本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种洁面仪,包括壳体,所述壳体内固定有用于控制洁面仪运作的控制机构,所述壳体的端部固定有用于与肌肤接触的冷热头,所述冷热头内设有与控制机构电连接的冷热装置,所述壳体内还固定有用于提供振动清洁和振动按摩的振动装置,振动装置与控制机构电连接。
进一步地,所述冷热头包括与壳体的端部固定连接的固定座,固定座上设有通孔,通孔向外的一端以导热盖密封,所述冷热装置放置于通孔内。
进一步地,还包括套设在壳体外表面的软胶套,所述软胶套的一侧设有用于清洁的清洁毛刷,所述软胶套上相对清洁毛刷的另一侧设有用于按摩的按摩条。
进一步地,所述软胶套的内表面两侧衔接边沿处设有加强筋。
进一步地,所述清洁毛刷的分布从软胶套的端部向软胶套的中部以相同毛刷长度由疏到密分布,清洁毛刷的直径跟随清洁毛刷由疏到密的分布从大到小设置。
进一步地,所述控制机构包括用于与各个功能部电连接线路板,线路板上电连接有用于驱动各个工作模式的总控制器。
进一步地,所述线路板的底面铺设有散热元件,散热元件延伸至壳体的端部,并与 冷热装置支撑连接,所述散热元件的下方设有无线充电过程中与充电座发射无线感应信号的无线充电线圈。
进一步地,所述线路板上还设有用于进行无线充电以及提供电源给线路板上其他电子元器件的电源元件。
进一步地,所述洁面仪还设有对应洁面仪各种功能的指示部,指示部包括用于功能切换的切换按键和用于指示功能工作状态的指示灯。
根据上述的洁面仪提供一种洁面仪的控制方法,包括加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式,所述加热模式和制冷模式控制洁面仪内的冷热装置产生温度变化,所述清洁模式和按摩模式控制洁面仪内的振动电机产生不同振动频率的震感,所述加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式能够在洁面仪内的控制机构的控制下驱动由使用者所选择的相应工作模式的运行。
进一步地,所述加热模式和制冷模式均采用在设定的时间内达到设定的温度,并伴有警报提示结束。
进一步地,所述清洁模式包括清洁强度从强到弱的第一清洁强度、第二清洁强度和第三清洁强度,每个清洁强度对应洁面仪中振动电机的不同转子转速,清洁强度之间通过控制机构设定的选择方式随意切换。
进一步地,所述第一清洁强度对应振动电机的转速为7000转/分钟以上,振动电机,第二清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟-7000转/分钟,第三清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟。
进一步地,在清洁模式运行中,被迫关闭清洁时记录振动电机中断时的电机转速,并在重启清洁模式后以记录的电机转速运行。
进一步地,所述按摩模式中在预定的按摩周期中,振动电机产生的振动强度由强到弱或者由弱到强以正弦波形态重复震荡变化。
进一步地,所述按摩模式中振动强度最强时对应的振动电机的转速范围为2000转/分钟-4000转/分钟,振动强度最弱时对应的振动电机的转速范围为0转/分钟-2000转/分钟。
进一步地,所述按摩模式中,两个相邻的按摩周期之间设有停顿的时间间隔,并伴有警报提示。
进一步地,在任一工作模式下,在相应的预设时间内重复选择原工作模式,原工作模式的运行状态被中断并按照设定的新状态执行,在相应的预设时间内重新选择其他工作模式,则切换至其他的工作模式。
进一步地,还设定有用于锁定洁面仪工作模式并持续维持所在工作模式下的运行状态的锁控模式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过在洁面仪上安装冷热头,通 过冷热头的加热快速舒张毛孔,通过制冷快速收缩毛孔,使洁面仪的清洁效果更佳,且舒适度更高;通过振动电机的振动,使洁面仪对皮肤的清洁更彻底,通过按摩条还能紧致达到紧致皮肤的效果,且整个洁面仪内的布局结构紧凑,使用方便,还能实现多种功能,并且节能。本发明的洁面仪设有加热、制冷、按摩和清洁多种工作模式,且对应不同的工作模式设有不同的控制方法,且控制方法简单,易操作,按摩的功能起到了更好的用户体验度,使肌肤更舒适;清洁的功能可以针对不同清洁需求切换强度,达到对肌肤的彻底清洁,对肌肤角质层厚和肌肤角质层薄的用户均适用,避免了单一强度对肌肤清洁不足或者强度过强对肌肤造成损伤的问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示,一种洁面仪,设有加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式,洁面仪上对应加热模式和制冷模式设有冷热部、对应清洁模式设有用于振动清洁肌肤的清洁部,对应按摩模式设有用于振动按摩肌肤的按摩部,洁面仪内设有用于控制加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式的控制机构。
其中,洁面仪包括壳体100,冷热部设置于壳体100上,冷热部包括用于与肌肤接触的冷热头300,冷热头300包括与壳体100端部固定连接的固定座320,固定座320上设有通孔321,通孔321内设有与控制机构电连接的冷热装置310,通孔321向外一端以导热盖330密封,导热盖330与肌肤直接接触传递温度。冷热装置310在控制机构的作用下制冷或者加热。
清洁部和按摩部均包括与控制机构电连接的振动电机400,振动电机400固定于壳体内,清洁部和按摩部的振动电机400可以是单独设置也可以是共同使用同一振动电机400,本实施例1中,为了节省成本和洁面仪的体积,清洁部和按摩部采用同一个振动电机400。
洁面仪还包括套设在壳体100外表面的软胶套200,软胶套200的一侧对应清洁部设有清洁毛刷210,软胶套200相对清洁毛刷210的另一侧对应按摩部设有按摩条220。
上述软胶套200的内表面两侧衔接边沿处设有加强筋230,通过增加内部边沿的厚度结合软胶套200的弹性减缓用户使用洁面仪时手部的震感,同时增加了洁面仪的密封性。
上述清洁毛刷210的分布从软胶套200的端部向软胶套200的中部以相同毛刷长度由疏到密分布,清洁毛刷210的直径跟随清洁毛刷210由疏到密的分布从大到小设置。
实施例1中冷热装置310选用半导体制冷片,也可以选用半导体制冷块,冷热装置310既可实现加热也可实现制冷,在清洁肌肤的过程中,冷热部接触肌肤后使得肌肤升温或者降温,升温能促进快速打开毛孔,降温能促进快速收缩毛孔,一般在清洁前升温,在清洁后降温。
上述的洁面仪中控制机构包括用于与各个功能部电连接线路板500,线路板500上电连接有用于驱动各个工作模式的总控制器。
实施例1中,冷热装置310设置在壳体100的一端端部,振动电机400相对冷热头300设置在壳体100内的另一端,线路板500设置于冷热装置310和振动电机400之间。
线路板500的底面铺设有散热元件600,散热元件600延伸至壳体100的端部,并与冷热装置310支撑连接,散热元件600可以是常见的散热块或者散热片,散热元件600下方设置无线充电线圈800,用于无线充电过程中与充电座之间发射无线感应信号。
上述的线路板500上设有电源元件700,用于进行无线充电,以及提供电源给线路板500上其他电子元器件。
上述的洁面仪上对应各工作模式设有指示部900,指示部包括各工作模式的切换按钮和工作指示灯,本实施例1中指示部设置于壳体100的一侧,且对应每个工作模式设有单独的切换按钮。
实施例1还提供了上述洁面仪的控制方法,其中加热模式和制冷模式控制洁面仪内的冷热装置产生温度变化,清洁模式和按摩模式控制洁面仪内的振动电机产生不同振动频率的震感,加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式能够在洁面仪内的控制机构的控制下驱动由使用者所选择的相应工作模式的运行。
加热模式用于控制肌肤升温,从而快速打开毛孔,制冷模式用于控制肌肤降温,从而快速收缩毛孔,清洁模式用于对肌肤进行振动清洁,按摩模式用于对肌肤进行振动按摩,上述的工作模式作用在结合护肤产品,例如精油、爽肤水、面膜等共同作用于肌肤上后。
其中,加热模式和制冷模式均采用在设定的时间内达到设定的温度,并伴有警报提示结束,该警报提示可以是语音警报,也可以是振动警报、警报灯闪烁等其他形式的警报方式,在实施例1中,设定的加热或制冷时间规定为30秒,加热的温度不超过45度,制冷的温度不低于10度。
清洁模式包括清洁强度从强到弱的第一清洁强度、第二清洁强度和第三清洁强度,每个清洁强度对应振动电机的不同转子转速,清洁强度之间通过控制机构设定的选择方 式随意切换。
本实施例1中通过控制机构设定切换方式为通过对洁面仪上的指示部中对应清洁模式的按钮在设定时间内重新按下清洁模式的按钮延达到切换清洁强度的效果;为了操作方便也可以通过直接在指示部中对应清洁模式的按钮下另外根据清洁强度设置切换按钮。
第一清洁强度对应振动电机的转速为7000转/分钟以上,振动电机,第二清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟-7000转/分钟,第三清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟。在实施例1中,预设的清洁时间规定为60秒,第一清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为10000转/分钟振动电机全开频率的100%,第二清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为7000转/分钟,第三清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟,第三清洁强度最弱,能用于基础清洁,适用于肌肤角质层薄和几乎无妆容的人,第一清洁强度最强,能达到深层清洁,适用于肌肤角质层厚或者妆容厚的人的彻底清洁,第二清洁强度为中等强度,为适应大众肌肤的强度和基础妆容的人。
在清洁模式中,清洁模式在未完成一个清洁流程前被迫关闭清洁时记录下振动电机的转子转速,并在重启清洁模式后以记录的振动频率运行。
本实施例1中,相邻清洁强度之间在第一时间间隔内按下按钮为切换请清洁强度,在第二时间间隔后按下按钮为关闭清洁模式,第一时间间隔的时间跨度小于第二时间间隔的时间跨度,本实施例1中,第一时间间隔设定为2秒,第二时间间隔设定为10秒。
上述按摩模式中在预定的按摩周期中,振动电机产生的振动强度由强到弱或者由弱到强以正弦波形态重复震荡变化。在按摩模式中,两个相邻的按摩周期之间设有停顿的时间间隔,并伴有警报提示,按摩模式中振动强度最强时对应的振动电机的转速范围为2000转/分钟-4000转/分钟,振动强度最弱时对应的振动电机的转速范围为0转/分钟-2000转/分钟。
在实施例1中,预设的按摩时间为60秒,在60秒内,设定每次周期间的停顿时间间隔为1.5秒,按摩强度最强时对应的振动电机的转速为4000转/分钟,按摩强度最弱时对应的振动电机的转速为2000转/分钟。在设定的60秒内,电机转速在2000转/分钟至4000转/分钟之间以正弦波形态重复变化,按摩强度的变化也随电机转速的变化而作相应的改变。经多次体验后,在电机转速在超出4000转/分钟时,其按摩体验没有4000转/分钟以下好。
在任一工作模式下,在相应的预设时间内重复选择原工作模式,原工作模式的运行状态被中断并按照设定的新状态执行,在相应的预设时间内重新选择其他工作模式,则切换至其他的工作模式。
例如,在加热模式下,重新按下加热模式对应的按键,加热模式中断加热;
在制冷模式下,重新按下制冷模式对应的按键,制冷模式中断制冷;
在清洁模式下,在第一时间间隔内按下清洁模式对应的按键,切换清洁强度清洁,在第二时间间隔后按下清洁模式对应的按键,清洁模式中断清洁;
在按摩模式下,重新按下按摩模式对应的按键,按摩模式中断;
在加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式或者按摩模式下,按下其他工作模式,加热模式中断,并执行其他工作模式。
上述的洁面仪的控制方法还设定有用于锁定洁面仪工作模式并持续维持所在工作模式下的运行状态的锁控模式。
例如,在加热模式下,同时按下清洁模式和按摩模式的按键,洁面仪就锁定在加热模式下,一直维持加热模式的运行,在锁定状态下,单独对按键操作不会对工作模式产生影响,需要重新同时选择清洁模式和按摩模式的按键才能解锁,解锁后可单独对按键进行操作。
在本实施例1中,锁控模式设定为同时选择任意两个工作模式后,不能对洁面仪进行切换工作模式的操作,洁面仪维持锁定时所处的的工作模式,并一直持续至再次同时选择锁定时的按键解锁后,正常运行相应的工作模式。
对于锁控模式可以是同时选择任意两个工作模式,也可以是单独设立锁控按键或者其他可以实现锁控功能控制方法。
本发明的洁面仪增加了加热和制冷的工作模式,在清洁前通过加热模式能快速打开毛孔,在清洁结束后通过制冷模式能起到快速收缩毛孔的作用,使洁面仪的功能更加多样化;本发明的洁面仪还增加了独立的按摩模式,在设定按摩周期内,按摩强度以正弦波形态在强弱之间重复变化,可以对肌肤起到舒缓、提拉和紧致等作用,起到了更好的用户体验度,使肌肤更舒适;本发明的洁面仪中清洁模式分为不同清洁强度,可以针对不同清洁需求切换强度,达到对肌肤的彻底清洁,对肌肤角质层厚和肌肤角质层薄的用户均适用,避免了单一强度对肌肤清洁不足或者强度过强对肌肤造成损伤的问题。
实施例2
相较于实施例1,在实施例2中,预设的清洁时间规定为60秒,第一清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为7000转/分钟,第二清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟,第三清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为0转/分钟,在相同的清洁时间内,在相同情况下,分别以实施例1和实施例2的转子转速驱动振动,实施例2少了一档强度的变化,其清洁肌肤的体验效果与实施例1相比较就不突出,从清洁度而言,实施例1的清洁更为干净。
相较于实施例1,在实施例2中,预设的按摩时间为60秒,在60秒内,设定每次周期间的停顿时间间隔为1.5秒,按摩强度最强时对应的振动电机的转速为2000转/分钟,按摩强度最弱时对应的振动电机的转速为0转/分钟。实施例2相比于实施例1而言,0转/分钟,相当于按摩模式停止,而按摩模式在结束后也有时间间隔1.5的停顿时间,及按摩时间的停顿延长了,这种按摩体验感并不舒服。
实施例3
相较于实施例1和实施例2,在实施例3中,预设的清洁时间规定为60秒,第一清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为8500转/分钟,第二清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为5000转/分钟,第三清洁强度对应的振动电机的转速为1500转/分钟,在相同的清洁时间内,在相同情况下,实施例3中涵盖了三种清洁强度,其清洁效果良好,且振动感的体验对肌肤而言也较为舒适。
相较于实施例1和实施例2,在实施例3中,预设的按摩时间为60秒,在60秒内,设定每次周期间的停顿时间间隔为1.5秒,按摩强度最强时对应的振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟,按摩强度最弱时对应的振动电机的转速为1000转/分钟。实施例3的按摩强度变化明显,且按摩强度的舒适度也好,但其振动感与实施例1相比较而言,有明显的弱化,因此其从对肌肤的按摩效果而言,没有实施例1来得快。
本发明通过对洁面仪中的加热和制冷的工作模式的控制,使得洁面仪在清洁前通过加热模式能快速打开毛孔,在清洁结束后通过制冷模式能起到快速收缩毛孔的作用,同时结合护肤产品的使用,能使护肤品快速吸收,使洁面仪的功能更加多样化;且控制方法简单,易操作,本发明对洁面仪增加了对立的按摩模式,且按摩强度有渐变的过程,可以对肌肤起到舒缓、提拉和紧致等作用,起到了更好的用户体验度,使肌肤更舒适;本发明对清洁模式分为不同清洁强度,可以针对不同清洁需求切换强度,达到对肌肤的彻底清洁,对肌肤角质层厚和肌肤角质层薄的用户均适用,避免了单一强度对肌肤清洁不足或者强度过强对肌肤造成损伤的问题。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种洁面仪,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内固定有用于控制洁面仪运作的控制机构,所述壳体的端部固定有用于与肌肤接触的冷热头,所述冷热头内设有与控制机构电连接的冷热装置,所述壳体内还固定有用于提供振动清洁和振动按摩的振动装置,振动装置与控制机构电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述冷热头包括与壳体的端部固定连接的固定座,固定座上设有通孔,通孔向外的一端以导热盖密封,所述冷热装置放置于通孔内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:还包括套设在壳体外表面的软胶套,所述软胶套的一侧设有用于清洁的清洁毛刷,所述软胶套上相对清洁毛刷的另一侧设有用于按摩的按摩条。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述软胶套的内表面两侧衔接边沿处设有加强筋。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述清洁毛刷的分布从软胶套的端部向软胶套的中部以相同毛刷长度由疏到密分布,清洁毛刷的直径跟随清洁毛刷由疏到密的分布从大到小设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述控制机构包括用于与各个功能部电连接线路板,线路板上电连接有用于驱动各个工作模式的总控制器。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述线路板的底面铺设有散热元件,散热元件延伸至壳体的端部,并与冷热装置支撑连接,所述散热元件的下方设有无线充电过程中与充电座发射无线感应信号的无线充电线圈。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述线路板上还设有用于进行无线充电以及提供电源给线路板上其他电子元器件的电源元件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪,其特征在于:所述洁面仪还设有对应洁面仪各种功能的指示部,指示部包括用于功能切换的切换按键和用于指示功能工作状态的指示灯。
  10. 一种洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的洁面仪,所述洁面仪包括加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式,所述加热模式和制冷模式控制洁面仪内的冷热装置产生温度变化,所述清洁模式和按摩模式控制洁面仪内的振动电机产生不同振动频率的震感,所述加热模式、制冷模式、清洁模式以及按摩模式能够在洁面仪内的控制机构的控制下驱动由使用者所选择的相应工作模式的运行。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:所述加热模式和制冷模式均采用在设定的时间内达到设定的温度,并伴有警报提示结束。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:所述清洁模式包括清洁强度从强到弱的第一清洁强度、第二清洁强度和第三清洁强度,每个清洁强度对应洁面仪中振动电机的不同转子转速,清洁强度之间通过控制机构设定的选择方式随意切换。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:所述第一清洁强度对应振动电机的转速为7000转/分钟以上,振动电机,第二清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟-7000转/分钟,第三清洁强度振动电机对应振动电机的转速为3000转/分钟。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:在清洁模式运行中,被迫关闭清洁时记录振动电机中断时的电机转速,并在重启清洁模式后以记录的电机转速运行。

  17. 如权利要求16所述的洁面仪的控制方法,其特征在于:所述按摩模式中,两个相邻的按摩周期之间设有停顿的时间间隔,并伴有警报提示。
