Description

一种烧烤炉的烤网 技术领域
本发明涉及一种烧烤炉技术领域,具体涉及一种烧烤炉的烤网。
背景技术
烧烤炉是一种烧烤设备,用其制作的烤羊肉串、烤蔬菜、烤肉等食物深受人们的喜爱。现有常用的烧烤炉有炭烧烤炉、气烤炉、电烤炉等,各种烧烤炉中均设置有烤网用于放置烧烤食材。
常见的烤网一般是用实心铁条焊接而成,如授权公告号为CN204813491U(申请号为201520470442.2)的中国实用新型专利《一种烧烤炉的新型烤网》,其中公开的即采用条状线材形成的烤网,这种类型的烤网能够实现良好的热量导流性能,使得烤网表面快速升温。但是在对食物进行加工时,食物油脂和残渣容易掉落到引火板上,从而引起油脂和食物残渣燃烧,产生有害物质。为了解决该问题,也有采用板状的烤板对食物进行加工,烤板可隔绝油脂和食物残渣直接掉落到引火板上,但是烧烤区域升温较慢,热量导流性能差,容易使得热量大量堆积在烤板下方,使得炉体温度过高,影响关键烧烤炉内部其他部件的性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种热量导流性好,能防止食物油脂和残渣掉落且清洗方便的烧烤炉的烤网。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:包括至少两条并排排列的片材,每条片材具有上凸弯曲的上弧部和下凹弯曲的下弧部,以使得所述片材的横截面呈斜向分布的S型;
并且,两条相邻S型片材在水平方向上的间距满足下述条件:第一S型片材的上弧部边缘的竖直向下投影落在第二S型片材的下弧部所围成的凹槽内。
优选地,所述两条相邻的S型片材中,第一S型片材上弧部的边缘与第一S型片材的下弧部的边缘在竖直方向上具有一定的间距。
优选地,所述的片材设置在基架上,所述基架包括至少两根的支杆,每条片材上的开有对应的通孔穿设在支杆上。
优选地,所述片材的宽度为5mm-30mm,所述片材的高度为5mm-30mm。
优选地,所述上弧部的半径为1mm-20mm,所述下弧部的半径为1mm-20mm。
优选地,所述两条相邻的S型片材中,第一S型片材上弧部的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm。
优选地,所述两个相邻的S型片材中,第一S型片材上弧部的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
该烧烤炉的烤网采用具有上弧部和下弧部的片体结构,并且相邻片体中,一个片体的上弧部和另一个片体下弧部在说明面的正投影具有重叠区,在竖直面的正投影具有间隙区;
如此在使用时,食物放置在上弧部上,则烧烤过程中产生的油脂和残渣会顺着上弧部滑落至相邻的下弧部所围成的凹槽内,避免了食物油脂和残渣掉落到引火板上而引起的油脂和食物残渣燃烧,使用更加卫生健康;
此外由于各个片体的上弧部和下弧部呈开放状态,则清洗简单方便;
另外片体之间的空隙能够有效进行热量的导流,使得该烧烤炉的烤网具有良好的热量导流性,进而提高制作烧烤食物的速度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~图4所示,本发明实施例中的烧烤炉的烤网,包括基架和基本平行设置在基架上的多条片材1。
其中基架为基本平行设置的两条支杆2。
本实施例中,每条片材1由导热金属一体成型,其包括一体平滑连接的上弧部11和下弧部12,其中上弧部11上凸弯曲,而下弧部12下凹弯曲,从而使得该片材1的横截面呈斜向分布的S型。
片材1的宽度根据需要可以为5mm-30mm,片材1在水平面上正投影宽度即为片材1的宽度,片材1的宽度优选为15mm-20mm,本实施例中片材1的宽度为17mm。片材1的高度根据需要可以为5mm-30mm,片材1在竖直面上正投影的宽度即为片材的高度,片材1的高度优选为15mm-20mm,本实施例中片材1的高为17mm。上弧部11的半径 根据需要可以为1mm-20mm,上弧部11的半径优选为5mm-10mm以方便食物放置同时方便清洗,本实施例中上弧部11的半径为8mm。下弧部12的半径根据需要可以为1mm-20mm,下弧部12的半径优选为5mm-10mm,本实施例中下弧部12的半径为8mm。
每个片材1的两端分别开设有能够供支杆2穿过的通孔100,通孔100开设于上弧部11和下弧部12的过渡连接处。如此两条支杆2分别从多条片材1两端的通孔100中穿过以将多条片材1连接构成烤网。
连接在支杆2上的多条片材1基本平行设置。两个相邻的片材1设置需要满足的条件为:第一S型片材的上弧部边缘的竖直向下投影落在第二S型片材的下弧部所围成的凹槽内。第一S型片材上弧部11的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部12边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm,该间距优选1mm-3mm以保证良好的热量导流性能并避免食物油脂和残渣掉落到引火板上。本实施例中该间距为2mm。
两个相邻的片材1还需满足的条件为:第一S型片材上弧部11的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部12边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm,优选地该间距为5mm~15mm,本实施例中该间距为6mm。
本实施例中的烧烤炉的烤网在使用时,热量可以自相邻片体间的间隙传递上来,热量导流性能好,使得烧烤食物的速度得以提高。烧烤过程中,食物产生的油脂和残渣可以自上弧部11的顶面滑落至相邻的下弧部12所围成的凹槽内,避免食物产生的油脂和残渣掉落到烤网下方的引火板上,也相应避免引起油脂和食物残渣燃烧,烧烤出的食物更加卫生健康。此外横截面呈S形的片体结构在清洗时更加简单方便。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:包括至少两条并排排列的片材(1),每条片材(1)具有上凸弯曲的上弧部(11)和下凹弯曲的下弧部(12),以使得所述片材(1)的横截面呈斜向分布的S型;
    并且,两条相邻S型片材在水平方向上的间距满足下述条件:第一S型片材的上弧部边缘的竖直向下投影落在第二S型片材的下弧部所围成的凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:所述两条相邻的S型片材(1)中,第一S型片材上弧部(11)的边缘与第一S型片材的下弧部(12)的边缘在竖直方向上具有一定的间距。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:所述的片材(1)设置在基架上,所述基架包括至少两根的支杆(2),每条片材(1)上的开有对应的通孔(100)穿设在支杆(2)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:所述片材(1)的宽度为5mm-30mm,所述片材(1)的高度为5mm-30mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:所述上弧部(11)的半径为1mm-20mm,所述下弧部(12)的半径为1mm-20mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或3的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于;所述两条相邻的S型片材(1)中,第一S型片材上弧部(11)的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部(12)边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的烧烤炉的烤网,其特征在于:所述两个相邻的S型片材(1)中,第一S型片材上弧部(11)的边缘与第二S型片材的下弧部(12)边缘在同一水平面上的投影间距为0mm~15mm。
