本实用新型涉及电子门锁领域,特别涉及一种电子门锁锁体及其离合复位装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上的各类门锁电子门锁功能多样,电子锁体需要电子部分控制机械运动,机械部分实现锁门动作,这个过程中,电机离合部件是电子与机械结合的重要部件,电机在转动过后都要自动归位以准备下一个转动周期,但是在机械传动部件中常常有一些意外使电机在转动过后回位受阻从而无法归位产生故障,而这种情况在纯机械部件锁体中出现无法被人知晓。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的解决背景技术中提到的问题,即一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,包括电机盒、电机、蜗杆、第一离合齿轮组、第二离合齿轮组、离合输出齿轮、电动开关;所述蜗杆紧配合的装配在所述电机的电机轴上随电机转动,所述第一离合齿轮组与所述蜗杆啮合,所述第二离合齿轮组与第一齿轮组啮合,所述离合输出齿轮与第二离合齿轮组啮合;所述电机、蜗杆、第一离合齿轮组、第二离合齿轮组装配在电机盒内与电机盒一起形成一个减速齿轮箱,所述离合输出齿轮在电机盒外部,同时所述离合输出齿轮与主锁舌传动拨块同心装配并可以互相驱动,所述离合输出齿轮上有第一档边、第二挡边,所述主锁舌传动拨块上有挡块,所述挡块在第一档边与第二挡边形成的空间内移动;所述离合输出齿轮上有触动块,当所述离合输出齿轮转到一定位置时,所述触动块触动所述电动开关,所述电动开关连接主板从而将离合输出齿轮的位置报告给锁体控制模块,锁体控制模块作出相应的判断,从而向电机发送命令。
优选地,所述第二齿轮组包括输入齿轮、齿轮齿轮连接压簧、输出齿轮,输入齿轮和输出齿轮通过齿轮齿轮连接压簧连接,所述输入齿轮与输出齿轮之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧自然状态下的长度,从而齿轮连接压簧是在压迫状态下其两端分别与输入齿轮和输出齿轮产生摩擦力,正常状态下当输入齿轮转动时,所述齿轮连接压簧两端的摩擦力带动所述输出齿轮一起转动,非正常状态下当输出齿轮由于各种原因卡死的情况下,齿轮连接压簧的摩擦力不足以使输出齿轮转动,输入齿轮空转,从而保护电机组件。
优选地,所述电动开关为红外反射光电开关。
由于采用了上述结构,当电机转动完毕自动归位后,其状态就被锁体控制模块知晓保证电子门锁的可靠性。

如图1所示,一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,包括电机盒1、电机2、蜗杆3、第一离合齿轮组4、第二离合齿轮组5、离合输出齿轮6、电动开关7;所述蜗杆3紧配合的装配在所述电机2的电机2轴上随电机2转动,所述第一离合齿轮组4与所述蜗杆3啮合,所述第二离合齿轮组5与第一齿轮组啮合,所述离合输出齿轮6与第二离合齿轮组5啮合;所述电机2、蜗杆3、第一离合齿轮组4、第二离合齿轮组5装配在电机盒1内与电机盒1一起形成一个减速齿轮箱,所述离合输出齿轮6在电机盒1外部,同时所述离合输出齿轮6与主锁舌传动拨块8同心装配并可以互相驱动,所述离合输出齿轮6上有第一档边61、第二挡边62,所述主锁舌传动拨块8上有挡块81,所述挡块81在第一档边61与第二挡边62形成的空间内移动;所述离合输出齿轮6上有触动块63,当所述离合输出齿轮6转到一定位置时,所述触动块63触动所述电动开关7,所述电动开关7连接主板从而将离合输出齿轮6的位置报告给锁体控制模块,锁体控制模块作出相应的判断,从而向电机2发送命令。
第二齿轮组包括输入齿轮、齿轮连接压簧52、输出齿轮53,输入齿轮51和输出齿轮53通过齿轮连接压簧52连接,所述输入齿轮51与输出齿轮53之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧52自然状态下的长度,从而齿轮连接压簧52是在压迫状态下其两端分别与输入齿轮51和输出齿轮53产生摩擦力,正常状态下当输入齿轮51转动时,所述齿轮连接压簧52两端的摩擦力带动所述输出齿轮53一起转动,非正常状态下当输出齿轮53由于各种原因卡死的情况下,齿轮连接压簧52的摩擦力不足以使输出齿轮53转动,输入齿轮51空转,从而保护电机2组件。

  1. 一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,特征在于包括电机盒、电机、蜗杆、第一离合齿轮组、第二离合齿轮组、离合输出齿轮、电动开关;所述蜗杆紧配合的装配在所述电机的电机轴上随电机转动,所述第一离合齿轮组与所述蜗杆啮合,所述第二离合齿轮组与第一齿轮组啮合,所述离合输出齿轮与第二离合齿轮组啮合;所述电机、蜗杆、第一离合齿轮组、第二离合齿轮组装配在电机盒内与电机盒一起形成一个减速齿轮箱,所述离合输出齿轮在电机盒外部,同时所述离合输出齿轮与主锁舌传动拨块同心装配并可以互相驱动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,其特征在于离合输出齿轮上有第一档边、第二挡边,所述主锁舌传动拨块上有挡块,所述挡块在第一档边与第二挡边形成的空间内移动;所述离合输出齿轮上有触动块,当所述离合输出齿轮转到一定位置时,所述触动块触动所述电动开关,所述电动开关连接主板从而将离合输出齿轮的位置报告给锁体控制模块,锁体控制模块作出相应的判断,从而向电机发送命令。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,其特征在于所述第二齿轮组包括输入齿轮、齿轮齿轮连接压簧、输出齿轮,输入齿轮和输出齿轮通过齿轮齿轮连接压簧连接,所述输入齿轮与输出齿轮之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧自然状态下的长度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种带有离合复位检测功能的离合装置,其特征在于所述电动开关为红外反射光电开关。
