Description

一种宽体散货运输集装箱及运输车辆
本申请要求于2016年6月3日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610389287.0、发明名称为“一种宽体散货运输集装箱及运输车辆”的中国专利申请,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱技术领域,特别是用于运输粮食等干散货物的集装箱。本发明还涉及设有所述集装箱的运输车辆。
背景技术
集装化运输是世界范围内物流发展的趋势,同时在粮食等干散货物流通领域,散装散运的方式大行其道,而将集装化运输和散装运输结合到一起,即集装化散装运输成为一种节能环保,成本低,损耗小,经济高效的运输方式。
现有散货运输集装箱多为标准20英尺干散货集装箱(如图1),该箱尺寸符合“ISO 668系列1集装箱-分类、尺寸和额定质量”标准外形尺寸:即集装箱的最大外形都限定在由顶角件2'和底角件8'外面围成的6058mm×2438mm×2591mm(长×宽×高)范围内,容积31.9m3,采用顶装端卸的方式,卸货时利用自卸车或专用卸货设备使集装箱一端抬升并向门端倾斜,利用重力卸货,或者采用人工卸货。
现有干散货箱能够满足干散货物的散装散卸,也能够满足集装化运输的要求,但是既有箱型在使用时有一定的不足:
其一,容积小,装载能力差,造成运能浪费。标准箱对外形尺寸有严格要求,标准宽度2438mm,而我国公路车辆外廓尺寸限界宽度为2550mm,铁路机车车辆限界宽度能达到3200mm;标准箱受限于宽度的约束,对限界利用率差,在相同长度和高度下,相比于同类型的铁路和公路专用车,容积小,载货能力差;同时由于容积小,装运粮食等散货时,运输车不能满载重,造成运输车运能的浪费。
其二,卸货需要专用车或卸货设备,或者采用人工卸货,不能实现自卸,卸货效率和成本较高。
因此,如何提高散货运输集装箱的载货和卸货能力,是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种宽体散货运输集装箱。该集装箱的侧墙采用宽体结构,有效利用限界内空间,能增大容积5%~20%,提高运输集装箱的装载能力,充分利用车辆的运能,综合效益高;而且,采用倾斜底架形式和底侧门卸货的方式,能实现货物自卸,无需任何设备,且无残留,不仅提高了效率同时降低了成本。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种设有所述集装箱的运输车辆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种宽体散货运输集装箱,包括前端墙、后端墙、左侧墙、右侧墙、设有装货口盖的箱顶、底架以及顶角件和底角件,所述底架的地板在横截面上呈倒“V”形;所述左侧墙和右侧墙为宽度超出所述顶角件和底角件外侧的宽体结构,并分别设有用于卸货的底侧门。
优选地,所述顶角件和底角件处于标准箱位置,所述左侧墙和右侧墙的宽度大于标准箱宽度小于线路限界宽度。

本发明针对现有散货集装箱受标准外形限制,容积有限,对铁路、公路运限界利用不充分,且需要专用车或设备才能卸货的问题,提出一种宽体散货运输集装箱,该集装箱在角件位置符合标准箱要求,能与既有运输车和吊具适用的前提下,增加箱体宽度,充分利用线路限界,增大容积,提高了装载能力,同时底架采用倾斜地板,并增加底侧门,可通过货物自重自然卸货,无需摘箱或其它专用设备,可显著提高卸货效率,降低使用成本。
本发明所提供的运输车辆设有宽体散货运输集装箱,由于所述宽体散货运输集装箱具有上述技术效果,设有该宽体散货运输集装箱的运输车辆也应具有相同的技术效果。

本发明的核心在于通过加宽侧墙的方式来增大容积,提高运输集装箱的装载能力,并通过倾斜底架形式和底侧门卸货的方式,实现货物自卸,提高卸货效率,降低使用成本。

在一种具体实施例中,本发明提供的宽体散货运输集装箱主要由前端墙1、后端墙2、左侧墙3、右侧墙4、箱顶5、底架6组成封闭箱型,具有防雨密闭性,其箱顶5设有装货口盖7,以便于从集装箱顶部装入粮食等干散货物,并设有顶角件8和底角件9等构件,顶角件8和底角件9处于标准箱位置,八个角件围成6058mm×2438mm×2591mm(长×宽×高)的范围,能与既有运输车和吊具适用。
左侧墙3和右侧墙4为宽度超出顶角件8和底角件9外侧的宽体结构,两者之间的宽度大于标准箱宽度2438mm,小于线路限界宽度,若此集装箱用于公路车辆,则应小于外廓尺寸限界宽度2550mm,若此集装箱用于铁路机车车辆,则应小于限界宽度3200mm。
具体地,左侧墙3和右侧墙4左右对称,以右侧墙4为例,其包括连接箱 顶5的上斜部4-1、连接底架6的下斜部4-2、竖向的侧部4-3、连接前端墙1的前封部4-4以及连接后端墙2的后封部4-5。

可以理解,若底架6的地板脊背角度越大,则地板的高度越低,根据体积计算公式,地板因隆起而占用的箱内容积将越小,有利于增加箱体容量,提高货运能力,但相应地,由于地板高度较低,因此两边斜面的坡度将较缓,卸货时物料的流动速度将相对较低,会在一定程度上影响卸货效率;相反地,若底架6的地板脊背角度越小,则地板的高度越高,占用的箱内容积将越大,不利于增加箱体容量,提高货运能力,但相应地,由于地板高度较高,因此两边斜面的坡度将较陡,卸货时物料的流动速度将相对较高,有助于提高卸货效率。
为平衡箱体容量与卸货效率之间的矛盾,将脊背角度设计为130°~165°较为合理,特别是在脊背角度为120°时,既能够保证集装箱具有较大的容量,又能够保证集装箱能够以较高的效率进行卸货,从而很好的满足实际使用要求。
每一侧底侧门10的数量为两个,在集装箱长度方向上并排布置,与下斜部在门口上沿处旋转连接,并设有锁闭机构以从门口下沿处关闭或开启。这样,当底侧门10解除锁定后,在重力作用下,会自然处于下垂的竖直状态,从而无需借助外力即可将门打开,而且在物料流动挤压力的作用下,可进一步向外展开,加大门口开度,使物料以更快的速度、更高的流量流出箱体,在尽可能短的时间内完成卸料。
可以理解,根据集装箱长度或底侧门具体结构的不同,底侧门10的数量也可以是一个,或者三个、四个,甚至更多个,可视实际需要而定。

如图所示,此宽体散货运输箱,采用与标准箱一致的角件位置,可以与现有集装箱运输车和集装箱吊具通用;侧墙采用超宽结构,但是不超过线路限界的宽度要求,可根据限界调整宽度,在限界允许范围使箱体容积最大化;同时采用带倾斜地板的底架结构和底侧开门结构,并能实现不离车卸货,且开门即自卸,无残留,无需专用卸货设备,可显著提高卸货效率,降低使用成本。
上述实施例仅是本发明的优选方案,具体并不局限于此,在此基础上可根据实际需要作出具有针对性的调整,从而得到不同的实施方式。例如,顶角件8和底角件9处于不同型号标准箱的位置,或者,底侧门10采用下翻开启的方式,等等。由于可能实现的方式较多,这里就不再一一举例说明。
除了上述宽体散货运输集装箱,本发明还提供一种运输车辆,具体可以是铁路运输车辆或货运汽车,包括具有车头的车体,以及设于车体上的集装箱,其中,集装箱为上文中的宽体散货运输集装箱,其余结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
以上对本发明所提供的宽体散货运输集装箱及运输车辆进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宽体散货运输集装箱,包括前端墙(1)、后端墙(2)、左侧墙(3)、右侧墙(4)、设有装货口盖(7)的箱顶(5)、底架(6)以及顶角件(8)和底角件(9),其特征在于,所述底架(6)的地板在横截面上呈倒“V”形;所述左侧墙(3)和右侧墙(4)为宽度超出所述顶角件(8)和底角件(9)外侧的宽体结构,并分别设有用于卸货的底侧门(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述顶角件(8)和底角件(9)处于标准箱位置,所述左侧墙(3)和右侧墙(4)的宽度大于标准箱宽度小于线路限界宽度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述左侧墙(3)和右侧墙(4)左右对称,分别包括连接所述箱顶(5)的上斜部、连接所述底架(6)的下斜部、竖向的侧部、连接所述前端墙(3)的前封部以及连接所述后端墙(4)的后封部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述左侧墙(3)和右侧墙(4)的底侧门(10)分别设于其下斜部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述底侧门(10)与所述下斜部在门口上沿处旋转连接,并设有锁闭机构以从门口下沿处关闭或开启。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述底侧门(10)的数量为2~4个,在集装箱长度方向上并排布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述底架(6)地板的脊背角度范围为130°~165°。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的宽体散货运输集装箱,其特征在于,所述前端墙(1)、后端墙(2)、左侧墙(3)、右侧墙(4)、箱顶(5)、底架(6)组成封闭箱型。
  9. 一种运输车辆,包括具有车头的车体,以及设于所述车体上的集装箱,其特征在于,所述集装箱为上述权利要求1至8任一项所述的宽体散货运输集装箱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的运输车辆,其特征在于,具体为铁路运输车辆或货运汽车。
