图3所示,所述胶囊杯组件5包括:托盘51,用于安装在传动套内支撑平面上;胶囊杯52,位于托盘上用于放置、容纳多种胶囊;下刺破针53,固定在胶囊杯底部,包括多个针头用于刺破胶囊底面;强磁铁54,设置在托盘上,用于霍尔定位胶囊杯组件位置;在胶囊杯组件中,还设置用于固定组件位置的卡槽55,胶囊杯组件插入机构架组件后,卡槽卡在机构架上,防止托盘滑动。
请参考图4-6,图4、图分别是2种不同实施例的刺破针组件分解结构示意图,图6是图5的刺破装置结构图,所述刺破组件包括组件本体41,组件本体侧边有用于启动酿造装置的开关44,以及支持开关的卡扣43,卡扣和开关均用弹簧(45-46)支持,组件本体的下部在胶囊杯组件的对应位置上有用于刺破胶囊的刺破装置48以及固定刺破针的针托47,刺破针组件的一侧边设置与胶囊咖啡机水泵连接的入水口,入水口与组件内的加压水槽49连接,加压水槽呈巢装,入水一端与入水口连通,出水一端与刺破装置连接,刺破装置包括用于刺破胶囊的上刺破针481,以及用于固定上刺破针的针托482,以及上刺破针针体上的若干导流孔483,这些导流孔与加压水槽49贯通联结。
参考图7及图8,图7是本实用新型的另一种实施例的胶囊杯组件的分解结构示意图,图8是该种胶囊杯组件的剖面示意图,胶囊杯组件的杯体内一般设置有用于刺破胶囊下面的下刺破针,其中一种下刺破针的结构是,用于装载咖啡胶囊的胶囊杯内侧地端固定下刺破针53,下刺破针固定于螺纹55内,螺纹通过旋入胶囊杯内加固固定,螺纹中央有用于导通的导流管。有一种下刺破针53b为扁平棱形,包括针尖531,与针尖一体的两侧有刃532,刃532与针尖呈一定角度,目的是为加大刺破口。宽大的针尖下部是下刺破针的尾端,是针柄533,针柄固定于导流管内。与现有的胶囊咖啡机的下刺破针相比,传统的机型,需要刺破后制退,咖啡从刺破的口中流出,本实用新型的刺破针组件不需要刺破针的制退装置,结构简单实用。
咖啡胶囊,通过类似果冻铝箱空间或者塑料箱空间,根据咖啡的种类和口味的差异,通过胶囊装入不同口味、不同种类咖啡粉末。但因冲调方法的差异,所冲调的咖啡口味也不尽相同。随着技术的进步,出现了不同口味的咖啡胶囊杯,但这些胶囊杯的材质、粉末存在非常大的差异,由于酿造的方法不同,在刺破胶囊的方式、孔的多少和大小都存在差异。在本发明的具体实施例中,通过给出多种胶囊杯组件和刺破针组件来达到酿造不同口味咖啡的目的,以下通过不同种类咖啡胶囊(图中均未示出)为例,以具体实施例的方式来说明,更换刺破针组件和胶囊杯组件来实施不同口味的咖啡酿造。
固定座内设置用于容纳不同刺破针组件的空间和传动套上设置用于固定胶囊杯组件的支撑平面,所述空间和支撑平面配套使用,分别用于替换用于酿造不同类型的咖啡胶囊的刺破针组件和胶囊杯组件。
如图1-8所示,滑动组件(由固定座2和刺破针组件4组成,刺破针组件安装于固定座内)可以与胶囊杯组件5配合,随着活塞组件上下运动,刺破针组件的上刺破针48与胶囊杯组件中的下刺破针52相互配合,分别刺破胶囊的上下两底面,在胶囊(图中未标示)刺破三个或多个孔,孔的数量是根据所要酿造咖啡的种类而定,继续下压手柄使滑动套组件与胶囊杯组件夹紧胶囊,从入水口注入适合冲泡咖啡水温的沸水,冲入胶囊内重复溶解,咖啡液从胶囊杯底部的出液孔57排出。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的部分实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (8)

1. 一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,包括固定座,用于传动胶囊的传动套,用于启动传动套的手柄支架组件,其特征在于,所述固定座内设置用于容纳不同刺破针组件的空间,所述传动套上设置用于固定胶囊杯组件的支撑平面,所述胶囊杯组件包括:
托盘,用于安装在传动套内支撑平面上;
胶囊杯,位于托盘上用于放置、容纳多种胶囊;
下刺破针,固定在胶囊杯底部,用于刺破胶囊底面;
强磁铁,设置在托盘上,用于霍尔定位胶囊杯组件位置;
所述酿造装置还包括活塞组件,放置于活塞中组成滑动组件,连杆机构运动驱动滑动组件上下往复运动,打开滑动组件, 将胶囊放入胶囊杯组件中再将胶囊杯组件放入机构固定架的支撑平台上,下压手柄,滑动组件与胶囊杯组件夹紧胶囊,所述胶囊杯组件替换成多种类型的胶囊杯组件。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,固定座内设置用于容纳不同刺破针组件的空间和传动套上设置用于固定胶囊杯组件的支撑平面,所述空间和支撑平面配套使用,分别用于替换用于酿造不同类型的咖啡胶囊的刺破针组件和胶囊杯组件。
3. 如权利要求2所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,刺破针组件和胶囊杯组件平行或垂直的一种或多种方式手动运行至所述空间和支撑平面。
4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,与固定座卡扣连接的刺破针组件,包括用于与胶囊杯组件配合的本体,本体上侧面设置与固定座连接的卡扣,本体侧边设置用于接口卡扣连接的开关按键,本体一侧有入水口,入水口与本体内部的用于加强水压的加压水槽连通,本体下部与胶囊杯组件接触处设置刺破装置,刺破装置与水槽贯通连结。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述第一胶囊杯组件,滑动组件可以是与第一胶囊杯组件配合,第一刺破针组件在胶囊刺破一个或多个孔,继续下压手柄使滑动套组件与第一胶囊杯组件夹紧胶囊。
6. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述滑动组件中的活塞组件,包括滑槽,所述滑槽位于传动套侧面,滑槽内嵌入弹簧,传动套侧盖盖住弹簧,所述固定座侧面的活塞,安装在传动套内部的滑槽中,通过手柄连杆机构的传动,固定座沿着滑槽上下往复运动。
7. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,其中刺破组件中的刺破装置,包括针托及固定在针托的上刺破针,针身上设置有与入水联通的多个导流槽。
8. 如权利要求1所述的一种可酿造多种咖啡胶囊的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述胶囊杯组件的胶囊杯内,设置下刺破针,所述下刺破针头部为扁平的棱形结构,刺破针两侧边有刃,下刺破针尾部有柄,针柄固定在胶囊杯底部的螺纹上,所述螺纹中心设置有导流管,下刺破针针柄固定在导流管内。
