Abstract
A type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage, including box body, non-independent box body liquid bag, independent box body liquid bag, non-independent box body liquid bag includes upper liquid bag body, liquid bag upper port valve, liquid bag lower port valve and lower liquid bag body. The box is an open design at one end. The box body is set with a lower liquid bag body. The lower liquid bag body is located at the open end of the box with a liquid bag lower valve. The lower liquid bag body is not in contact with the side wall of the inner cavity of the box. The upper liquid bag body is set above the lower liquid bag body.
Description
- This invention relates to the technical field of a type of liquid bag for transportation and storage with the protection function of the four walls of the carrier and storage tools (containers, vans, high-bar trucks, etc.), specifically a kind of liquid bag with the protection function of the box body for multi-functional transportation and storage.
- Container liquid bag is a new type of soft packaging container that can store and transport a variety of non-hazardous liquid goods. There is no empty box. There is no empty tank. Empty truck return freight and cleaning costs. It can effectively avoid cross-contamination of goods, and at the same time, save a lot of money on loading and unloading, packaging and material management, which is more advantageous than tank trucks and tank boxes. Therefore, it has been more widely used in the field of non-dangerous liquid goods storage and transportation.
- The existing container liquid bag is set inside the container. After filling with goods, it will cause extrusion on both sides of the container and damage to the container. Seriously, it will cause the deformation of the four walls of the container and damage the container body. And the space utilization rate of the existing container liquid bag is low. The vehicle liquid bag will cause extrusion to the compartment wall when it is filled with goods. And in the transportation process, the bag body is repeatedly in friction with the compartment wall, the bag body is easy to wear, affecting transport safety. To this end, we propose a type of liquid bag with box body protection function for multi-functional transportation and storage.
- The purpose of this invention is to provide a box body, including containers, vans, high-bar vehicles and other liquid bags with protection function for multi-functional transport and storage, including: box body, liquid bag body, auxiliary facilities. The said liquid bag body is divided into: independent bag body, the liquid bag for the upper and lower stacking of the container, the liquid bag for the horizontal connection of the vehicle (van, high column truck), including the upper liquid bag body, the liquid bag upper port valve, the lower liquid bag body and the liquid bag lower port valve. The said vehicle (van, high-bar truck, flatbed truck) is connected with a horizontal liquid bag. The box body is of open design. The box body is set with the liquid bag body, and with the door gear, and the auxiliary facilities used for anti-friction, fastening, partition, in order to solve the above problems raised in the background technology.
- To achieve the above purpose, this invention provides the following technical solutions:
- A type of liquid bag with box body protection function for multi-functional transportation and storage, including box body, non-independent box body liquid bag, independent box body liquid bag, is characterized in that: the said non-independent box body liquid bag includes the upper liquid bag body, liquid bag upper mouth valve, liquid bag lower liquid bag, the said box is designed with an opening at one end, the said box is set with a lower liquid bag body, the said lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag lower mouth valve on the side of the open end of the box, the said lower liquid bag body is not in contact with the inner cavity side wall of the box, the said lower liquid bag body is set with an upper liquid bag body above, the four surrounding sides of the lower liquid bag body and the upper liquid bag body are concave to the middle, the said liquid bag lower port valve is set with a liquid bag upper port valve on the top surface, the said independent box liquid bag includes an independent liquid bag and an independent liquid bag valve, the four surrounding sides of the said independent liquid bag are all concave to the middle, and the said independent liquid bag is set with an independent liquid bag valve on the top surface.
- As a further solution of the invention: the top surface of said upper liquid bag body is set with a flexible liquid bag anti-friction device pad.
- As a further solution of this invention: one end of the said lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device, the other end of the said lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag rear flexible fixed connection device, one end of the said liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device is fixedly connected to the liquid bag body above, and one end of the said liquid bag rear flexible fixed connection device is fixedly connected to the liquid bag body above.
- As a further solution of this invention: the open end of the said box are set with a box door.
- As a further embodiment of this invention: said open end of the said container is set with a rigid device.
- As a further embodiment of this invention: one side of the said rigid device is fixedly connected with a door stop.
- As a further embodiment of this invention: the liquid bag can be applied to the container, boxcar, high-bar truck, flatbed truck.
- Compared with the current technology, the beneficial effect of this invention is:
- This invention uses the feature that when the bag body is filled with liquid, the four sides are naturally concave inward, creating an internal concave. It does not squeeze the four walls of the container. The four corners of the bag body are in contact with the container. The upper and lower liquid bags of the non-independent container liquid bag are larger than the previous container liquid bag, and the two sides are not against the container wall, which causes little damage to the container, thus extending the service life of the container. It can further improve the space utilization of the container and increase the transportation space. The independent liquid bag tank is pillow-shaped when filled, the size of the two sides against the container wall is small, and the four walls of the container have a small force area, which will not cause damage to the side walls of the container, thus extending the service life of the container.

Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of this invention, and not all of them. Based on the embodiments in this invention, all other embodiments obtained by an ordinary technician in this field without making creative labor are within the scope of protection of this invention.

FIG. 19 , in the embodiment of this invention, a type of liquid bag with the function of box body protection for multifunctional transportation and storage, including box body 1, upperliquid bag body 2, liquid bagupper port valve 3, rigid device 4, door stop 5, liquid baglower port valve 6, liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device 7, lowerliquid bag body 8, liquid bag rear flexiblefixed connection device 9, flexible liquid bag frictionprevention device pad 10,container door 11 The liquid bag,independent liquid bag 12 and independent liquid bag valve 13. The non-independent container liquid bag includes the upperliquid bag body 2, liquid bagupper port valve 3, liquid baglower port valve 6 and the lowerliquid bag body 8. Box 1 includes containers, vans, high-bar trucks, flatbed trucks and storage containers, etc. One end of the box 1 is open design. There is a lowerliquid bag body 8 inside the box 1. The lowerliquid bag body 8 is located on the side of the open end of the box 1 with a lowerliquid bag valve 6. The lowerliquid bag body 8 is not in contact with the side wall of the inner cavity of the box 1. The lowerliquid bag body 8 is provided with the upperliquid bag body 2 above. The four surrounding sides of the lowerliquid bag body 8 and the upperliquid bag body 2 are all concave to the middle. The top surface of the lowerliquid bag valve 6 is set with the upperliquid bag valve 3. The independent container liquid bag includes anindependent liquid bag 12 and an independent liquid bag valve 13. The four surrounding sides of theindividual liquid bag 12 are concave to the middle. The top surface of theindependent liquid bag 12 is set with independent liquid bag valve 13. The top surface of the upperliquid bag body 2 is fixedly connected with a flexible liquid baganti-friction device pad 10. One end of the lowerliquid bag body 8 is fixedly connected with a liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device 7. The other end of the lowerliquid bag body 8 is fixedly connected with the liquid bag rear flexible fixedconnection device 9. One end of the front flexible connection device 7 is fixedly connected to the upperliquid bag body 2. One end of the rearflexible connection device 9 is fixedly connected to the upperliquid bag body 2. There is acontainer door 11 at the open end of the box 1. One side of thecontainer door 11 is hinged with the box body 1. There is a rigid device 4 at the open end of the box 1. One side of the rigid device 4 is fixedly connected to the door stop 5. - When using the non-independent container liquid bag on the container, the non-independent container liquid bag includes the upper
liquid bag body 2, liquid bagupper port valve 3, liquid baglower port valve 6 and the lowerliquid bag body 8. One end of the box 1 is of open design. Box 1 is set up in the lowerliquid bag body 8. The lowerliquid bag body 8 is located on the side of the open end of the box body 1, which is set with a liquid baglower port valve 6. The lowerliquid bag body 8 is not in contact with the side wall of the inner cavity of the box 1 of the container. The upperliquid bag body 2 is set above the lowerliquid bag body 8. The four surrounding sides of the lowerliquid bag body 8 and the upperliquid bag body 2 are concave to the middle. The top surface of the lowerliquid bag valve 6 is set with the upperliquid bag valve 3. The top surface of the upperliquid bag body 2 is fixedly connected with a flexible liquid baganti-friction device pad 10. One end of the lowerliquid bag body 8 is fixedly connected with a liquid bag front flexible fixed device 7. The other end of the lowerliquid bag body 8 is fixedly connected with the liquid bag rear flexible fixedconnection device 9. One end of the front flexible connection device 7 is fixedly connected to the upperliquid bag body 2. One end of the rearflexible connection device 9 is fixedly connected to the upperliquid bag body 2. The box 1 is set with acontainer door 11 at the open end. The open end of the box 1 is fixedly connected with a number of rigid devices 4. One side of the rigid device 4 is fixedly connected to the door stop 5. - When using the independent container liquid bag on the container, the independent container liquid bag includes the independent
liquid bag 12 and the independent liquid bag valve 13. One end of the box 1 is open design. The container body 1 is set with a separateliquid bag 12. The four surrounding sides of the independentliquid bag 12 are concave to the middle. The top surface of the independentliquid bag 12 is set with an independent liquid bag valve 13. Acontainer door 11 is set in the open end of the container body 1. A number of rigid devices 4 are fixedly connected to the open end of the container body 1. One side of the rigid device 4 is fixedly connected with a door stop 5. - When using the independent container liquid bag in the boxcar, the independent container liquid bag includes the independent
liquid bag 12 and the independent liquid bag valve 13. One end of the box 1 of the high-bar truck is open design. The high-bar truck is set up with a separateliquid bag 12 inside the box 1. The independentliquid bag 12 is set with a fastening belt. The top surface of the independentliquid bag 12 is fixedly connected with a flexible liquid baganti-friction device pad 10. The two ends of the independentliquid bag 12 are connected to the box 1 of the high-bar truck. The four surrounding sides of the independentliquid bag 12 are concave to the middle. The top surface of the independentliquid bag 12 is set with an independent liquid bag valve 13. Thecontainer door 11 is set at the open end of the box 1 of the high-bar truck. A number of rigid devices 4 are fixedly connected to the open end of the box 1 of the high-bar truck. One side of the rigid device 4 is fixedly connected with a door stop 5. - When using the independent container liquid bag on the flatbed truck, the independent container liquid bag includes the independent
liquid bag 12 and the independent liquid bag valve 13. One end of the box 1 of the high-bed truck is open design. Flatbed truck box body 1 is set with an independentliquid bag 12. The independentliquid bag 12 is set with a fastening belt. The top surface of the independentliquid bag 12 is fixedly connected with a flexible liquid baganti-friction device pad 10. The two ends of the independentliquid bag 12 are connected to the box 1 of the flatbed truck. The four surrounding sides of the stand-alone bag 12 are concave to the center. The top surface of the independentliquid bag 12 is set with an independent liquid bag valve 13. - The working principle of the invention is:
- When used, it uses the feature of natural deformation of the four sides of the bag after the bag is filled with liquid to produce inward concavity. It does not squeeze the four walls of the container. The four corners of the bag body are in contact with the container. The upper
liquid bag body 2 and the lowerliquid bag body 8 of the non-independent container liquid bag are loaded with a larger volume compared to the previous container liquid bag. And the two sides are not against the box 1 box wall, the damage caused to the box 1 is very small, thus extending the service life of the box 1. It can further improve the space utilization of the tank 1 and increase the transportation space. The independentliquid bag 12 is different from other high-bar truck-mounted liquid bags that require additional square steel reinforcement. The independentliquid bag 12 can reduce the need for additional square steel reinforcement. The independentliquid bag 12 has a rounded shape after being filled, and the size of the part of the wall on both sides is small. The force area on both sides of the wall of the box 1 is small, which will not cause damage to the wall of the box 1, thus extending the service life of the box 1. - Despite the detailed description of this invention referring to the previous embodiments, it is still possible for a technician in the field to modify the technical solutions recorded in the previous embodiments, or to make equivalent substitutions for some of the technical features. Any modification, equivalent substitution, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of this invention shall be included in the scope of protection of this invention.

8. A type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage, comprising: a box body, non-independent box body liquid bag, and independent box body liquid bag;
wherein the non-independent box liquid bag includes an upper liquid bag body, liquid bag upper port valve, liquid bag lower port valve and lower liquid bag body;
wherein the box body is designed with an open end and is set inside the lower liquid bag body;
wherein the lower liquid bag body is located in the open end of a box side of the liquid bag valve and the lower liquid bag body is not in contact with a side wall of an inner cavity of the box;
wherein the lower liquid bag body is set above the upper liquid bag body, and four surrounding sides of the lower liquid bag body and the upper liquid bag body are concave to the middle;
wherein the top surface of the lower liquid bag valve is set with the upper liquid bag valve;
wherein the independent box liquid bag includes independent liquid bag and independent liquid bag valve;
wherein four surrounding sides of the independent liquid bag are concave to the middle and the independent liquid bag of a top surface is set independent liquid bag valve.
9. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein the top surface of the said upper liquid bag body is set with a flexible liquid bag anti-friction device pad.
10. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein one end of the lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device and the other end of the lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag rear flexible fixed connection device, wherein one end of the front flexible connection device is fixedly connected to the upper liquid bag body, and one end of the rear flexible connection device of the liquid bag is fixedly connected to the liquid bag body.
11. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein the box body is set with a box door at each of the open ends.
12. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein the box body is set with a rigid device at the open end.
13. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein the rigid device is fixedly connected with a door stop on one side.
14. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8 , wherein the liquid bag can be applied to containers, boxcars, high-bar trucks and flatbed trucks.
