一种储电池翻转机 技术领域
本发明涉及捡取或放下物件的装置,尤指一种储电池翻转机。
背景技术
现有的电池生产和检测需要进行将电池翻转的操作,一般需要采用手动或半机械的工具进行,在电池翻转过程中,需要操作人员手工或半机械的将电池放入对应的工具中,定位性不好,操作繁琐,加工过程缓慢,生产效率低,不利于进行自动化操作;而且传统电池翻转机构都是将竖直电池抓取,移位到指定位置并放下,根据电池的重力方向,自行倒下,容易造成损伤。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种储电池翻转机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种储电池翻转机,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上安装有可转动的翻转盘,所述翻转盘侧面有用于容纳电池的开口,所述翻转盘与传动装置连接,在翻转盘的侧面安装有压紧气缸。
进一步地:
所述传动装置可以包括电机、主动旋转轴、从动轴、翻转链轮和翻转链条,所述电机与主动旋转轴联结、主动旋转轴与从动轴联结,从动轴上装有翻转链轮,翻转链轮与绕翻转盘周面安装的翻转链条联结。
所述的电机与主动旋转轴联结、主动旋转轴与从动轴的联结可以是传动带联结或链传动联结。
所述电机可以是卧式刹车电机。
所述翻转盘侧面的开口两侧可以安装导辊。以便于电池的进出。
在所述翻转盘侧面的开口一侧的两端可以安装导向块。以方便电池的进出。
电池的翻转操作如下:
1,将电池顺着导向块进入翻转盘后,按启动按钮;
2,压紧气缸动作,把电池夹紧;
3,卧式刹车电机开始运作,一直到接近开关感应到翻转盘某处,停下;
4,压紧气缸松开,人工拉出整板电池;
5,按复位按钮,翻转机回到原点,重复1-5动作。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单合理,操作简便,能提高电池生产和检测的效率。

参见附图,本发明一种储电池翻转机,包括机架1,其特征在于:所述机架1上安装有可转动的翻转盘17,所述翻转盘17侧面有用于容纳电池的开口18,所述翻转盘17与传动装置连接,在翻转盘17的侧面安装有压紧气缸12。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述传动装置包括电机3、主动旋转轴4、从动轴13、翻转链轮7和翻转链条11,所述电机3与主动旋转轴4联结、主动旋转轴4与从动轴13联结,从动轴13上装有翻转链轮7,翻转链轮7与绕翻转盘17周面安装的翻转链条11联结。
所述电机3与主动旋转轴4联结、主动旋转轴4与从动轴13联结是传动带联结或链传动联结。
优选地:
所述翻转盘17侧面的开口18两侧安装有导辊8、10。以便于电池的进出。
在所述翻转盘17侧面的开口18一侧的两端安装有导向块9。以方便电池的进出。

  1. 一种储电池翻转机,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上安装有可转动的翻转盘,所述翻转盘侧面有用于容纳电池的开口,所述翻转盘与传动装置连接,在翻转盘的侧面安装有压紧气缸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种储电池翻转机,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括电机、主动旋转轴、从动轴、翻转链轮和翻转链条,所述电机与主动旋转轴联结、主动旋转轴与从动轴联结,从动轴上装有翻转链轮,翻转链轮与绕翻转盘周面安装的翻转链条联结。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种储电池翻转机,其特征在于:所述的电机与主动旋转轴联结、主动旋转轴与从动轴的联结是传动带联结或链传动联结。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种储电池翻转机,其特征在于:所述翻转盘侧面的开口两侧安装有导辊。
