优选地,所述电动开收多折伞包括第一伞骨、第二伞骨和收伞拉簧,所述第一伞骨一端连接于所述上巢,所述第二伞骨两端分别连接所述下巢一侧和所述第一伞骨的靠近上巢的一侧,所述收伞拉簧两端分别连接所述第一伞骨和第二伞骨。
优选地,所述第一伞骨为多折的第一伞骨。
本发明技术方案中,所述电动开收多折伞的上巢内设有带丝杆的电机,所述电机的正转或反转能带动所述丝杆的正转或反转,从而使得与所述丝杆啮合的第一齿轮也能实现不同方向的旋转,所述第一齿轮的旋转能带动同轴设置的所述滑轮向不同方向旋转,通过滑轮的转动来带动所述拉绳的运动,从而实现电动开收多折伞的打开和收合。相比于现有的电机设于伞把的电动开收多折伞,本发明提供的所述电动开收多折伞能有效减小伞的整体长度,方便人们携带;且结构更为简单,滑轮的运转更为直接快捷,使得电动开收多折伞的开伞和收伞更为方便。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种电动开收多折伞。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一中电动开收多折伞的未安装伞骨的收伞状态的结构示意图;图2为图1中电动开收多折伞的电机与滑轮的局部放大图;图3为图1中电动开收多折伞的伞把与中棒连接的分解结构示意图;图4为图1中电动开收多折伞的结构示意图;图5为图1中电动开收多折伞的伞把的立体结构分解图。
请参阅图1和图2,在本发明一实施例中,该电动开收多折伞,包括伞把15、拉绳30和与伞把15固定连接的中棒10,所述伞把15设置在所述中棒10的一端,所述中棒10两侧设有上巢6和下巢8,且所述下巢8邻近所述伞把15设置,所述上巢6内部设有电机20、第一齿轮21和至少一滑轮23,所述第一齿轮21与其中一所述滑轮23同轴设置,所述电机20的靠近伞把15的一侧设有丝杆22,所述丝杆22与所述齿轮21啮合,所述滑轮23的轴连接于所述上巢6内壁,所述下巢8内部的一侧设有定滑轮7,所述拉绳30一端固定于所述中棒10内部的一端,所述拉绳30另一端依次绕过设于所述上巢6内的滑轮23和设于所述下巢8内的定滑轮7后固定于所述上巢6。
所述电机20正转时,设于所述电机20一侧的所述丝杆22能带动所述第一齿轮21的旋转,进而带动与第一齿轮21同轴设置的一所述滑轮23向一个方向旋转,使得绕在所述滑轮23上的拉绳30向一个方向运动,所述拉绳30通过设于所述下巢8内的定滑轮7带动所述下巢8向所述上巢6运动,进而实现开伞的目的;同理地,所述电机20反转时,通过与所述丝杆22啮合的所述齿轮21依次带动所述滑轮23和所述拉绳30的运动,从而实现收伞的目的。所述滑轮23通过第一齿轮21与丝杆22的配合,进而带动所述拉绳30的运动来实现开伞和收伞的目的,相比于现有技术能快速地实现所述电动开收多折伞的打开和收合,使得所述电动开收多折伞的使用更加方便快捷。
进一步地,所述至少一滑轮23为三个滑轮组成,三个所述滑轮23的轴均连接于所述上巢6内壁,所述拉绳30依次绕过三个所述滑轮23用以带动各滑轮23的转动。具体地,所述滑轮23包括小滑轮231和分别设于所述小滑轮231两侧的大滑轮232和中滑轮233,所述拉绳30一端固定于所述中棒10内后,另一端依次绕过所述大滑轮232、小滑轮231和中滑轮233,而后绕过所述定滑轮7后固定于所述上巢6内顶端,所述大滑轮232的一侧设有与丝杆22啮合的第一齿轮21,所述丝杆22的转动能带动所述大滑轮232的转动,所述大滑轮232通过所述拉绳30依次带动所述小滑轮231和中滑轮233的旋转,所述拉绳30的运动进而实现电动开收多折伞的打开和闭合。多个所述滑轮23的设置,能增强所述拉绳30与滑轮23的摩擦力,避免滑轮23与拉绳30打滑,保证所述滑轮23与拉绳30的配合更稳固。
请参阅图1、图3和图5,所述伞把15内设有电池16、电线4和开关组件5,所述开关组件5通过电线4与所述电池16连接,所述中棒10内设有弹簧50和弹簧式电线60,且所述开关组件5通过所述弹簧50和弹簧式电线60与所述电机20连接,所述伞把15外壁设有能与所述开关组件5相触碰的控制按钮(未图示)。具体地,所述开关组件5包括开关按钮1、双刀双掷开关2、底部卡位13、按钮卡位17和按钮弹簧18,所述开关按钮1与所述按钮卡位17分别设于所述伞把15顶部的相对两侧,且所述按钮弹簧18两端分别抵接所述按钮卡位17和所述伞把15内壁,所述底部卡位13设于所述中棒10靠近所述伞把15的一端,且所述底部卡位13与所述按钮卡位17抵接,所述电线4分别连接电池16、双刀双掷开关2、开关按钮1、弹簧50和弹簧式电线60,由此组成完整的电路,通过所述开关按钮1和所述双刀双掷开关2与电池16的正极或者负极连接,通过所述弹簧50和弹簧式电线60的导电作用从而实现所述电机20的正转或者反转;此外,所述控制按钮(未图示)的按压使得所述按钮卡位17通过所述按钮弹簧18的伸缩性向靠近所述伞把15内壁的方向运动,从而所述按钮卡位17脱离所述底部卡位13,使得所述中棒10脱离所述底部卡位13,达到开伞或者收伞的目的。
进一步地,所述控制按钮(未图示)包括开伞按钮19和收伞按钮3,本实施例中所述开伞按钮19和所述收伞按钮3在所述伞把15外壁的排列方向与所述中棒10的延伸方向一致,不排除所述开伞按钮19和收伞按钮3在所述伞把15外壁具有其他的排列方式。具体地,按下所述开伞按钮19触碰所述开关按钮1,进而接通电路,使得所述电机20正转,所述丝杆22带动所述滑轮23的转动和拉绳30的运动,使得所述拉绳30带动所述下巢8向所述上巢6运动,达到开伞的目的;按下所述收伞按钮3,进而接通电路,使得所述电机20反转,所述丝杆22带动所述滑轮23的转动和拉绳30的运动,使得所述拉绳30带动所述下巢8向所述伞把15运动,达到收伞的目的。
优选地,所述电池16为可充电的电池16,可充电的电池16可反复使用,更加经济、环保。
请参阅图1和图4,所述中棒10包括外管9、至少一中管11和内管12,所述内管12、中管11和外管9由内至外依次套接,且所述中管11可相对于所述内管12滑动,所述外管9可相对于所述中管11滑动;这样的设置使得所述电动开收多折伞为可收缩的电动开收多折伞,方便用户的携带和使用。
进一步地,所述伞把15固定于所述内管12一端,所述下巢8滑动套接于所述外管9的外周壁,所述上巢6固定于所述外管9的背离伞把15的一端,当按下开伞按钮19,中棒10内的所述弹簧50依靠弹力将所述外管9、至少一中管11和内管12弹伸开,所述下巢8在拉绳30的运动下沿着所述外管9的外周壁滑动而与所述上巢6抵接,完成开伞的运动。
请进一步参阅图4,所述电动开收多折伞包括第一伞骨70、第二伞骨71和收伞拉簧80,所述第一伞骨70一端连接于所述上巢60,所述第二伞骨71两端分别连接所述下巢8一侧和所述第一伞骨70的靠近上巢6的一侧,所述收伞拉簧80两端分别连接所述第一伞骨70和第二伞骨71,当按下所述收伞按钮3后,所述拉绳30拉动所述中棒10向所述上巢6运动,所述下巢8依靠所述收伞拉簧80的拉力能将所述第一伞骨70和第二伞骨71向内收回而使得所述下巢8向所述伞把15方向运动,进而达到收伞的目的。
优选地,所述第一伞骨70为多折的第一伞骨70,使得所述电动开收多折伞为可折叠的电动开收多折伞,体积上更加小巧,外形上更为美观,也更方便用户的携带和使用。
实施例二
图6为本发明实施例二中电动开收多折伞的滑轮的局部放大图。
请参阅图6,本实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述滑轮23A为三个滑轮23A组成,三个所述滑轮23A的轴均连接于所述上巢6A内壁,每一所述滑轮23A的背离丝杆22A的一侧均设有第二齿轮24A,且相邻的二所述第二齿轮24A两两啮合,每一所述齿轮24A对应地与一滑轮23A同轴设置,所述拉绳30A依次绕过多个所述滑轮23A。具体地,所述滑轮23A包括小滑轮231A和分别设于所述小滑轮231A两侧的大滑轮232A和中滑轮233A,且每一所述滑轮23A的背离丝杆22A的一侧设有两两啮合的第二齿轮24A,所述拉绳30A依次绕过所述大滑轮232A、小滑轮231A和中滑轮233A;所述大滑轮232A的一侧设有与丝杆22A啮合的第一齿轮(未图示),所述电机20A带动所述丝杆22A的运动,进而通过所述第一齿轮(未图示)带动所述大滑轮232A的旋转,通过两两啮合的第二齿轮24A依次带动所述小滑轮231A和所述中滑轮233A的旋转,使得所述拉绳30A运动,进而实现电动开收多折伞的打开和闭合。这样的实施方式,通过多个所述第二齿轮24A的两两啮合来带动所述滑轮23A的转动,使得多个所述滑轮23A的运转更加顺畅,防止滑轮23A与所述拉绳30A打滑,保证所述滑轮23A与拉绳30A的配合更稳固,确保所述电动开收多折伞的打开和闭合操作更顺畅。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,包括伞把、拉绳和与伞把固定连接的中棒,所述伞把设置在所述中棒的一端,所述中棒两侧分别设有上巢和下巢,且所述下巢邻近所述伞把设置,所述上巢内部设有电机、第一齿轮和至少一滑轮,所述第一齿轮与其中一所述滑轮同轴设置,所述电机的靠近伞把的一侧设有丝杆,所述丝杆与所述第一齿轮啮合,所述滑轮的轴连接于所述上巢内壁,所述下巢内部的一侧设有定滑轮,所述拉绳一端固定于所述中棒内部的靠近伞把的一端,所述拉绳另一端依次绕过设于所述上巢内的滑轮和设于所述下巢内的定滑轮后固定于所述上巢。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述至少一滑轮为三个滑轮,三个所述滑轮的轴均连接于所述上巢内壁,所述拉绳依次绕过三个所述滑轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述至少一滑轮为三个滑轮,三个所述滑轮的轴均连接于所述上巢内壁,每一所述滑轮的背离丝杆的一侧均设有第二齿轮,且相邻的二所述第二齿轮两两啮合,每一所述第二齿轮对应地与一滑轮同轴设置,所述拉绳依次绕过多个所述滑轮。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述伞把内设有电池、电线和开关组件,所述开关组件通过电线与所述电池连接,所述中棒内设有弹簧和弹簧式电线,且所述开关组件通过所述弹簧和弹簧式电线与所述电机连接,所述伞把外壁设有能与所述开关组件相触碰的控制按钮。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述控制按钮包括开伞按钮和收伞按钮,所述开伞按钮和所述收伞按钮在所述伞把外壁的排列方向与所述中棒的延伸方向一致。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述电池为可充电的电池。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述开关组件包括开关按钮、双刀双掷开关、底部卡位、按钮卡位和按钮弹簧,所述开关按钮与所述按钮卡位分别设于所述伞把顶部的相对两侧,且所述按钮弹簧两端分别抵接所述按钮卡位和所述伞把内壁,所述底部卡位设于所述中棒靠近所述伞把的一端,且所述底部卡位与所述按钮卡位抵接,所述电线分别连接电池、双刀双掷开关、开关按钮、弹簧和弹簧式电线。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述中棒包括外管、至少一中管和内管,所述内管、至少一中管和外管由内至外依次套接,且所述中管可相对于所述内管滑动,所述外管可相对于所述中管滑动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述伞把固定于所述内管一端,所述下巢滑动套接于所述外管的外周壁,所述上巢固定于所述外管的背离伞把的一端。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述电动开收多折伞包括第一伞骨、第二伞骨和收伞拉簧,所述第一伞骨一端连接于所述上巢,所述第二伞骨两端分别连接所述下巢一侧和所述第一伞骨的靠近上巢的一侧,所述收伞拉簧两端分别连接所述第一伞骨和第二伞骨。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电动开收多折伞,其特征在于,所述第一伞骨为多折的第一伞骨。
