双卷双层防插拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布、左下链布、右上链布以及右下链布与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺上的拉手位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手牵引钢卷尺以及链座移动,链座跟随拉手移动,使左上链条与右上链条咬合扣接在一起,以及使左下链条以及右下链条咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;上钢卷尺跟随链座移动,上钢卷带随着上钢卷尺移动被拉出,拉出的上钢卷带被左上链钩与右上链钩扣在链座的上面,将左上链条与右上链条的闭合口封住;同时,下钢卷尺跟随链座移动,下钢卷带随着下钢卷尺移动被拉出,拉出的下钢卷带被左下链钩与右下链钩扣在链座的下面,将左下链条以及右下链条的闭合口封住;左上链条与右上链条闭合时,左防插片移动到位于一个左上链扣与另一个左上链扣之间的位置,以及右防插片移动到位于一个右上链扣与另一个右上链扣之间位置,利用左防插片挡住一个左上链扣与另一个左上链扣之间的间隙,利用右防插片挡住一个右上链扣与另一个右上链扣之间的间隙,增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手牵引链座反方向移动,链座跟随拉手移动,使闭合的左上链条与右上链条分开,以及使不闭合的左下链条与右下链条;同时,上钢卷带跟随链座反方向移动,上钢卷带在上钢卷尺扭簧的弹力作用下收回上钢卷尺内;以及下钢卷带跟随链座反方向移动,下钢卷带在下钢卷尺扭簧的弹力作用下收回下钢卷尺内。
本发明的有益效果是:使用时,将双卷双层防插拉链设置于行李箱上,双卷双层防插拉链设有上链条、下链条、上钢卷尺以及下钢卷尺,上链条设有左防插片以及右防插片,利用左防插片以及右防插片封住左链扣以及右链扣之间的间隙,利用上钢卷带以及下钢卷带封住上链条以及下链条,当不法分子利用利器插入上链条以及下链条时,增加不法分子用利器插开拉链的难度。

图1所示的双卷双层防插拉链的结构示意图、图2所示左防插片以及右防插片的局部示意图、图3所示图1的右视图以及图4所示图3的俯视图;双卷双层防插拉链,包括有链座1、上链条2、下链条3以及钢卷尺4,钢卷尺4包括有上钢卷尺5以及下钢卷尺6,链座1与上链条2、下链条3以及钢卷尺4的外壳7连接;链座1设有左上链槽8、右上链槽9、左下链槽10以及右下链槽11,上链条2包括有左上链条12、右上链条13、链头封口件14以及链尾封口件15,下链条3包括有左下链条16以及右下链条17,左上链条12、右上链条13、左下链条16以及右下链条17与链头封口件14以及链尾封口件15连接;左上链条12与左上链槽8连接,右上链条13与右上链槽9连接,左下链条16与左下链槽10,右下链条17与右下链槽11;左上链条12设有左上链扣18以及左上链布19,左上链扣18与左上链布19连接,左上链扣18设有左防插片20以及左上链钩21,左上链扣18、左防插片20以及左上链钩21由一体的材料构成;右上链条13设有右上链扣22以及右上链布23,右上链扣22与右上链布23连接,右上链扣22设有右防插片24以及右上链钩25,右上链扣22、右防插片24以及右上链钩25由一体的材料构成;左下链条16设有左下链扣26以及左下链布27,左下链扣26与左下链布27连接,左下链扣26设有左下链钩28,左下链扣26以及左下链钩28由一体的材料构成;右下链条17设有右下链扣29以及右下链布30,右下链扣29与右下链布30连接,右下链扣29设有右下链钩31,右下链扣29以及右下链钩31由一体的材料构成;上钢卷尺5设有上钢卷带32,上钢卷带32的上头端33与上链条2的链头封口件14连接,上钢卷带32与左上链钩21以及与右上链钩22动配合连接,上钢卷带32位于链座1的上方;下钢卷尺6设有下钢卷带34,下钢卷带34的下头端35与上链条2的链头封口件14连接,下钢卷带34与左下链钩28以及右下链钩31动配合连接,下钢卷带34位于链座 1的下方;左防插片20位于每个左上链扣18之间的位置,右防插片24位于每个右上链扣22之间的位置,利用左防插片20以及右防插片24封住左上链扣18以及右上链扣22之间的间隙,增加不法分子插开上链条2的难度;当不法分子用利器插入上链条2以及时下链条3,利器被上钢卷带32以及下钢卷带34挡住,使不法分子难以插开上链条2以及下链条3。
为了实施利用上钢卷尺5的上钢卷带32以及下钢卷尺6的下钢卷带34封住上链条2以及下链条3的闭合口,以及保持下链条2以及下链条3的闭合以及分开功能,链座1包括有上链板36、上合链柱37、中链板38、下合链柱39以及下链板40,上链板36与上合链柱37连接,上合链柱37与中链板38连接,中链板38与下合链柱39连接,下合链柱39与下链板40连接;或者,上链板36、上合链柱37、中链板38、下合链柱39以及下链板40由一体的材料构成;上钢卷带32位于左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间,下钢卷带34位于左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间;上链板36设有上导轮41,上钢卷带32经过上导轮41与链头封口件14连接,外壳7与上链板36连接;下链板40设有下导轮42,下钢卷带34经过下导轮42与链头封口件14连接,外壳7设有拉手43。
为了使链座1能于链条2移动,以及避免上钢卷带32以及下钢卷带34脱离上链条2以及下链条3,左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间的距离大于上钢卷带32的宽度,使上钢卷带32能于左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间移动;左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间的距离大于下钢卷带34的宽度,使下钢卷带34能于左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间移动;左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间的距离大于上链板36的宽度,使上链板36能于左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间移动;左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间的距离大于下链板40的宽度,使下链板40能于左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间移动;左上链钩21的左上钩尾44到右上链钩25的右上钩尾45的距离小于上钢卷带32的宽度,以免上钢卷带32脱离左上链钩21以及右上链钩25;左下链钩28的左下钩尾46到右下链钩31的右下钩尾47的距离小于下钢卷带34的宽度,以免下钢卷带34脱离左下链钩28以及右下链钩31;上钢卷带32位于左上钩尾44以及右上钩尾45与上链板36之间,左上钩尾44以及右上钩尾45位于上钢卷带32的上面,上链板36位于上钢卷带32的下面;下钢卷带34位于左下钩尾46以及右下钩尾47与下链板40之间, 下钢卷带34位于左下钩尾46以及右下钩尾47上面,下链板40位于下钢卷带34上面。
为了实施左上链扣18与右上链扣22的动配合连接,一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左间隙48比左防插片20的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;一个右上链扣22与另一个右上链扣22之间的右间隙49比右防插片24的宽度大0.2毫米至0.5毫米;左上链扣18的宽度与右上链扣22的宽度相等;左防插片20的宽度与右防插片24的宽度相等;左上链扣18的宽度与左防插片20的宽度相等,右上链扣22的宽度与右防插片24的宽度相等。
为了利用锁具锁住链座1,链座1设有动锁孔50,链尾封口件15设有定锁孔51,以方便利用锁具将链座1与链尾封口件15锁在一起。
双卷双层防插拉链的使用方法是:使用时,将左上链布19、左下链布27、右上链布23以及右下链布30与行李箱的箱口连接,并使钢卷尺4上的拉手43位于行李箱外;封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手43牵引钢卷尺4以及链座1移动,链座1跟随拉手43移动,使左上链条12与右上链条13咬合扣接在一起,以及使左下链条16以及右下链条17咬合扣接在一起,将行李箱的箱口封闭;上钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,上钢卷带32随着上钢卷尺5移动被拉出,拉出的上钢卷带32被左上链钩21与右上链钩25扣在链座1的上面,将左上链条12与右上链条13的闭合口封住;同时,下钢卷尺6跟随链座1移动,下钢卷带34随着下钢卷尺6移动被拉出,拉出的下钢卷带34被左下链钩28与右下链钩31扣在链座1的下面,将左下链条16以及右下链条17的闭合口封住;左上链条12与右上链条13闭合时,左防插片20移动到位于一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的位置,以及右防插片24移动到位于一个右上链扣22与另一个右上链扣22之间位置,利用左防插片20挡住一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的间隙,利用右防插片24挡住一个右上链扣22与另一个右上链扣22之间的间隙,增加不法分子利用利器插开拉链的难度;打开行李箱的箱口时,用手通过拉手43牵引链座1反方向移动,链座1跟随拉手43移动,使闭合的左上链条12与右上链条13分开,以及使不闭合的左下链条16与右下链条17;同时,上钢卷带32跟随链座1反方向移动,上钢卷带32在上钢卷尺5扭簧的弹力作用下收回上钢卷尺5内;以及下 钢卷带34跟随链座1反方向移动,下钢卷带34在下钢卷尺6扭簧的弹力作用下收回下钢卷尺6内。
防插拉链封闭行李箱时,手抓拉手43牵引链座1以及外壳7移动,左上链扣18以及左防插片20由左上链槽8导入,右上链扣22以及右防插片24由右上链槽9导入,利用链座1的左上链槽8以及右上链槽9移动使左上链扣18与右上链扣22咬合连接,同时,左防插片20跟随左上链扣18移动到一个左上链扣18与另一个左上链扣18之间的左间隙48的位置;右防插片20跟随右上链扣22移动到一个右上链扣22与另一个右上链扣22之间的右间隙49的位置;左下链扣26由左下链槽10导入,右下链扣29由右下链槽11导入,利用左下链槽10导入以及右下链槽11移动使左下链扣26与右下链扣29咬合连接;同时,上钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,上钢卷带32随着上钢卷尺5移动被拉出,拉出的上钢卷带32被扣在左上链钩21以及右上链钩25与上链板36之间;以及下钢卷尺6跟随链座1移动,下钢卷带34随着下钢卷尺6移动被拉出,拉出的下钢卷带34被扣在左下链钩28以及右下链钩31与下链板40之间。
为了实施上钢卷带32跟随左上链扣18移动,以及实施下钢卷带34跟随右上链扣22移动,链座1跟随拉手43向闭合上链条2的方向移动时,左上钩尾44以及右上钩尾45跟随左上链扣18以及右上链扣22移动,左上链扣18与右上链扣22咬合扣接在一起时,左上钩尾44以及右上钩尾45距离小于上钢卷带32的宽度,使上钢卷带32被扣在左上链钩21以及右上链钩25之内;以及左下钩尾46以及右下钩尾47跟随左下链扣26以及右下链扣29移动,左下链扣26与右下链扣29咬合扣接在一起时,左下钩尾46与右下钩尾47距离小于下钢卷带34的宽度,使下钢卷带34被扣在左下链钩28与右下链钩31之内。
左上链条12与右上链条13咬合扣接在一起时,上钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,上链板36跟随拉手43于左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间移动,上钢卷带32被牵引出的长度与左上链条12与右上链条13闭合的长度成正比或者相等;以及下钢卷尺6跟随链座1移动,左下链条16与右下链条17咬合扣接在一起时,下链板40跟随拉手43于左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间移动,下钢卷带34被牵引出的长度与左下链条16与右下链条17闭合的长度成正比或者相等。
左上链条12与右上链条13由闭合状态分开时,上钢卷尺5跟随链座1移动,上链板36跟随拉手43于左上链钩21与右上链钩25之间移动,上钢卷带32被收回上钢卷尺5的长度与左上链条12与右上链条13分开的长度成正比或者相等;以及下钢卷尺6跟随链座1移动,下链板40跟随拉手43于左下链钩28与右下链钩31之间移动,下钢卷带34被收回下钢卷尺6的长度与左下链条16与右下链条17分开的长度成正比或者相等。
左上链条12与右上链条13闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件15方向移动移动,左上链扣18与右上链扣22随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;左上链扣18与右上链扣22分开时,链座1向链头封口件14方向移动移动,左上链扣18与右上链扣22随着链座1的移动而不断分开;左下链条16与右下链条17闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件15方向移动移动,左下链扣26与右下链扣29随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;左下链扣26与右下链扣29分开时,链座1向链头封口件14方向移动移动,左下链扣26与右下链扣29随着链座1的移动而不断分开;每个左防插片20与相邻的左上链扣18动配合连接,每个右防插片24与相邻的右上链扣22动配合连接。
为了减少上钢卷带32以及下钢卷带34移动的摩擦力,上导轮41与上链板36铰接,下导轮42与下链板40铰接;左上链扣18与右上链扣22闭合或者分开时,上钢卷带32与上导轮41动配合连接;左下链扣26与右下链扣29闭合或者分开时,下钢卷带34与下导轮42动配合连接。

  1. 双卷双层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的双卷双层防插拉链包括有链座(1)、上链条(2)、下链条(3)以及钢卷尺(4),钢卷尺(4)包括有上钢卷尺(5)以及下钢卷尺(6),链座(1)与上链条(2)、下链条(3)以及钢卷尺(4)的外壳(7)连接;链座(1)设有左上链槽(8)、右上链槽(9)、左下链槽(10)以及右下链槽(11),上链条(2)包括有左上链条(12)、右上链条(13)、链头封口件(14)以及链尾封口件(15),下链条(3)包括有左下链条(16)以及右下链条(17),左上链条(12)、右上链条(13)、左下链条(16)以及右下链条(17)与链头封口件(14)以及链尾封口件(15)连接;左上链条(12)与左上链槽(8)连接,右上链条(13)与右上链槽(9)连接,左下链条(16)与左下链槽(10),右下链条(17)与右下链槽(11);左上链条(12)设有左上链扣(18)以及左上链布(19),左上链扣(18)与左上链布(19)连接,左上链扣(18)设有左防插片(20)以及左上链钩(21),左上链扣(18)、左防插片(20)以及左上链钩(21)由一体的材料构成;右上链条(13)设有右上链扣(22)以及右上链布(23),右上链扣(22)与右上链布(23)连接,右上链扣(22)设有右防插片(24)以及右上链钩(25),右上链扣(22)、右防插片(24)以及右上链钩(25)由一体的材料构成;左下链条(16)设有左下链扣(26)以及左下链布(27),左下链扣(26)与左下链布(27)连接,左下链扣(26)设有左下链钩(28),左下链扣(26)以及左下链钩(28)由一体的材料构成;右下链条(17)设有右下链扣(29)以及右下链布(30),右下链扣(29)与右下链布(30)连接,右下链扣(29)设有右下链钩(31),右下链扣(29)以及右下链钩(31)由一体的材料构成;上钢卷尺(5)设有上钢卷带(32),上钢卷带(32)的上头端(33)与上链条(2)的链头封口件(14)连接,上钢卷带(32)与左上链钩(21)以及与右上链钩(22)动配合连接,上钢卷带(32)位于链座(1)的上方;下钢卷尺(6)设有下钢卷带(34),下钢卷带(34)的下头端(35)与上链条(2)的链头封口件(14)连接,下钢卷带(34)与左下链钩(28)以及右下链钩(31)动配合连接,下钢卷带(34)位于链座(1)的下方;左防插片(20)位于每个左上链扣(18)之间的位置,右防插片(24)位于每个右上链扣(22)之间的位置,利用左防插片(20)以及右防插片(24)封住左上链扣(18)以及右上链扣(22)之间的间隙,增加不法分子插开 上链条(2)的难度;当不法分子用利器插入上链条(2)以及时下链条(3),利器被上钢卷带(32)以及下钢卷带(34)挡住,使不法分子难以插开上链条(2)以及下链条(3);链座(1)包括有上链板(36)、上合链柱(37)、中链板(38)、下合链柱(39)以及下链板(40),上链板(36)与上合链柱(37)连接,上合链柱(37)与中链板(38)连接,中链板(38)与下合链柱(39)连接,下合链柱(39)与下链板(40)连接;或者,上链板(36)、上合链柱(37)、中链板(38)、下合链柱(39)以及下链板(40)由一体的材料构成;上钢卷带(32)位于左上链钩(21)与右上链钩(25)之间,下钢卷带(34)位于左下链钩(28)与右下链钩(31)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷双层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的上链板(36)设有上导轮(41),上钢卷带(32)经过上导轮(41)与链头封口件(14)连接,外壳(7)与上链板(36)连接;下链板(40)设有下导轮(42),下钢卷带(34)经过下导轮(42)与链头封口件(14)连接,外壳(7)设有拉手(43);左上链钩(21)与右上链钩(25)之间的距离大于上钢卷带(32)的宽度,使上钢卷带(32)能于左上链钩(21)与右上链钩(25)之间移动;左下链钩(28)与右下链钩(31)之间的距离大于下钢卷带(34)的宽度,使下钢卷带(34)能于左下链钩(28)与右下链钩(31)之间移动;左上链扣(18)的宽度与右上链扣(22)的宽度相等;左防插片(20)的宽度与右防插片(24)的宽度相等;左上链扣(18)的宽度与左防插片(20)的宽度相等,右上链扣(22)的宽度与右防插片(24)的宽度相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双卷双层防插拉链,其特征在于:所述的左上链钩(21)与右上链钩(25)之间的距离大于上链板(36)的宽度,使上链板(36)能于左上链钩(21)与右上链钩(25)之间移动;左下链钩(28)与右下链钩(31)之间的距离大于下链板(40)的宽度,使下链板(40)能于左下链钩(28)与右下链钩(31)之间移动;左上链钩(21)的左上钩尾(44)到右上链钩(25)的右上钩尾(45)的距离小于上钢卷带(32)的宽度,以免上钢卷带(32)脱离左上链钩(21)以及右上链钩(25);左下链钩(28)的左下钩尾(46)到右下链钩(31)的右下钩尾(47)的距离小于下钢卷带(34)的宽度,以免下钢卷带(34)脱离左下链钩(28)以及右下链钩(31);上钢卷带(32)位于左上钩尾(44)以 及右上钩尾(45)与上链板(36)之间,左上钩尾(44)以及右上钩尾(45)位于上钢卷带(32)的上面,上链板(36)位于上钢卷带(32)的下面;下钢卷带(34)位于左下钩尾(46)以及右下钩尾(47)与下链板(40)之间,下钢卷带(34)位于左下钩尾(46)以及右下钩尾(47)上面,下链板(40)位于下钢卷带(34)上面。
