为了实施利用钢卷带16封住上链条2以及下链条3,左下链扣24设有左弯钩30,右下链扣27设有右弯钩31;左上链布20与左下链布26连接,右上链布23与右下链布29;钢卷带16与左下链扣24以及右下链扣27动配合连接,钢卷带16位于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间,左弯钩30以及右弯钩31位于左上链槽5以及右上链槽6的下方,利用左弯钩30以及右弯钩31钩住钢卷带16;链座1包括有上链板32、上合链柱33、中链板34、下合链柱35以及下链板36,上链板32与上合链柱33连接,上合链柱33与中链板34连接,中链板34与下合链柱35连接,下合链柱35与下链板36连接;或者,上链板32、上合链柱33、中链板34、下合链柱35以及下链板36由一体的材料构成;下链板36设有导轮46,导轮46与下链板36铰接,钢卷带16经过导轮36与链头封口件11连接;钢卷尺4的外壳15与上链板32连接;左上链槽5由上链板32以及中链板34与上合链柱33的左边构成,左上链槽5位于上合链柱33的左边;右上链槽6由上链板32以及中链板34与上合链柱33的右边构成,右链槽6位于上合链柱33的右边;左下链槽7由中链板34以及下链板36与下合链柱35的左边构成,左下链槽7位于下合链柱35的左边;右下链槽8由中链板34以及下链板36与下合链柱35的右左边构成,右下链槽8位于下合链柱35的右边。
为了使链座1能于上链条2、下链条3上移动,以及避免钢卷带16脱离左弯钩30以及右弯钩31;左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间的距离大于钢卷带16的宽度,使钢卷带16能于左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间移动;左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间的距离大于下链板36的宽度,使下链板36能于左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间移动;左弯钩30的左钩尾37到右弯钩31的右钩尾38的距离小于钢卷带16的宽度;钢卷带16位于下链板36与左钩尾37以及右钩尾38之间;使钢卷带16不能脱离左弯钩30以及右弯钩31。
为了利用左上防插片19、右上防插片22、左下防插片25以及右下防插片28挡住上链条2以及下链条3的间隙,以及实施左上链扣18与右上链扣21的动配合连接,以及实施左下链扣24以及右下链扣27的动配合连接,一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左上间隙39比左上 防插片19的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的右上间隙40比右上防插片22的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个左下链扣24与另一个左下链扣24之间的左下间隙41比左下防插片25的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个右下链扣27与另一个右下链扣27之间的右下间隙42比右下防插片28的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;左上链扣18的宽度与右上链扣21的宽度相等,左上防插片19的宽度与右上防插片22的宽度相等;左下链扣24的宽度与右下链扣27的宽度相等,左下防插片25的宽度与右下防插片28的宽度相等;左上链扣18的宽度与左上防插片19的宽度相等,右上链扣21的宽度与右上防插片22的宽度相等;左下链扣24的宽度与左下防插片25的宽度相等,右下链扣27的宽度与右下防插片28;左上链扣18的宽度与左下链扣24的宽度相等,右上链扣21的宽度与右下链扣27的宽度相等。
为了利用锁具将链座1锁住,钢卷尺4设有动锁孔43,链尾封口件12设有定锁孔44,以方便利用锁具将链座1与链尾封口件12锁在一起。
双层下防插拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布20、左下链布26、右上链布23以及右下链布29与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺4上的拉手45位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手45牵引钢卷尺4以及链座1移动,链座1跟随拉手45移动,使左上链条9与右上链条10咬合扣接在一起,以及使左下链条13与右下链条14咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;同时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,钢卷带16随着钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带16被左下链条13的左下链扣24以及右下链条14的右下链扣27扣在链座1的下面,将右下链条14与右下链扣27的闭合口下方封住;左上链条9与右上链条10闭合时,左上防插片19移动到位于一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的位置,以及右上防插片22移动到位于一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间位置,利用左上防插片19挡住一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的间隙,利用右上防插片22挡住一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的间隙;以及左下防插片25移动到位于一个左下链扣24与另一个左下链扣24之间的位置,右下防插片28移动到位于一个右下链扣27与另一个右下链扣27之间位置,利用左下防插片25挡住一个左下链扣24与另一个左下链扣24之间的间隙,利用右下防插片28挡住一个右下链扣27与另一个 右下链扣27之间的间隙;增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手45牵引链座1反方向移动,链座1跟随拉手45移动,使闭合的左上链条9与右上链条10分开,以及使左下链条13与右下链条14分开;同时,钢卷带16跟随链座1反方向移动,钢卷带16在钢卷尺4扭簧的弹力作用下收回钢卷尺4内。
防插拉链封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手45牵引外壳15以及链座1移动,左上链扣18以及左上防插片19由左上链槽5导入,右上链扣21以及右上防插片22由右上链槽6导入,左下链扣24以及左下防插片25由左下链槽7导入,右下链扣27以及右下防插片28由右下链槽8导入,利用链座1的左上链槽5、右上链槽6使左上链扣18与右上链扣21咬合连接,利用左下链槽7以及右下链槽8使左下链扣24与右下链扣27咬合连接;同时,左上防插片19跟随左上链扣18移动到一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左上间隙39的位置;右上防插片22跟随右上链扣21移动到一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的右上间隙40的位置;左下防插片25跟随左下链扣24移动到一个左下链扣24与另一个左下链扣24之间的左下间隙41的位置;右下防插片28跟随右下链扣27移动到一个右下链扣27与另一个右下链扣27之间的右下间隙42的位置;同时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,钢卷带16随着钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带16被左弯钩30的左钩尾37以及右弯钩31的右钩尾38扣在左弯钩30以及右弯钩31内。
左下链扣24与右下链扣27咬合扣接在一起时,左弯钩30的左钩尾37与右弯钩31的右钩尾38距离小于钢卷带16的宽度,使钢卷带16被扣在左弯钩30与右弯钩31内,以避免钢卷带16脱离左弯钩30以及右弯钩31;左下链条13与右下链条14咬合扣接在一起时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,下链板36跟随拉手45于左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间移动,钢卷带16被牵引出的长度与左下链条13与右下链条14闭合的长度成正比或者相等;左下链条13与右下链条14分开时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1反方向移动,下链板36跟随拉手45于左弯钩30与右弯钩31之间移动,钢卷带16回收到钢卷尺4内的长度与左下链条13与右下链条14分开的长度成正比或者相等。
左下链条13与右下链条14闭合时钢卷尺4被拉出的钢卷带16长度 大于左下链条13与右下链条14分开时钢卷尺4被拉出的钢卷带16长度;上链条2以及下链条3闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件12方向移动移动,上链条2以及下链条3随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;上链条2以及下链条3分开时,链座1向链头封口件11方向移动移动,上链条2以及下链条3随着链座1的移动而不断分开;每个左上防插片19与相邻的左上链扣18动配合连接,每个右上防插片22与相邻的右上链扣21动配合连接;每个左下防插片25与相邻的左下链扣24动配合连接,每个右下防插片28与相邻的右下链扣27动配合连接。
钢卷带16由钢卷尺4被牵引出来时,钢卷带16压住导轮46,钢卷带16驱动导轮46转动,减少钢卷带16与导轮46的摩擦力;钢卷带16被钢卷尺4收回时,钢卷带16压住导轮46,钢卷带16驱动导轮46转动,减少钢卷带16与导轮43的摩擦力。
