为了使链座1能于链条2移动,以及避免上钢卷带23以及下钢卷带25脱离链条2,左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间的距离大于上钢卷带23 的宽度,使上钢卷带23能于左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间移动;左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间的距离大于下钢卷带25的宽度,使下钢卷带25能于左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间移动;左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间的距离大于上链板27的宽度,使上链板27能于左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间移动;左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间的距离大于下链板29的宽度,使下链板29能于左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间移动;左上链钩16的左上钩尾32到右上链钩21的右上钩尾33的距离小于上钢卷带23的宽度,以免上钢卷带23脱离左上链钩16以及右上链钩21;左下链钩17的左下钩尾34到右下链钩22的右下钩尾35的距离小于下钢卷带25的宽度,以免下钢卷带25脱离左下链钩17以及右下链钩22;上钢卷带23位于左上钩尾32以及右上钩尾33与上链板27之间,左上钩尾32以及右上钩尾33位于上钢卷带23的上面,上链板27位于上钢卷带23的下面;下钢卷带25位于左下钩尾34以及右下钩尾35与下链板29之间,下钢卷带25位于左下钩尾34以及右下钩尾35上面,下链板29位于下钢卷带25上面。
为了实施左链扣13与右链扣18的动配合连接,一个左链扣13与另一个左链扣13之间的左间隙36比左防插片15的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个右链扣18与另一个右链扣18之间的右间隙37比右防插片20的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;左链扣13的宽度与右链扣18的宽度相等;左防插片15的宽度与右防插片20的宽度相等;左链扣13的宽度与左防插片15的宽度相等,右链扣18的宽度与右防插片20的宽度相等。
为了利用锁具锁住链座1,链座1设有动锁孔38,链尾封口件12设有定锁孔39,以方便利用锁具将链座1与链尾封口件12锁在一起。
双卷单层防插拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左链布14、右链布19与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺3上的拉手40位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手40牵引钢卷尺3以及链座1移动,链座1跟随拉手40移动,使左链条9与右链条10咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;上钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,上钢卷带23随着钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的上钢卷带23被左上链钩16以及右上链钩21扣在链座1的上面,将左链条9与右链条10的闭合口上方封住;同时,下钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,下钢卷带25随着下钢卷尺5移动被拉出,拉出的下钢卷带25被左 下链钩17以及右下链钩22扣在链座1的下面,将左链条9与右链条10的闭合口下方封住;左链条9与右链条10闭合时,左防插片15移动到位于一个左链扣13与另一个左上链扣13之间的位置,以及右防插片20移动到位于一个右链扣18与另一个右链扣18之间位置,利用左防插片15挡住一个左链扣13与另一个左链扣13之间的间隙,利用右防插片20挡住一个右链扣18与另一个右链扣18之间的间隙,增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手40牵引链座1反方向移动,链座1跟随拉手40移动,使闭合的左链条9与右链条10分开;同时,上钢卷带23跟随链座1反方向移动,上钢卷带23在上钢卷尺4扭簧的弹力作用下收回上钢卷尺4内;以及下钢卷带25跟随链座1反方向移动,下钢卷带25在下钢卷尺5扭簧的弹力作用下收回下钢卷尺5内。
防插拉链封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手40牵引链座1以及外壳6移动,左链扣13以及左防插片15由左链槽7导入,右链扣18以及右防插片20由右链槽8导入,利用链座1的左链槽7以及右链槽8使左链扣13与右链扣18咬合连接,同时,左防插片15跟随左链扣13移动到一个左链扣13与另一个左链扣13之间的左间隙36的位置;右防插片20跟随右链扣18移动到一个右链扣18与另一个右链扣18之间的右间隙37的位置;同时,上钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,上钢卷带23随着上钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的上钢卷带23被扣在左上链钩16以及右上链钩21与上链板27之间;以及下钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,下钢卷带25随着下钢卷尺5移动被拉出,拉出的下钢卷带25被扣在左下链钩17以及右下链钩22与下链板29之间。
为了实施上钢卷带23以及下钢卷带25跟随左链扣13以及右链扣18移动,链座1跟随拉手40向闭合链条2的方向移动时,左上钩尾32以及右上钩尾33跟随左链扣13以及右链扣18移动,左链扣13与右链扣18咬合扣接在一起时,左上钩尾32与右上钩尾33距离小于上钢卷带23的宽度,使上钢卷带23被扣在左上链钩16与右上链钩21之内;以及左下钩尾34以及右下钩尾35跟随左链扣13以及右链扣18移动,左链扣13与右链扣18咬合扣接在一起时,左下钩尾34与右下钩尾35距离小于下钢卷带25的宽度,使下钢卷带25被扣在左下链钩17与右下链钩22之内。
左链条9与右链条10咬合扣接在一起时,上钢卷尺4跟随链座1移 动,上链板27跟随拉手40于左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间移动,上钢卷带23被牵引出的长度与左链条9与右链条10闭合的长度成正比或者相等;以及下钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,下链板29跟随拉手40于左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间移动,下钢卷带25被牵引出的长度与左链条9与右链条10闭合的长度成正比或者相等。左链条9与右链条10由闭合状态分开时,上钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,上链板27跟随拉手40于左上链钩16与右上链钩21之间移动,上钢卷带23被收回上钢卷尺4的长度与左链条9与右链条10分开的长度成正比或者相等;以及下钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,下链板29跟随拉手40于左下链钩17与右下链钩22之间移动,下钢卷带25被收回下钢卷尺5的长度与左链条9与右链条10分开的长度成正比或者相等。
左链扣13以及右链扣18闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件12方向移动移动,左链扣13以及右链扣18随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;左链扣13以及右链扣18分开时,链座1向链头封口件11方向移动移动,左链扣13以及右链扣18随着链座1的移动而不断分开;每个左防插片15与相邻的左链扣13动配合连接,每个右防插片20与相邻的右链扣18动配合连接。
为了减少上钢卷带23以及下钢卷带25移动的摩擦力,上导轮30与上链板27铰接,下导轮31与下链板29铰接;左链扣13以及右链扣18闭合或者分开时,上钢卷带23与上导轮30动配合连接,下导轮31与下链板29铰接,以及下钢卷带25与下导轮31动配合连接。

Claims (6)

  1. 双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的双卷单层防插拉链包括有链座(1)、链条(2)以及钢卷尺(3),钢卷尺(3)包括有上钢卷尺(4)以及下钢卷尺(5),链座(1)与链条(2)以及钢卷尺(3)的外壳(6)连接;链座(1)设有左链槽(7)以及右链槽(8),链条(2)包括有左链条(9)、右链条(10)、链头封口件(11)以及链尾封口件(12),左链条(9)以及右链条(10)与链头封口件(11)以及链尾封口件(12)连接;左链条(9)与左链槽(7)连接,右链条(10)与右链槽(8)连接;左链条(9)设有左链扣(13)以及左链布(14),左链扣(13)与左链布(14)连接,左链扣(13)设有左防插片(15)、左上链钩(16)以及左下链钩(17),左链扣(13)、左防插片(15)、左上链钩(16)以及左下链钩(17)由一体的材料构成;右链条(10)设有右链扣(18)以及右链布(19),右链扣(18)与右链布(19)连接,右链扣(18)设有右防插片(20)、右上链钩(21)以及右下链钩(22),右链扣(18)、右防插片(20)、右上链钩(21)以及右下链钩(22)由一体的材料构成;上钢卷尺(4)设有上钢卷带(23),上钢卷带(23)的上头端(24)与链条(2)的链头封口件(11)连接,上钢卷带(23)与左上链钩(16)以及与右上链钩(21)动配合连接,上钢卷带(23)位于链座(1)的上方;下钢卷尺(5)设有下钢卷带(25),下钢卷带(25)的下头端(26)与链条(2)的链头封口件(11)连接,下钢卷带(25)与左下链钩(17)以及右下链钩(22)动配合连接,下钢卷带(25)位于链座(1)的下方;左防插片(15)位于每个左链扣(13)之间的位置,右防插片(20)位于每个右链扣(18)之间的位置,利用左防插片(15)以及右防插片(20)封住左链扣(13)以及右链扣(18)之间的间隙,增加不法分子插开上链条(2)的难度;链座(1)包括有上链板(27)、合链柱(28)以及下链板(29),上链板(27)、合链柱(28)以及下链板(29)由一体的材料构成;上钢卷带(23)位于左上链钩(16)与右上链钩(21)之间,下钢卷带(25)位于左下链钩(17)与右下链钩(22)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的上链板(27)设有上导轮(30),上钢卷带(23)经过上导轮(30)与链头封口件(11)连接,外壳(6)与上链板(27)连接;下链板(29)设有下导轮(31),下钢卷带(25)经过下导轮(31)与链头封口件(11)连接, 外壳(6)设有拉手(40);左上链钩(16)与右上链钩(21)之间的距离大于上钢卷带(23)的宽度,使上钢卷带(23)能于左上链钩(16)与右上链钩(21)之间移动;左下链钩(17)与右下链钩(22)之间的距离大于下钢卷带(25)的宽度,使下钢卷带(25)能于左下链钩(17)与右下链钩(22)之间移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的左上链钩(16)与右上链钩(21)之间的距离大于上链板(27)的宽度,使上链板(27)能于左上链钩(16)与右上链钩(21)之间移动;左下链钩(17)与右下链钩(22)之间的距离大于下链板(29)的宽度,使下链板(29)能于左下链钩(17)与右下链钩(22)之间移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的左上链钩(16)的左上钩尾(32)到右上链钩(21)的右上钩尾(33)的距离小于上钢卷带(23)的宽度,以免上钢卷带(23)脱离左上链钩(16)以及右上链钩(21);左下链钩(17)的左下钩尾(34)到右下链钩(22)的右下钩尾(35)的距离小于下钢卷带(25)的宽度,以免下钢卷带(25)脱离左下链钩(17)以及右下链钩(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的上钢卷带(23)位于左上钩尾(32)以及右上钩尾(33)与上链板(27)之间,左上钩尾(32)以及右上钩尾(33)位于上钢卷带(23)的上面,上链板(27)位于上钢卷带(23)的下面;下钢卷带(25)位于左下钩尾(34)以及右下钩尾(35)与下链板(29)之间,下钢卷带(25)位于左下钩尾(34)以及右下钩尾(35)上面,下链板(29)位于下钢卷带(25)上面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷单层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的左链扣(13)的宽度与右链扣(18)的宽度相等;左防插片(15)的宽度与右防插片(20)的宽度相等;左链扣(13)的宽度与左防插片(15)的宽度相等,右链扣(18)的宽度与右防插片(20)的宽度相等。
