背景技术
目前手机的液晶显示模组的按键结构是通过按键灯和电连接按键灯的柔性电路板来实现,具体的,按键灯位于按键柔性电路板上,按键柔性电路板通过双面胶粘合在触摸屏上,按键柔性电路板通过按键焊盘或者按键插接金手指与手机的主板连接在一起。通过主板经按键柔性电路板控制按键灯发光,按键灯的光线通过导光板均匀穿透触摸屏上的按键,进而正视液晶显示模组的正面可以看到按键位置发亮。然而此种结构下,按键柔性电路板独立连接于主板,仅负责向按键灯提供电信号,主板还需要另外设置一个背光柔性电路板与液晶显示模组的背光灯连接,通过背光柔性电路板向背光灯提供电信号。背光灯固定于液晶显示模组的背光板上,向背光板提供光线。目前这种结构的液晶显示模组需要使用两个独立的柔性电路板分别连接背光灯和按键灯,进而导致液晶显示模组的柔性电路板结构复杂,占用较大使用空间。

具体的,所述导光板60呈长条形,所述导光板60的长度方向平行于所述触控面板20的宽度方向;所述按键灯40的数目为两个,两个所述按键灯40分别贴合于所述导光板60长度方向的两端;所述背光灯50的数目为多个,多个所述背光灯50沿所述背光板70的宽度方向等距排列。所述主体11呈条形,所述主体11的长度方向平行于所述背光板70的宽度方向,所述主体11贴合 于多个所述背光灯70;所述第一分支12的数目为两个,两个所述第一分支12分别对应连接两个所述按键灯40,且两个所述第一分支12分别连接于所述主体11长度方向的两端,所述第二分支13位于两个所述第一分支11之间。所述导光板60包括位于长度方向上的两个端面(未标示),所述按键灯40贴合于所述端面上。从而所述按键灯40的光线从所述端面入射,并从所述导光板60贴合于所述按键触控区21的一面出射。利用两个所述按键灯40对所述导光板60的两端提供光线,从而使得所述导光板60出光均匀。两个所述第二分支13分别向两个所述按键灯40提供电信号,同时控制两个所述按键灯40的点亮或熄灭,使得所述柔性电路板10的结构简单。多个所述背光灯50在所述背光板70长度方向的一端排列,从而使得所述背光板70出光均匀。利用所述第二分支13位于两个所述第一分支12之间,从而使得所述柔性电路板10的体积减小,结构简单,减小所述柔性电路板10的使用空间,并且方便所述柔性电路板10连接于终端主板上。
进一步地,所述按键触控区21涂设油墨层(未图示),所述油墨层上设置多个图案化按键211,所述导光板60覆盖多个所述按键,多个所述按键211透过所述导光板60的光线。多个所述按键211可以是在所述油墨层蚀刻而成,所述油墨层所述导光板60的光线进行遮挡,而所述按键211透过所述导光板60的光线,从而在所述触控面板20的另一侧可以显示出图案化的出光区域,进而标识出所述按键触控区21的按键位置,方便用户操作。更为具体的,所述第一分支12利用粘胶贴合于所述按键触控区21,所述按键灯40贴合于所述第一分支12与所述触控面板20相背一侧,从而使得所述柔性电路板10与所述触控面板20的结构稳固。同时,所述主体11和所述背光灯50集成于所述背光板70内,使得所述柔性电路板100与所述背光板70的结构稳固。所述背光板70采用光学胶粘接于所述液晶显示面板30的下基层上,进而使得所述液晶显示模组100的结构稳固。
本发明还提供一种终端,所述终端包括所述液晶显示模组100,所述终端还包括主板(未图示)和壳体(未图示),所述主板和所述液晶显示模组100均固定于所述壳体内,所述主板电连接所述第二分支13,所述主板经所述柔性电路板10控制所述按键灯40和所述背光灯50熄灭或点亮。所述终端可以 是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑等。
本发明所提供的柔性电路板、液晶显示模组和终端,通过所述主体上用以连接背光灯;所述第一分支可相对所述主体折弯,所述第一分支远离所述主体的一端用以连接按键灯;所述第二分支可相对所述主体折弯,所述第二分支远离所述主体的一端用以焊接主板,进而使得所述柔性电路板即可以连接按键灯又可以连接背光灯,进而使得终端的主板可以通过所述柔性电路板同时向所述背光灯和所述按键灯提供电信号,使得柔性电路板结构简单、占用较小使用空间、减小生产成本。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板包括主体、第一分支和第二分支,所述第一分支和所述第二分支均连接于所述主体,所述第一分支和所述第二分支相间隔;所述主体上用以连接背光灯;所述第一分支可相对所述主体折弯,所述第一分支远离所述主体的一端用以连接按键灯;所述第二分支可相对所述主体折弯,所述第二分支远离所述主体的一端用以焊接主板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述第一分支的数目为两个,两个所述第一分支分别连接于所述主体长度方向的两端,所述第二分支位于两个所述第一分支之间。
  3. 一种液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组包括权利要求1~2任意一项所述柔性电路板,所述液晶显示模组还包括触控面板、液晶显示面板、按键灯和背光灯;所述触控面板包括按键触控区和连接于所述按键触控区的显示触控区;所述液晶显示面板对应贴合于所述显示触控区;所述按键灯固定于所述按键触控区,与所述液晶显示面板位于所述触控面板的同一侧;所述背光灯固定于所述液晶显示面板与所述触控面板相背一侧;所述主体电连接所述背光灯,所述第一分支电连接所述按键灯。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组还包括导光板,所述导光板贴合于所述按键触控区,所述按键灯贴合于所述导光板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组还包括背光板,所述背光板对应贴合于所述液晶显示面板与所述触控面板相背一侧,所述背光灯贴合于所述背光板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述导光板呈长 条形,所述导光板的长度方向平行于所述触控面板的宽度方向;所述按键灯的数目为两个,两个所述按键灯分别贴合于所述导光板长度方向的两端;所述背光灯的数目为多个,多个所述背光灯沿所述背光板的宽度方向等距排列;所述主体呈条形,所述主体的长度方向平行于所述背光板的宽度方向,所述主体贴合于多个所述背光灯;所述第一分支的数目为两个,两个所述第一分支分别对应连接两个所述按键灯,且两个所述第一分支分别连接于所述主体长度方向的两端,所述第二分支位于两个所述第一分支之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述按键触控区涂设油墨层,所述油墨层上设置多个图案化按键,所述导光板覆盖多个所述按键,多个所述按键透过所述导光板的光线。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述第一分支贴合于所述按键触控区,所述按键灯贴合于所述第一分支与所述触控面板相背一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述主体和所述背光灯集成于所述背光板内。
  10. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括液晶显示模组、主板和壳体,所述主板和所述液晶显示模组均固定于所述壳体内,所述主板电连接所述第二分支,其中:
    所述液晶显示模组包括权利要求1~2任意一项所述柔性电路板,所述液晶显示模组还包括柔性电路板、触控面板、液晶显示面板、按键灯和背光灯;所述触控面板包括按键触控区和连接于所述按键触控区的显示触控区;所述液晶显示面板对应贴合于所述显示触控区;所述按键灯固定于所述按键触控区,与所述液晶显示面板位于所述触控面板的同一侧;所述背光灯固定于所述液晶显示面板与所述触控面板相背一侧;所述主体电连接所述背光灯,所述第一分支电连接所述按键灯。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组还包括导光板,所述导光板贴合于所述按键触控区,所述按键灯贴合于所述导光板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组还包括背光板,所述背光板对应贴合于所述液晶显示面板与所述触控面板相背一侧,所述背光灯贴合于所述背光板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述导光板呈长条形,所述导光板的长度方向平行于所述触控面板的宽度方向;所述按键灯的数目为两个,两个所述按键灯分别贴合于所述导光板长度方向的两端;所述背光灯的数目为多个,多个所述背光灯沿所述背光板的宽度方向等距排列;所述主体呈条形,所述主体的长度方向平行于所述背光板的宽度方向,所述主体贴合于多个所述背光灯;所述第一分支的数目为两个,两个所述第一分支分别对应连接两个所述按键灯,且两个所述第一分支分别连接于所述主体长度方向的两端,所述第二分支位于两个所述第一分支之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述按键触控区涂设油墨层,所述油墨层上设置多个图案化按键,所述导光板覆盖多个所述按键,多个所述按键透过所述导光板的光线。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一分支贴合于所述按键触控区,所述按键灯贴合于所述第一分支与所述触控面板相背一侧。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述主体和所述背光灯集成于所述背光板内。
