Abstract

본 발명은 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구는 탄성을 가지고 있으며 화장료를 전달하는 본체와; 상기 본체와 연결되어 있으며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 변형되어 상기 본체의 형상을 변형 및 유지시키는 형상변형부를 포함한다.

Description

변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구 및 그 제조방법
본 발명은 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
화장도구는 화장료를 피부, 특히 얼굴 피부에 전달하는데 사용된다.
화장도구의 형상은 대부분 원판형 또는 사각판형이며, 최근, 웨지형이나 물방울 등의 형상을 가진 화장도구가 개발되고 있다.
사용자는 정해진 형상의 화장도구를 이용하여 화장을 하면서, 여러 가지 필요에 의해 화장도구의 형상을 변형하여 사용하게 된다.
그런데, 현재의 화장도구는 탄성을 가지고 있어 사용자가 변형시키면 원래 형상으로 돌아오려는 성질이 있다. 따라서 사용자가 화장도구를 원하는 형상으로 변형시켜 화장을 하는데 어려움이 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구와 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 본 발명의 목적은 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구에 있어서, 탄성을 가지고 있으며 화장료를 전달하는 본체와; 상기 본체와 연결되어 있으며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 변형되어 상기 본체의 형상을 변형 및 유지시키는 형상변형부를 포함하는 것에 의해 달성된다.
상기 형상변형부의 적어도 일부는 상기 본체 내에 위치할 수 있다.
상기 형상변형부는 와이어 형상일 수 있다.
상기 형상변형부의 단부는 라운드 처리되어 있을 수 있다.
상기 형상변형부는 루프 형상일 수 있다.
상기 형상변형부는 제1형상과 제2형상 사이에서 변형되며, 상기 제1형상과 상기 제2형상은 미리 결정되어 있을 수 있다.

상기 형상변형부 배치 후에, 상기 형상변형부를 상기 제1층과 상기 제2층 중 어느 하나에 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구와 그 제조방법이 제공된다.

첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 일 예에 불과하므로 본 발명의 사상이 첨부된 도면에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
이하의 설명에서는 화장도구로서 퍼프를 예시하나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않고 화장료를 흡수 및 전달하는 모든 화장도구에 적용된다.
도 1 내지 도 4c를 참조하여 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구를 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구의 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 II-II'를 따른 단면도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구에서 형상변형부의 배치를 나타낸 것이다.
화장도구(1)는 퍼프라고도 불리며 본체(10)와 형상변형부(21)를 포함한다. 본체(10)는 납작하고 둥근 원판형 형상이며 탄성을 가지고 있다.
본체(10)는 제1층(11) 및 제2층(12)으로 나누어져 있다. 제1층(11) 및 제2층(12)은 열 또는 접착제 등을 통해 서로 부착되어 있으며, 둘레를 따라서만 부착되어 있을 수도 있다.
제1층(11)은 다양한 재질로 만들어질 수 있으며, 특히 다공질 재질로 만들어 질 수 있다. 다공질 재질로는 발포폼을 사용할 수 있다. 발포폼은, 이에 한정되지 않으나, BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Natural Rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식 우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene), SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene), PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 실리콘제 엘라스토머, 니트릴고무(NBR), 부틸 고무 또는 네오프렌 재질 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어질 수 있다.
제2층(12)은 제1층(11)과 동일한 재질로 마련될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 제1층(11)과 제2층(12)은 서로 다른 재질로 마련될 수도 있다.
제1층(11) 중 외부로 노출된 면, 즉 도포면은 화장료가 흡수되며, 사용자의 피부, 특히 얼굴 피부와 접촉하며 사용자의 피부에 화장료를 전달한다. 다만 사용자에 따라 본체(10)의 양면을 도포면으로 사용하거나, 양면을 서로 다른 용도(예를 들어, 서로 다른 화장료에 대해 사용)로 구별해서 사용할 수도 있다.
형상변형부(21)는 와이어로 이루어져 있으며 제1층(11)과 제2층(12) 사이에 위치하고 있다. 형상변형부(21)는 제1층(11) 및/또는 제2층(12)과 결합되어 있어 변형사용 시 위치가 변하지 않는다. 결합은 열융착 또는 접착제 사용 등으로 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
도 3과 같이 형상변형부(21)는 내부에 위치하며 직교하는 직선형상(십자형상)인 제1부분(21a)과 외부에 위치하며 원형상인 제2부분(21b)을 포함한다. 형상변형부(21)는 변형 시 변형된 형상을 유지하는 특성을 가지며, 재질은 스테인레스 스틸 등으로 마련될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지는 않으며, 폴리머로 마련되거나 연질 플라스틱으로 감싸진 스테인레스 스틸일 수 있다. 또한 형성변형부(21)는 화장료의 성분, 특히, 물, 알코올, 실리콘, 오일 등과 반응하지 않는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
제1실시예에서 형상변형부(21)는 일체로 형성되어 있으나, 다른 실시예에서는 각 부분을 별도로 준비한 후 용접 및/또는 접합 등의 방법으로 연결할 수 있다. 또 다른 실시예에서는 제1부분(21a)과 제2부분(21b)이 서로 분리되어 있을 수도 있다.
이상 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구(1)에서는 사용자가 형상변형부(21)를 변형하면, 즉 형상변형부(21)를 구부리면, 이에 따라 본체(10)의 형상도 변형된다. 변형된 상태에서 본체(10)는 탄성에 의해 원래 형상으로 돌아가려고 하나 변형된 형상변형부(21)의 힘에 의해 변형된 형상이 유지된다. 따라서 사용자는 원하는 변형 형상을 유지하는 화장도구(1)를 이용하여 편하게 화장을 할 수 있다.
도 4a 내지 도 4c는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구에서 형상변형의 예를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4a는 본체(10)의 양단(A, B)이 마주보도록 변형시킨 것으로, 이러한 변형에 의해 변형 전에 비해 폭이 좁은 부분(C)이 생겼다. 사용자는 폭이 좁은 부분(C)을 사용하여 눈가 등 세밀한 화장이 필요한 부분에 화장료를 전달하게 된다.
도 4b는 본체(10)를 2번 접은 형상으로 여러 직선면(D)과 함께 도 4a에 비해 더욱 폭이 좁은 부분(E)이 생겼다. 사용자는 새로 생긴 부분(D, E) 등을 이용하여 필요한 화장을 수행한다.
도 4c에서는 손잡이 역할을 할 수 있는 부분(F)이 마련되었으며, 역시 변형 전에 비해 폭이 좁은 부분(G)이 생겼다. 사용자는 손잡이 부분(F)을 잡고 새로 생긴 부분(G) 등을 이용하여 필요한 화장을 수행한다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명에 따르면 하나의 화장도구(1)를 다양한 형상으로 변형 사용할 수 있으며, 변형된 형상이 유지된다. 따라서 사용자는 화장도구(1)의 형상유지에 의해 화장을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 즉 얼굴의 굴곡진 부분에 사용하기에는 입체 디자인이 용이하며, 쿠션성이 좋고 손에 잡는 그립감이 좋아지는 효과가 있다.
또한, 하나의 화장도구(1)로 복수의 화장도구를 사용하는 효과를 발휘할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자는 복수의 화장도구를 준비하거나 소지하여야 할 필요가 없어진다.
한편, 사용자는 화장도구(1)를 화장료가 포함되어 있는 화장품 용기에 보관하게 된다. 사용자의 편의를 위해 화장품 용기는 작은 부피를 가지도록 설계되기 때문에 화장도구(1)의 보관을 위한 공간은 최소화되어 있다. 통상 화장품 용기에서 화장도구(1)의 보관공간은 도 1에 나타낸 납작한 형상을 수용할 수 있는 최소공간으로 설계되어 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 사용자가 형상변형부(21)를 원래 상태로 펴게 되면 이에 따라 본체(10)는 도 1의 상태로 돌아오게 된다. 따라서 사용자는 하나의 화장도구(1)를 여러 형상으로 용이하게 변형사용하면서도 보관 시에는 정해진 보관공간에 맞추어 화장도구(1)를 변형할 수 있다. 다른 실시예에서는 보관공간이 원통형 공간 등으로 변형될 수 있으며, 이 경우 본 발명에 따른 화장도구(1)는 정해진 보관공간에 맞추어 변형가능하다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구의 제조방법을 설명하기 위한 것이다.
먼저 제1층(11) 위에 형상변형부(21)를 위치시킨다. 이후 형상변형부(21)를 사이에 두고 제2층(12)을 위치시킨 후 양 층(11, 21)을 열압착 등의 방법으로 결합시킨다. 이 과정에서 제1층(11) 및 제2층(12)의 구성성분과 형상변형부(21)가 열에 의해 부착 및 결합되어, 형상변형부(21)는 본체(10) 내에 고정된다.
다른 실시예에서는, 접착이나 열융착 등을 통해 형상변형부(21)가 제1층(11)에 결합 후 제2층(12)이 제1층(11) 상에 위치할 수 있다. 또 다른 실시예서는 형상변형부(21)가 제2층(12) 상에 먼저 위치한 후 제1층(11)이 결합될 수 있다.
이상 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구는 다양하게 변형될 수 있으며, 이를 도 6a 내지 도 6f를 참조하여 설명한다.
도 6a 내지 도 6f는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 화장도구의 변형을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6a, 도 6b 및 도 6c와 같이, 형상변형부(21)는 십자형, 원형 또는 사각형일 수 있다. 또한 본체(10)는 도 6d, 도 6e 및 도 6f와 같이 사각판 형상일 수 있으며 형상변형부(21)는 사각형과 십자형의 결합, 방사선형, 사각형 등일 수 있다. 형상변형부(21)는 원형 및 사각형 외의 타원형 또는 다각형 형상의 다양한 루프 형상일 수 있으며, 루프 형상이 아닐 경우 단부는 사용자의 안전을 위해 라운드 처리될 수 있다. 라운드 처리는 단부에서 와이어를 감는다거나 별도의 플라스틱 부재 등을 부착하여 수행할 수 있다.
이 외에 본체(10)의 형상은 웨지형, 물방울형 또는 다각형 등 다양할 수 있으며, 본체(10)는 단층이거나 3층 이상일 수도 있다. 또한 본체(10)를 가로지르는 손잡이띠가 추가될 수 있으며, 손잡이띠는, 이에 한정되지 않으나, 천 재질 및/또는 탄성이 있는 수지 재질 등으로 마련될 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 화장도구를 나타낸 것이다.
제2실시예에서는 제1층(11)과 제2층(12) 사이에 차단층(13)이 위치하고 있다. 차단층(13)은 도포면에서 공급되는 화장료가 형상변형부(21)와 접촉하는 것을 방지한다. 차단층(13)에 의해 형상변형부(21)가 화장료에 의해 변질되는 문제가 발생하지 않는다.
도 8은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 화장도구를 나타낸 것이다.
제3실시예에서는 형상변형부(21)가 외부로 돌출되어 있다. 사용자는 형상변형부(21)를 시각적으로 확인할 수 있기 때문에 화장도구(1)를 더욱 용이하게 변형할 수 있다.
도시하지는 않았지만 제2실시예에 따른 화장도구(1)는 형상변형부(21)를 감싸는 코팅층을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이하 도 9 내지 도 11b을 참조하여 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 화장도구를 설명한다.
도 9는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 화장도구의 변형을 나타낸 것이고, 도 10a 및 도 10b는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 화장도구에서 형상변형부의 작동을 나타낸 것이고, 도 11a 및 도 11b는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 화장도구에서 형상변형의 예를 나타낸 것이다.
도 9와 같이 제4실시예에서는 형상변형부(21)가 제1방향을 따라 길게 연장된 판 스프링으로 마련되어 있다. 형상변형부(21)는 스테인레스 스틸 등의 재질로 마련될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
형상변형부(21)는 제1방향을 따라 연장되어 있으면서, 제1방향의 직각방향인 제2방향으로의 단면은 원호를 형성하고 있다.
이러한 형상의 형상변형부(21)는 도 10a와 같이 사용자가 볼록한 부분의 중심부분을 누르게 되면 도 10b와 같이 말린 형상으로 변형되어 양단(21c, 21d)이 인접하게 된다. 여기서, 도 10b의 형상은 형상변형부(21)의 길이나 두께 등의 조절을 통해 미리 정해지며, 다른 외력이 없으면 말린 형상을 유지한다.
말린 형상에서 사용자가 도 10b와 같이 형상변형부(21)의 양단과 중심부분에 힘을 주면 형상변형부(21)는 다시 도 10a의 형상으로 복귀한다.
이상과 같은 형상변형부(21)의 변형에 따라 화장도구(1)의 형상도 도 11a와 같은 펴진 형상과 도 11b와 같은 말린 형상 사이에서 변형된다.
즉, 제3실시예에서는 화장도구(1)의 형상이 미리 정해진 두 개의 형상(제1형상, 제2형상) 사이에서 오가는 것이다. 또한, 펴진 상태에서 말린 상태로의 변형은 사용자의 원터치 동작만으로 수행될 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들은 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 예시로서, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양하게 변형하여 본 발명을 실시하는 것이 가능할 것이므로, 본 발명의 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구에 있어서,
    탄성을 가지고 있으며 화장료를 전달하는 본체와;
    상기 본체와 연결되어 있으며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 변형되어 상기 본체의 형상을 변형 및 유지시키는 형상변형부를 포함하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부의 적어도 일부는 상기 본체 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부는 와이어 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부의 단부는 라운드 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부는 루프 형상임을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부는 제1형상과 제2형상 사이에서 변형되며, 상기 제1형상과 상기 제2형상은 미리 결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부는 제1방향으로 길게 연장되어 있으며,
    상기 제1형상에서는 판상이며,
    상기 제2형상에서는 상기 제1방향을 따른 양단부가 서로 가까워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2형상에서,
    상기 제1방향을 따른 단면은 곡선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  9. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부는 제1방향으로 길게 연장되어 있는 판스프링을 포함하며,
    상기 판스프링은 상기 제1방향의 수직 방향 단면이 원호형상으로 휘어져 있으며,
    외부의 외력에 의해 상기 제1형상과 상기 제2형상 사이에서 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구.
  10. 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구의 제조방법에 있어서,
    제1층을 준비하는 단계;
    탄성을 가지고 있으며 도포면을 가지는 제2층를 준비하는 단계와;
    상기 제1층과 상기 제2층 중 어느 하나에 사용자의 조작에 의해 형상이 변형되며 유지되는 형상변형부를 배치하는 단계;
    상기 제1층과 상기 제2층 중 다른 하나를 상기 형상변형부 상에 배치하는 단계와;
    상기 제1층, 상기 형상변형부 및 상기 제2층을 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변형부 배치 후에,
    상기 형상변형부를 상기 제1층과 상기 제2층 중 어느 하나에 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형형상이 유지되는 화장도구의 제조방법.
