Description

发动机缸体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机缸体,属于发动机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,无论是汽油机还是柴油机,实际热效率比理论热效率都低很多,造成这种现象的主要原因之一是与高温燃气直接接触的缸套、活塞等零部件是由绝热效果较差的金属材料制造,金属材料持续可靠的工作需要依靠冷却系统不断的冷却其从密闭燃烧室吸取的热能。陶瓷材料是一种绝热效果较好的材料,缸套、活塞等零部件与高温燃气直接接触的部分如果使用陶瓷材料制造便可提高实际热效率,但是因为陶瓷材料的脆性而导致的低可靠性成为其应用在发动机上的技术障碍。
本发明人已经申请的专利(专利申请号:CN 201410653964.6)提出了解决上述问题的由双曲轴装置组成的双曲柄传动机构,但是,尚没有公开具体的缸体结构。
发明内容

本发明为由双曲轴装置组成的双曲柄传动机构提供了一种具体的缸体结构,实现了活塞的密封端与导向端的分离,所有运动表面都处在低温易润滑环境,结构紧凑,工艺性好,满足了发动机实际运转的需要。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发动机缸体,其特征在于:它包括气缸壳体(1)和位于气缸壳体(1)下部的双曲轴机构安装壳体(2),气缸壳体(1)与双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)连为一个整体;
    所述气缸壳体(1)内制作有与活塞头密封接触构成燃烧室的气缸腔体(3),
    所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)由端罩(2-1)和侧罩(2-2)围合而成,下方开口,双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)内部与所述气缸腔体(3)位置对应的正下方、制作有与活塞的导向杆相适配的活塞杆导向槽(6),活塞杆导向槽(6)上贯穿设有用于配合连杆上下运动的连杆滑槽(7),活塞杆导向槽(6)两侧设有满足曲轴的曲拐绕主轴线做圆周运动的曲拐活动腔体(4),每个曲拐活动腔体(4)两端的壳体上制作有供曲轴主轴穿过的主轴安装孔(5),主轴安装孔(5)下方装有主轴支撑部;
    所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)的一端安装有中心输出齿轮芯轴(9),其安装位置满足中心输出轮与双曲轴端部的传动齿轮同时啮合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆导向槽(6)是圆柱形通槽,所述连杆滑槽(7)是矩形通槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述主轴支撑部是主轴瓦盖(15),所述主轴安装孔(5)是半圆孔,所述主轴瓦盖(15)上具有对接半圆孔(15-1),主轴瓦盖(15)通过连接件紧固在主轴安装孔(5)上,对接半圆孔(15-1)与主轴安装孔(5)对接形成主轴圆孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)两端的端罩(2-1)和双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)内每个主轴安装孔(5)下方均制作有瓦盖安装槽(2-4),瓦盖安装槽(2-4)之间形成封板(2-3),所述主轴瓦盖(15)安装在瓦盖安装槽(2-4)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述水道接口(10)安装在所述气缸壳体(1)的侧部,所述水道接口(10)上同时具有回水口(10-1)和进水口(10-2)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)的上端和所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)的下端制作有用于与发动机外壳其它部件 连接的紧固件安装接口(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上的中心输出齿轮芯轴(9)的两侧安装有与传动齿轮适配的传动齿轮罩(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)或双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上有用于连接冷却水源的水道接口(10),所述气缸腔体(3)的侧壁周边制作有与水道接口(10)相通的冷却水道(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)或双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上有油道接口(16),所述气缸壳体(1)和双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)内壁上制作有用于润滑曲轴和活塞导向部各运动副部位的润滑油道(12),各润滑油道(12)与油道接口(16)相通。
