Description

一种全自动剥料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种剥料装置,特别是指一种能够自动完成将离心纸或者其他贴片产品从载体上分离出来的自动剥料装置。
背景技术
剥料在工业生产中是指将离心纸或者其他贴片产品从载体上分离出来以方便后续生产,比如,将透明保护膜从载体上分离出来以方便将保护膜贴覆在手机、平板电脑等产品上。
为了提升剥料动作的自动化程度,提高生产效率,避免人工的浪费,现在市面上出现了很多剥料装置,但是,就目前出现的剥料装置而言,其工作原理采用通用来料为卷料的剥料装置,该通用装置采用电机驱动,主动轮送料,从动轮收废料,其结构复杂,制造成本高,且来料要求为卷料,更换很不方便,且卷料生产工艺要求高,相应制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全自动剥料装置,其剥料精度高,结构简单,成本低,操作方便,其来料方式为片料,且片料能自动上料,片料生产工艺简单,能大大 降低生产成本,工作稳定,无振动,无噪音,同时剥料能力强,能够显著提升工作效率,降低操作难度,而此为本发明的主要目的。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种全自动剥料装置,其包括置料单元以及剥料单元,在具体工作的时候,原料设置在该置料单元上,由该置料单元对该原料进行固定,而后该剥料单元动作完成对该原料的剥离动作。
该原料是指离心纸或者其他贴片贴覆在载体上的产品,该置料单元包括固定卡料架以及移动卡料架,在该固定卡料架以及该移动卡料架上分别设置有串头,该原料挂设在该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间,其中,该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架的该串头上,而该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架的该串头上,该移动卡料架移动设置在移动卡料架轨道上,该移动卡料架能够在该移动卡料架轨道上往复运动从而根据需要改变该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间的距离,方便上料以及卸料。
在上料的时候,首先将该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架的该串头上,而后,该移动卡料架向该固定卡料架方向移动,将该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架的该串头上,之后,该移动卡料架反向移动拉紧该原料以完成上料。
该剥料单元包括剥料杆、旋转机构以及滑动机构,其中,该旋转机构能够带动该剥料杆围绕其自身轴线方向旋转,该滑动机构能够带动该剥料杆沿该原料水平方向往复运动,该剥料单元在进行剥料动作的时候,首先该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动到该原料的一端,而后,该旋转机构带动该剥料杆旋转使该剥料杆能够剥刮该原料的表面,最后,该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动使该剥料杆从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
在具体实施的时候,该旋转机构为旋转气缸,该滑动机构为机械手,该剥料杆具有第一剥料面以及第二剥料面,该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面相交于一交缘,该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面之间的夹角小于九十度,在进行剥料的时候,由该交缘从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
该全自动剥料装置还包括待料盘,该待料盘设置在该置料单元一侧,该待料盘用以叠放大量该原料,该待料盘上设置有待料串头。
在具体实施的时候,该固定卡料架顶部还设置有下压气缸组件,该下压气缸组件能够夹持该原料的端部,使该原料更稳定的设置在该固定卡料架上。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的该剥料单元在进行剥料动作的时候,首先该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动到该原料的一端,而后,该旋转机构带动该剥料杆旋转使该剥料杆能够剥刮该原料的表面,最后,该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动使该剥料杆从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作,本发明与传统技术相比具有剥料精度高,操作简单,工作稳定,无振动,无噪音,同时剥料能力强,能够显著提升工作效率,降低操作难度的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1至4所示,一种全自动剥料装置,其包括置料单元10以及剥料单元20,在具体工作的时候,原料设置在该置料单元10上,由该置料单元10对该原A料进行固定,而后该剥料单元20动作完成对该原料的剥离动作。
该原料是指离心纸或者其他贴片贴覆在载体上的产品。
该置料单元10包括固定卡料架11以及移动卡料架12,在该固定卡料架11以及该移动卡料架12上分别设置有串头13。
该原料挂设在该固定卡料架11与该移动卡料架12之间,其中,该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架11的该串头13上,而该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架12的该串头13上。
该移动卡料架12移动设置在移动卡料架轨道上,该移动卡料架12能够在该移动卡料架轨道上往复运动从而根据需要改变该固定卡料架11与该移动卡料架12之间的距离,方便上料以及卸料。
在上料的时候,首先将该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架11的该串头13上,而后,该移动卡料架12向该固定卡料架11方向移动,将该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架12的该串头13上,之后,该移动卡料架12反向移动拉紧该原料以完成上料。
该剥料单元20包括剥料杆21、旋转机构22以及滑动机构23,其中,该旋转机构22能够带动该剥料杆21围绕其自身轴线方向旋转,该滑动机构23能够带动该剥料杆21沿该原料水平方向往复运动。
该剥料单元20在进行剥料动作的时候,首先该滑动机构23带动该剥料杆21移动到该原料的一端,而后,该旋转机构22带动该剥料杆21旋转使该剥料 杆21能够剥刮该原料的表面,最后,该滑动机构23带动该剥料杆21移动使该剥料杆21从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
在具体实施的时候,该旋转机构22为旋转气缸,该滑动机构23为机械手。
该剥料杆21具有第一剥料面211以及第二剥料面212,该第一剥料面211与该第二剥料面212相交于一交缘213。
该第一剥料面211与该第二剥料面212之间的夹角小于九十度。
在进行剥料的时候,由该交缘213从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
该全自动剥料装置还包括待料盘30,该待料盘30设置在该置料单元10一侧,该待料盘30用以叠放大量该原料,该待料盘30上设置有待料串头31。
在具体实施的时候,该固定卡料架11顶部还设置有下压气缸组件15,该下压气缸组件15能够夹持该原料的端部,使该原料更稳定的设置在该固定卡料架11上。
本发明的剥料机构的料件剥出距离是伺服驱动器控制伺服电机带动相关机构位移进行的,位移精度(料件剥料长度)保证到0.01mm;因此针对体积很小的料件,剥料优势能更好的体现。而且剥料非常稳定,无振动,无噪音。另外,本发明的剥料精度高,可以精确控制在0.01mm以内。工人只需放入待剥原料,按下启动按钮即可剥料,操作简单,同时剥料过程非常稳定,无振动,无噪音,对于吸附力很强的料件本发明也能轻松剥开(实用不同材质,不同硬度的料件),实用性高,使用范围更广。

  1. 一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:包括置料单元以及剥料单元,工作的时候,原料设置在该置料单元上,由该置料单元对该原料进行固定,而后该剥料单元动作完成对该原料的剥离动作,
    该置料单元包括固定卡料架以及移动卡料架,在该固定卡料架以及该移动卡料架上分别设置有串头,该原料挂设在该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间,其中,该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架的该串头上,而该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架的该串头上,该移动卡料架移动设置在移动卡料架轨道上,该移动卡料架能够在该移动卡料架轨道上往复运动从而改变该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间的距离,
    该剥料单元包括剥料杆、旋转机构以及滑动机构,其中,该旋转机构能够带动该剥料杆围绕其自身轴线方向旋转,该滑动机构能够带动该剥料杆沿该原料水平方向往复运动,该剥料单元在进行剥料动作的时候,首先该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动到该原料的一端,而后,该旋转机构带动该剥料杆旋转使该剥料杆能够剥刮该原料的表面,最后,该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动使该剥料杆从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该旋转机构为旋转气缸,该滑动机构为机械手。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该剥料杆具有第一剥料面以及第二剥料面,该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面相交于一交缘。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面之间的夹角小于九十度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该全自动剥料装置还包括待料盘,该待料盘设置在该置料单元一侧,该待料盘用以叠放大量该原料,该待料盘上设置有待料串头。
