一种拖鞋及其制造方法,所述拖鞋包括:鞋底本体(2)和位于本体(2)下面的功能层(1)以及位于本体(2)上面的面料层(3)和鞋帮(4),所述功能层(1)、本体(2)、面料层(3)以及鞋帮(4)通过超声击穿工艺进行缝合,超声击穿的孔洞融合连接各部分,形成缝合线(5);所述制造方法包括:A、材料准备:鞋底本体卷材、功能层卷材、面料层卷材和鞋帮卷材;B、工序卷材叠加:将各卷材按照既定的层状位置送入超声击穿缝合工位;C、超声击穿缝合:修正边缘,下流水线。所述拖鞋的结构和工序的设计能够实现复合多层鞋底与鞋帮作业的流水线自动化,提高了生产效率和降低了人力成本,且起到了防范多次使用的作用。

Description

一种拖鞋及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及拖鞋技术改进,具体为一种拖鞋及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,使用的一次性拖鞋主要基于成本考虑,所以选材比较廉价,从结构上来看,基本包括拖鞋鞋底层(泡沫底)和上面的鞋面无纺布从层和无纺布鞋帮,让后通过手工锁边布条的方式,缝合在一起;就目前来看,还没有自动化流水线的生产出现。且,上述一次性拖鞋在浴室使用时防滑效果较差,容易滑倒,不能有效地保障使用者的人身安全;进而有一次性拖鞋增加底面功能层的诉求,比如公开号为CN204635209U中国实用新型所涉及到的一次性拖鞋就是这种情况。特别是随着功能层的增加,实现自动化生产的难度也逐渐增大,其核心问题在于鞋底缝合以及鞋底和鞋帮的连接两方面是否能够实现自动化处理。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种拖鞋及其制造方法,新颖的结构,能够实现自动化流水线生产,且产品本身具一次性使用,且防范多次使用的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种拖鞋,包括鞋底本体和位于本体下面的功能层以及一位本体的面料层,和鞋帮,所述功能层、本体、面料层以及鞋帮通过超声击穿工艺进行缝合,超声击穿的孔洞融合连接各部分,形成缝合线。
所述鞋帮具有中间折叠部分,折叠处通过融合点连接,折叠后鞋帮贴近 鞋面,且折叠部分位于鞋底缝合线形成的范围内。折叠处通过融合点方式连接,具有以下作用:1、便于方便折抵固定、便于流水线连接作业;2、便于鞋帮位置折叠部分撕开,形成完成鞋帮形状;3、体现出一次使用的功能效果。
作为优选方案:所述功能层包括防滑海绵;所述面料层和鞋帮为化纤无纺布。
一种拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A、材料准备:鞋底本体卷材、功能层卷材、面料层卷材和鞋帮卷材;
B、工序卷材叠加:将各卷材按照既定的层状位置送入超声击穿缝合工位;
C、超声击穿缝合;修正边缘,下流水线;
在工序B中,鞋帮卷材在进入超声击穿缝合工位前进行鞋帮剪切和折叠工序,使得展开鞋帮扇形面通过折叠使得其边缘与超声击穿缝合位置适应,进而便与各个材料层贴合,便于超声击穿缝合工序的顺利进行。
鞋帮具有中间折叠部分,折叠处通过融合点连接,折叠后鞋帮贴近鞋面,且折叠部分位于鞋底缝合线形成的范围内。
所述功能层卷材包括防滑海绵;所述面料层卷材和鞋帮卷材为化纤无纺布。
本发明拖鞋结构和工序的设计能够实现复合多层鞋底的与鞋帮作业的流水线自动化,极大提高生产效率,和降低人力成本;鞋帮的结构设计也实现体现出拖鞋一次使用的功能限制监督。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2、图3所示意,一种拖鞋,包括鞋底本体2和位于本体2下面的功能层1以及一位本体1的面料层3,和鞋帮4,所述功能层1、本体2、面料层3以及鞋帮4通过超声击穿工艺进行缝合,超声击穿的孔洞融合连接各部分,形成缝合线5。
所述鞋帮4具有中间折叠部分,折叠处通过融合点41连接,折叠后鞋帮贴近鞋面,且折叠部分位于鞋底缝合线5形成的范围内。
所述功能层1包括防滑海绵;所述面料层3和鞋帮4为化纤无纺布。
一种拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:

  1. 一种拖鞋,包括鞋底本体(2)和位于本体(2)下面的功能层(1)以及一位本体(1)的面料层(3),和鞋帮(4),其特征在于:所述功能层(1)、本体(2)、面料层(3)以及鞋帮(4)通过超声击穿工艺进行缝合,超声击穿的孔洞融合连接各部分,形成缝合线(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋帮(4)具有中间折叠部分,折叠处通过融合点(41)连接,折叠后鞋帮贴近鞋面,且折叠部分位于鞋底缝合线(5)形成的范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种拖鞋,其特征在于:所述功能层(1)包括防滑海绵;所述面料层(3)和鞋帮(4)为化纤无纺布。
  4. 一种拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    A、材料准备:鞋底本体卷材、功能层卷材、面料层卷材和鞋帮卷材;
    B、工序卷材叠加:将各卷材按照既定的层状位置送入超声击穿缝合工位;
    C、超声击穿缝合;修正边缘,下流水线;
    在工序B中,鞋帮卷材在进入超声击穿缝合工位前进行鞋帮剪切和折叠工序,使得展开鞋帮(4)扇形面通过折叠使得其边缘与超声击穿缝合位置适应,进而便与各个材料层贴合,便于超声击穿缝合工序的顺利进行。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于:鞋帮(4)具有中间折叠部分,折叠处通过融合点(41)连接,折叠后鞋帮贴近鞋面,且折叠部分位于鞋底缝合线(5)形成的范围内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于:所述功能层卷材包括防滑海绵;所述面料层卷材和鞋帮卷材为化纤无纺布。
