Description

冷热美容仪 技术领域
本发明涉及美容器械领域,具体而言,涉及一种冷热美容仪。
背景技术
以前,在冷热两用的护肤装置中,如日本实公平6-9654号公报公开的那样,有一种装置用送风风扇输送用加热器加热水而产生的热蒸汽和用超声波振动子产生的冷雾,并用切换开关切换各动作,从喷嘴喷出热雾、冷雾以及二者混合后的湿风。
另外,在其它的例子中,如日本注册发明第3054750号公报公开的那样,有一种装置选择是否对通过超声波振动产生的雾进行加热而切换喷出热雾、冷雾以及二者混合后的湿风。
在上述记载的两种装置中,从护肤的观点来看,存在着冷热组合的作用条件不明确,不能充分满足护肤效果和舒适性的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种冷热美容仪改善上述问题。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明提供的冷热美容仪的技术方案如下所述:
一种冷热美容仪,包括:壳体、治疗头、冷热装置和主板;
所述壳体上设置有开口,所述治疗头设置于所述开口处,所述冷热装置和所述主板均设置于所述壳体内,所述冷热装置贴合所述治疗头设置,所述主板与所述冷热装置电性连接,所述主板上设置有按键电路,所述按键电路用于根据用户的按键操作控制所述冷热装置的通/断电以及所述冷热装置的制冷/制热功能的切换。
如上所述的冷热美容仪,优选地,所述主板上还设置有负离子产生电路,所述负离子产生电路分别与所述治疗头和所述壳体电性连接,所述按 键电路还用于根用户的按键操作控制所述负离子产生电路的通/断电。

本发明提供的冷热美容仪通过设置在壳体内设置与治疗头贴合的冷热装置,在使用冷热美容仪的过程中,可通过切换冷热装置的制冷和制热功能实现对皮肤进行美容,当切换为制热功能时,能够使皮肤毛孔扩张,促进血液循环,加速新陈代谢,有利于护肤品中营养物质和水分的吸收,当切换为制冷功能时,能够提拉紧致皮肤,收缩毛孔,锁住营养物质和水分,减少皱纹,使皮肤保持弹性。
同时,通过在主板上设置负离子产生电路,负离子产生电路产生的负离子具有辅助将护肤品中营养物质导入皮肤的作用,促进营养物质的吸收和深层导入,美白皮肤,淡化斑点,改善皮肤黑色素沉着。
另外,通过设置震动装置,可通过震动装置可模拟人手拍打的动作,更好的吸收护肤品中的营养物质,并起到按摩皮肤的作用,进一步收缩毛孔,提升紧致松驰的皮肤组织,增强皮肤弹性。

请参阅图1和图2,冷热美容仪包括壳体100、治疗头200、冷热装置300、震动装置400、散热装置500和主板600。其中,壳体100上设置有开口110和按键开关120,治疗头200设置在开口110处,冷热装置300、震动装置400、散热装置500和主板600均设置在壳体100内,冷热装置300的一侧贴合治疗头200设置,另一侧贴合散热装置500设置,震动装置400与壳体100的内壁连接。
壳体100包括有可拆卸连接的前壳130和后壳140,开口110即设置在该前壳130上,前壳130上还设置有按键孔131,按键开关120安装于壳体100内并从该按键孔131内延伸至前壳130外。较佳的,本实施例中,按键开关120的数量为3个。
治疗头200安装于前壳130上的开口110处,并采用金属材料制成,其上设置有第一温度传感器210,用于检测治疗头200表面的温度信息,同时治疗头200上设置有一盖盒治疗头200的保护盖220,用以防止灰尘或其他杂质进入。
冷热装置300的一侧贴合治疗头200设置,另一侧贴合散热装置500设置,冷热装置300上设置有两根导线,一根用于电流导入,一根用于电流导出,当冷热装置300通电时,其中一侧产生制冷效果,另一侧则产生制热效果,且当冷热装置300电流反向导入时,同一侧产生的效果相反。例如,冷热装置300可设置一红一黑两根导线,当电流从红线导入黑线导出时,冷热装置300贴合治疗头200的一侧制热,贴合散热装置500的一侧制冷,当电流从黑线导入红线导出时,冷热装置300贴合治疗头200的一侧制冷,贴合散热装置500的一侧制热。如此,可通过切换导入冷热装置300的电流流向即可控制冷热装置300贴合治疗头200一侧在制冷与制热之间切换,即控制治疗头200在制冷功能与制热功能之间切换。
震动装置400设置于壳体100内并与后壳140连接,用于在通电后产生震动以便治疗头200在贴合皮肤时能模拟出拍打皮肤的动作。
散热装置500包括有缸体510、缸体端盖520和设置于缸体510与缸体端盖520之间的缸体密封圈530,缸体510采用金属材料制成,其内装有冷却液,当冷热装置300贴合散热装置500的一侧制热时,可对其进行散热冷却。壳体100内靠近散热装置500的缸体端盖520的一侧设置第二温度传感器540。
请结合参阅图3,主板600与冷热装置300、震动装置400以及第一温度传感器210电性连接,主板600上设置有按键电路610、负离子产生电路620 和控制电路630。按键电路610上设置有3个按键触点611,3个按键触点611与负离子产生电路620、冷热装置300以及震动装置400一一对应,且3个按键触点611与3个按键开关120一一对应设置,通过3个按键开关120的按压操作控制对应的按键触点611,从而可实现分别控制负离子产生电路620的通/断电,冷热装置300的通/断电和制冷与制热功能的切换,以及震动装置400的通/断电。较佳的,本实施例中还在3个按键开关120与主板600上的按键电路610之间设置按键密封硅胶121,以起到缓冲和密封防水的作用。
壳体100内设置有两根与壳体100连接的导电条150,负离子产生电路620的正极与该两根导电条150电性连接,负极与治疗头200电性连接。
控制电路630与第一温度传感器210和第二温度传感器540电性连接,第一温度传感器210用于检测治疗头200表面的第一温度信息并反馈给主板600上的控制电路630,控制电路630用于当第一温度传感器210检测到的治疗头200表面的第一温度信息超过设定的第一阈值时,控制减小向冷热装置300输出的电流,避免治疗头200表面的温度持续升高,使治疗头200在开启制热功能时表面的温度能保持在稳定的范围内。第二温度传感器540用于检测散热装置500的缸体端盖520表面的第二温度信息并反馈给主板600上的控制电路630,控制电路630用于当第二温度传感器540检测到的缸体端盖520表面的第二温度信息超过设定的第二阈值时,控制断开向冷热装置300、震动装置400以及负离子产生电路620输出的电流,避免壳体100内的温度过高而损毁壳体100内的元器件,确保冷热美容仪的使用安全。其中,第一阈值与第二阈值可以为相同或不同。
较佳的,本实施例提供的冷热美容仪在壳体100内设置有电池700,电池700以锂电池700为较佳,电池700与主板600电性连接,并为与主板600电性连接的负离子产生电路620、冷热装置300以及震动装置400供电。电池700与壳体100内的两根导电条150分别通过导电条密封圈740隔开,防止电池700与壳体100内的导电条150直接接触而导致漏电的情况发生。
同时,本实施例提供的冷热美容仪还设置有充电触针710和触针固定座720,触针固定座720可通过卡扣或螺钉等方式安装固定在壳体100内,充电触针710安装固定在触针固定座720上,其一端与电池700电性连接,另一端延伸至壳体100外,从而实现电池700的充电功能。较佳的,本实施例中,还在充电触针710外靠近壳体100处环绕设置触针密封圈730,以起到密封作用。
进一步的,本实施例提供的冷热美容仪还在冷热装置300与治疗头200之间设置有第一导热硅胶810,在进行冷、热的传导时可使治疗头200表面导热均匀,作用于皮肤表面时达到最佳的舒适度和美容效果。冷热装置300与散热装置500之间设置第二导热硅胶820,当冷热装置300贴合散热装置500的一侧为制热时,可快速均匀导热,便于快速冷却。
更进一步的,第二导热硅胶820与散热装置500之间还设置有治疗头密封圈830,可起到密封防水的作用,有效防止护肤品或水分等从治疗头200处的缝隙进入壳体100内而影响壳体100内部元器件的使用寿命。
在使用冷热美容仪的过程中,可通过与冷热装置300对应的按键开关120开启冷热装置300,此时冷热装置300贴合治疗头200的一侧制冷或制热,冷热装置300产生的热量或冷量经第一导热硅胶均匀传递至治疗头200对皮肤进行美容。当冷热装置300贴合治疗头200的一侧制热时(即治疗头200切换为制热功能),产生的热量经治疗头200传递给人体皮肤,使皮肤毛孔扩张,促进血液循环,加速新陈代谢,且有利于涂抹在皮肤表面的护肤品中的营养物质和水分的吸收。当冷热装置300贴合治疗头200的一侧制冷时(即治疗头200切换为制冷功能),产生的冷量经治疗头200传递给人体皮肤,使皮肤毛孔收缩,提拉紧致皮肤,同时锁住营养物质和水分,减少皮肤皱纹,使皮肤保持弹性。
在此过程中,第一温度传感器210检测治疗头200表面的第一温度信息并反馈给主板600上的控制电路630,第二温度传感器540检测缸体端盖520 表面的第二温度信息并反馈给主板600上的控制电路630,当第一温度信息超过预设的第一阈值或第二温度信息超过预设的第二阈值时,控制电路630控制降低对冷热装置300输入的电流大小,防止冷热装置300制热的一侧的温度持续升高,避免治疗头200表面的温度过高而烫伤皮肤以及壳体100内的温度过高而影响冷热美容仪使用寿命的情况发生。
为达到最佳的美容效果,治疗头200的制热和制冷效果宜交替使用,优选的,一个制热与制冷的工作周期以7分钟左右为最佳,治疗头200制热时其表面温度以42℃为最佳,治疗头200制冷时其表面温度以12℃为最佳。本实施例中,制热与制冷的工作周期及温度可通过主板600上的控制电路630控制。
需要开启负离子功能时,通过与负离子产生电路620对应的按键开关120开启负离子产生电路620,负离子产生电路620的正极与壳体100内两根导电条150连接,负极与治疗头200连接,因此在冷热美容仪的壳体100端(即把手端)产生一个正电势,治疗头200的一端产生一负电势,手持冷热美容仪接触皮肤时会在手和触点皮肤之间产生一电势差,电流由手经过人体流向皮肤触点,负离子流动方向则与电流方向相反,由皮肤触点经过人体流向手部,在此过程中,负离子可将涂抹在皮肤表面的护肤品中的营养物质导入皮肤,促进营养物质的吸收和深层导入,美白皮肤,淡化斑点,改善皮肤黑色素沉着等。
需要开启震动功能时,还可通过与震动装置400对应的按键开关120开启震动装置400,启动震动装置400后可模拟出人手拍打的动作,促进护肤品中营养物质的吸收,并起到按摩皮肤的作用,进一步收缩毛孔,提升紧致松驰的皮肤组织,增强皮肤弹性。较佳的,震动装置400的震动频率优选为每分钟12000次。
由于冷热装置300、负离子产生电路620以及震动装置400的设置,因此本实施例提供的冷热美容仪可在使用的过程中选用多种工作模式。例如, 制冷、制热、震动和负离子模式可以每种模式单独使用,也可以由制冷或制热与震动和负离子模式中的其中至少一种组合使用,还可以由震动与负离子模式组合使用,从而达到不同的美容功效。
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例提供的冷热美容仪还设置有安装底座900,安装底座900包括有底座支架910和与底座支架910底部连接的底盘920。其中,底座支架910安装放置好后,上端与下端基本保持在同一竖直线上,底座支架910的中部采用弧形设置,并设置有一通孔911,通孔的大小和形状与壳体100相匹配,可用于壳体100穿过。底盘920上设置有一凹槽921,用于收容壳体100设置有充电触针710的一端,凹槽921内设置充电探针922,同时底盘内设置一直流转换模块923,该直流转换模块923与充电触针923电性连接并用于外接电源,当壳体100穿过底座支架910上的通孔911时,壳体100设置有充电触针710的一端收容于该凹槽921内,且壳体100上的充电触针710抵持凹槽921内的充电探针922以对冷热美容仪进行充电。如此,方便冷热美容仪的放置及充电。
进一步的,底盘920内还设置有加重块924,防止安装底座900倾倒。
综上所述,本发明提供的冷热美容仪通过设置在壳体100内设置与治疗与贴合的冷热装置300,在使用冷热美容仪的过程中,可通过切换治疗头200的制冷和制热功能实现对皮肤进行美容,当治疗头200切换为制热功能时,能够使皮肤毛孔扩张,促进血液循环,加速新陈代谢,有利于营养物质和水分的吸收,当治疗头200切换为制冷功能时,能够提拉紧致皮肤,收缩毛孔,锁住营养物质和水分,减少皱纹,使皮肤保持弹性。同时,通过在主板600上设置负离子产生电路620,负离子产生电路620产生的负离子具有辅助将营养物质导入皮肤的作用,促进护肤品中的营养物质的吸收和深层导入,美白皮肤,淡化斑点,改善皮肤黑色素沉着。其次,通过设置震动装置400,可通过震动装置400可模拟人手拍打的动作,更好的吸收护肤品中的营养物质,并起到按摩皮肤的作用,进一步收缩毛孔,提升紧致松驰的 皮肤组织,增强皮肤弹性。另外,放置及充电十分方便。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有按键开关,所述按键开关对应所述按键电路设置,用于触发所述按键电路以分别控制所述负离子电路的通/断电、所述冷热装置的通/断电以及所述震动装置通/断电。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括第一温度传感器,所述第一温度传感器设置于所述治疗头上,所述第一温度传感器用于检测所述治疗头的温度值,所述第一温度传感器与所述主板电性连接,所述主板上设置有控制电路,用于根据所述第一温度传感器检测到的所述治疗头的温度值控制所述冷热装置的温度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括散热装置, 所述散热装置设置于所述壳体内,所述散热装置贴合所述冷热装置设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括第二温度传感器,所述第二温度传感器贴合所述散热装置设置,所述第二温度传感器用于检测所散热装置表面的温度值,所述第二温度传感器与所述主板电性连接,所述主板还用于根据所述第二温度传感器检测到的所述散热装置表面的温度值控制所述冷热装置的通/断电。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括第一导热硅胶和第二导热硅胶,所述第一导热硅胶设置于所述治疗头与所述冷热装置之间,所述第二导热硅胶设置于所述冷热装置与所述散热装置之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括电池、充电触针和触针固定座,所述电池和所述触针固定座均设置于所述壳体内,所述电池与所述主板电性连接,所述充电触针安装于所述触针固定座上并延伸至所述壳体外,所述充电触针与所述电池电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冷热美容仪,其特征在于,还包括安装底座,所述安装底座包括底座支架和与所述底座支架连接的底盘,所述底座支架上设置有用于穿过所述壳体的通孔,所述底盘上设置有用于充电的充电探针,当所述壳体穿过所述底座支架上的通孔时,所述充电触针抵持所述充电探针以对所述冷热美容仪充电。
