[权利要求 1] 一种集成有车载控制模块的公共租赁用自行车, 包括常规的租赁用公 共自行车, 其特征在于, 还包括车载控制模块, 车载控制模块安装于 或者嵌入于所述自行车内使得整个租赁系统中自行车能成为独立工作 的子系统, 该子系统包括处理模块 (8) 、 无线通信模块、 刷卡模块 (4) 、 机械锁机模块 (2) 、 钢缆锁扣模块 (7) 、 身份识别模块 (9) 、 上锁检测模块 (6) 、 和电源模块 (3) , 所述处理模块 (8) 为整个锁器控制系统的信息处理和控制中心; 所述无线通信模块与处 理模块 (8) 连接, 处理模块 (8) 通过无线通信模块与站点上位机建 立连接, 传输指令和信息; 所述刷卡模块 (4) 与处理模块 (8) 连接 , 用于读取用户卡片上的信息并提供给处理模块 (8) , 用于在租物 件、 临吋解锁和还物件程序的事务处理;所述设有与钢缆锁扣模块 (7 ) 相对应的锁孔, 机械锁机模块 (2) 的驱动由处理器模块 (8) 控制 ; 所述钢缆锁扣模块 (7) , 包括锁扣和钢缆, 锁扣位于钢缆尾端, 所述锁扣可以插入本租赁物件机械锁机模块 (2) 中的锁孔用于自锁 , 或者插入后租赁物件机械锁机模块 (2) 中的锁孔用于归还进入站 点串联互锁队列; 所述身份识别模块 (9) 用于确定租赁系统中的租 赁物件单体的身份 ID信息; 各个锁器子系统通过无线通信模块与上位 机建立联系, 并在上位机进行预登记, 实吋更新 ID信息表; 所述上锁 检测模块 (6) 与处理模块 (8) 连接, 所述上锁检测模块 (6) 位于 机械锁机模块 (2) 的锁孔内, 上锁检测模块 (6) 与所述身份识别模 块 (9) 配合工作; 上锁检测模块 (6) 把读取的租赁物件单体身份 ID 信息提供给处理模块 (8) , 处理模块 (8) 判断用户是否已将队列末 端单体的锁扣插入, 以及归还是否成功; 所述电源模块 (3) 是整个 单体子系统的能源, 电源模块通过电路板分别为锁器子系统内的各个 功能模块提供电源。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 所述身份识别 模块 (9) 采用 RFID实现, 每个 RFID芯片对应全球唯一的 ID号, 每
个租赁物件单体对应有一个 RFID, 所述身份识别模块 (9) 包括 RFID 芯片, 所述 RFID芯片设于锁扣上, 该 RFID芯片用于标识自身单体的 身份 ID信息; 所述上锁检测模块 (6) 包括感应线圈, 上锁检测模块
(6) 与所述身份识别模块 (9) 配合工作; 该 RFID芯片与后单体锁 器中的上锁检测模块中的感应线圈配套, 所述感应线圈用于读取插入 锁扣所属单体子系统中的 RFID
(9) , 上锁检测模块 (6) 把读取的 RFID信息提供给处理模块 (8) , 如此, 处理模块 (8) 判断用户是否已将队列末端单体的锁扣插入 , 由此判断是否为正常的归还信号; 另外, 所述感应线圈读取互锁的 前单体的 ID信息, 将识读到前单体的 RFID身份信息并提供给处理模 块 (8) , 供处理模块 (8) 在归还程序中判断用户归还是否成功。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 本发明采用刷 卡方式实现租、 归还和临吋幵闭锁三种业务; 采用用户卡向站点队列 末尾单体子系统的刷卡模块 (4) 进行刷卡, 租赁系统后台审核允许 出租后, 机械锁机模块 (2) 执行解锁动作, 同吋该用户卡与该出租 单体绑定, 在临吋锁状态下, 本单体的锁扣插入本单体的锁孔可实现 自锁, 解幵临吋锁只需刷卡。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 所述的锁器单 体子系统还可以包括显示和提示模块 (5) , 所述显示和提示模块 (5 ) 用于显示车载控制系统收到上位机发来的有关处理归还程序中消费 额和余额的计算结果; 以及采用语言、 鸣叫或者闪烁的方式提示操作 错误、 出现故障; 以及在租、 临吋解锁、 归还程序中, 事务处理完毕 后用于提示成功与否。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1或者 2所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 所述钢缆 锁扣模块 7, 还包括正负两根电缆, 两根电缆和钢缆一体化设计, 两 个电线埋入钢缆中, 钢缆用于提供机械强度, 电缆用于形成充电回路 , 锁扣位于电缆及钢缆的共同尾端, 将前车的锁扣与本车的锁孔接触 连接形成电路连接点, 正负两根电缆将车载电源模块接入充电回路中
如权利要求 5所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 充电电路连接 关系: 市电 -桩体及变压装置- (桩体提供的首个锁扣-第 1辆车的锁孔- 第 1辆车车载电源模块-第 1辆车的两根正负电线) - (第 1辆车的锁扣- 第 2辆车的锁孔-第 2辆车车载电源模块-第 2辆车的两根正负电线) - ( 第 2辆车的锁扣-第 3辆车的锁孔-第 3辆车车载电源模块-第 3辆车的两根 正负电线) , , , , (第 n-1辆车的锁扣-第 n辆车的锁孔-第 n辆车车载 电源模块-第 n辆车的两根正负电线) -最后一辆车的锁扣, n个单体子 系统的车载电源模块两端分别通过各自的正负两根电线依次并联至充 电桩的正负两个极, 从而形成大的充电闭合回路。
如权利要求 5或者 6所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 在钢缆的 末端锁扣连接件内设有 RFID芯片, 电源线为充电和租还状态检测两 用, 且 RFID芯片也作为租还状态检测。
如权利要求 7所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 用户还车后, 车载锁器子系统识别到队列最末端车上的 RFID编码就判断为还车成 功, 执行还车程序; 同吋, 检测电源线是否接通, 若没有接通, 则认 为接触不良, 自动上报故障信息; 当检测到有接通电源但没有读到 R FID芯片, 也执行还车程序, 并自动上报 RFID芯片故障信息。
如权利要求 1所述的公共租赁用自行车, 其特征在于, 在站点内, 所 有数据由锁器子系统通过无线通信模块直接与上位机连通; 采用登记 预处理机制, 当车辆进入无线通信覆盖范围吋, 锁器子系统自动与上 位机建立通信联系, 上位机在软件上事先做预处理, 不等还车成功后 再向上位机联系; 当锁器子系统检测到有还车信号后, 立即向上位机 发还车信息, 上位机把费用信息发到锁器子系统, 等待用户刷卡扣费 , 刷卡完毕后只向中控柜发送扣费成功信号。
