一种显示装置,包括:背板(1),采用金属材质;固定柱(2),包括依次连接的限位部(21)、固定部(22)以及连接部(23),所述连接部(23)连接至所述背板(1);柔性导电层(3),套设在所述固定部(22)外周,所述柔性导电层(3)包括相对设置的第一侧(31)和第二侧(32),所述第二侧(32)连接所述背板(1);以及印刷电路板(4),连接于所述限位部(21)与所述第一侧(31)之间,所述印刷电路板(4)连接所述第一侧(31)的区域设置有第一接地区(41),用以通过所述柔性导电层(3)电性连接所述背板(1)。所述显示装置的印刷电路板(4)能够有效抵抗静电干扰。
Description
本发明要求2016年5月23日递交的发明名称为“显示装置”的申请号201610344135.9的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
本发明涉及显示装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器)是当前平板显示的主要品种之一,已经成为了现代IT、视讯产品中重要的显示平台。TFT-LCD主要驱动原理是:系统主板将R/G/B压缩信号、控制信号及动力通过线材与印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)上的连接器(connector)相连接,数据经过印刷电路板上的时序控制器(Timing Controller,TCON)芯片(IC)处理后,通过源极覆晶薄膜(Source-Chip on Film,S-COF)和栅极覆晶薄膜(Gate-Chip on Film,G-COF)与液晶显示器的显示区连接,从而使得液晶显示器获得所需的电源和信号。
在传统设计中,印刷电路板主要通过螺丝固定于背板,装配工序复杂,且因为螺丝的接触性不可控,印刷电路板的接地性得不到保证,当外界有静电干扰传导至印刷电路板时,不能很快的将静电干扰传导至背板,容易造成静电释放(Electro-Static discharge,ESD)不良。为解决此问题,传统设计通常需要增加额外的结构以增加印刷电路板的接地性,进而造成成本的上升。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种显示装置,其印刷电路板能够有效抵抗静电干扰。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式采用如下技术方案:
提供一种显示装置,包括:
背板,采用金属材质;
固定柱,包括依次连接的限位部、固定部以及连接部,所述连接部连接至所述背板;
柔性导电层,套设在所述固定部外周,所述柔性导电层包括相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第二侧连接所述背板;以及
印刷电路板,连接于所述限位部与所述第一侧之间,所述印刷电路板连接所述第一侧的区域设置有第一接地区,用以通过所述柔性导电层电性连接所述背板。
其中,所述限位部与所述第一侧之间形成第一间距,所述印刷电路板包括相对设置的第一面与第二面,所述第一面连接所述限位部,所述第二面连接所述第一侧,所述第一面与所述第二面之间形成第二间距,所述第二间距大于所述第一间距,用以使所述印刷电路板紧固在所述限位部与所述柔性导电层之间。
其中,所述第二间距与所述第一间距的比大于等于1.1。
其中,所述固定柱采用金属材质,所述印刷电路板连接所述限位部的区域设置有第二接地区,用以通过所述固定柱电性连接所述背板。
其中,所述印刷电路板开设有通孔,所述通孔的内表面覆盖有第三接地区,所述固定部穿过所述通孔,所述固定部的外表面套设有柔性导电体,所述第三接地区连接所述柔性导电体,用以电性连接所述背板。
其中,所述第三接地区连接所述第一接地区和所述第二接地区。
其中,所述限位部为圆锥,所述固定部为圆柱,所述限位部的底面连接所述固定部的上底,所述固定部的下底连接所述连接部,所述印刷电路板开设有通孔,所述固定部的底面半径小于所述通孔的内径,所述限位部的底面半径大于所述通孔的内径,所述固定部穿过所述通孔,所述限位部的底面抵压所述印刷电路板之所述第一面,使得所述第二面抵接所述柔性导电层之所述第一侧。
其中,所述通孔的形状为十字型,使得所述限位部能挤压穿过所述通孔。
其中,所述连接部设置有外螺纹,所述背板上开设有具有内螺纹的固定孔,所述连接部通过螺纹连接至所述固定孔,使得所述第一间距的大小能够调节。
其中,所述柔性导电层采用全方位导电泡棉。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
所述显示装置的所述印刷电路板依次通过所述第一接地区、所述柔性导电层电性连接所述背板,故所述印刷电路板具有可靠的接地性。当外界静电接触到所述印刷电路板时,所述印刷电路板可快速地将静电电荷释放至所述背板,从而避免外界静电对所述印刷电路板造成静电损伤,也即所述印刷电路板能够有效抵抗静电干扰。
为了更清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,下面将对实施方式中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施方式,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以如这些附图获得其他的附图。

请一并参阅图1至图4,本发明的实施例提供一种显示装置,包括背板1、固定柱2、柔性导电层3以及印刷电路板4。其中,所述背板1采用金属材质。所述固定柱2包括依次连接的限位部21、固定部22以及连接部23,所述连接部23连接至所述背板1。所述柔性导电层3套设在所述固定部22外周,所述柔性导电层3包括相对设置的第一侧31和第二侧32,所述第二侧32连接所述背板1。所述印刷电路板4连接于所述限位部21与所述第一侧31之间,所述印刷电路板4连接所述第一侧31的区域设置有第一接地区41,用以通过所述柔性导电层3电性连接所述背板1。
在本实施例中,由于所述显示装置的所述印刷电路板4依次通过所述第一接地区41、所述柔性导电层3电性连接所述背板1,所述印刷电路板4具有可靠的接地性。因此当外界静电接触到所述印刷电路板4时,所述印刷电路板4可快速地将静电电荷释放至所述背板1,从而避免外界静电对所述印刷电路板4造成静电损伤,也即所述印刷电路板4能够有效抵抗静电干扰。
同时,由于所述印刷电路板4的所述第一接地区41与所述柔性导电层3之间的连接关系为面连接,连接接触的面积大,故而两者之间的连接关系牢靠,不易发生接触不良等问题。
应当理解的,所述印刷电路板4可以通过裸铜设计成所述第一接地区41。
当然,也可以有其他设计方式,所述第一接地区41电性连接所述印刷电路板4内部电路即可。所述柔性导电层3上可开设有连通孔,所述连通孔套设在所述固定部22外周,从而使得所述柔性导电层3套设在所述固定部22外周。当然,所述柔性导电层3也可以为环形层,所述固定部22穿过所述环形层内孔,从而使得所述柔性导电层3套设在所述固定部22外周。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图4,作为一种可选实施例,所述限位部21与所述第一侧31之间形成第一间距T1,所述印刷电路板4包括相对设置的第一面44与第二面45,所述第一面44连接所述限位部21,所述第二面45连接所述第一侧31,所述第一面44与所述第二面45之间形成第二间距T2,所述第二间距T2大于所述第一间距T1,用以使所述印刷电路板4紧固在所述限位部21与所述柔性导电层3之间。
在本实施例中,由于所述第二间距T2大于所述第一间距T1,因此所述印刷电路板4可利用所述柔性导电层3良好的可压缩性和恢复性能,紧固在所述限位部21与所述柔性导电层3之间。此时,所述限位部21抵压所述第一面44,所述第二面45抵压所述第一侧31,促使所述柔性导电层3发生形变,所述印刷电路板4同时受到所述限位部21与所述柔性导电层3的压力,故而紧固在所述限位部21与所述柔性导电层3之间。并且应当注意的是,所述显示装置在进行弯曲测试、振动测试或者其他类机械性测试时,所述印刷电路板4在外力情况下,也可以进一步压缩所述柔性导电层3,从而实现轻微位移,以保护所述印刷电路板4在测试中不受损伤,进而避免所述显示装置的显示画面异常。
进一步地,作为一种可选实施例,所述第二间距T2与所述第一间距T1的比大于等于1.1,以保证所述柔性导电层3具有足够的压缩率,以提高导电性。优选的,所述第二间距T2与所述第一间距T1的比大于等于1.2,此时,在所述印刷电路板4以及所述柔性导电层3制作时产生轻微误差的情况下,所述印刷电路板4仍具有良好的接地性。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为一种可选实施例,所述固定柱2采用金属材质,所述印刷电路板4连接所述限位部21的区域设置有第二接地区42,用以通过所述固定柱2电性连接所述背板1。在本实施例中,所述印刷电路板4同
时具有第一接地区41(位于所述第二面45)和所述第二接地区42(位于所述第一面44),且所述第一接地区41和所述第二接地区42均电性连接所述背板1,因此所述印刷电路板4具有更佳的接地性,且所述印刷电路板4靠近所述第一面44和所述第二面45的位置处均可形成良好的地层,有利于优化所述印刷电路板4的内部电路布局。
进一步地,请一并参图1至图5,作为一种可选实施例,所述印刷电路板4开设有通孔46,所述通孔46的内表面覆盖有第三接地区43,所述固定部22穿过所述通孔46,所述固定部22的外表面套设有柔性导电体24,所述第三接地区43连接所述柔性导电体24,用以电性连接所述背板1。此时,所述印刷电路板4也可通过所述第三接地区43电性连接所述背板1,所述印刷电路板4的抗静电干扰性能更佳。且所述固定部22与所述通孔46之间为柔性连接,所述印刷电路板4在外力情况下,可以压缩所述柔性导电体24,从而实现轻微位移,以保护所述印刷电路板4在测试中不受损伤,进而避免所述显示装置的显示画面异常。
进一步地,请参阅图2,所述第三接地区43连接所述第一接地区41和所述第二接地区42,此时所述印刷电路板4可更为灵活地进行内部电路布局,使得内部走线排布得到优化。
进一步地,请一并参图1至图5,作为一种可选实施例,所述限位部21为圆锥,所述固定部22为圆柱,所述限位部21的底面连接所述固定部22的上底,所述固定部22的下底连接所述连接部23,所述印刷电路板4开设有通孔46,所述固定部22的底面半径R1小于所述通孔46的内径R2,所述限位部21的底面半径R3大于所述通孔46的内径R2,所述固定部22穿过所述通孔46,所述限位部21的底面抵压所述印刷电路板4之所述第一面44,使得所述第二面45抵接所述柔性导电层3之所述第一侧31。
在本实施例中,由于所述限位部21为圆锥,因此可以利用所述印刷电路板4具有轻微变形性能,在所述通孔46对准所述限位部21后,将所述印刷电路板4直接向所述柔性导电层3按压,使得所述限位部21挤压穿过所述通孔46,所述限位部21与所述柔性导电层3共同固定所述印刷电路板4。所述印刷电路板4的组装工序简单,节省工时。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2和图5,作为一种可选实施例,所述通孔46的形状为十字型。此时所述通孔46的内径R2为十字型中心圆区域内径,如图5所示。由于十字型孔的中心区域附近的弹性形变应力小,使得所述限位部21能顺利挤压穿过所述通孔46。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述通孔46也可以为星型(“*”)形状,为了简化工艺,所述通孔46也可以为圆形或椭圆形等易加工形状。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2、图4以及图6,所述连接部23与所述背板1的连接关系可以是不可调的固定连接,例如焊接(如图4所示),也可以是可以调节的可拆卸连接。举例而言,请一并参阅图2和图6,所述连接部23设置有外螺纹,所述背板1上开设有具有内螺纹的固定孔11,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相匹配,使得所述连接部23可通过螺纹连接至所述固定孔11,进而促使所述第一间距T1的大小能够调节。此时,所述第一间距T1可调使得所述显示装置可选用更多不同型号的所述印刷电路板4,所述显示装置设计更为多样性。
进一步地,所述柔性导电层3和/或所述柔性导电体24采用全方位导电泡棉,所述柔性导电层3和/或所述柔性导电体24具有良好的可压缩性和恢复性能。如图2所示,所述柔性导电层3可通过导电双面胶黏附于所述背板1,所述柔性导电体24可通过导电双面胶黏附于所述固定部22的外表面。

Claims (10)
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括:背板,采用金属材质;固定柱,包括依次连接的限位部、固定部以及连接部,所述连接部连接至所述背板;柔性导电层,套设在所述固定部外周,所述柔性导电层包括相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第二侧连接所述背板;以及印刷电路板,连接于所述限位部与所述第一侧之间,所述印刷电路板连接所述第一侧的区域设置有第一接地区,用以通过所述柔性导电层电性连接所述背板。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位部与所述第一侧之间形成第一间距,所述印刷电路板包括相对设置的第一面与第二面,所述第一面连接所述限位部,所述第二面连接所述第一侧,所述第一面与所述第二面之间形成第二间距,所述第二间距大于所述第一间距,用以使所述印刷电路板紧固在所述限位部与所述柔性导电层之间。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二间距与所述第一间距的比大于等于1.1。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定柱采用金属材质,所述印刷电路板连接所述限位部的区域设置有第二接地区,用以通过所述固定柱电性连接所述背板。
- 如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述印刷电路板开设有通孔,所述通孔的内表面覆盖有第三接地区,所述固定部穿过所述通孔,所述固定部的外表面套设有柔性导电体,所述第三接地区连接所述柔性导电体,用以电性连接所述背板。
- 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述第三接地区连接所述第一接地区和所述第二接地区。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位部为圆锥,所述固定部为圆柱,所述限位部的底面连接所述固定部的上底,所述固定部的下底连接所 述连接部,所述印刷电路板开设有通孔,所述固定部的底面半径小于所述通孔的内径,所述限位部的底面半径大于所述通孔的内径,所述固定部穿过所述通孔,所述限位部的底面抵压所述印刷电路板之所述第一面,使得所述第二面抵接所述柔性导电层之所述第一侧。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述通孔的形状为十字型,使得所述限位部能挤压穿过所述通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接部设置有外螺纹,所述背板上开设有具有内螺纹的固定孔,所述连接部通过螺纹连接至所述固定孔,使得所述第一间距的大小能够调节。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性导电层采用全方位导电泡棉。
