双层正对拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布13、右上链布15、 左下链布19以及右下链布21与行李箱的箱口或者行李袋的袋口连接,并使链座1的拉手32位于行李箱外或者行李袋外;封闭行李箱或者行李袋时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1移动,链座1跟随拉手32移动,利用链座1移动使左上链条10与右上链条11啮合在一起,以及使左下链条16与右下链条17啮合在一起,将行李箱的箱口或者行李袋的袋口封闭;在左上链条10与右上链条11啮合同时,每个左上防插件24移动到位于一个左上链扣12与另一个左上链扣12之间的位置,以及每个右上防插件25移动到位于一个右上链扣14与另一个右上链扣14之间位置,利用左上防插件24挡住一个左上链扣12与另一个左上链扣12之间的间隙,利用右上防插件25挡住一个右上链扣14与另一个右上链扣14之间的间隙;在左下链条16与右下链条17啮合同时,每个左下防插件26移动到位于一个左下链扣18与另一个左下链扣18之间的位置,以及每个右下防插件27移动到位于一个右下链扣20与另一个右下链扣20之间位置,利用左下防插件26挡住一个左下链扣18与另一个左下链扣18之间的间隙,利用右下防插件27挡住一个右下链扣20与另一个右下链扣20之间的间隙;增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口或者行李袋的袋口时,用手通过拉手32牵引链座1反方向移动,链座1跟随拉手32移动,利用链座1使啮合的左上链扣12与右上链扣14以及啮合的左下链扣18与右下链扣20分开,使闭合的左上链条10与右上链条11以及使闭合的左下链条16与右下链条17分开;上链条8以及下链条9闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件23方向移动移动,上链条8以及下链条9随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;上链条8以及下链条9分开时,链座1向链头封口件22方向移动移动,上链条8以及下链条9随着链座1的移动而不断分开。
为了实施链条2的闭合以及分开功能,以及增加不法分子插开链条2的难度,上链条8以及下链条9闭合时,每个左上链扣12与一个右上链扣14啮合连接,将左上链条10与右上链条11闭合在一起;每个左下链扣18与一个右下链扣20啮合连接,将左下链条16以及右下链条17闭合在一起;每个左下链扣18正对着每个左上链扣12,左下链扣18位于左上链扣12的正下方;每个右下链扣20正对着每个右上链扣14,右下链扣20位于右上链扣14的正下方;每个左上链扣12的左上防插件24位于每个相邻左上链扣12之间的左上间隙28位置,每个右上链扣14的右上防插 件25位于每个相邻右上链扣14之间的右上间隙29位置;每个左下链扣18的左下防插件26位于每个相邻左下链扣18之间的左下间隙30位置,每个右下链扣20的右下防插件27位于每个相邻右下链扣20之间的右下间隙31位置;左上链条10与左下链条16在同一垂直面上,右上链条11与右下链条17在同一垂直面上;每个左上链扣12的左上防插件24与相邻的另一个左上链扣12动配合连接,每个右上链扣14的右上防插件25与相邻的另一个右上链扣14动配合连接;每个左下链扣18的左下防插件26与相邻的另一个左下链扣18动配合连接,每个右下链扣20的右下防插件27与相邻的另一个右下链扣20动配合连接。

为了维持拉链2的正常使用功能,第一左上链扣33与第一右上链扣39啮合连接,第二左上链扣34与第二右上链扣40啮合连接,第三左上链扣35与第三右上链扣41啮合连接;第一左下链扣45与第一右下链扣51啮合连接,第二左下链扣46与第二右下链扣52啮合连接,第三左下链扣46与第三右下链扣53啮合连接;第一左上防插件36位于有第一左上链扣33与第二左上链扣34之间,第二左上防插件37位于第二左上链扣34与第三左上链扣35之间;第二右上防插件43位于第一右上链扣39与第二右上链扣40之间,第三右上防插件44位于第二右上链扣40与第三右上链扣41之间;第一左下防插件48位于有第一左下链扣45与第二左下链扣46之间,第二左下防插件49位于第二左下链扣46与第三左下链扣47之间;第二右下防插件55位于第一右下链扣51与第二右下链扣52之间,第三右下防插件56位于第二右下链扣52与第三右下链扣53之间。
为了使左上链条10与右上链条11、左下链条16以及右下链条17能顺利闭合以及分开,第一左上链扣33的第一左上防插件36与第二左上链扣34动配合连接,第二左上链扣34的第二左上防插件37与第三左上链扣35动配合连接;第一右上链扣39与第二右上链扣40的第二右上防插件43动配合连接,第二右上链扣40与第三右上链扣41的第三右上防插件44动配合连接;第一左下链扣45的第一左下防插件48与第二左下链扣46动配合连接,第二左下链扣45的第二左下防插件49与第三左下链扣53动配合连接;第一右下链扣51与第二右下链扣52的第二右下防插件55动配合连接,第二右下链扣52与第三右下链扣52的第三右下防插件56动配合连接。
为了实施利用链座1移动来打开以及闭合链条2,链座1设有左上链槽57,左上链槽57由上链板3、上合链柱4的左边以及中链板5构成,左上链槽57位于上合链柱4的左边;链座1设有右上链槽58,右上链槽58由上链板3、上合链柱4的右边以及中链板5构成,右上链槽5位于上合链柱4的右边;链座1设有左下链槽59,左下链槽59由中链板5、下合链柱6的左边以及下链板7构成,左下链槽59位于下合链柱6的左边;链座1设有右下链槽60,右下链槽60由中链板5、下合链柱6的右边以及下链板7构成,右下链槽60位于下合链柱6的右边;链座1设有拉手 32,拉手32与链座1动配合连接;左上链槽57与左下链槽59在同一垂直线上,右上链槽58与右下链槽60在同一垂直线上。
双层正对拉链封闭行李箱或者行李袋时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1移动,左上链条10由链座1的左上链槽57导入,右上链条11由链座1的右上链槽58导入,利用链座1的左上链槽57以及右上链槽58移动使左上链条10与右上链条11闭合连接;同时,左下链条16由链座1的左下链槽59导入,右下链条17由链座1的右下链槽60导入,利用链座1的左下链槽59以及右下链槽60移动使左下链条16与右下链条17闭合连接。
双层正对拉链打开时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1反方向移动,左上链条10由左上链槽57反方向导入,右上链条11由右上链槽58反方向导入,利用左上链槽57以及右上链槽58反方向移动使左上链条10与右上链条11分开;同时,左下链条16由链座1的左下链槽59反方向导入,右下链条17由链座1的右下链槽60反方向导入,利用链座1的左下链槽59以及右下链槽60反方向移动使左下链条16与右下链条17分开。
双层正对拉链封闭行李箱或者行李袋时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1移动,左上链扣12以及左上防插件24由链座1的左上链槽57导入,右上链扣14以及右上防插件25由右上链槽58导入,利用链座1的左上链槽57以及右上链槽58移动使左上链条10的左上链扣12与右上链条11的右上链扣14啮合连接;左下链扣18以及左下防插件26由链座1的左下链槽59导入,右下链扣20以及右下防插件27由右下链槽60导入,利用链座1的左下链槽59以及右下链槽60移动使左下链条16的左下链扣18与右下链条17的右下链扣20啮合连接。
双层正对拉链打开时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1反方向移动,左上链扣12以及左上防插件24由链座1的左上链槽57反方向导入,右上链扣14以及右上防插件58由右上链槽58反方向导入,利用链座1的左上链槽57以及右上链槽58反方向移动使左上链条10的左上链扣12与右上链条11的右上链扣14分开;左下链扣18以及左下防插件26由链座1的左下链槽59反方向导入,右下链扣20以及右下防插件27由右下链槽60反方向导入,利用链座1的左下链槽59以及右下链槽60反方向移动使左下链条16的左下链扣18与右下链条17的右下链扣20分开。
为了实施封住拉链2的间隙,同时也保持拉链活动性能,一个左上链 扣12与另一个左上链扣12之间的左上间隙61大于或者等于左上防插件24的宽度;一个右上链扣14与另一个右上链扣14之间的右上间隙62大于或者等于右上防插件25的宽度;一个左下链扣18与另一个左下链扣18之间的左下间隙63大于或者等于左下防插件26的宽度;一个右下链扣20与另一个右下链扣20之间的右下间隙64大于或者等于右下防插件27的宽度。
双层正对拉链封闭行李箱或者行李袋时,手抓拉手32牵引链座1移动,左上防插件24跟随一个左上链扣12移动到与另一个左上链扣12接触的位置;右上防插件25跟随一个右上链扣14移动到与另一个右上链扣14接触的位置;左下防插件26跟随一个左下链扣18移动到与另一个左下链扣18接触的位置;右下防插件27跟随一个右下链扣20移动到与另一个右下链扣20接触的位置;左上链扣12的宽度与右上链扣14的宽度相等,左上防插件24的宽度与右上防插件25的宽度相等;左下链扣18的宽度与右下链扣20的宽度相等,左下防插件26的宽度与右下防插件27的宽度相等;左上链扣12的宽度与左上防插件24的宽度相等,右上链扣14的宽度与右上防插件25的宽度相等;左下链扣18的宽度与左下防插件26的宽度相等,右下链扣20的宽度与右下防插件27的宽度相等。
为了利用锁具将链座1锁住,链座1设有动锁孔65,链尾封口件23设有定锁孔66。
