折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种装载机的工作装置,特别涉及一种折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,属于工程机械技术领域。
背景技术
滑移转向装载机是一种体积小、结构紧凑的装载机,其卸载高度和卸载距离都是体现滑移转向装载机性能非常重要的技术参数。目前滑移转向装载机工作装置主要有径向举升和垂直举升,径向举升工作装置结构简单,可靠性高,但卸载高度和卸载距离较小。垂直举升工作装置的卸载高度和卸载距离有所提高,但提高幅度不大。专利号ZL201420680424.2所描述的滑移转向装载机工作装置,对卸载高度和卸载距离有所提高,但同样提高幅度有限。专利号ZL201520467789.1所描述的伸缩式滑移转向装载机工作装置,虽然明显提高了卸载高度和卸载距离,但伸缩油缸的放置及制造不易,翻斗油缸管路不易布置,且为伸缩运动提供润滑的耐磨板磨损严重,更换困难,伸缩结构的布置无形中会增加整机长度,影响滑移转向装载机的特性。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点提出的,其旨在提供一种操作简单、维修方便、能适应不同工况的折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置。
技术方案:一种折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,包括快换装置、翻斗油缸、动臂、动臂油缸和车架;所述动臂包括结构相同且对称布置于车架两侧的左动臂和右动臂;所述左动臂和右动臂的前端分别与快换装置铰接,其铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为B点;所述左动臂和右动臂的尾部分别与车架铰接,此铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为K点;所述翻斗油缸和动臂油缸均由左右两只油缸构成,所述翻斗油缸一端与快换装置两侧铰接,铰接轴的投影点为A点;所述翻斗油缸另一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为C点;所述动臂油缸一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为G点;所述动臂油缸另一端分别铰接于车架两侧,铰接轴的投影点为H点;所述左动臂和右动臂分别包括主动臂和折叠动臂,所述主动臂与折叠动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为E点;所述主动臂与折叠动臂之间设有折叠油缸,所述折叠油缸由左右两只油缸构成,所述折叠油缸两端分别与主动臂和折叠动臂铰接,其铰接轴的投影点分别为F、D点;所述左、右动臂的主动臂之间设有强化构件,所述强化构件在其运动范围内不与驾驶室干涉。此工作装置进行工作时,通过动臂油缸的伸缩运动使得主动臂围绕K点作旋转运动,通过折叠油缸的伸缩使折叠动臂围绕E点作旋转运动,通过翻斗油缸的伸缩使得快换装置围绕B点作旋转运动。此工作装置初始状态是指工作装置底部与地面接触; 或者工作装置上安装有工作器具时,工作器具平稳放置在地面时为工作装置初始状态。
优选项,为了提高作业范围,所述强化构件至K点的最小距离大于K点至驾驶室顶部最远的距离。
优选项,为了提高制造性和维修性,所述强化构件至K点的最大距离小于K点至E点的距离。
优选项,为了能满足不同工况的需求,所述工作装置初始状态时,所述强化构件位于驾驶室顶部的上方。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,包括快换装置1、翻斗油缸2、动臂3、动臂油缸4和车架5;所述动臂3包括结构相同且对称布置于车架5两侧的左动臂和右动臂;所述左动臂和右动臂的前端分别与快换装置1铰接,其铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为B点;所述左动臂和右动臂的尾部分别与车架5铰接,此铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为K点;所述翻斗油缸2和动臂油缸4均由左右两只油缸构成,所述翻斗油缸2一端与快换装置1两侧铰接,铰接轴 的投影点为A点;所述翻斗油缸2另一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为C点;所述动臂油缸4一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为G点;所述动臂油缸4另一端分别铰接于车架5两侧,铰接轴的投影点为H点;所述左动臂和右动臂分别包括主动臂31和折叠动臂32,所述主动臂31与折叠动臂32铰接,铰接轴的投影点为E点;所述主动臂31与折叠动臂32之间设有折叠油缸7,所述折叠油缸7由左右两只油缸构成,所述折叠油缸7两端分别与主动臂31和折叠动臂32铰接,其铰接轴的投影点分别为F、D点;所述左、右动臂的主动臂31之间设有强化构件8,所述强化构件8在其运动范围内不与驾驶室干涉。
如图3所示,此工况下动臂油缸4可不工作,折叠动臂32和快换装置1进行相应运动,此时的工作装置实为径向举升工作装置。由于强化构件8位于驾驶室顶部的上方,折叠动臂32的运动中心相对于常规工作装置的运动中心前移并提高,从而提高卸载高度和卸载距离。
如图4所示,此工况下主动臂31、折叠动臂32和快换装置1都进行相应运动,由于所述工作装置初始状态时,所述动臂油缸4处于中间工作状态,即此时的动臂油缸4既可以伸长作业也可以收缩作业,且所述强化构件8至K点的最小距离大于K点至驾驶室顶部最远的距离,则主动臂31围绕K点进行上下圆弧运动,所述折叠动臂32围绕E点进行前后圆弧运动,此时的工作装置即为折叠式工作装置,满足卸载高度和卸载距离要求高的工况需求。因为D、F点间的距离大于D、E点间的距离,且大于E、F点间的距离,所述动臂油缸4伸出至最大行程时,如图5、图6所示,主动臂31与折叠动臂32能在同一直线上,显著提高卸载高度和卸载距离。
由于此工作装置多为结构件,所述强化构件8至K点的最大距离小于K点至E点的距离,制造、装配、维修方便,便于液压管路的布置,所述左、右动臂之间通过强化构件8、连接构件6固定成一体,所述强化构件8设置于左、右动臂的主动臂31之间,所述连接构件6设置于左、右动臂的折叠动臂32之间,所述连接构件6的投影点位于翻斗油缸2下方,整个工作装置的稳定性得到充分保证。正是折叠式工作装置的特点,保证整机的转弯半径较小,其整机高度未增加。

  1. 一种折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,包括快换装置(1)、翻斗油缸(2)、动臂(3)、动臂油缸(4)和车架(5);所述动臂(3)包括结构相同且对称布置于车架(5)两侧的左动臂和右动臂;所述左动臂和右动臂的前端分别与快换装置(1)铰接,其铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为B点;所述左动臂和右动臂的尾部分别与车架(5)铰接,此铰接轴投影至一侧动臂所在平面上为K点;所述翻斗油缸(2)和动臂油缸(4)均由左右两只油缸构成,所述翻斗油缸(2)一端与快换装置(1)两侧铰接,铰接轴的投影点为A点;所述翻斗油缸(2)另一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为C点;所述动臂油缸(4)一端分别与左动臂和右动臂铰接,铰接轴的投影点为G点,所述动臂油缸(4)另一端分别铰接于车架(5)两侧,铰接轴的投影点为H点;其特征在于:所述左动臂和右动臂分别包括主动臂(31)和折叠动臂(32),所述主动臂(31)与折叠动臂(32)铰接,铰接轴的投影点为E点;所述主动臂(31)与折叠动臂(32)之间设有折叠油缸(7),所述折叠油缸(7)由左右两只油缸构成,所述折叠油缸(7)两端分别与主动臂(31)和折叠动臂(32)铰接,其铰接轴的投影点分别为F、D点;所述左、右动臂的主动臂(31)之间设有强化构件(8),所述强化构件(8)在其运动范围内不与驾驶室干涉。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,其特征在于:所述工作装置初始状态时,所述强化构件(8)位于驾驶室顶部的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,其特征在于:所述动臂油缸(4)伸出至最大行程时,主动臂(31)和折叠动臂(32)呈一条直线。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,其特征在于:所述左、右动臂的折叠动臂(32)之间设有连接构件(6),所述连接构件(6)的投影点位于翻斗油缸(2)下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠式滑移转向装载机工作装置,其特征在于:所述工作装置初始状态时,所述动臂油缸(4)处于中间工作状态。
