防插拉链封闭行李箱或者行李袋时,手抓拉手31牵引外壳10以及链座1移动,上链板23跟随拉手31于左弯钩16与右弯钩20之间移动,左链扣13以及左防插片15由链座1的左链槽4导入,右链扣17以及右防插片19由链座1的右链槽5导入,利用链座1的左链槽4以及右链槽5使左链条6的左链扣13与右链条7的右链扣17咬合连接;以及左防插片15跟随左链扣13移动到一个左链扣13与另一个左链扣13之间的左间隙21的位置;右防插片19跟随右链扣17移动到一个右链扣17与另一个右链扣17之间的右间隙22的位置;同时,钢卷尺3跟随链座1移动,钢卷带11随着钢卷尺3移动被拉出,拉出的钢卷带11被左弯钩16的左钩尾27以及右弯钩20的右钩尾28扣在左弯钩16以及右弯钩20内。
左链条6与右链条7咬合扣接在一起时,左弯钩16的左钩尾27与右弯钩20的右钩尾28距离小于钢卷带11的宽度,使钢卷带11被扣在左弯钩16与右弯钩20内,以避免钢卷带11脱离左弯钩16以及右弯钩20。
左链条6与右链条7咬合扣接在一起时,钢卷尺3跟随链座1移动,上链板23跟随拉手31于左弯钩16与右弯钩20之间移动,钢卷带11被牵引出的长度与左链条6与右链条7闭合的长度成正比或者相等;左链条6与右链条7分开时,钢卷尺3跟随链座1反方向移动,上链板23跟随拉手33于左弯钩16与右弯钩20之间移动,钢卷带11回收到钢卷尺3内的长度与左链条6与右链条7分开的长度成正比或者相等;左链条6与右链条7闭合时钢卷尺3被拉出的钢卷带11长度大于左链条6与右链条7分开时钢卷尺3被拉出的钢卷带11长度。
链条2闭合时,链座1向链尾封口件9方向移动移动,链条2随着链座1的移动而不断闭合;链条2分开时,链座1向链头封口件8方向移动移动,链条2随着链座1的移动而不断分开;每个左链扣13的左防插片15与相邻的另一个左链扣13动配合连接,右链扣17的右防插片19与相邻的另一个右链扣17动配合连接;导轮34设有铰轴32,上链板23设有铰孔33,导轮27与上链板23的铰孔33铰接。
Claims (4)
- 单层封闭拉链,其特征在于:所述的单层封闭拉链包括有链座(1)、链条(2)以及钢卷尺(3),链条(2)与链座(1)连接,钢卷尺(3)与链座(1)以及链条(2)连接;链座(1)包括有左链槽(4)以及右链槽(5),链条(2)包括有左链条(6)、右链条(7)、链头封口件(8)以及链尾封口件(9),左链条(6)以及右链条(7)与链头封口件(8)以及链尾封口件(9)连接,左链条(6)与左链槽(4)连接,右链条(7)与右链槽(5)连接,左链条(6)与右链条(7)连接;钢卷尺(3)包括有外壳(10)以及钢卷带(11),钢卷带(11)的头端(12)与链条(2)的链头封口件(8)连接,钢卷带(11)与左链条(6)以及右链条(7)动配合连接;钢卷带(11)位于链座(1)的上方,钢卷带(11)将左链条(6)以及右链条(7)的连接口封住;左链条(6)设有左链扣(13)以及左链布(14),左链扣(13)设有左防插片(15)以及左弯钩(16);右链条(7)设有右链扣(17)以及右链布(18),右链扣(17)设有右防插片(19)以及右弯钩(20);左弯钩(16)以及右弯钩(20)位于左链槽(4)以及右链槽(5)的上方;左防插片(15)位于每个左链扣(13)之间的位置,右防插片(19)位于每个右链扣(17)之间的位置,利用左防插片(15)以及右防插片(19)封住左链扣(13)以及右链扣(17)之间的间隙,增加不法分子插开链条(2)的难度;当不法分子用利器插入链条(2)时,利器被钢卷带(11)挡住,使不法分子难以插开链条(2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的单层封闭拉链,其特征在于:所述的每个左链扣(13)与一个右链扣(17)咬合连接,将左链条(6)与右链条(7)闭合在一起;每个左链扣(13)的左防插片(15)位于每个相邻左链扣(13)之间的左间隙(21)位置,每个右链扣(17)的右防插片(19)位于每个相邻右链扣(17)之间的右间隙(22)位置;链座(1)包括有上链板(23)、合链柱(24)以及下链板(25),合链柱(24)与上链板(23)以及下链板(25)连接,或者,合链柱(24)与上链板(23)以及下链板(25)由一体的材料构成;钢卷尺(3)的外壳(26)与上链板(23)连接;上链板(23)设有导轮(34),钢卷带(16)经过导轮(34)与链头封口件(6)连接;钢卷带(11)与左链扣(13)以及右链扣(17)连接,钢卷带(11)位于左弯钩(16)以及右弯钩(20)的下方,利用左弯钩(16)以及右弯钩(20)钩住钢卷带(11)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的单层封闭拉链,其特征在于:所述的左链槽(4)由上链板(23)以及下链板(25)与合链柱(24)的左边构成,左链槽(4)位于合链柱(24)的左边;右链槽(5)由上链板(23)以及下链板(25)与合链柱(24)的右边构成,右链槽(5)位于合链柱(24)的右边;左弯钩(16)与右弯钩(20)的内宽大于钢卷带(11)的宽度,使钢卷带(11)能于左弯钩(16)与右弯钩(20)之间移动;左弯钩(16)与右弯钩(20)的内宽大于上链板(23)的宽度,使上链板(23)能于左弯钩(16)与右弯钩(20)之间移动;左弯钩(16)的左钩尾(27)到右弯钩(20)的右钩尾(28)的距离小于钢卷带(11)的宽度;钢卷带(11)位于上链板(23)与左弯钩(16)的左钩尾(27)以及右弯钩(20)的右钩尾(28)之间;使钢卷带(11)不能脱离左弯钩(15)以及右弯钩(20)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的单层封闭拉链,其特征在于:所述的一个左链扣(13)与另一个左链扣(13)之间的左间隙(21)大于或者等于左防插片(15)的宽度;一个右链扣(17)与另一个右链扣(17)之间的右间隙(22)大于或者等于右防插片(19)的宽度;左链扣(13)的宽度与右链扣(17)的宽度相等;左防插片(15)的宽度与右防插片(19)的宽度相等;左链扣(13)的宽度与左防插片(15)的宽度相等,右链扣(17)的宽度与右防插片(19)的宽度相等。
