更に、本発明者らは、上述のようなシミュレーションや解析の結果に基づいて、振動減衰装置20における基準次数qrefと振動減衰性能との関係について検討を行った。ここでは、有効次数qeffの励振次数qtagからのズレ量の当該励振次数qtagに対する割合ρが互いに同一となり、かつ基準次数qrefが互いに異なるように作成された複数の振動減衰装置20のモデルについて、シーメンス株式会社のLMS Imagine.Lab Amesim(登録商標)を用いて、エンジンEG(ここでは、3気筒エンジン)の回転数Neと最終的な制振対象(ここで、ドライブシャフトDS)のトルク変動TFlucとの関係を数値解析により評価した。なお、有効次数qeffの励振次数qtagからのズレ量は、入力トルクの振動の振幅λが最大となって慣性質量体23の振れ角が最大となるときの有効次数qeffから、励振次数qtagを差し引いたものである。

なお、振動減衰装置20Yには、図14に示すように、それぞれ複数のコロ(あるいはボールすなわち転動体)26Yを介して連結軸214により回転自在に支持されて転がり軸受を構成する複数の円筒状の外輪27Yが設けられてもよい。図14に示す例では、各連結軸214に、ドリブンプレート16Yの長穴16hの内面および慣性質量体23Y(環状部材230Y)のガイド部235Y(ガイド面236)上を転動または摺動するように、3個の外輪27Yが装着されている。これにより、各錘体22Yおよび慣性質量体23Yをよりスムースに揺動させることが可能となる。
Claims (15)
- エンジンからのトルクが伝達される回転要素の回転中心の周りに該回転要素と一体に回転する支持部材と、前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って揺動可能な復元力発生部材と、前記復元力発生部材を介して前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って該復元力発生部材に連動して前記回転中心の周りに揺動する慣性質量体とを含み、油室内に配置される振動減衰装置において、
前記振動減衰装置の次数は、前記エンジンの励振次数と前記油室内の油の影響を考慮したオフセット値との和よりも大きく、
前記回転要素に伝達される入力トルクの振動の振幅が小さくなっていくときの前記油室内で作動する前記振動減衰装置の前記次数の収束値である基準次数は、前記励振次数よりも大きくなる振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記基準次数を“qref”とし、前記励振次数を“qtag”としたときに、1.00×qtag<qref≦1.03×qtagを満たす振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記基準次数を“qref”とし、前記励振次数を“qtag”としたときに、1.01×qtag≦qref≦1.02×qtagを満たす振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記入力トルクの振動の振幅が大きくなるにつれて、前記振動減衰装置の次数が大きくなるか、あるいは前記次数が変化しないように設計された振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記支持部材、前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体の何れか1つに設けられると共に前記支持部材の径方向に沿って延びる第1ガイド部と、
前記支持部材、前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体の前記何れか1つ以外の2つの一方に形成されると共に円弧状に延びる第2ガイド部とを更に備え、
前記支持部材、前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体の前記何れか1つ以外の2つの他方は、前記第1および第2ガイド部によりガイドされる振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記支持部材と前記復元力発生部材とを相対回転自在に連結する第1の連結軸と、
前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体の一方により支持されると共に、前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体を相対回転自在に連結する第2の連結軸と、
前記復元力発生部材および前記慣性質量体の他方に形成され、前記支持部材の回転に伴って、前記第2の連結軸が前記第1の連結軸との軸間距離を一定に保ちながら該第1の連結軸の周りに揺動すると共に前記慣性質量体に対する相対位置が不変となるように定められた仮想的な第3の連結軸との軸間距離を一定に保ちながら該第3の連結軸の周りに揺動するように該第2の連結軸をガイドするガイド部とを更に備える振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置において、
第2の連結軸を介して前記復元力発生部材に回転自在に連結されると共に、第3の連結軸を介して前記慣性質量体に回転自在に連結される連接部材を更に備える振動減衰装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記回転要素の前記回転中心と前記第1の連結軸との軸間距離を“L1”とし、前記第1の連結軸と前記第2の連結軸との軸間距離を“L2”とし、前記第2の連結軸と前記第3の連結軸との軸間距離を“L3”とし、前記第3の連結軸と前記回転中心との軸間距離を“L4”としたときに、L1+L2>L3+L4を満たす振動減衰装置。 - 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記支持部材は、少なくとも入力要素および出力要素を含む複数の回転要素と、前記入力要素と前記出力要素との間でトルクを伝達する弾性体とを有するダンパ装置の何れかの回転要素と同軸かつ一体に回転する振動減衰装置。 - 請求項9に記載の振動減衰装置において、前記ダンパ装置の前記出力要素は、変速機の入力軸に作用的に連結される振動減衰装置。
- エンジンからのトルクが伝達される回転要素の回転中心の周りに該回転要素と一体に回転する支持部材と、前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って揺動可能な復元力発生部材と、前記復元力発生部材を介して前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って該復元力発生部材に連動して前記回転中心の周りに揺動する慣性質量体とを含む振動減衰装置の設計方法であって、
前記振動減衰装置および前記エンジンからのトルクが伝達される制振対象を含む力学モデルを作成し、
前記振動減衰装置の複数の次数ごとに、該次数に対応した該振動減衰装置における設計パラメータを前記力学モデルから導出される方程式群に代入して前記エンジンからの外力が作用した際の前記制振対象のトルク変動を導出し、
前記導出した前記制振対象のトルク変動を狙いの値にする前記設計パラメータを設計値とする振動減衰装置の設計方法。 - 請求項11に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記狙いの値は、前記振動減衰装置の次数の収束値である基準次数を前記エンジンの励振次数に一致させたときの前記制振対象のトルク変動よりも小さく定められる振動減衰装置の設計方法。 - 請求項11または12に記載の振動減衰装置において、
前記力学モデルは、前記振動減衰装置および前記制振対象を含む前記エンジンから車輪までの車両の構造を模擬したものである振動減衰装置の設計方法。 - 請求項11から13の何れか一項に記載の振動減衰装置の設計方法において、
前記回転要素に伝達されるトルクの振動の振幅が小さくなっていくときの前記振動減衰装置の次数の収束値である基準次数が大きくなっていくように前記設計パラメータを変更しながら前記トルク変動を導出し、該トルク変動の予め定められた回転数域におけるピーク値を極小値または該極小値付近の値にする前記設計パラメータを設計値とする振動減衰装置の設計方法。 - エンジンからのトルクが伝達される回転要素の回転中心の周りに該回転要素と一体に回転する支持部材と、前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って揺動可能な復元力発生部材と、前記復元力発生部材を介して前記支持部材に連結されると共に該支持部材の回転に伴って該復元力発生部材に連動して前記回転中心の周りに揺動する慣性質量体とを含む乾式の振動減衰装置において、
前記回転要素に伝達される入力トルクの振動の振幅が小さくなっていくときの前記振動減衰装置の次数の収束値である基準次数は、前記エンジンの励振次数よりも大きくなる振動減衰装置。
