在本发明的另一实施例中,还提供了一种上述银龙鱼饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述原料首先经过粗粉和超微粉碎使95%的物料达到60目以上,然后进入混合机混合3-5分钟后,进行膨化制粒,先进行调质使调质器温度上升到90-112℃,然后物料进入膨化机进一步加热加压加湿,最后通过模孔挤出,瞬间释放压力而膨化,同时被切成近似圆形颗粒,经过风道抽送到烘干机进行烘干,然后喷涂鱼油,之后送入冷却器,待物料冷却到表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。
实施例1
本实施例中的银龙鱼饲料中,包含以下原料和重量份数:鸭肉粉14、进口鱼粉9份、白鱼粉7份、杏仁3、牛油7、枯草杆菌4、溶菌酶7、龙虾壳粉17;豆粕7份、啤酒酵母6份、虾粉5份、螺旋藻粉3份、胆盐类物质0.05份、海藻粉4份、鱼油5份、高筋面粉15份、微量元素0.03份、矿物质2份、玉米淀粉16份、脱水菠菜3份、大豆蛋白肽2份、胡萝卜素2份、硅藻土粉5份、天然大蒜素5份;还包括10份由以下原料制成的混合中药添加粉剂:茜草、姜黄、芦荟、天冬、葛根、山楂、乌梅、广藿香、大茴香、苍术和陈皮。
将上述原料首先经过粗粉和超微粉碎使95%的物料达到60目以上,然后 进入混合机混合3-5分钟后,进行膨化制粒,先进行调质使调质器温度上升到90-112℃,然后物料进入膨化机进一步加热加压加湿,最后通过模孔挤出,瞬间释放压力而膨化,同时被切成近似圆形颗粒,经过风道抽送到烘干机进行烘干,然后喷涂鱼油,之后送入冷却器,待物料冷却到表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。

  1. 一种银龙鱼饲料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:鸭肉粉10-20份、椰子叶5-8、鸡蛋黄15-20、枯草杆菌3-5、溶菌酶5-8、磷酸二氢钙5-10、海带粉20-40、细辛粉20-22、虾粉10-13、豆粕5-8份、啤酒酵母4-7份、虾粉4-6份、胆盐类物质0.04-0.06份、鱼油4-6份、高筋面粉8-16份、微量元素0.01-0.03份、矿物质1-2份、玉米淀粉8-16份、脱水菠菜2-3份、大豆蛋白肽1-2份、天然大蒜素2-5份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的银龙鱼饲料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,鸭肉粉10份、椰子叶5份、鸡蛋黄16、枯草杆菌4、溶菌酶5、磷酸二氢钙8、海带粉22、细辛粉20、虾粉10、豆粕5份、啤酒酵母4份、虾粉4份、胆盐类物质0.04份、鱼油4份、高筋面粉8份、微量元素0.01份、矿物质1份、玉米淀粉8份、脱水菠菜2份、大豆蛋白肽1份、天然大蒜素2份。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的银龙鱼饲料,其特征在于,还包括:海带粉8-11份。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的银龙鱼饲料,其特征在于,还包括复合维生素0.03-0.06份。
  8. 一种权利要求1所述的银龙鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将上述原料首先经过粗粉和超微粉碎使95%的物料达到60目以上,然后进入混合机混合3-5分钟后,进行膨化制粒,先进行调质使调质器温度上升到90-112℃,然后物料进入膨化机进一步加热加压加湿,最后通过模孔挤出,瞬间释放压力而膨化,同时被切成近似圆形颗粒,经过风道抽送到烘干机进行烘干,然后喷涂鱼油,之后送入冷却器,待物料冷却到表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。
