为了使钢卷带16以及上链板30能于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间移动,左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间的距离大于钢卷带16的宽度,使钢卷带16能于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间移动;左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间的距离大于上链板30的宽度,使上链板30能于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间移动;左弯钩26的左钩尾35到右弯钩29的右钩尾36的距离小于钢卷带16的宽度;钢卷带16位于上链板30与左钩尾35以及右钩尾36之间;使钢卷带16不能脱离左弯钩26以及右弯钩29。
为了实施左上链扣18与右上链扣21的动配合连接,一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左间隙37比左防插片19的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的右间隙38比右防插片22的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;左上链扣18的宽度与右上链扣21的宽度相等;左防插片19的宽度与右防插片22的宽度相等;左上链扣18的宽度与左防插片19的宽度相等,右上链扣21的宽度与右防插片22的宽度相等。
为了利用锁具锁住链座1,其特征在于:所述的钢卷尺4设有动锁孔39,链尾封口件12设有定锁孔41,以方便利用锁具将链座1与链尾封口件12锁在一起。
双层封闭拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布20、右上链布23、右下链布28以及左下链布25与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺4上的拉手40位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手40牵引钢卷尺4以及链座1移动,链座1跟随拉手40移动,使左上链条9与右上链条10咬合扣接在一起,以及使左下链条13与右下链条14咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;同时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,钢卷带16随着钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带16被左上链条9的左上链扣18以及右上链条10的右上链扣21扣在链座1的上面,将左上链条9与右上链条10的闭合口
上方封住;左上链条9与右上链条10闭合时,左防插片19移动到位于一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的位置,以及右防插片22移动到位于一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间位置,利用左防插片19挡住一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的间隙,利用右防插片22挡住一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的间隙,增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手40牵引链座1反方向移动,链座1跟随拉手40移动,使闭合的左上链条9与右上链条10分开,以及使左下链条13与右下链条14分开;同时,钢卷带16跟随链座1反方向移动,钢卷带16在钢卷尺4扭簧的弹力作用下收回钢卷尺4内。
所述的防插拉链封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手40牵引外壳15以及链座1移动,左上链扣18以及左防插片19由左上链槽5导入,右上链扣21以及右防插片22由右上链槽6导入,左下链扣24由左下链槽7导入,右下链扣27由右下链槽8导入,利用链座1的左上链槽5、右上链槽6使左上链扣18与右上链扣21咬合连接,利用左下链槽7以及右下链槽8使左下链扣24与右下链扣27咬合连接;同时,左防插片19跟随左上链扣18移动到一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左间隙37的位置;右防插片22跟随右上链扣21移动到一个右上链扣21与另一个右上链扣21之间的右间隙38的位置;同时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,钢卷带16随着钢卷尺4移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带16被左弯钩26的左钩尾35以及右弯钩29的右钩尾36扣在左弯钩26以及右弯钩29内,被拉出钢卷带16位于上链板30与左钩尾35以及右钩尾36之间。
所述的左上链扣18与右上链扣21咬合扣接在一起时,左弯钩26的左钩尾35与右弯钩29的右钩尾36距离小于钢卷带16的宽度,使钢卷带16被扣在左弯钩26与右弯钩29内,以避免钢卷带16脱离左弯钩26以及右弯钩29。
所述的左上链条9与右上链条10咬合扣接在一起时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1移动,上链板30跟随拉手40于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间移动,钢卷带16被牵引出的长度与左上链条9与右上链条10闭合的长度成正比或者相等;左上链条9与右上链条10分开时,钢卷尺4跟随链座1反方向移动,上链板30跟随拉手40于左弯钩26与右弯钩29之间移动,钢卷
带16回收到钢卷尺4内的长度与左上链条9与右上链条10分开的长度成正比或者相等。
所述的左上链条9与右上链条10闭合时钢卷尺4被拉出的钢卷带16长度大于左上链条9与右上链条10分开时钢卷尺4被拉出的钢卷带16长度;所述的上链条2以及下链条3闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件12方向移动移动,上链条2以及下链条3随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;上链条2以及下链条3分开时,链座1向链头封口件11方向移动移动,上链条2以及下链条3随着链座1的移动而不断分开;所述的每个左防插片19与相邻的左上链扣18动配合连接,每个右防插片22与相邻的右上链扣21动配合连接。
为了减少钢卷带16移动的摩擦力,所述的导轮43设有铰轴42,上链板30设有铰孔44,导轮43的铰轴42与上链板30的铰孔44铰接;钢卷带16由钢卷尺4被牵引出来时,钢卷带16压住导轮43,钢卷带16驱动导轮43转动,减少钢卷带16与导轮43的摩擦力;钢卷带16被钢卷尺4收回时,钢卷带16压住导轮43,钢卷带16驱动导轮43转动,减少钢卷带16与导轮43的摩擦力。

- 双层封闭拉链的使用方法,双层封闭拉链包括有链座(1)、上链条(2)、下链条(3)以及钢卷尺(4),链座(1)设有左上链槽(5)、右上链槽(6)、左下链槽(7)以及右下链槽(8),上链条(2)包括有左上链条(9)、右上链条(10)、链头封口件(11)以及链尾封口件(12),下链条(3)包括有左下链条(13)以及右下链条(14);钢卷尺(4)包括有外壳(15)以及钢卷带(16),左上链条(9)设有左上链扣(18)、左防插片(19)以及左上链布(20),右上链条(10)设有右上链扣(21)、右防插片(22)以及右上链布(23),左上链扣(18)设有左弯钩(26),右上链扣(21)设有右弯钩(29);左下链条(13)设有左下链扣(24)以及左下链布(25),右下链条(14)设有右下链扣(27)与右下链布(28),上链板(30)设有导轮(43);其特征在于:所述的双层封闭拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布(20)、右上链布(23)、右下链布(28)以及左下链布(25)与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺(4)上的拉手(40)位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手(40)牵引钢卷尺(4)以及链座(1)移动,链座(1)跟随拉手(40)移动,使左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)咬合扣接在一起,以及使左下链条(13)与右下链条(14)咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;同时,钢卷尺(4)跟随链座(1)移动,钢卷带(16)随着钢卷尺(4)移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带(16)被左上链条(9)的左上链扣(18)以及右上链条(10)的右上链扣(21)扣在链座(1)的上面,将左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)的闭合口上方封住;左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)闭合时,左防插片(19)移动到位于一个左上链扣(18)与另一个左上链扣(18)之间的位置,以及右防插片(22)移动到位于一个右上链扣(21)与另一个右上链扣(21)之间位置,利用左防插片(19)挡住一个左上链扣(18)与另一个左上链扣(18)之间的间隙,利用右防插片(22)挡住一个右上链扣(21)与另一个右上链扣(21)之间的间隙,增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手(40)牵引链座(1)反方向移动,链座(1)跟随拉手(40)移动,使闭合的左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)分开,以及使左下链条(13)与右下链条(14)分开;同时,钢卷带(16)跟随链座(1)反方向移动,钢卷带(16)在钢卷尺(4)扭簧的弹力作用下收回钢卷尺(4)内;左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)咬合扣接在一起时, 钢卷尺(4)跟随链座(1)移动,上链板(30)跟随拉手(40)于左弯钩(26)与右弯钩(29)之间移动,钢卷带(16)被牵引出的长度与左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)闭合的长度成正比或者相等;左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)分开时,钢卷尺(4)跟随链座(1)反方向移动,上链板(30)跟随拉手(40)于左弯钩(26)与右弯钩(29)之间移动,钢卷带(16)回收到钢卷尺(4)内的长度与左上链条(9)与右上链条(10)分开的长度成正比或者相等。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层封闭拉链的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的防插拉链封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手(40)牵引外壳(15)以及链座(1)移动,左上链扣(18)以及左防插片(19)由左上链槽(5)导入,右上链扣(21)以及右防插片(22)由右上链槽(6)导入,左下链扣(24)由左下链槽(7)导入,右下链扣(27)由右下链槽(8)导入,利用链座(1)的左上链槽(5)、右上链槽(6)使左上链扣(18)与右上链扣(21)咬合连接,利用左下链槽(7)以及右下链槽(8)使左下链扣(24)与右下链扣(27)咬合连接;同时,左防插片(19)跟随左上链扣(18)移动到一个左上链扣(18)与另一个左上链扣(18)之间的左间隙(37)的位置;右防插片(22)跟随右上链扣(21)移动到一个右上链扣(21)与另一个右上链扣(21)之间的右间隙(38)的位置;同时,钢卷尺(4)跟随链座(1)移动,钢卷带(16)随着钢卷尺(4)移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带(16)被左弯钩(26)的左钩尾(35)以及右弯钩(29)的右钩尾(36)扣在左弯钩(26)以及右弯钩(29)内,被拉出钢卷带(16)位于上链板(30)与左钩尾(35)以及右钩尾(36)之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的双层封闭拉链的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的左上链扣(18)与右上链扣(21)咬合扣接在一起时,左弯钩(26)的左钩尾(35)与右弯钩(29)的右钩尾(36)距离小于钢卷带(16)的宽度,使钢卷带(16)被扣在左弯钩(26)与右弯钩(29)内,以避免钢卷带(16)脱离左弯钩(26)以及右弯钩(29)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层封闭拉链的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的上链条(2)以及下链条(3)闭合时,链座(1)向链尾封口件(12)方向移动移动,上链条(2)以及下链条(3)随着链座(1)的移动而不断闭合;上链条(2)以及下链条(3)分开时,链座(1)向链头封口件 (11)方向移动移动,上链条(2)以及下链条(3)随着链座(1)的移动而不断分开;每个左防插片(19)与相邻的左上链扣(18)动配合连接,每个右防插片(22)与相邻的右上链扣(21)动配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层封闭拉链的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的导轮(43)设有铰轴(42),上链板(30)设有铰孔(44),导轮(43)的铰轴(42)与上链板(30)的铰孔(44)铰接;钢卷带(16)由钢卷尺(4)被牵引出来时,钢卷带(16)压住导轮(43),钢卷带(16)驱动导轮(43)转动,减少钢卷带(16)与导轮(43)的摩擦力;钢卷带(16)被钢卷尺(4)收回时,钢卷带(16)压住导轮(43),钢卷带(16)驱动导轮(43)转动,减少钢卷带(16)与导轮(43)的摩擦力。
