Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种高速宽幅造纸成型网,包括面层、底层和接结线,面层为聚酯单丝交错织成的平纹结构,底层为缎纹结构,接结线从纬向连接面层与底层,底层的经线为聚酯单丝,纬线由聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列组成。本实用新型在底层的结构中使用耐磨性能更好的尼龙单丝,其使用比例超过聚酯单丝的比例,较好地解决了底面结构使用尼龙单丝后的成网稳定性与耐磨性能之间矛盾,能够提高三层造纸成型网的寿命约15~25%。

[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及造纸成型网,尤其涉及一种高速宽幅造纸成型网。 
[背景技术]
目前国内造纸成型网多为聚酯单丝织造,受设备条件,工艺技术限制,国内的造纸成型网仅能适应幅宽6米以下,500米/分钟以下中低速纸机的要求。但随着造纸工业的发展,500米/分钟以上高速及6米以上宽幅纸机成为众多造纸厂新项目首选。因此,高速、宽幅、高效率是当前造纸机技术发展的特点。 
对于高速宽幅的由接结线连接的双层造纸成型网(行业内称三层网),其面层与底层的使用要求不同,特别是底层结构与机器接触,要求具有更好的耐磨性能,以延长在造纸成型网在高速运转下的使用寿命,而聚酯单丝的耐磨性能较差,大大影响了三层网的寿命。 
中国专利申请号200920186721.0公开了一种改进的单层造纸成型网,其纬线由两根相邻的聚酯单丝相间一根尼龙单丝排列组成。虽然相比全部用聚酯单丝织造的造纸网增加了耐磨性能,但由于尼龙单丝遇水和高温时的稳定性较差,因此纬线中所使用的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝的根数比只能达到2∶1,所以整个造纸成型网的使用寿命增加程度受到一定的限制。 
[发明内容]
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨性能更好的高速宽幅造纸成型网。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种高速宽幅造纸成型网,是由面层、底层和接结线构成的双层织物组织结构,面层为聚酯单丝交错织成的平纹结构,底层为缎纹结构,接结线从纬向连接面层与底层,底层的经线为聚酯单丝,底层的纬线由聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列组成。 
作为优选,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶1。 
作为优选,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶2。 
作为优选,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶3。 
作为优选,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为2∶3。 
作为优选,所述底层纬线中聚酯单丝直径与尼龙单丝直径之比从1∶1到1∶1.06。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
在底层的结构中使用耐磨性能更好的尼龙单丝,其使用比例超过聚酯单丝的使用比例,较好地解决了底面结构使用尼龙单丝后的成网稳定性与耐磨性能之间矛盾,能够提高三层造纸成型网的寿命约15~25%。

[具体实施方式]
实施例1: 
图1是一种高速宽幅造纸成型网,包括面层、底层和接结线,面层为聚酯单丝交错织成的平纹结构,即由聚酯单丝为面层经线5与聚酯单丝为面层纬线4交织而成。底层为8综缎纹结构,其中底层经线1为聚酯单丝,纬线由一根聚酯单丝与一根尼龙单丝相间排列构成,底层聚酯纬线2与底层尼龙纬线3相间排列的根数比为1∶1,底层聚酯纬线2与底层尼龙纬线3的直径均为0.5mm。接结线6从纬向将面层与底层连接成双层结构。 
实施例2: 
如图2所示,底层为5综缎纹结构,其中底层经线1为聚酯单丝,纬线由一根聚酯单丝与两根尼龙单丝相间排列构成,底层聚酯纬线2与底层尼龙纬线3相间排列的根数比为1∶2,底层聚酯纬线2的直径为0.5,底层尼龙纬线3的直径为0.52mm,二者的直径比为1∶1.04。接结线6从纬向将面层与底层连接成双层结构。其余结构同实施例1。 
实施例3: 
如图3所示,底层为10综缎纹结构,其中底层经线1为聚酯单丝,底层纬线由一根聚酯单丝与三根尼龙单丝相间排列构成,底层聚酯纬线2与底层尼龙纬线3相间排列的根数比为1∶3,底层聚酯纬线2的直径为0.5,底层尼龙纬线3的直径为0.53mm,二者的直径比为1∶1.06。接结线6从纬向将面层与底层连接成双层结构。其余结构同实施例1。 
上述实施例2和3中的底层尼龙纬线3的直径比底层聚酯纬线2的直径略大,可以使得尼龙纬线3更好地承担机器的摩擦,增加整个成型网的使用寿命。 
以上结合附图描述了本实用新型的三种实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员可以在所附权利要求范围内做出各种变形或修改。

1.一种高速宽幅造纸成型网,是由面层、底层和接结线构成的双层织物组织结构,所述的面层为聚酯单丝交错织成的平纹结构,所述的底层为缎纹结构,所述的接结线从纬向连接面层与底层,其特征在于,所述底层的经线为聚酯单丝,底层纬线由聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速宽幅造纸成型网,其特征在于,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速宽幅造纸成型网,其特征在于,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速宽幅造纸成型网,其特征在于,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为1∶3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高速宽幅造纸成型网,其特征在于,所述底层纬线的聚酯单丝与尼龙单丝相间排列的根数比为2∶3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高速宽幅造纸成型网,其特征在于,所述底层纬线中聚酯单丝直径与尼龙单丝直径之比从1∶1到1∶1.06。
