L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de charge (1) comprenant : un capteur de détection de charge (5) ; un couvercle de boîtier (4) en tant qu'élément de pression, qui a une surface supérieure (47US) en tant que surface de réception de pression pour recevoir une pression provenant d'un coussin de siège (SC), et qui presse le capteur de détection de charge (5) lorsque la surface supérieure (47US) est pressée par le coussin de siège (SC) ; et une section de support élastique (64) qui supporte le couvercle de boîtier (4) à partir du côté du capteur de détection de charge (5).
