为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
一种离合器齿轮保护装置,包括输入齿轮、齿轮连接压簧、输出齿轮、齿轮轴;输入齿轮和输出齿轮通过齿轮连接压簧连接,输入齿轮、输出齿轮、齿轮连接压簧三者同心套装在齿轮轴上;所述齿轮轴上有限制输入齿轮和输出齿轮轴向位移的结构;所述输入齿轮与输出齿轮之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧自然状态下的长度,从而齿轮连接压簧是在压迫状态下其两端分别与输入齿轮和输出齿轮产生摩擦力,正常状态下当输入齿轮转动时,所述齿轮连接压簧两端的摩擦力带动所述输出齿轮一起转动,非正常状态下即当输出齿轮由于各种原因卡死的情况下,齿轮连接压簧的摩擦力不足以使输出齿轮转动,输入齿轮空转,从而保护电机组件。
优选地,所述齿轮轴包括内轴和外轴,所述内轴为常规的针形齿轮轴,所述外轴的两端分别连接输入齿轮、输出齿轮并限制输入齿轮、输出齿轮的轴向位移。
优选地,所述外轴上一端有挡块,所述输入齿轮上有与挡块相抵的挡边,所属挡块限制挡边向上移动;
优选地,为了装配方便,所述外轴上有环形槽,所述环形槽内可以安装卡件,所述卡件对输出齿轮限位,限制输出齿轮向下移动。
由于采用了上述结构,当电机转动过程中,如果离合器遇到外力齿轮的力传不出去的时候,输入齿轮空转,从而保护离合组件。

一种离合器齿轮保护装置,包括输入齿轮1、齿轮连接压簧2、输出齿轮3、齿轮轴4;输入齿轮1和输出齿轮3通过齿轮连接压簧2连接,输入齿轮1、输出齿轮3、齿轮连接压簧2三者同心套装在齿轮轴4上;齿轮轴4包括内轴41和外轴42,所述内轴41为常规的针形齿轮轴,所述外轴42的两端分别连接输入齿轮1、输出齿轮3并限制输入齿轮1、输出齿轮3的轴向位移;外轴42上一端有挡块421,所述输入齿轮1上有与挡块421相抵的挡边11,所属挡块421限制挡边11向上移动;为了装配方便,所述外轴42上有卡槽422,卡槽422内可以安装卡件,所述卡件对输出齿轮3限位,限制输出齿轮3向下移动输入齿轮1与输出齿轮3之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧2自然状态下的长度,从而齿轮连接压簧2是在压迫状态下其两端分别与输入齿轮1和输出齿轮3产生摩擦力,正常状态下当输入齿轮1转动时,所述齿轮连接压簧2两端的摩擦力带动所述输出齿轮3一起转动,非正常状态下即当输出齿轮3由于各种原因卡死的情况下,齿轮连接压簧2的摩擦力不足以使输出齿轮3转动,输入齿轮1空转,从而保护电机组件。

  1. 一种离合器齿轮保护装置,特征在于包括输入齿轮、齿轮连接压簧、输出齿轮、齿轮轴;输入齿轮和输出齿轮通过齿轮连接压簧连接,输入齿轮、输出齿轮、齿轮连接压簧三者同心套装在齿轮轴上;所述输入齿轮与输出齿轮之间的距离小于所述齿轮连接压簧自然状态下的长度,从而齿轮连接压簧是在压迫状态下其两端分别与输入齿轮和输出齿轮产生摩擦力,正常状态下当输入齿轮转动时,所述齿轮连接压簧两端的摩擦力带动所述输出齿轮一起转动,非正常状态下即当输出齿轮由于各种原因卡死的情况下,齿轮连接压簧的摩擦力不足以使输出齿轮转动,输入齿轮空转,从而保护电机组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种离合器齿轮保护装置,特征在于所述齿轮轴包括内轴和外轴,所述内轴为针形齿轮轴,所述外轴的两端分别连接输入齿轮、输出齿轮并限制输入齿轮、输出齿轮的轴向位移。
