Abstract
L'invention concerne un module de palier tel qu'en particulier un module de palier à roulement, pourvu d'au moins une bague extérieure de roulement métallique comportant radialement à l'extérieur une surface extérieure cylindrique et radialement à l'intérieur au moins un chemin de roulement et de préférence d'une bague intérieure de roulement qui dispose radialement à l'extérieur d'au moins un chemin de roulement et, au centre du palier, d'un trou de logement. Le module est également pourvu de moyens de fixation de la surface extérieure dans un trou étagé d'un logement. L'invention vise à simplifier la fixation du palier dans le logement. À cet effet, au moins une partie saillante du trou étagé, orientée radialement en direction du centre du palier, dans une projection orientée axialement, vient se plaquer au-dessus de la surface extérieure de la bague extérieure de roulement par coopération de formes.
