Claims (6)
- 一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:包括置料单元以及剥料单元,工作的时候,原料设置在该置料单元上,由该置料单元对该原料进行固定,而后该剥料单元动作完成对该原料的剥离动作,该置料单元包括固定卡料架以及移动卡料架,在该固定卡料架以及该移动卡料架上分别设置有串头,该原料挂设在该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间,其中,该原料一端穿设在该固定卡料架的该串头上,而该原料的另外一端穿设在该移动卡料架的该串头上,该移动卡料架移动设置在移动卡料架轨道上,该移动卡料架能够在该移动卡料架轨道上往复运动从而改变该固定卡料架与该移动卡料架之间的距离,该剥料单元包括剥料杆、旋转机构以及滑动机构,其中,该旋转机构能够带动该剥料杆围绕其自身轴线方向旋转,该滑动机构能够带动该剥料杆沿该原料水平方向往复运动,该剥料单元在进行剥料动作的时候,首先该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动到该原料的一端,而后,该旋转机构带动该剥料杆旋转使该剥料杆能够剥刮该原料的表面,最后,该滑动机构带动该剥料杆移动使该剥料杆从该原料表面刮过以完成剥料动作。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该旋转机构为旋转气缸,该滑动机构为机械手。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该剥料杆具有第一剥料面以及第二剥料面,该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面相交于一交缘。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该第一剥料面与该第二剥料面之间的夹角小于九十度。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该全自动剥料装置还包括待料盘,该待料盘设置在该置料单元一侧,该待料盘用以叠放大量该原料,该待料盘上设置有待料串头。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动剥料装置,其特征在于:该固定卡料架顶部还设置有下压气缸组件,该下压气缸组件能够夹持该原料的端部。
