Claims (3)
- 좌우로 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1자석부재가 구비되는 직사각형상의 고정플레이트와,상기 고정플레이트의 전면 하측에 형성되는 제1감지센서와,상기 고정플레이트의 전면에 형성되되, 상기 고정플레이트의 상측 모서리를 제외한 나머지 모서리와 인접하게 형성되는 "ㄷ"자 형상의 전면삽입홈과,상기 전면삽입홈에 선택적으로 고정되되, 힌지를 매개로 상기 고정플레이트에 대하여 전면을 향하여 회전가능하게 설치되는 "ㄷ"자 형상의 제1지지부재와,상기 고정플레이트 양측의 상하방향으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 측면삽입홈과,상기 각각의 측면삽입홈 내부에 힌지를 매개로 결합되되, 상기 제1지지부재와 반대방향을 향하여 펼쳐지는 한 쌍의 제2지지부재와,배면에는 상기 제1자석부재와 탈착되는 제2자석부재가 구비되며, 배터리가 내장되고, 전면에는 조명장치가 구비되는 조명부와,상기 조명부의 배면의 상측에 설치되되, 사용자에 의해 상기 조명부가 상하로 반전되어 상기 고정플레이트에 부착된 경우, 상기 제1감지센서와 인접되어 활성화되는 제2감지센서와,상기 조명부의 상면에 설치되되, 상기 제2감지센서가 활성화된 상태에서만 작동되되, 화재를 감지하면 활성화되는 화재감지센서와,상기 조명부의 상면에 설치되되, 상기 화재감지센서가 활성화되면 작동되는 부저와,상기 조명부에 힌지를 매개로 회전가능하게 결합되어 상기 조명장치를 선택적으로 덮는 덮개가 더 포함되며,상기 조명장치가 상기 덮개에 의해 덮인 경우, 상기 조명장치는 점멸될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 안전경고등 및 화재감지 기능을 갖는 캠핑 레저겸용 자동차 상시 비치 조명장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,배면은 차량 내부의 유리창이나 상기 고정플레이트를 고정하기 위한 장소에 부착되며, 정면에는 상기 고정플레이트와의 결합을 위한 복수의 결합돌기가 구비되는 베이스플레이트와,상기 고정플레이트에 형성되며, 상기 복수의 결합돌기가 각각 끼워져 고정되는 결합용홀이 상하로 일정한 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 안전경고등 및 화재감지 기능을 갖는 캠핑 레저겸용 자동차 상시 비치 조명장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 조명부 배면의 좌우에 각각 형성되는 지지브라켓과,상기 지지브라켓의 단부에 구비되는 회전축과,상기 회전축에 결합되어 좌우로 회전되며, 내부에는 상기 제2자석부재가 수용되는 하우징이 더 포함되어 상기 조명부가 곡면에 부착되는 경우, 상기 회전축에 의해 틸팅되어 차량 외관의 곡면에 부착가능하며,상기 조명부는 텐트의 내부에서 상기 텐트 외부의 상기 고정플레이트와 결합시 상기 제1지지부재는 전면을 향하여 회전되어 펼쳐지고, 상기 제2지지부재는 상기 제1지지부재와 대향된 방향으로 펼쳐져 상기 제1자석부재와 제2자석부재의 자력에 의해 상기 텐트의 천에 장력을 발생시켜 상기 조명부와 상기 고정플레이트가 상기 텐트에 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 안전경고등 및 화재감지 기능을 갖는 캠핑 레저겸용 자동차 상시 비치 조명장치.
