Claims (6)
- 인쇄스크린 유닛(5)이 다수의 장착프레임(30)과 다수의 코너피스(40)를 이용하여 사각 틀체 형상으로 제작된 프레임 고정수단(20)에 의해 교체되거나 인장되도록 구성된 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치에 있어서,상기 다수의 장착프레임(30)에는, 그 단면 상부 높이 일측에 장착프레임(30)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 관통 형성된 공기압 공급홀(32)과, 그 단면 중간 높이에 장착프레임(30)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 관통 형성된 공동(34)과, 상기 공동(34)에 설치되어 공기압에 의해 튜브(54) 팽창시 수평방향으로 슬라이딩되면서 인쇄스크린 유닛(5)의 가장자리와 분리되고 공기압 해제시 탄발력에 의해 수평방향으로 슬라이딩되면서 인쇄스크린 유닛(5)의 가장자리와 결합되는 인장작동부(50), 상기 튜브(54)의 양 단부에 억지 끼워맞춤되어 상기 공기압 공급홀(32)에 공급된 공기압보다 튜브(54)에 공급되는 공기압의 공급 속도를 낮추면서 튜브(54)의 파손 교체시 견인하는 튜브슬리브(58)를 구성하며,상기 다수의 코너피스(40)에는, 그 몸체(42)들 안쪽 측면 중앙에 각각 형성되어 2방향으로 직교되게 배치된 상기 장착프레임(30)들의 단부측 공동(34)과 대향되게 각각 끼워맞춤됨과 동시에 상기 인장작동부(50)의 튜브(54)와 몸체(42) 내의 하부측 공동(42a)의 통로를 연결하는 중공돌출부(44)와, 상기 몸체(42)들 안쪽 측면 상단 일측에 각각 형성되어 2방향으로 직교되게 배치된 상기 장착프레임(30)들의 단부측 공기압 공급홀(32)과 대향되게 맞물리면서 몸체(42) 내의 상부측 공동(42b)과 통로가 서로 연결되는 연결홀(46)과, 그 몸체(42)들 하면에서 상기 상부측 공동(42b)에 각각 설치되어 공기압에 의해 하강 또는 공기압 해제시 탄발력에 의해 상승되는 승강작동부(60)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 공동(34)에는, 그 바닥 중앙에 상기 장착프레임(30)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성된 작동안내홀(36)과, 그 천정 중앙에 하단이 공동(34)의 바닥과 닿지 않게 떠있으면서 상기 작동안내홀(36)의 중앙에 위치되어 안쪽 공동(34a)과 바깥쪽 공동(34b)으로 구획하도록 상기 장착프레임(30)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성된 격벽(38)과, 상기 안쪽 공동(34a)과 바깥쪽 공동(34b)에 걸쳐지도록 설치된 상기 인장작동부(50)를 구성하되,상기 인장작동부(50)는, 상기 격벽(38)을 사이에 두고 안쪽 공동(34a)과 바깥쪽 공동(34b)에 양쪽 측면돌기(52a)(52b)가 각각 위치되면서 그 하면 결합돌기(52c)가 상기 작동안내홀(36)을 통해 돌출되어 상기 인쇄스크린 유닛(5)의 가장자리와 결합 또는 분리되도록 수평방향으로 슬라이딩되는 다수의 인장부재(52)와, 상기 인장부재(52)의 측면돌기(52a)와 상기 격벽(38)과의 사이에 위치되어 공기압에 의해 팽창될 때 인장부재(52)를 안쪽 공동(34a)으로 슬라이딩시켜 인장력을 해제하는 튜브(54)와, 상기 인장부재(52)의 측면돌기(52b)와 상기 격벽(38)과의 사이에 위치되어 공기압이 해제될 때 탄발력에 의해 인장부재(52)를 바깥쪽 공동(34b)으로 슬라이딩시켜 인장력을 가하는 탄발부재(56)와, 상기 튜브(54)의 양 단부에 억지 끼워맞춤되어 상기 공기압 공급홀(32)에 공급된 공기압보다 튜브(54)에 공급되는 공기압의 공급 속도를 낮추면서 튜브(54)의 파손 교체시 견인하는 튜브슬리브(58)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 튜브슬리브(58)는, 그 안쪽단에 상기 공기압 공급홀(32)에 공급된 공기압보다 튜브(54)에 공급되는 공기압의 공급 속도가 느리도록 좁아지게 오리피스홀(58a)이 형성되고, 그 바깥단에 공구와 나사결합되어 튜브(54)와 함께 견인되도록 나사홀(58b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 몸체(42)들의 바깥쪽 측면에는 상기 하부측 공동(42a)과 2방향으로 직교되게 뻗은 중공돌출부(44)를 통해 상기 튜브슬리브(58)와 일직선으로 각각 일치되도록 점검홀(42c)이 각각 형성되고, 이들 점검홀(42c)에는 나사결합에 의해 개폐되는 마개(47)가 각각 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 몸체(42)들 중에서 어느 하나에는 상기 프레임 고정수단(20)의 외부에서 공기압을 하부측 공동(42a)과 상부측 공동(42b)으로 동시 공급하도록 주입구(48)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 승강작동부(60)는, 상기 코너피스(40)의 몸체(42)들 하부면을 통해 상부측 공동(42b)에 상부가 삽입되어 승강되도록 상단에 승강판(62a)이 각각 부착된 피스톤로드(62)와, 상기 피스톤로드(62)가 관통되어 승강되도록 안내함과 동시에 상기 몸체(42)측 하부면에 밀착 고정되어 상부측 공동(42b)의 하부 개구를 밀봉하는 커버판(64)과, 상기 피스톤로드(62)의 외주연에 대해 승강판(62a)과 커버판(64)과의 사이에 위치되면서 상기 상부측 공동(42b)에 수용되어 피스톤로드(62)가 상승되도록 탄발력을 가하는 코일스프링(66)과, 상기 승강판(62a)의 외주면에 감겨져 상기 상부측 공동(42b)의 내주면과 밀착 이동되는 오링(68)과, 상기 피스톤로드(62)의 하면에 결합되어 인쇄스크린 유닛(5)의 양쪽 가장자리를 떠받쳐주는 좌우 한 쌍의 레일형성판(70)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄스크린 프레임 고정장치.
