Description

具有安全防护的调节装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及儿童安全座椅,特别涉及一种具有安全防护的调节装置。
【背景技术】
儿童安全座椅是一种专为不同年龄(或体重)的儿童设计、可安装在汽车内、能有效提高儿童乘车安全性的座椅。为将儿童束缚在安全座椅上,如图11所示,儿童安全座椅通常设有肩带81、胯带82和调节带83(调节带也俗称拉带)。肩带81作用于儿童的胸部和肩部,其部分位于座椅前方(从座椅正面可见,即图11中黑实线所示意的肩带81),其部分位于座椅背侧(从座椅正面不可见,即图11中黑虚线所示意的肩带81)。跨带82位于儿童的胯部位置处,其一端固定于座椅上,其一端连接有安全扣母扣。肩带81和跨带82通常通过安全扣9进行连接,其可分离和扣合。同时,为适应不同体型的儿童,肩带81和胯带82的松紧度一般可调整,其松紧度的调节,主要是通过调节带83实现。调节带83,又称拉带,其一端与肩带81连接,其另一端为自由端831。调节带83与肩带81即可为固定连接,也可为可拆卸连接。调节带83的自由端831一般露出在儿童安全座椅外,其余部分通常隐藏设置在儿童安全座椅内。在调节带上设有调节器(俗称A-LOCK,按扣、前拉扣,图11中未示出),调节器固定于儿童安全座椅上,通常是固定在儿童安全座椅前端,位于儿童胯部下方。调节带83穿过调节器,而使得调节带83的中部被调节器固定住。当按压调节器时,调节带83便可沿其长度方向活动。此时若拉住调节带83的自由端831向外拉,调节带83的另一端则拉动肩带81,使肩带81向后收紧,从而使可作用于儿童肩部的肩带部分变短变紧。当按压调节器时,若向外拉动肩带81,肩带81则拉动调节带83向内活动,从而使得作用于儿童肩部的肩带部分变长变松, 以适应儿童的体型。因此,通过调节器和调节带83便可调整肩带81的长度,使肩带81和跨带82的松紧度适应儿童的体型。
众所周知,对于儿童而言,儿童喜欢乱摸乱碰,而调节器一般位于儿童的胯部位置处,极容易被儿童触摸到。如果调节器没有防护装置,乘坐安全座椅的儿童很有可能在不知情的情况下触碰到调节件,从而使得肩带无意中被调松,使安全带失去安全束缚的作用,进而导致安全问题的产生。因此,现有的调节器的结构设计,具有较大的安全隐患,需进一步改善其结构,提高其安全性。
【发明内容】
本发明旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种可防止误启,提高使用安全性,并且结构简单的具有安全防护的调节装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有安全防护的调节装置,其用于固定调节带并对调节带长度进行调节,其包括连接本体、设于连接本体上的用于调节所述调节带的调节件,其特征在于,在所述连接本体上设有防止调节件被误操作的防护件,所述防护件被构造成当需对调节带进行调节时需先操作所述防护件以解除所述防护件对所述调节件的防护后才可启动所述调节件而对调节带进行调节。
所述防护件与所述调节件联动设置,在默认状态下时,所述防护件被限制住而无法直接按压,且所述防护件部分或全部遮罩住所述调节件而使得用户无法直接操作所述调节件,当需对调节带进行调节时,操作所述防护件以解除所述防护件的按压限制后再按压所述防护件而联动所述调节件运动,从而可对调节带进行调节。
所述调节件与所述连接本体转动连接,所述防护件设于所述调节件的上方,所述防护件部分或全部遮罩住所述调节件,所述防护件在默认状态时与所述连接本体抵接而使得其无法直接按压而联动所述调节件,当推动所 述防护件时,所述防护件与所述连接本体脱离而可向下进行按压,从而通过按压所述防护件而联动所述调节件进行转动以对调节带进行调节。
在所述调节件与所述连接本体之间设有使所述调节件转动复位的第一复位弹簧,在所述调节件与所述防护件之间设有使所述防护件复位的第二复位弹簧,在失去外力作用时,所述第一复位弹簧和第二复位弹簧分别使所述调节件及防护件复位。
所述连接本体设有相对间隔的支撑部,所述调节件横向连接于所述支撑部之间,并可进行转动,在所述支撑部上设有搭接所述防护件的阶梯部,所述防护件的两端分别设有连接轴部,所述防护件位于所述调节件的上侧,其连接轴部搭接于所述连接本体的阶梯部上,当沿阶梯部向外或向内推动所述防护件时,所述防护件的连接轴部脱出所述阶梯部而可向下按压所述防护件,进而联动所述调节件进行转动。
所述阶梯部包括依次连接的第一作用面、第二作用面和第三作用面,所述第一作用面与第二作用面之间形成阶梯状,其用于搭接所述防护件的连接轴部,所述第二作用面与第三作用面之间圆滑过渡,其用于使所述连接轴部脱出所述第二作用面后沿第三作用面向下移动。
所述调节件包括转动部和作用部,所述转动部与所述作用部一体成型或固定连接,所述转动部与所述连接本体转动连接,在所述作用部上设有行程孔,所述防护件位于所述行程孔的上方,在所述防护件的朝向所述作用部的内侧表面上设有凸部,所述凸部位于所述行程孔内,在所述行程孔的内壁上设有与所述凸部相对应的第一定位柱,在所述凸部与所述第一定位柱之间设有所述第二复位弹簧,所述第二复位弹簧的一端套设于第一定位柱外,并抵接于所述行程孔的内壁上,所述第二复位弹簧的另一端抵接于所述凸部上。
所述防护件包括呈板状的主体部,在所述主体部相对的两侧边缘设有竖直的连接部,在所述连接部的端部分别设有竖直的搭接部,所述搭接部相 向延伸,所述搭接部与所述主体部相间隔而形成搭接所述作用部的空间,在所述连接部的外侧表面分别设有所述连接轴部,在所述主体部的内侧表面上设有所述凸部,所述作用部位于所述主体部与所述搭接部之间,并搭接于所述搭接部上,所述连接轴部搭接于所述连接本体的第二作用面上。
在所述连接本体的支撑部上分别设有转轴安装孔,在所述支撑部之间设有横向的第一转轴,所述第一转轴的两端分别搭接于所述转轴安装孔内,在所述调节件的转动部上设有第一转轴孔,所述转动部套设于所述第一转轴外而可绕所述第一转轴转动,在所述第一转轴孔与所述第一转轴之间设有所述第一复位弹簧。
在所述第一复位弹簧的两端分别设有使所述调节件复位的第一挡臂,在所述连接本体的支撑部上设有挡臂孔,所述第一复位弹簧的第一挡臂卡接于所述挡臂孔内而可使所述调节件在失去外力作用时自动复位。
在默认状态下,所述防护件遮罩住所述调节件而使得所述调节件无法被误启,当需要启动调节件时,所述防护件可活动至其他位置而不影响对所述调节件的操作。
所述防护件与所述连接本体转动连接,所述防护件在需要启动调节件时可在外力作用下转动至其他位置,从而使所述调节件显露出来而不影响对所述调节件的操作。

在所述连接臂与所述支撑部上分别设有第三复位弹簧,所述第三复位弹簧套设于所述第二转轴上,在所述第三复位弹簧的两端分别设有作用于所述连接本体上的第三挡臂和作用于所述连接臂上的第四挡臂,所述第三复位弹簧使防护件失去外力作用时复位至可遮罩所述调节件的位置处。
在所述连接本体的侧壁上分别设有挡臂孔,所述第三挡臂卡接于所述挡臂孔内,所述第四挡臂的末端呈弯折状态卡在所述连接臂的边缘。
本发明的有益贡献在于,其有效解决了上述问题。本发明通过防护件的设置,使得调节装置在默认状态下时,防护件遮罩住所述调节件而使得用户无法直接对调节件进行操作,从而避免儿童通过直接按压防护件和/或调节件而误启调节装置,进而提高调节装置的使用安全性。本发明的具有安全防护的调节装置大大加强了调节件的防护性,防止其被误启,其不仅结构简单,使用方便,而且安全性高,具有很强的实用性,宜大力推广。

如图1~图9所示,本发明的具有安全防护的调节装置包括连接本体1、防护件2和调节件3。所述连接本体1用于将调节装置固定于儿童安全座椅上,所述调节件3用于调节调节带83,从而调整肩带81与跨带82的松紧程度。所述防护件2与所述调节件3联动设置,其用于保护所述调节件3使得调节件3不易被误操作启动。本发明的主要要点在于,通过防护件2的设置,使得调节装置在默认状态下时,防护件2遮罩住所述调节件3而 使得用户无法直接对调节件3进行操作,从而避免儿童通过直接按压防护件2和/或调节件3而误启调节装置,进而提高调节装置的使用安全性。
实施例1
本实施例的所述防护件2与所述调节件3联动设置,所述防护件2可设置成多种形式,其与所述调节件3联动设置,其部分或全部遮罩住所述调节件3,所述防护件2在默认状态下时与所述连接本体1相抵接而使得防护件2无法被直接按压,避免儿童通过按压而误启调节件3。当推动所述防护件2时,所述防护件2与所述连接本体1脱离而可向下进行按压,此时向下按压便可联动所述调节件3进行转动,从而可对调节带83进行调节,进而可调整肩带81和跨带82的松紧度。
具体地,本实施例中,本发明的防护件2包括呈板状的主体部21、连接部22、搭接部23、连接轴部24。所述主体部21用于手指推动和按压,并用于遮罩所述调节件3。所述主体部21的大小及形状可根据需要而设置。为方便推动和按压所述防护件2,可在所述防护件2的主体部21的上表面设置与手指头相匹配的凹部211,并在凹部211上设置利于增强摩擦的凸条212,从而利于手指作用于所述主体部21而推动和/或按压所述防护件2。本实施例中,所述防护件2被构造成朝座椅内侧方向进行推动以解锁其按压限制,其他实施例中,所述防护件2也可被构造成朝座椅外侧方向进行推动以解锁其按压限制。所述防护件2的表面可根据其推动方向的不同而进行相应的设置,以方便手指推动所述防护件2。例如,当防护件2被构造成朝座椅内侧方向推动时,其推动方向顺应使用习惯,因而在防护件2的主体部21的上表面设置增强摩擦的凸条212即可,或者干脆不设置凸条212也可以。而当防护件2被构造成朝座椅外侧方向推动时,为方便向外拉动所述防护件2,可在所述主体部21的上表面设置相应的作用部,以便于手指作用于其上而向外拉动所述防护件2。
如图9所示,在所述主体部21相对的两侧边缘分别设有竖直的连接部 22。本实施例中,所述连接部22形成于所述主体部21的一端,其他实施例中,所述连接部22可由主体部21边缘的一端延伸至相对的另一端。本实施例中,所述连接部22与所述主体部21相垂直。在所述连接部22的外侧表面分别设有所述连接轴部24,其用于搭接于所述连接本体1上。本实施例中,所述连接轴部24呈圆柱形状,其突出形成于所述连接部22的外侧表面中央。在所述连接部22的端部分别设有竖直的搭接部23,所述搭接部23相向延伸,并与所述主体部21相间隔。所述搭接部23与主体部21相间隔而形成搭接所述调节件3的空间,并使得防护件2可沿调节件3的延伸方向进行推动而不与调节件3脱离。在所述主体部21的内侧表面设有突出于其表面的凸部25,其用于抵接所述第二复位弹簧4。所述凸部25可被构造成多种形状,其可提供作用面用于抵接所述第二复位弹簧4。为更利于抵接所述第二复位弹簧4,本实施例中,在所述凸部25上设有第二定位柱26,该第二定位柱26与所述主体部21平行间隔。本实施例中,所述主体部21、连接部22、搭接部23、连接轴部24、凸部25及第二定位柱26一体成型,其可由多种材料制成,本实施例优选塑料材质。
如图2所示,所述调节件3用于调节调节带83。所述调节件3包括转动部31和作用部32。所述转动部31用于与所述连接本体1转动连接,所述作用部32用于与所述防护件2形成联动设置,使防护件2的运动可作用于所述作用部32上而带动所述转动部31转动。在一些实施例中,所述转动部31可与所述作用部32一体成型,本实施例中,所述转动部31与所述作用部32固定连接,其由不同的材质制成,转动部31由铝材料制成,作用部32由塑胶材料制成,从而不仅可降低加工成本,而且可提升手感和美观性。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述转动部31被构造成具有第一转轴孔311的不规则体,在所述转动部31的部分表面上设有齿轮形状的齿轮部312,其用于卡持所述调节带83。所述齿轮部312与连接本体1之间具有一定间 隙,其使得调节带83可穿过并夹在齿轮部312与连接本体1之间。所述第一转轴孔311和所述齿轮部312的结构位置关系,使得转动部31形成类似偏心轮的结构,当转动部31转动时,齿轮部312与连接本体1之间的间隙便产生变化。在默认状态时,所述齿轮部312与所述连接本体1之间的间隙最小,其夹紧调节带83而使得调节带83无法活动。当转动部31转动而偏离默认状态位置时,齿轮部312与连接本体1之间的间隙增大,此时调节带83可沿其长度方向活动,从而可通过调节带83的自由端向外拉动调节带83或通过肩带81向内拉动调节带83,进而调整肩带81和跨带82的松紧度。
在所述转动部31的表面上还设有第一定位部313,其用于与所述作用部32定位连接,所述第一定位部313可以是内凹的凹槽,也可以是外凸的凸沿,与之相应的,在所述作用部32上设置相应的凸沿或凹槽,便可使两者卡和在一起,由作用部32的运动而带动转动部31进行转动。本实施例中,所述第一定位部313为内凹的凹槽。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述作用部32被构造成一端局部包覆于转动部31外而与转动部31形成固定连接,其另一端延伸至转动部31外而利于防护件2作用于其上而与防护件2形成联动连接。本实施例中,所述作用部32的一端半包覆于转动部31外,其形状及大小与所述转动部31相匹配。其他实施例中,所述作用部32的一端也可构造成全包覆于所述转动部31外,以联动所述转动部31转动。在所述作用部32该端的内侧表面设有第二定位部321,所述第二定位部321与转动部31的第一定位部313相匹配,其用于使作用部32与转动部31定位固接,从而可由作用部32带动转动部31动作。本实施例中,所述第二定位部321为突出于其内侧表面的凸沿,其卡入第一定位部313的凹槽内而使转动部31和作用部32定位固接。所述作用部32的用于与防护件2进行联动的连接端的形状与所述防护件2相匹配,本实施例中,其呈平板状,其宽度使得其可搭接于防护件2的主 体部21与搭接部23之间,并搭接于防护件2的搭接部23上,从而使得防护件2可沿着作用部32的侧壁延伸方向进行限位移动而不与作用部32脱离。当作用部32的与防护件2进行联动的连接端搭接于防护件2的搭接部23上时,所述防护件2的主体部21遮罩住作用部32该端的连接端,从而使得用户无法直接操作作用部32而带动转动部31进行转动。在所述作用部32上设有行程孔322,所述行程孔322与所述防护件2的主体部21相对应,主体部21内侧表面的凸部25位于所述行程孔322内。在所述行程孔322的内壁上设有与所述第二定位柱26相对应的第一定位柱323,在所述第一定位柱323和第二定位柱26之间套设有第二复位弹簧4。所述第二复位弹簧4的一端套设于第一定位柱323外,并抵接于行程孔322的内壁上,所述第二复位弹簧4的另一端套设于第二定位柱26上,并抵接于所述凸部25表面上。所述第二复位弹簧4用于使防护件2在无外力作用下时自动复位。在默认状态下时,所述第二复位弹簧4的弹力使得所述防护件2与所述作用部32相对抵接,使防护件2的凸部25限位抵接于行程孔322的与第一定位柱323相对的另一侧侧壁上,从而使得用户可朝第一定位柱323方向推动所述防护件2,使防护件2的凸部25在行程孔322内移动。
如图2所示,所述连接本体1可通过公知的结构与儿童安全座椅固定连接,其设有相对间隔的支撑部11,其用于承载所述调节件3。所述支撑部11间隔的距离与所述转动部31的宽度相一致。在所述支撑部11上分别设有转轴安装孔12,其用于横向连接第一转轴51。所述第一转轴51横向连接于支撑部11之间,所述第一转轴51的两端分别搭接于所述转轴安装孔12内。所述转动部31套设于所述第一转轴51上,从而使得所述转动部31可绕所述第一转轴51转动。为使调节件3自动复位,在所述转动部31与所述第一转轴51之间设有第一复位弹簧6。所述第一复位弹簧6的两端分布设有第一挡臂61,在所述支撑部11上分别设有挡臂孔13,所述第一复位弹簧6的第一挡臂61分别卡接于所述挡臂孔13内,从而使得可通过 第一复位弹簧6的第一挡臂61向所述转动部31施加扭力,在转动部31转动后并失去外力作用时,第一复位弹簧6的扭力可使转动部31转动复位。为使所述第一复位弹簧6作用更顺畅,在所述第一复位弹簧6与所述第一转轴51之间设有胶管7,所述胶管7套设于第一转轴51之外,所述第一复位弹簧6套设于所述胶管7外。
为搭接所述防护件2,使得防护件2被限制而无法直接按压,如图2所示,在所述支撑部11的端部设有阶梯状的阶梯部14。所述阶梯部14包括依次连接的第一作用面141、第二作用面142和第三作用面143。所述第一作用面141与第二作用面142之间形成阶梯状,其用于搭接所述防护件2的连接轴部24。所述第二作用面142与所述第三作用面143之间圆滑过度,其用于使防护件2的连接轴部24脱出所述第二作用面142后沿第三作用面143向下移动。为限制防护件2向下按压的程度,所述阶梯部14还包括与第三作用面143相连的第四作用面144,所述第四作用面144与第三作用面143之间形成阶梯状,其用于限位所述防护件2向下按压的行程。
藉此,便形成了本实施例的具有安全防护的调节装置。所述调节件3的转动部31通过第一转轴51搭接于连接本体1的支撑部11之间,并可绕第一转轴51转动。所述调节件3的作用部32一端与转动部31固定连接,另一端与防护件2联动连接。所述防护件2位于所述调节件3作用部32的上方,并局部遮罩住所述作用部32而使得用户无法直接操作调节件3。所述防护件2的连接轴部24抵接于阶梯部14的第二作用面142上,由于第二作用面142的限位作用而使得防护件2无法被直接按压下去,其状态如图3、图4所示。使用时,如图5、图6所示,朝安全座椅内侧方向推动所述防护件2,使得防护件2的连接轴部24脱出第二作用面142而解除防护件2的按压限制,然后向下按压所述防护件2(如图7所示),使得防护件2的连接轴部24沿第三作用面143向下移动。如图8所示,防护件2向下移动过程中,其作用于调节件3的作用部32上,从而带动所述转动部31 转动。所述转动部31一转动,夹持在转动部31的齿轮部312与连接本体1之间的调节带83便可沿调节带83的长度方向活动,从而可调节肩带81和跨带82的松紧度。当操作完成而松开按压时,所述第一复位弹簧6的扭力使得转动部31转动复位,第二复位弹簧4的弹力使得防护件2移动复位,从而恢复默认状态(如图3、图4所示),由防护件2遮罩住调节件3而使得调节件3无法被直接操作,且防护件2被第二作用面142限制住而无法直接按压,进而使得在默认状态下时,调节件3不易被误操作而开启,防止儿童误操作造成安全隐患,提高调节装置的使用安全性。
实施例2
本实施例的防护件2在默认状态下遮罩住所述调节件3而使得所述调节件3无法被误启,当需要启动调节件3时,所述防护件2可活动至其他位置而不影响对所述调节件3的操作。
具体的,如图12、13所示,所述防护件2与所述连接本体1转动连接,其可在外力作用下进行转动,在默认状态时,其可遮罩住所述调节件3;当需要操作调节件3时,所述防护件2可在外力作用下转动一定角度而使所述调节件3显露出来;当不需操作调节件3时,防护件2失去外力作用可自动复位,转回至原位置而遮盖住所述调节件3。
所述连接本体1与调节件3的结构设计可参看现有技术,本实施例的防护件2架构在现有的调节装置的基础上,因此,所述调节件3与所述连接本体1之间可通过多种方式进行连接,其具体结构本实施例不具体介绍,其可参看实施例1的结构,也可参考现有其他公知技术。
所述防护件2包括遮罩盖27和连接于遮罩盖27相对两端的连接臂28。所述遮罩盖27的尺寸以可完全遮盖住所述调节件3为佳,其用于遮盖所述调节件3,使调节件3不容易被直接操作到。所述遮盖罩的形状可根据美观需要而设置,其材质可根据使用需求而设置。所述连接臂28连接于所述遮罩盖27的两端,其与所述遮罩盖27弯折呈一定角度。本实施例中,所述 遮罩盖27与所述连接臂28近似垂直。其他实施例中,其也可不垂直。所述连接臂28与所述遮罩盖27一体成型或一体连接。在所述连接臂28的自由端附近分别设有一个第二转轴孔29,其用于装设第二转轴52而与所述连接本体1转动连接。
在所述连接本体1设有相对间隔的支撑部11,在所述支撑部11上分别设有转轴安装孔12,该转轴安装孔12的位置使得所述防护件2装设于此处后可遮罩住所述调节件3。所述防护件2的连接臂28分别设于所述连接本体1相对的两侧侧壁的外侧,且第二转轴孔29与转轴安装孔12的位置一一对应。在所述第二转轴孔29与转轴安装孔12内共同装设有一第二转轴52,该第二转轴52的两端端部分别搭接于所述连接臂28的第二转轴孔29内,从而使得所述防护件2与所述连接本体1形成转动连接,使得防护件2可绕所述第二转轴52转动。
在所述第二转轴52的两端分别设有端盖,其用于防止第二转轴52移位而脱出所述第二转轴孔29。
为使所述防护件2自动复位,在所述连接臂28与所述连接本体1之间分别设有第三复位弹簧10。所述第三复位弹簧10套设于所述第二转轴52上。在所述第三复位弹簧10的两端分别设有延长的第四挡臂102和第三挡臂101。所述第四挡臂102作用于所述连接臂28上,所述第三挡臂101作用于所述连接本体1上,当防护件2转动一定角度后,在失去外力作用时,所述第三复位弹簧10便通过其第四挡臂102作用于连接臂28上而使防护件2复位,回归至原位置处。本实施例中,所述第四挡臂102的末端呈弯折状态卡在所述连接臂28的边缘,从而可带动所述连接臂28复位转动。其他实施例中,所述第四挡臂102也可设置成其他形式。所述第三挡臂101作用于所述连接本体1上,本实施例中,在所述连接本体1的侧壁上分别设有挡臂孔13,所述第三挡臂101的末端卡接于所述挡臂孔13内。
籍此,便形成了本实施例的具有安全防护的调节装置。在第三复位弹 簧10的作用下,所述防护件2处在遮罩住所述调节件3的位置处,从而避免所述调节件3被误启。当需要操作所述调节件3时,对所述防护件2施加作用力,防护件2便转动一定角度而显露出所述调节件3,从而不影响对调节件3的操作。当操作完,防护件2失去外力作用时,其在第三复位弹簧10的作用下自动复位,继续遮罩住所述调节件3,从而可大大提高连接装置的安全性,避免误操作而带来的安全隐患问题。为便于指示所述防护件2的活动方向,可在所述遮罩盖27的外表面设置操作方向指示符号。在不同的实施例中,所述防护件2的活动方向可根据需要而设置,其既可以是向内转动,也可以是向外转动。
实施例3
本实施例的基本原理同实施例2,所不同的是,实施例2中的防护件2与连接本体1转动连接,本实施例中,所述防护件2可设置成与所述连接本体1滑动连接,其可在外力作用下进行移动。在默认状态时,其可遮罩住所述调节件3;当需要操作调节件3时,所述防护件2在外力作用下移动至其他位置而使所述调节件3显露出来。当不需操作调节件3时,防护件2失去外力作用可自动复位,移动至原位置而遮盖住所述调节件3。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换,例如,如图10所示,当将本实施例的防护件构造成朝座椅外侧方向推动时,所述阶梯部14可设置在连接本体支撑部11的中部以替换设置在端部,与此同时,所述调节件3和防护件2的结构做适应性调整,使得防护件2在推动和向下按压过程时不与连接本体1干涉,使得其可顺利按压下即可。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种具有安全防护的调节装置,其用于固定调节带(83)并对调节带(83)长度进行调节,其包括连接本体(1)、设于连接本体(1)上的用于调节所述调节带(83)的调节件(3),其特征在于,在所述连接本体(1)上设有防止调节件(3)被误操作的防护件(2),所述防护件(2)被构造成当需对调节带(83)进行调节时需先操作所述防护件(2)以解除所述防护件(2)对所述调节件(3)的防护后才可启动所述调节件(3)而对调节带(83)进行调节。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述防护件(2)与所述调节件(3)联动设置,在默认状态下时,所述防护件(2)被限制住而无法直接按压,且所述防护件(2)部分或全部遮罩住所述调节件(3)而使得用户无法直接操作所述调节件(3),当需对调节带(83)进行调节时,操作所述防护件(2)以解除所述防护件(2)的按压限制后再按压所述防护件(2)而联动所述调节件(3)运动,从而可对调节带(83)进行调节。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节件(3)与所述连接本体(1)转动连接,所述防护件(2)设于所述调节件(3)的上方,所述防护件(2)部分或全部遮罩住所述调节件(3),所述防护件(2)在默认状态时与所述连接本体(1)抵接而使得其无法直接按压而联动所述调节件(3),当推动所述防护件(2)时,所述防护件(2)与所述连接本体(1)脱离而可向下进行按压,从而通过按压所述防护件(2)而联动所述调节件(3)进行转动以对调节带(83)进行调节。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在所述调节件(3)与所述连接本体(1)之间设有使所述调节件(3)转动复位 的第一复位弹簧(6),在所述调节件(3)与所述防护件(2)之间设有使所述防护件(2)复位的第二复位弹簧(4),在失去外力作用时,所述第一复位弹簧(6)和第二复位弹簧(4)分别使所述调节件(3)及防护件(2)复位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述连接本体(1)设有相对间隔的支撑部(11),所述调节件(3)横向连接于所述支撑部(11)之间,并可进行转动,在所述支撑部(11)上设有搭接所述防护件(2)的阶梯部(14),所述防护件(2)的两端分别设有连接轴部(24),所述防护件(2)位于所述调节件(3)的上侧,其连接轴部(24)搭接于所述连接本体(1)的阶梯部(14)上,当沿阶梯部(14)向外或向内推动所述防护件(2)时,所述防护件(2)的连接轴部(24)脱出所述阶梯部(14)而可向下按压所述防护件(2),进而联动所述调节件(3)进行转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述阶梯部(14)包括依次连接的第一作用面(141)、第二作用面(142)和第三作用面(143),所述第一作用面(141)与第二作用面(142)之间形成阶梯状,其用于搭接所述防护件(2)的连接轴部(24),所述第二作用面(142)与第三作用面(143)之间圆滑过渡,其用于使所述连接轴部(24)脱出所述第二作用面(142)后沿第三作用面(143)向下移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节件(3)包括转动部(31)和作用部(32),所述转动部(31)与所述作用部(32)一体成型或固定连接,所述转动部(31)与所述连接本体(1)转动连接,在所述作用部(32)上设有行程孔(322),所述防护件(2)位于所述行程孔(322)的上方,在所述防护件(2)的朝向所述作用部(32)的内侧表面上设有凸部(25),所述凸部(25)位于所述行程孔(322)内,在所述行程孔(322)的内壁上设有与所述凸部(25)相对应的第一定位柱 (323),在所述凸部(25)与所述第一定位柱(323)之间设有所述第二复位弹簧(4),所述第二复位弹簧(4)的一端套设于第一定位柱(323)外,并抵接于所述行程孔(322)的内壁上,所述第二复位弹簧(4)的另一端抵接于所述凸部(25)上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述防护件(2)包括呈板状的主体部(21),在所述主体部(21)相对的两侧边缘设有竖直的连接部(22),在所述连接部(22)的端部分别设有竖直的搭接部(23),所述搭接部(23)相向延伸,所述搭接部(23)与所述主体部(21)相间隔而形成搭接所述作用部(32)的空间,在所述连接部(22)的外侧表面分别设有所述连接轴部(24),在所述主体部(21)的内侧表面上设有所述凸部(25),所述作用部(32)位于所述主体部(21)与所述搭接部(23)之间,并搭接于所述搭接部(23)上,所述连接轴部(24)搭接于所述连接本体(1)的第二作用面(142)上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在所述连接本体(1)的支撑部(11)上分别设有转轴安装孔(12),在所述支撑部(11)之间设有横向的第一转轴(51),所述第一转轴(51)的两端分别搭接于所述转轴安装孔(12)内,在所述调节件(3)的转动部(31)上设有第一转轴孔(311),所述转动部(31)套设于所述第一转轴(51)外而可绕所述第一转轴(51)转动,在所述第一转轴孔(311)与所述第一转轴(51)之间设有所述第一复位弹簧(6)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在所述第一复位弹簧(6)的两端分别设有使所述调节件(3)复位的第一挡臂(61),在所述连接本体(1)的支撑部(11)上设有挡臂孔(13),所述第一复位弹簧(6)的第一挡臂(61)卡接于所述挡臂孔(13)内而可使所述调节件(3)在失去外力作用时自动复位。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在默 认状态下,所述防护件(2)遮罩住所述调节件(3)而使得所述调节件(3)无法被误启,当需要启动调节件(3)时,所述防护件(2)可活动至其他位置而不影响对所述调节件(3)的操作。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述防护件(2)与所述连接本体(1)转动连接,所述防护件(2)在需要启动调节件(3)时可在外力作用下转动至其他位置,从而使所述调节件(3)显露出来而不影响对所述调节件(3)的操作。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述防护件(2)与所述连接本体(1)滑动连接,所述防护件(2)在需要启动调节件(3)时可在外力作用下移动至其他位置,从而使所述调节件(3)显露出来而不影响对所述调节件(3)的操作。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述防护件(2)在失去外力作用时可自动复位而复位至遮罩住所述调节件(3)的位置处。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,所述连接本体(1)设有相对间隔的支撑部(11),在所述连接本体(1)的支撑部(11)上设有转轴安装孔(12),所述防护件(2)包括遮罩盖(27)和连接于遮罩盖(27)相对两端的连接臂(28),在所述连接臂(28)上设有第二转轴孔(29),所述防护件(2)的连接臂(28)分别连接于所述支撑部(11)的侧壁上,且所述防护件(2)的第二转轴孔(29)与所述连接本体(1)的转轴安装孔(12)相对应,在所述转轴安装孔(12)和第二转轴孔(29)内穿插有一第二转轴(52),该第二转轴(52)使得所述连接本体(1)与所述防护件(2)形成转动连接,且所述防护件(2)可绕所述第二转轴(52)转动。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在所述连接臂(28)与所述支撑部(11)上分别设有第三复位弹簧(10),所 述第三复位弹簧(10)套设于所述第二转轴(52)上,在所述第三复位弹簧(10)的两端分别设有作用于所述连接本体(1)上的第三挡臂(101)和作用于所述连接臂(28)上的第四挡臂(102),所述第三复位弹簧(10)使防护件(2)失去外力作用时复位至可遮罩所述调节件(3)的位置处。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的具有安全防护的调节装置,其特征在于,在所述连接本体(1)的侧壁上分别设有挡臂孔(13),所述第三挡臂(101)卡接于所述挡臂孔(13)内,所述第四挡臂(102)的末端呈弯折状态卡在所述连接臂(28)的边缘。
