如图1-14,一种座椅扶手高度调节机构,包括旋转轴1和旋转调节构件,旋转调节构件包括第一安装板2、第二安装板9、第一棘轮12、第二棘轮6、凸轮5、第一限位销11、第二限位销10、棘爪4、弹簧3和销止连接轴8。
第一安装板2、第一棘轮12、凸轮5、第二棘轮6和第二安装板9顺次固定在旋转轴1上,凸轮5转动灵活。第一限位销11和第二限位销10同时固定在第一棘轮12、第二棘轮6上,起到限位凸轮5的作用。棘爪4用弹簧3和销止连接轴8固定在第一安装板2和第二安装板9上,保证棘爪4在弹簧3的作用力下与第一棘轮12和第二棘轮6上的齿进行自然咬合,达到调节扶手不同高度目的。
第一安装板2上分别开有第一安装板第一通孔21和第一安装板第二通孔22,第二安装板9上开有第二安装板通孔91和第二安装板第二通孔92,第一安装板通孔21和第二安装板通孔91用于旋转轴1穿过,第一安装板第二通孔22和第二安装板第二通孔92用于固定销止连接轴8。第一安装板2和第二安装板9为方形板。
第一棘轮12圆环圆周上设置有第一棘轮齿121,远离第一棘轮齿121的圆 环上设置有第一棘轮第一限位销孔122和第一棘轮第二限位销孔123,第一棘轮第二限位销孔123位于第一限位销孔122斜上方。第一棘轮第一限位销孔122和第一棘轮第二限位销孔123分别用于固定第一限位销11和第二限位销10。

实施例2
旋转轴1安装在座椅支撑架13上并向外伸出,旋转灵活可靠。旋转轴1两端与扶手安装支架7相连,旋转调节构件有两个,对称安装在旋转轴1上,位于座椅支撑架13与扶手安装支架7之间。扶手14与扶手安装支架7进行装配。
需要调节扶手高度时,只需用手扣住扶手14中的扶手扣槽15向后,带动旋转轴1、第一棘轮12和第二棘轮6同时向后旋转,此时棘爪4在弹簧3的弹簧作用力下自然地与第一棘轮12和第二棘轮6的每节齿上依次进行卡位,同时凸轮5也会旋转,当凸轮5与第二限位销10接触时,扶手就无法再向后旋 转,以防止扶手角度调节过大与其它物体相撞,此时凸轮5处于无法旋转状态,并且顶住棘爪4,使棘爪4与第一棘轮12和第二棘轮6的齿不被咬合;再用力将扶手调回时,棘爪4通过凸轮5向前旋转,自动回位到初始位置,同时凸轮5旋转到与第一限位销11接触时,凸轮5无法向前旋转,防止扶手再继续下向调节。这样在无调节开关装置的作用下利用齿轮开合卡位设计,实现扶手多角度、多档位调节功能,又能使两支扶能同时调节,且保证了调节高度的一致性,操作简单、可靠,使用更方便。
实施例3
一种座椅扶手高度调节机构,除以下不同外,其余与实施例1相同。
第一安装板2上分别开有第一安装板第一通孔21、第一安装板第二通孔22和第一安装板第三通孔22。第一安装板第三通孔22安装在第一安装板2四角上。第二安装板9上开有第二安装板通孔91、第二安装板第二通孔92和第二安装板第三通孔92。第二安装板第三通孔92安装在第二安装板9四角上。
该座椅扶手高度调节机构还包括调节器外壳16和卡簧销轴15,调节器外壳16与第二安装板9用螺栓相连接,起装饰,保护作用。
卡簧销轴15安装在第一安装板2、第二安装板9相对应的孔内,起弹簧限位的作用。
