Abstract
Description
本発明の液滴吐出用インクは、アップコンバージョン発光する材料で構成された粒子を含むことを特徴とする。
これにより、液滴吐出用インクを用いて製造された記録物について、常態(励起光を照射していない状態)で、液滴吐出用インクを用いて形成された記録部が記録物の機能や外観に悪影響を与えることをより効果的に防止しつつ、励起光を照射した状態では、前記粒子を含むことによる効果を十分発揮させることができる。また、液滴吐出用インクを用いて製造された記録物を高いセキュリティー性が求められるものにより好適に適用することができる。
これにより、記録物の印刷用データを作成する時に特段の処理をしなくても、セキュリティー性を持たせることができる。
これにより、粒子の発光効率をより優れたものとすることができる。
本発明の液滴吐出用インクを少なくとも1種備えることを特徴とする。
前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長に特異的に反応する前記粒子を含む第2のインクとを備えることが好ましい。
前記粒子を含まない少なくとも1種のインクとを備えることが好ましい。
本発明の液滴吐出用インクの固形分を含む材料で構成された記録部とを備えることを特徴とする。
《液滴吐出用インク》
まず、本発明の液滴吐出用インクについて説明する。
上記のように、本発明の液滴吐出用インクは、アップコンバージョン発光する材料で構成された粒子を含むものである。
また、粒子は、表面処理が施されたものであってもよい。
液滴吐出用インクは、通常、粒子に加え、粒子を分散させる分散媒としての機能を有する液体成分を含むものである。
これにより、液滴吐出用インクの吐出安定性を優れたものとすることができる。
液滴吐出用インクは、前述した粒子、分散媒としての液体成分以外の成分(その他の成分)を含むものであってもよい。
次に、本発明のインクセットについて説明する。
次に、本発明のインクカートリッジ、液滴吐出装置について説明する。
液滴吐出装置1は、フレーム2を有している。
次に、本発明の記録物について説明する。
例えば、本発明の記録物は、記録媒体と記録部との間に設けられた少なくとも1層の下地層を有するものであってもよいし、記録部の表面(記録部の記録媒体に対向する面とは反対側の面側)に設けられたコート層を有するものであってもよい。
Claims (18)
- アップコンバージョン発光する材料で構成された粒子を含むことを特徴とする液滴吐出用インク。
- 前記粒子の平均粒径が10nm以上200nm以下である請求項1に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インク中における前記粒子の含有率は、0.1質量%以上20質量%以下である請求項1または2に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インクは、無色のものである請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インクは、有色のものである請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 前記粒子は、無機物質を含む材料で構成されたものである請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 前記粒子は、ランタノイドイオン含有の無機物質を含むものである請求項6に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 前記粒子は、遷移金属イオン含有の無機物質を含むものである請求項6または7に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 前記粒子は、無機物質で構成された母粒子が、アミノ基を有する化合物、カルボキシル基を有する化合物および糖よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種で表面修飾されたものである請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インクは、前記粒子を分散させる機能を有する分散媒として、水、アルコール系液体、ケトン系液体、グリコールエーテル系液体、グリコールジエーテル液体、および芳香族系液体よりなる群から選択される1種または2種以上を含むものである請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インクは、前記粒子の分散剤として、水系もしくは非水系の高分子分散剤、低分子(界面活性剤)型分散剤、および、無機型分散剤よりなる群から選択される1種または2種以上含むものである請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 液滴吐出用インクは、インクジェット法により吐出されるものである請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インク。
- 複数種のインクを備えるインクセットであって、
請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インクを少なくとも1種備えることを特徴とするインクセット。 - 第1の波長に特異的に反応する前記粒子を含む第1のインクと、
前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長に特異的に反応する前記粒子を含む第2のインクとを備える請求項13に記載のインクセット。 - 少なくとも1種の請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インクと、
前記粒子を含まない少なくとも1種のインクとを備える請求項13または14に記載のインクセット。 - 請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インクを保持することを特徴とするインクカートリッジ。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インクの液滴を吐出することを特徴とする液滴吐出装置。
- 記録媒体と、
請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の液滴吐出用インクの固形分を含む材料で構成された記録部とを備えることを特徴とする記録物。
