一种经线自绑定成形网,属于造纸用成形网技术领域,包括面层、底层和连接线,所述面层是由面经和面纬织成的平纹结构,所述底层是由底经和底纬织成的缎纹结构,所述连接线成对设置,从经向连接面层和底层。通过将连接线有规律地交织在上下两层网中,使上下两层网连接成一体,不产生相对搓动、滑移,消除了内部磨损。该成形网具有脱水性能稳定、脱水时间短、网孔大小均匀、防止三层网内部磨损、寿命更长久和冲洗容易的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸用成形网技术领域,特别涉及一种经线自绑定成形网。
背景技术
目前使用的造纸成形网是由聚酯、尼龙两种线材编织而成,易受温度、湿度、张力的影响有收缩、延伸的现象,尼龙还具有吸附性,聚酯不具吸附性。成品网使用前会有收缩现象,长度会变短,可以通过裁网长度控制。使用过程中会有延伸现象,延伸过大时超出纸机调节范围会导致网子无法在纸机上张紧,达不到应有张力,无法使用,更因延伸降低网子自身的性能和使用寿命。
而与本发明技术最接近的是纬线连接 SSB 三层网。纬线连接 SSB 三层网采用横向双纬线缝合系统,称之为自缝合,两条毗邻的尼龙缝合线轮换着在面层和底层交织。从面层上看似乎只有一条线,这样面层编织结构就近似于最理想的平织,使面层平整性达到了最优化。这种更有效的结合方法,缝合线不仅起到缝合面层和底层的作用,也起到支撑纤维的作用。它的好处在于增加了纤维支撑度及使网子整体上更紧密。因为限制了面层和底层的相对运动,内部磨损减小了,但并没有彻底消除。由于网子在高速运行过程中,受到的是纵向张力,这样面层和底层就会产生相对运动,再加上原材料有延伸现象,结构由紧密开始变得疏松,面层与底层相对运动变得更大,从而产生内部磨损。长时间的这种相对运动,会破坏缝合线以及面层和底层之间的内部结构,网子的相对几何形状和经、纬线的堆积状况都发生了变化,影响了网子的脱水性能。因此,随着网子在纸机上运行时间的增加,后期会出现网子变形、分层的问题。
经线连接 SSB 三层网作为新一代三层网,与纬线连接 SSB 三层网之间的区别是连接线的连接方式不同、连接材料不同。经线连接 SSB 三层网采用经线(聚酯)作为连接线,纬线连接 SSB 三层网采用纬线作为连接线,虽然两者之间仅在连接方式和连接材料上存在区别,但有着纬线连接 SSB 三层网无法比拟的优越性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种 经线自绑定成形网,解决现有的纬线连接 SSB 三层网由于运行时间的增加后期出现的成形网变形、分层的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种 经线自绑定成形网,包括面层、底层和连接线,所述面层由面经和面纬交替交织的平纹结构,所述底层由底经和底纬交替交织的缎纹结构,所述连接线成对设置,从经向连接面层和底层。
其中,优选地,所述连接线的数量为面经和底经总数的 1/2 。
其中,优选地,所述连接线与所述面经或所述底经相间排列。
其中,优选地,所述连接线为聚酯经线。
其中,优选地,所述面经和底经为聚酯经线,所述面纬和底纬为聚酯或尼龙纬线。
其中,优选地,所述面纬与所述底纬的比率为 3 : 2 。
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明的经线自绑定成形网是将连接线有规律地交织在上下两层网中,使上下两层网连接成一体,不产生相对搓动、滑移,消除了内部磨损;利用纸机上张力的拉伸使整个网子的结构更加紧密,增加了网子的强度。
2. 本发明的经线连接线由原来的尼龙变为聚酯,聚酯没有吸附性,容易冲洗,减少内部纸浆积聚,使得其滤水性保持稳定,在纸机纵向张力下,使得整个经线连接 SSB 三层网结构更加紧密,增加网子强度,从而减少内部磨损、变形、分层现象。
3. 本发明采用经线缝合技术,网子滤水性能始终保持稳定,客户在生产的过程中,不会由于滤水降低而增加真空箱的抽吸量或减速运行而造成网磨损较快和生产效率下降等。经线连接 SSB 三层网较好地解决了纸机在使用过程中延伸引起滤水下降、磨损快、分层等现象。
4. 本发明的经线自绑定成形网具有脱水性能稳定、脱水时间短、网孔大小均匀、防止三层网内部磨损、寿命更长久和冲洗容易的优点。

如图 1 所示,本实施例提供 一种 经线自绑定成形网,为经线连接 SSB 三层网,也即是复合网,采用上下两层网(成面层和底层)单独设计,再加以复合的设计理念,其关键技术是将连接线有规律地交织在上下两层网中,使上下两层网连接成一体。包括面层、底层和连接线,所述面层由面经和面纬交替交织的平纹结构,所述底层由底经和底纬交替交织的缎纹结构,所述连接线成对设置,从经向连接面层和底层,所述连接线的数量为面经和底经总数的 1/2 ,所述连接线与所述面经或所述底经相间排列。由于其独特的连接方式,使得其经线循环跨度变长,从而减少经线压点在磨损面磨损,提高使用寿命。
其中,所述连接线为聚酯经线。聚酯没有吸附性,容易冲洗,减少内部纸浆积聚,使得其滤水性保持稳定,在纸机纵向张力下,使得整个经线连接 SSB 三层网结构更加紧密,增加网子强度,从而减少内部磨损、变形、分层现象。

本实施例的 一种 经线自绑定成形网,是采用下述步骤制备面成:
1 、原材料采购:根据研发计划,进口德国 PET 单丝和 PA 单丝。
2 、原材料检验:根据研发要求,原材料检验线径、热缩值( 180 ℃, 30min ) % 、断裂强度( cN/TEX )、断裂伸长率( % )。
根据研发要求,分抽检和全检。指标如下:
经线 PET :¢ 0.20- ¢ 0.27 ,断裂强度( cN/TEX )> 65 ,热缩值 14% 左右,断裂伸长率在 11-13% 之间。
纬线 1PET :¢ 0.20- ¢ 0.22 ,断裂强度( cN/TEX ) 40 左右,热缩值 2% 左右,断裂伸长率在 30-35% 之间。
纬线 2PET :¢ 0.40- ¢ 0.50 断裂强度( cN/TEX ) 40 左右,热缩值 12.5% 左右,断裂伸长率在 30% 左右。
纬线 3PA :¢ 0.40- ¢ 0.50 ,断裂强度( cN/TEX ) 50 左右,热缩值 13% 左右,断裂伸长率在 30-35% 之间。
3 、整经:要求每根单丝张力均匀一致,要求单丝排列均匀,要求整经速度一致,整经速度 30M/5 min, 张力 80KG/ 盘。
4 、穿综穿筘:根据研发要求依次穿综穿筘,按顺序穿入综框框筘。
5 、织网:根据网纹图采用 16 综片织网,一个循环纬线根数 40 根,面纬:底纬= 3 : 2 ,底纬采用 PET 和 PA , 1 : 1 使用。经密 36-42 根 /cm ,纬密 30-40 根 /cm 。
6 、验网:对半成品网进行检验清洗修理,为合理裁网提供参考。
7 、第一次定型:通过定型机的温度、纵横向张力、圈数,使半成品网的结构发生变化,使经线拉伸,纬线收缩,使之达到一定的结构,适应造纸机要求。
8 、裁网:对半成品网进行合理裁剪,使之符合定货尺寸和质量要求,同时又能最大程度提高裁网率。
9 、插接:按原有的网纹,将网的两端连接起来,使接口处符合规定的工艺参数,以满足纸厂的要求。
10 、第二次定型:均匀和调整网的长度、宽度尺寸,处理接口问题,二次定型温度为 150 度,上机运转一圈,网口平整即可。
11 、成品检验:对成品网的质量进行检验,并对可修补的网病进行及时修补,防止不合格品出厂。
12 、包装入库:对合格的成品网进行包装入库,以防网子在运输过程中受损,同时包装箱外观、型号、规格、方向、防潮标志、轻拿轻放等标识清楚。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经线自绑定成形网,其特征在于:所述连接线的数量为面经和底经总数的1/2。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种经线自绑定成形网,其特征在于:所述连接线与所述面经或所述底经相间排列。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经线自绑定成形网,其特征在于:所述连接线为聚酯经线。
