Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种造纸干网以及带PPS边的造纸干网。其中造纸干网的组织结构全部由聚苯硫醚单丝构成。而带PPS边的造纸干网,在干网的组织结构的两侧边缘沿经向织入有聚苯硫醚单丝,其中,聚苯硫醚单丝宽度距离边缘25~30cm。本实用新型采用新型材料聚苯硫醚单丝织成造纸干网或织入造纸干网边缘组织。织成的干网耐磨耐高温,使用寿命长。特别是PPS单丝的价格大大高于聚酯单丝的价格,把PPS单丝仅用于编织造纸干网的边缘,也就是直接貼附在烘缸上的网部边缘处,相比全部采用PPS单丝织造的干网不仅节约了成本,而且使用寿命要比聚酯造纸干网提高一倍。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种造纸干网以及带PPS边的造纸干网。
背景技术
现有技术中,造纸干网在造纸机干燥部使用时,干网的边缘收到校正挡板的摩擦,容易被磨损导致组织结构松散。
另外,由于造纸干网在烘干纸张时是利用造纸干网把纸幅包裹在烘缸上,利用烘缸的高温来干燥纸张。由于生产纸张的宽度不一,为预有一定余量,一般造纸干网的宽度都大于纸张的宽度。因此在生产时,位于造纸干网的中间大部分是隔着纸张包裹在烘缸上,而造纸干网边缘有一部分是直接貼附在烘缸上的。造纸干网都是采用聚酯为原材料编织的,这就造成直接貼附烘缸部分的造纸干网因为长时间的高温,高湿而老化,容易脆裂。
上述二种原因造成造纸干网的边缘很容易先被损坏,最后导致整个干网无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高造纸干网的使用寿命和生产效率的造纸干网。
本实用新型要解决的另外一个技术问题是提供一种能够提高造纸干网的使用寿命的带PPS边的造纸干网。
对于造纸干网,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种造纸干网,干网的织物组织全部由聚苯硫醚单丝构成。
对于带PPS边的造纸干网,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种带PPS边的干网,在干网的织物组织的两侧边缘沿经向织入聚苯硫醚单丝。
作为优选,聚苯硫醚单丝的宽度为自边缘起向中间25~30cm。
聚苯硫醚,英文名称:Phenylene sulfide,缩写为PPS,其突出的特点是具有耐高温,耐腐蚀和优越的机械性能。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
采用新型材料聚苯硫醚单丝织成造纸干网或织入造纸干网边缘组织。织成的干网耐磨耐高温,使用寿命长。由于PPS单丝的价格大大高于聚酯单丝的价格,因此把PPS单丝仅用于编织造纸干网的边缘,也就是直接貼附在烘缸上的网部边缘处,相比全部采用PPS单丝织造的干网不仅节约了成本,而且使用寿命要比聚酯造纸干网提高一倍。

实施例1:
图1是一种造纸干网,干网的织物组织为平纹组织,该织物组织全部是由聚苯硫醚经丝1与聚苯硫醚纬丝2织成的。聚苯硫醚经丝1与聚苯硫醚纬丝2均为聚苯硫醚单丝。
由于聚苯硫醚具有耐高温,耐腐蚀和优越的机械性能,用聚苯硫醚单丝织成的造纸干网的使用寿命大大超过普通的聚酯干网。
实施例2:
图2是一种带PPS边的干网,在干网的整个织物组织中,位于中间的织物组织是由聚酯经丝3与聚酯纬丝4交织构成的。位于整个织物组织的两侧边缘沿经向织入有聚苯硫醚经丝1,聚苯硫醚经丝1为聚苯硫醚单丝(在图2中以粗线表示),位于边缘的纬丝仍然是聚酯单丝。聚苯硫醚经丝的的宽度为自边缘起向中间30cm。这个宽度正好略大于造纸干网直接貼附在烘缸上的部分。
由于聚苯硫醚单丝的成本很高,本实施例采用在最易损坏的边缘部分以聚苯硫醚单丝取代聚酯单丝,以增加少量的成本而大大改善了造纸干网的耐磨性能,具有很好的性价比。

3.根据权利要求2所述的造纸干网,其特征在于:所述聚苯硫醚单丝的宽度为自边缘起向中间25~30cm。
