所述开启锁紧机构还包括设于所述盖体20与连杆42之间的弹性件46,所述弹性件46对连杆42施加一使其自由端421向下旋转的弹性力。当所述密闭盒100关闭锁紧时,所述滑动部424位于水平滑槽4131中,所述弹性力最大。在本实例中,所述弹性件46设置为扭簧。
所述盖体20的盖框22后部还设有用以安装所述限位件44的安装孔224。所述盒体10设有与所述限位件44相配合的限位止挡13,并使得所述密闭盒100关闭锁紧时,所述限位件44朝前抵靠在所述限位止挡13上。
所述盖体20的盖框22向上突伸形成有前后延伸的凸块225,所述凸块225设置为左右相对的两个。所述推拉板41的本体411的下表面向上凹陷形成有与所述凸块225相配合的凹槽415,所述凸块225在所述凹槽415内可沿前后方向滑动。当所述推拉板41进行推拉操作时,所述凹槽415与凸块225相配合能够平衡左右两侧作用力,以最大程度限定推拉板41仅沿前后方向移动。
所述盒体10的后侧还设有左右相对的两个后滚轮47,所述盖体20的盖框22下方形成有与所述后滚轮47相配合的滚动槽226。通过所述后滚轮47及滚动槽226更利于盖体20的前后滑动。
所述滑轨12的前端还形成有配合所述支撑件45的向下并向前延伸的倾斜部121,且所述滑轨12的后端还形成有止挡部122。当所述盖体20关闭时,所述支撑件45与倾斜部121相互脱离;当盖体20向后完全打开时,所述前滚轮43抵靠于所述止挡部122。在推拉板41向后推动的过程中,所述滑动部424自水平滑槽4131向前移动进入弧形槽4133的行程小于等于所述支撑件45向后移动至与所述倾斜部121相接触的距离。实际工作进程中,所述盖体20向后打开时,所述支撑件45与所述滑轨12及倾斜部121并不接触;而当盖体20向前关闭时,所述支撑件45随推拉板41的高度降低至抵压在滑轨12上,进而沿所述滑轨12引导盖体20向前关闭。
本发明密闭盒100装配时,首先将所述前滚轮43安装至所述连杆42的自由端421的内侧,并将所述弹性件46装配至所述连杆42的上端422;其次,采用所述螺钉423将所述连杆42、前滚轮43及弹性件46安装至所述盖框22的连接孔222;再次,将所述推拉板41自前向后与所述盖体20相连接,具体地,所述凸块225率先进入凹槽415,进而现场将设置于所述连杆42自由端421的滑动部424向上抬升至与所述支撑臂223的高度相一致,并先后自所述滑槽413的后方开口进入水平滑槽4131,完成推拉板41与盖体20的组装。最后,将所述盖体20及推拉板41自前向后装配至盒体10上之后,再将所述限位件44安装至所述安装孔224,完成组装。
综上所述,采用本发明密闭盒100,通过所述开启锁紧机构方便打开与关闭盒体10,结构简洁,装配简单。
所述密闭盒100打开过程中,所述推拉板41首先沿凸块225向后滑动,同时,所述滑动部424沿水平滑槽4131向前滑动至进入弧形槽4133。接着在所述弹性力的作用下,同时通过所述滑动部424与弧形槽4133相互作用,所述滑动部424通过弧形槽4133并向下滑动直至所述竖直滑槽4132的下端。此时,所述连杆42向下旋转并将盖体及推拉板41顶升至最高位置。推拉板41继续向后推动,通过滑动部424带动前滚轮43在滑轨12中向后滑动打开盒体10。
所述密闭盒100关闭过程中,所述推拉板41向前拉动,所述滑动部424沿所述竖直滑槽4132向上滑动,所述连杆42的自由端421向上旋转,所述盖体20及推拉板41的高度降低,使得所述支撑件45与所述滑轨12相抵接。接着在推拉板41的作用下,所述支撑件45向前引导盖体20关闭并起着向上支撑所述盖体20的作用,避免盒体10与盖体20的硬干涉。当支撑件45移动至滑轨12的前端并进入所述倾斜部121时,盖体20及推拉板41的高度进一步降低。所述支撑件45与倾斜部 121相脱离,此时,所述限位件44与所述限位止挡13相互抵持,所述盖体20的后端被限定,继续拉动推拉板41,所述盖体20下降,所述滑动部424进入弧形槽4133并经由所述弧形槽4133向后进入水平滑槽4131。藉此,盖体20降低至最低位置,即完成盒体10的关闭锁紧。其中,所述延伸壁221还形成有与所述连杆42的自由端421及前滚轮43位置相对应的让位部227,以使得所述盖体20能够顺利向下关闭并锁紧。
上述实施例针对所述密闭盒100在盒体10保持固定,通过所述推拉板41驱使盖体20打开或关闭密闭盒100的过程做出了具体描述。可以想见地,在将所述推拉板41设置为可沿竖直方向上下移动且在前后方向保持固定时,还能够通过盒体10向前抽拉、向后推送以实现所述密闭盒100的打开或关闭。
具体地,向前抽拉所述盒体10时,所述盒体10与盖体20一起向前移动至所述滑动部424进入弧形槽4133,进而所述连杆42的自由端421开始向下旋转,继续拉动盒体10,所述滑动部424经由所述弧形槽4133进入竖直滑槽4132并向下移动,所述盖体20及推拉板41被所述连杆42向上顶升。此后,所述前滚轮43沿滑轨12滚动至与所述止挡部122相抵接,所述盒体10完全打开。同样地,向后推动所述盒体10时,所述滑动部424沿竖直滑槽4132向上移动至所述支撑件45与滑轨12相接触。此时,所述支撑件45向上支撑所述盖体20及推拉板41并引导盒体10关闭,当所述支撑件45与所述倾斜部121相脱离时,所述盒体10后方的限位止挡13与所述限位件44相互抵持;继续推动盒体10,所述滑动部424向上进入弧形槽4133并移动至所述弧形槽4133的最高处,所述盖体20下降至与盒体10相互锁紧。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密闭盒,包括盒体和位于所述盒体上方的盖体,所述盒体具有左右相对的两侧壁,所述侧壁上设有前后延伸的滑轨,其特征在于:所述密闭盒还包括开启锁紧机构,所述开启锁紧机构包括可转动连接于盖体两侧的连杆、设于连杆自由端且沿所述滑轨能够前后滚动的前滚轮、连接设置于所述盖体前部的推拉板以及固定连接至所述盖体后部的限位件,所述连杆自由端向下旋转以将盖体顶起后,再通过所述前滚轮与滑轨相配合以将盒体打开;所述开启锁紧机构还包括固定设置于所述推拉板并位于所述前滚轮的前侧的支撑件,所述盒体关闭过程中,所述连杆自由端向上旋转,所述支撑件将盖体顶起并与滑轨相配合以将盒体关闭;并且所述支撑件与滑轨相脱离后,所述盖体相对盒体继续向前移动至所述限位件与盒体相抵接,进而所述盖体前部向下锁紧所述盒体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述推拉板具有位于盖体上方的本体及自所述本体的两侧向下弯折延伸形成的挂壁,所述挂壁设有倒“L”型滑槽,所述连杆还形成有水平延伸并与所述滑槽相配合的滑动部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述滑动部形成于所述连杆的自由端并沿所述前滚轮的轴向延伸设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述盖体具有沿前后方向可滑动设置于所述滑槽中的支撑臂。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述盖体向上突伸形成有前后延伸的凸块,所述推拉板的本体形成有与所述凸块相配合的凹槽,所述凸块在所述凹槽内沿前后方向可滑动设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述开启锁紧机构还包括设于所述盖体与连杆之间的弹性件,所述弹性件对连杆施加一向下旋转的弹性力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述弹性件为扭簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述滑轨的前端还形成有配合所述支撑件的向下并向前延伸的倾斜部,并且,所述密闭盒关闭时,所述支撑件与倾斜部相互脱离。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述盒体的后侧还设有左右相对的后滚轮,所述盖体下方形成有与所述后滚轮相配合的滚动槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述滑轨的后端形成有止挡部,并当盖体向后完全打开时,所述前滚轮抵靠于所述止挡部。
