- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆导向槽(6)是圆柱形通槽,所述连杆滑槽(7)是矩形通槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述主轴支撑部是主轴瓦盖(15),所述主轴安装孔(5)是半圆孔,所述主轴瓦盖(15)上具有对接半圆孔(15-1),主轴瓦盖(15)通过连接件紧固在主轴安装孔(5)上,对接半圆孔(15-1)与主轴安装孔(5)对接形成主轴圆孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)两端的端罩(2-1)和双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)内每个主轴安装孔(5)下方均制作有瓦盖安装槽(2-4),瓦盖安装槽(2-4)之间形成封板(2-3),所述主轴瓦盖(15)安装在瓦盖安装槽(2-4)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述水道接口(10)安装在所述气缸壳体(1)的侧部,所述水道接口(10)上同时具有回水口(10-1)和进水口(10-2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)的上端和所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)的下端制作有用于与发动机外壳其它部件 连接的紧固件安装接口(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上的中心输出齿轮芯轴(9)的两侧安装有与传动齿轮适配的传动齿轮罩(13)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)或双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上有用于连接冷却水源的水道接口(10),所述气缸腔体(3)的侧壁周边制作有与水道接口(10)相通的冷却水道(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发动机缸体,其特征在于:所述气缸壳体(1)或双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)上有油道接口(16),所述气缸壳体(1)和双曲轴机构安装壳体(2)内壁上制作有用于润滑曲轴和活塞导向部各运动副部位的润滑油道(12),各润滑油道(12)与油道接口(16)相通。
