另一边长度小于应急车道的宽度且大于应急车道的1/2宽度。由此,彻底地阻止了社会车辆行驶于应急车道,保障了应急车道的畅通无阻。
在一些实施方式中,每一弹性条的另一边设有用于交通警示的标示箭 头。由此,标示箭头起到提醒驾驶员不得驶入应急车道的交通警示作用。
在一些实施方式中,每一弹性条的一端插接于所对应的立杆并通过螺栓连接固定。由此,每一弹性条固定于所对应的立杆。
在一些实施方式中,相邻的二立杆之间设有违章占用应急车道警示牌,违章占用应急车道警示牌安装于应急车道护栏。由此,违章占用应急车道警示牌有效地提醒驾驶员不得驶入应急车道。
本发明结构简单,有效地阻止社会车辆驶入应急车道,保障了救援车辆安全行驶于应急车道,完成救援任务。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,应急车道1的一侧依次设有两个主车道2、一个超车道3。该防占用应急车道装置包括应急车道护栏4,应急车道护栏4间隔地设有立杆5,每一立杆5沿地面垂直设置,沿每一立杆5的垂直方向连接有弹性条6。弹性条6为平行的两根且均为弹性钢条,每一弹性条6呈L形,每一弹性条的一边61平行于应急车道护栏4,每一弹性条的另一边62倾斜于应急车道1的宽度11方向设置。每一弹性条的另一边62的长度小于应急车道1的宽度11且大于应急车道1的1/2宽度11。每一弹性条的另一边62迎着车辆行驶方向的一面设有用于交通警示的标示箭头621。每一弹性条6的一端插接于所对应的立杆5并通过螺栓连接固定。相邻的二立杆5之间设有违章占用应急车道警示牌7,违章占用应急车道警示牌7通过支架螺栓固定于应急车道护栏4。
弹性钢条具有良好的形变及回弹性能,两根弹性条6保证了弹性条6有效拦截驶入应急车道1的社会车辆的高度,弹性条6拦截驶入应急车道1的社会车辆,并有效破坏驶入应急车道1的社会车辆的外观以及其它车辆部件,从而防止了这些社会车辆驶入应急车道。然而对于救护车、消防车及特种车辆等救援车辆,其外部加装了一层防护钢板用于保护救援车辆不被弹性条6破坏,从而能够安全行驶于应急车道,使得救援任务得以顺利进行,可以更快更好地完成救援任务,同时救援车辆行驶通过应急车道1时,倾斜的L形的弹性条6有效地减小了弹性条6的形变量,缓冲了弹性条6对救援车辆的正面冲击力,有效地保护了救援车辆。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员 来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,包括应急车道护栏(4),所述应急车道护栏(4)间隔地设有立杆(5),每一所述立杆(5)沿地面垂直设置,沿每一所述立杆(5)的垂直方向连接有用于拦截驶入应急车道(1)的社会车辆的弹性条(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,所述弹性条(6)为平行的两根且均为弹性钢条,每一所述弹性条(6)呈L形,每一所述弹性条的一边(61)平行于应急车道护栏,每一所述弹性条的另一边(62)倾斜于应急车道(1)的宽度(11)方向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,每一所述弹性条的另一边(62)长度小于应急车道(1)的宽度(11)且大于应急车道(1)的1/2宽度(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,每一所述弹性条的另一边(62)设有用于交通警示的标示箭头(621)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,每一所述弹性条(6)的一端插接于所对应的立杆(5)并通过螺栓连接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的防占用应急车道装置,其特征在于,相邻的二所述立杆(5)之间设有违章占用应急车道警示牌(7),所述违章占用应急车道警示牌(7)安装于应急车道护栏(4)。
