Abstract

富里酸在制备用于治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的应用,饲料为干性颗粒的饲料或经发酵的饲料,每公斤的饲料中含有0.01克~500克的富里酸,每公斤的制剂中含有0.01毫克~500毫克的富里酸。受细菌感染的虾或鱼经投予含有富里酸的饲料或制剂后,能够痊愈且不会有任何副作用的产生。

富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途 技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备投予虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,特别是涉及一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途。
背景技术
在水产养殖中,由于鱼或虾的养殖密度很高,因此常常患病,而导致严重的经济损失。而鱼或虾患病的主要起因包括病原性细菌、病毒和寄生虫等等的感染。在病原性细菌中,弧菌是一种在养殖鱼、虾、蟹及贝类等水产动物中普遍流行且危害极大的细菌。
弧菌属于革兰氏阴性菌,其中的溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌、创伤弧菌或霍乱弧菌会感染虾或鱼。举例而言,受副溶血弧菌感染而造成急性肝胰腺坏死综合症(Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Syndrome,AHPNS)的虾,其会因副溶血弧菌被噬菌体感染后对虾的肝胰脏产生毒素,而使得肝胰脏出现病变及功能性障碍,包括生长缓慢、螺旋式游泳、外壳损害、肝胰脏发红、肿大、甚至萎缩坏死;更甚者,虾的肝胰腺管上皮、胰腺微绒毛组织、肠道黏膜上皮与增生细胞形成白色有机物在肠道中形成白便。
此外,包括弧菌在内的其他细菌,包括假单胞菌、链球菌、气单胞菌、奴卡氏菌、爱德华氏菌、巴斯德氏菌及其他柱状杆菌是引发鱼皮肤溃烂的主要病原。例如,感染气单胞菌的鱼的鳍部及躯体部通常会呈现皮肤上的出血。
过去治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的方式主要有投予抗生素、营养物质及化学消毒剂,然而这些做法仍有以下缺点。
首先,对养殖池投予抗生素此方法会在细菌在虾或鱼体内产生抗药性之后而效果不彰。且,若未能遵守停药期规定而导致抗生素残留在虾或鱼中,会威胁到食用该虾或该鱼的人们健康。此外,经投予抗生素的养殖用水若未妥善处理亦可能造成沿海水域及内陆地区的药物污染。而维他命C、多醣体、中草药剂及其它有助于提升虾或鱼的免疫力的营养物质对于已经受感染的虾或鱼不具效用,亦无法抑制细菌。至于采用化学消毒剂仅能杀灭养殖池中的细菌,无法对虾或鱼体内的细菌及其造成的病变产生有效的治疗效果。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的即在提供一种能在不对虾及鱼产生副作用或伤害的前提下有效地治 疗或预防受细菌感染及其相关病变的虾及鱼的富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途。
本发明为解决现有技术的问题所采用的技术手段提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,该饲料为干性颗粒的饲料或经发酵处理的液态饲料。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,每公斤的该饲料中添加有0.01克~500克的该富里酸。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,每公斤的该饲料中添加有4克的该富里酸。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼之饲料及/或制剂的用途,每公斤的该制剂中添加有0.01毫克~500毫克的该富里酸。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,每公斤的该制剂中添加有0.4毫克~500毫克的该富里酸。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,该制剂中的富里酸为0.4重量ppm。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,受细菌感染的虾或鱼为受弧菌感染的虾或鱼。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,该受细菌感染的鱼为受柱状杆菌所感染的鱼。
在本发明的一实施例中提供一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途,其中该受细菌感染的鱼为受自弧菌、假单胞菌、链球菌、气单胞菌、奴卡氏菌、爱德华氏菌及巴斯德氏菌所组成的群组中的一种或多种细菌所感染的鱼。
经由本发明所采用的技术手段,虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂系含有富里酸,并经投予至虾或鱼养殖池后可有效地治疗或预防该受细菌感染的虾或鱼,且不对该虾或鱼造成任何副作用。
具体实施方式
以下说明并非为限制本发明的实施方式,而为本发明的实施例的一种。
本发明的一第一实施例为将富里酸予以在制备用于治疗或预防弧菌感染的虾的饲料的用 途。
在本实施例中,该富里酸可自植物发酵以及含有富里酸的草炭、褐煤或风化煤中提取而得到。
详细而言,该受细菌感染的虾或鱼包括受弧菌感染的虾或鱼,而该弧菌可为溶藻弧菌、鳗弧菌、副溶血弧菌、创伤弧菌或霍乱弧菌。以及,该弧菌感染可为急性肝胰腺坏死综合症(Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Syndrome,AHPNS)或非急性肝胰腺坏死综合症(Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Syndrome,HPNS)的弧菌感染。此外,该受细菌感染的鱼亦包括受柱状杆菌所感染的鱼或者是受自弧菌、假单胞菌、链球菌、气单胞菌、奴卡氏菌、爱德华氏菌及巴斯德氏菌所组成的群组中的一种或多种细菌所感染的鱼。
在本实施例中,该饲料为干性颗粒的饲料。选择性地,该饲料可为液态的饲料。较佳地,该饲料系为经发酵处理的饲料而易于消化吸收。
较佳地,在本实施例中,每公斤的该饲料中添加有4克的该富里酸,且该富里酸的重量百分浓度为90%。当然,本发明不以此为限。在其它实施例中,每公斤饲料所含的富里酸的重量可在0.01克~500克并包括0.01克及500克,以及该富里酸的重量百分浓度可在0.1%~99.9%并包括0.1%及99.9%。
上述经制备而含有富里酸的该饲料,为通过直接喂食的方式给予患有急性肝胰腺坏死综合症但还具有进食能力的白虾,以及患有皮肤溃烂症但还具有进食能力的鱼。并在喂食后的三天可观察到白虾原本因罹病而白化变淡的肝脏、胰脏及肠线系恢复成正常的深黑色;以及喂食后的七天可观察到该鱼的皮肤系恢复成正常的体色。
本发明的一第二实施例为富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的制剂的用途。
在本实施例中,含有富里酸的制剂的制备方式主要是将富里酸直接投入养殖池中,使其溶解在养殖池,亦即,将养殖池(水)作为溶剂。详细叙述如下:
将重量百分浓度为90%的富里酸投入已发生弧菌感染并有红体症状的白虾或有皮肤溃烂症状的鱼的养殖池中,且该虾或该鱼的养殖池中的富里酸浓度为0.4ppm。当然,本发明不以此为限。在其它实施例含有富里酸的制剂的制备中,使每公斤的制剂含有0.4毫克~500毫克的富里酸,较佳的,含有0.01毫克~500毫克的富里酸。
该养殖池中的富里酸浓度系与鱼虾的恢复时间呈现出反比关系。例如,在富里酸浓度为0.4重量ppm的养殖池中的因罹病而有红体症的白虾或有皮肤溃烂症的鱼,于四天后白虾恢复成正常的体色,并可正常摄食,以及于七天后鱼恢复成正常皮肤外表。而若养殖池中的富 里酸的浓度为0.8重量ppm,则二天时间即有相当于上述四天至七天的治疗效果。
需特别强调的是,除了上述的白虾,本发明的含有富里酸的饲料或制剂对其他虾类有相同或类似的治疗或预防效果。
以上的叙述以及说明仅为本发明的较佳实施例的说明,对于本领域普通技术人员当可依据以上所界定权利要求书以及上述的说明而作其他的修改,只要这些修改仍应是为本发明的发明精神而在本发明的权利范围中。

  1. 一种富里酸在制备治疗或预防受细菌感染的虾或鱼的饲料及/或制剂的用途。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的饲料为干性颗粒的饲料或经发酵处理的液态饲料。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,每公斤的所述的饲料中添加有0.01克~500克的所述的富里酸。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,每公斤的所述的饲料中添加有4克的所述的富里酸。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,每公斤的所述的制剂中添加有0.01毫克~500毫克的所述的富里酸。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,每公斤的所述的制剂中添加有0.4毫克~500毫克的所述的富里酸。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的制剂中的所述的富里酸为0.4重量ppm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的受细菌感染的虾为受弧菌感染的虾。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的受细菌感染的鱼为受柱状杆菌所感染的鱼。
