Abstract
提供了一种金属表面磷钝化防锈剂,包括二壬基萘磺酸钾2-8份,浓度为60%磷酸200-400份,洗涤剂10-18份,酸式磷酸铁锰150-250份,氯化钠80-120份,软水50-200份,,三乙醇胺20-80份。所提供的金属表面磷钝化防锈剂无气味、全脱脂,全除磷,表面全面磷钝化,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,制作成本低,使用寿命长。
Description
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种金属表面磷钝化防锈剂。
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种金属表面磷钝化防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种金属表面磷钝化防锈剂,包括水性氟碳乳液70-200份,无水乙醇20-60份,二壬基萘磺酸钾2-8份,羊毛脂镁皂4-9份,油酰肌氨酸十八胺70-150份,苯并三氮唑4-10份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂无气味,全脱脂,全除鳞,表面全面磷钝化,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
实施例1:包括二壬基萘磺酸钾2份,浓度为60%磷酸200份,洗涤剂10份,酸式磷酸铁锰150份,氯化钠80份,软水50份,三乙醇胺20份。
实施例2:包括二壬基萘磺酸钾5份,浓度为60%磷酸300份,洗涤剂15份,酸式磷酸铁锰210份,氯化钠110份,软水150份,三乙醇胺250份。
实施例3:包括二壬基萘磺酸钾8份,浓度为60%磷酸400份,洗涤剂18份,酸式磷酸铁锰250份,氯化钠120份,软水200份,三乙醇胺80份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂无气味,全脱脂,全除鳞,表面全面磷钝化,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种金属表面磷钝化防锈剂,其特征在于:包括二壬基萘磺酸钾2-8份,浓度为60%磷酸200-400份,洗涤剂10-18份,酸式磷酸铁锰150-250份,氯化钠80-120份,软水50-200份,三乙醇胺20-80份。
