Abstract

본 발명은 메탈로센 촉매를 이용하여 폴리올레핀 계열의 고분자 중합체를 중합하는 용액공정의 반응기에 관한 것으로, 탄화수소계 용매 및 올레핀 단량체를 혼합하여 폴리올레핀 계열의 고분자 중합체를 중합하기 위한 반응조; 상기 반응조 하부에 위치하여, 반응조 내부로 미반응 단량체, 용매 및 촉매를 포함하는 피드를 주입하는 피드 주입부; 및 상하 양단이 개방되어 있는 실린더 형태로 상기 반응조 내부 중심축에 위치하여, 반응조 내부 공간을 반응 혼합물의 흐름이 상승하는 공간과 반응 혼합물의 흐름이 하강하는 공간으로 나누는 유도관;을 포함하며, 상기 유도관의 외벽은 상승하는 반응 혼합물의 흐름이 선회류를 형성할 수 있도록 유도하는 헬리컬 형상의 선회류 유도날개;가 부착되어, 상기 반응조 내부의 반응 혼합물이 상기 유도관 외벽을 따라 선회류로 상승하였다가 반응조 상부에서 다시 유도관 안쪽으로 하향 인입되어 하강하는 고분자 용액중합 공정의 반응기에 관한 것이다.
