Description

一种一次性使用的拖鞋及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及拖鞋技术改进,具体为一种一次性使用的拖鞋及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,使用的一次性拖鞋主要基于成本考虑,所以选材比较廉价,从结构上来看,基本包括拖鞋鞋底层(泡沫底)和上面的鞋面无纺布从层和无纺布鞋帮,让后通过手工锁边布条的方式,缝合在一起;就目前来看,还没有自动化流水线的生产出现。特别是随着功能层的增加,实现自动化生产的难度也逐渐增大,其核心问题在于鞋底缝合以及鞋底和鞋帮的连接两方面是否能够实现自动化处理。中国专利CN105815868A,公开的一种拖鞋及其制造方法,其核心内容是将鞋帮进行片状预处理,然后通过将功能层、本体、面料层以及鞋帮通过超声击穿工艺进行缝合,超声击穿的孔洞融合连接各部分,形成缝合线。进而实现自动化处理,改变手工锁边布条的环节。然而其鞋帮剪切和折叠工序的设计需要很复杂的工艺设计和设备改造,实际使用效果并不理想,效率并未达到预计的水平,设备改进需要很大的成本。为此,申请人在此基础上继续找寻便于自动化处理的方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种一次性使用的拖鞋及其制造方法,新颖的结构,能够实现自动化流水线生产,且产品本身具一次性使用,且防范多次使用的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种一次性使用的拖鞋,包括鞋底本体和鞋帮,所述鞋帮为百褶面料, 其具有纵向叠痕,鞋帮开口部位为设置临时缝合线,使得未使用时百褶面料平顺,鞋帮与鞋底本体形成层状贴合状态;所述鞋帮与鞋底本体通过超声点状焊接连接各部分,形成缝合线。
作为优选方式:所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布;所述底本体为化纤复合片状结构。
本发明的一次性使用的拖鞋制造方法,可包括如下步骤:
A、百褶面料成型预处理:将面料进行百褶成型,然后在垂直于叠痕的中间位置进行连续固定缝合,形成固定缝合线;位于面料两侧平行固定缝合线设置临时缝合线;然后将百褶面料进行整理,使得呈现片状平整状,所述固定缝合线具有适应流水作业的抗拉强度;
B、工序片材叠加:将鞋底本体用片材按照既定设计送入工位,同时将步骤A中成型的百褶面料,沿着固定缝合线方向送入工位,使得百褶面料叠加位于鞋底本体用片材上方;
C、缝合剪切;固定缝合线两侧同步进行鞋帮缝合,百褶面料具有临时缝合线的部位形成鞋帮的开口端;然后进行剪切修边,形成对称的两只鞋,下流水线。
作为优选方案:所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布,所述鞋底本体用片材为化纤复合片状结构;所述固定缝合线为超声波连续焊接形成,所述临时缝合线为超声波点焊接形成。
作为优选方式:所述步骤C中,鞋帮缝合为超声波连续焊接完成,所述剪切修边,采用冲压剪切完成。
本发明拖鞋结构和工序的设计能够实现复合多层鞋底的与鞋帮作业的流水线自动化,极大提高生产效率,和降低人力成本;鞋帮的结构设计也实现体现出拖鞋一次使用的功能限制监督。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示意的一种一次性使用的拖鞋,包括鞋底本体1和鞋帮2,所述鞋帮2为百褶面料,其具有纵向叠痕24,鞋帮2开口部位为设置临时缝合线23,使得未使用时百褶面料平顺,鞋帮2与鞋底本体1形成层状贴合状态;使用时将临时缝合线撕开,鞋帮的开口端即可展开,形成容纳使用者前脚的空间;所述鞋帮2与鞋底本体1通过超声点状焊接连接各部分,形成缝合线3。
所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布;所述底本体1为化纤复合片状结构。
一次性使用的拖鞋制造方法,包括如下步骤:
A、百褶面料成型预处理:将面料进行百褶成型,然后在垂直于叠痕24的中间位置进行连续固定缝合,形成固定缝合线22;位于面料两侧平行固定缝合线22设置临时缝合线23;然后将百褶面料进行整理,使得呈现片状平整状21,所述固定缝合线22具有适应流水作业的抗拉强度;
B、工序片材叠加:如图2所示意,将鞋底本体用片材11按照既定设计送入工位,同时将步骤A中成型的百褶面料,沿着固定缝合线22方向送入工位,使得百褶面料叠加位于鞋底本体用片材上方;
流水线设计可以按照鞋底本体用片材输入方向与成型的百褶面料输入方向垂直方式,如图2所示意的B方向和A方向;
本工序中,百褶面料成型预处理可以完成后收卷,然后拉入工位,也可整理后同步送入工位。
C、缝合剪切;固定缝合线22两侧同步进行鞋帮缝合,百褶面料具有临时缝合线的部位形成鞋帮的开口端;然后进行剪切修边,形成对称的两只鞋, 下流水线。
所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布,所述鞋底本体用片材为化纤复合片状结构;所述固定缝合线22为超声波连续焊接形成,所述临时缝合线23为超声波点焊接形成。
所述步骤C中,鞋帮缝合为超声波连续焊接完成,所述剪切修边,采用冲压剪切完成。
本发明的核心内容为去向片状叠加后进行再次加工处理,彻底取消手工缝合鞋帮的环节,能够实现流水线高效生产,特别适用超声波工具加工。

  1. 一种一次性使用的拖鞋,包括鞋底本体(1)和鞋帮(2),其特征在于:所述鞋帮(2)为百褶面料,其具有纵向叠痕(24),鞋帮(2)开口部位为设置临时缝合线(23),使得未使用时百褶面料平顺,鞋帮(2)与鞋底本体(1)形成层状贴合状态;所述鞋帮(2)与鞋底本体(1)通过超声点状焊接连接各部分,形成缝合线(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用的拖鞋,其特征在于:所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布;所述底本体(1)为化纤复合片状结构。
  3. 一次性使用的拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    A、百褶面料成型预处理:将面料进行百褶成型,然后在垂直于叠痕(24)的中间位置进行连续固定缝合,形成固定缝合线(22);位于面料两侧平行固定缝合线(22)设置临时缝合线(23);然后将百褶面料进行整理,使得呈现片状平整状(21),所述固定缝合线(22)具有适应流水作业的抗拉强度;
    B、工序片材叠加:将鞋底本体用片材(11)按照既定设计送入工位,同时将步骤A中成型的百褶面料,沿着固定缝合线(22)方向送入工位,使得百褶面料叠加位于鞋底本体用片材上方;
    C、缝合剪切;固定缝合线(22)两侧同步进行鞋帮缝合,百褶面料具有临时缝合线的部位形成鞋帮的开口端;然后进行剪切修边,形成对称的两只鞋,下流水线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一次性使用的拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于:所述百褶面料为化纤无纺布,所述鞋底本体用片材为化纤复合片状结构;所述固定缝合线(22)为超声波连续焊接形成,所述临时缝合线(23)为超声波点焊接形成。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一次性使用的拖鞋制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中,鞋帮缝合为超声波连续焊接完成,所述剪切修边,采用冲压 剪切完成。
