一种简易拖鞋,包括鞋底(1)和帮面(2),所述鞋底(1)为柔性片材,鞋底(1)的前端对应帮面(2)部分具有宽出鞋底两侧的区域;帮面(2)与鞋底(1)的前端形状相同,帮面(2)边缘与鞋底(1)的前端形状侧面边缘连接。所述柔性片材为底层防滑海绵(11),EVA中间层(12)以及顶层无纺布(13),热压复合而成;所述帮面(2)为无纺布。所述鞋底(1)和帮面(2)的连接通过超声波打孔连接;所述鞋底(1)边缘超声波打孔连接,以增强鞋底(1)复合强度。帮面(2)中间区域设置超声焊接点(4),用于帮面(2)与鞋底(1)的临时固定。由于各个部分均表现为层状,便于流水线连接作业;帮面(2)中间区域设置超声焊接点(4),一方面起到临时固定的作用;另一方面成品撕开,以明确产品为一次使用的属性。

Description

一种简易拖鞋及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及拖鞋技术改进,具体为改进结构的一种简易拖鞋及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,使用的一次性拖鞋主要基于成本考虑,所以选材比较廉价,从结构上来看,基本包括拖鞋鞋底层(泡沫底)和上面的鞋面无纺布层和无纺布鞋帮,让后通过手工锁边布条的方式,缝合在一起;就目前来看,还没有自动化流水线的生产出现。且,上述一次性拖鞋在浴室使用时防滑效果较差,容易滑倒,不能有效地保障使用者的人身安全;进而有一次性拖鞋增加底面功能层的诉求,比如公开号为CN204635209U中国实用新型所涉及到的一次性拖鞋就是这种情况。特别是随着功能层的增加,实现自动化生产的难度也逐渐增大,其核心问题在于鞋底缝合以及鞋底和鞋帮的连接两方面是否能够实现自动化处理。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种简易拖鞋及其制造方法,新颖的结构,能够实现自动化流水线生产,且产品本身具一次性使用,且防范多次使用的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种简易拖鞋,包括鞋底和帮面,所述鞋底为柔性片材,鞋底的前端对应帮面部分具有宽出鞋底两侧的区域;使用时,该区域向上弯曲,配合帮面 形成容纳脚面空间;帮面与鞋底的前端形状相同,帮面边缘与鞋底的前端形状侧面边缘连接。使用时候
所述柔性片材为底层防滑海绵,EVA中间层,以及顶层无纺布,热压复合而成;所述帮面为无纺布。
所述鞋底和帮面的连接通过超声波打孔连接;所述鞋底边缘超声波打孔连接,以增强鞋底复合强度。
所述帮面中间区域设置超声焊接点,用于帮面与鞋底的临时固定。
作为优选方式:鞋底的前端对应帮面部分为蘑菇头形状;帮面与蘑菇头形状区域形状相同,边缘与蘑菇头形状的弧形边连接。
本发明结构设计具有以下作用:由于各个部分均表现为层状,便于流水线连接作业;帮面中间区域设置超声焊接点,一方面体现出在加工过程中的临时固定,便于帮面的边缘焊接;另一方面成品撕开明确一次使用的功能效果。
本发明产品是这样实现量产的:
A、材料准备:防滑海绵卷材、EVA卷材、无纺布卷材;
B、工序卷材叠加:将各卷材按照既定的层状位置送工位热压复合,形成柔性片材,入冲压成型工位、超声击穿缝合。
C、缝合加强:依照设计,超声击穿缝合;
D、修正边缘,质量筛选,下流水线;
本发明拖鞋结构和工序的设计能够实现复合多层拖鞋作业的流水线自动化,极大提高生产效率,和降低人力成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示意,一种简易拖鞋,包括鞋底1和帮面2,所述鞋底1为柔性片材,鞋底1的前端对应帮面部分为蘑菇头形状;帮面2与蘑菇头形状区域形状相同,边缘与蘑菇头形状的弧形边连接。
所述柔性片材为底层防滑海绵11,EVA中间层12,以及顶层无纺布13,热压复合而成;所述帮面2为无纺布。
所述鞋底1和帮面2的连接通过超声波打孔连接;所述鞋底1边缘超声波打孔连接,以增强鞋底复合强度。
所述帮面2中间区域设置超声焊接点4,用于帮面与鞋底的临时固定。

  1. 一种简易拖鞋,包括鞋底(1)和帮面(2),其特在于:所述鞋底(1)为柔性片材,鞋底(1)的前端对应帮面部分具有宽出鞋底两侧的区域;帮面(2)与鞋底(1)的前端形状相同,帮面边缘与鞋底(1)的前端形状侧面边缘连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易拖鞋,其特征在于:所述柔性片材为底层防滑海绵(11),EVA中间层(12),以及顶层无纺布(13),热压复合而成;所述帮面(2)为无纺布。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种简易拖鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋底(1)和帮面(2)的连接通过超声波打孔连接;所述鞋底(1)边缘超声波打孔连接,以增强鞋底复合强度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种简易拖鞋,其特征在于:所述帮面(2)中间区域设置超声焊接点(4),用于帮面与鞋底的临时固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种简易拖鞋,其特征在于:所述帮面(2)中间区域设置超声焊接点(4),用于帮面与鞋底的临时固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易拖鞋,其特征在于:鞋底(1)的前端对应帮面部分为蘑菇头形状;帮面(2)与蘑菇头形状区域形状相同,边缘与蘑菇头形状的弧形边连接。
  7. 一种如权利要求1-6所述任一项所述的简易拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    A、材料准备:防滑海绵卷材、EVA卷材、无纺布卷材;
    B、工序卷材叠加:将各卷材按照既定的层状位置送工位热压复合,形成柔性片材,入冲压成型工位、超声击穿缝合。
    C、缝合加强:依照设计,超声击穿缝合;
    D、修正边缘,质量筛选,下流水线。
