Abstract
一种自动缴费的方法和装置,该方法包括:获取缴费通知消息(101);采集仪表的包含当前仪表数据的图像(102);生成包括所述图像的缴费响应消息,并将所述缴费响应消息发送给服务器,以使所述服务器利用所述缴费响应消息完成对所述仪表的缴费(103)。通过上述技术方案,不需要抄表员到用户家中手工抄表,可以提高使用体验,减少人力成本,并及时完成仪表的缴费过程。
Description
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动缴费的方法和装置。
在电力、水利、燃气等公共事业的缴费过程中,目前有两种缴费方式。一种缴费方式是先缴费后使用,即针对某个仪表(如电表等),由用户先进行缴费,为该仪表预存一些费用,当该仪表没有对应的费用时,将不能继续使用。另一种缴费方式是先使用后缴费,即针对某个仪表(如水表、燃气表等),用户可以先使用,每过一段时间,则对这段时间产生的费用进行缴费。
针对先使用后缴费的缴费方式,目前的实现方式一般是上门抄表模式。具体的,抄表员到用户家中手工抄表,记录此次抄表结果。公共事业单位(如电力部门、水利部门等)基于此次抄表结果和上次抄表结果,计算出这段时间内产生的费用,并将这段时间内产生的费用通知给用户,以通知用户缴费。
在上述方式中,需要抄表员到用户家中手工抄表,上门抄表效率低、体验差。而且,如果用户家中没有人,则导致抄表员无法及时拿到准确的抄表结果,抄表员可能需要多次到用户家中手工抄表,带来了大量的人力成本。
发明内容
本申请提供一种自动缴费的方法和装置,以避免抄表员到用户家中手工抄表,提高使用体验,减少人力成本,技术方案如下:

对于电表、水表、燃气表等仪表,当采用先使用后缴费的缴费方式时,在到达缴费周期(如1个月等)时,需要对仪表进行缴费。为了完成缴费,需要获得仪表的当前仪表数据,从而根据当前仪表数据和上次仪表数据计算这一缴费周期的费用。而为了获得当前仪表数据,针对现有的抄表员到用户家中手工抄表的问题,本申请实施例中,可以由用户使用移动终端采集包含当前仪表数据的图像,并将包括该图像的缴费信息发送给服务器,以使服务器可以利用该缴费信息完成缴费,从而不需要抄表员到用户家中手工抄表。
针对每个仪表,会在服务器维护该仪表对应的机构信息和用户信息。该机构信息是指公共事业单位(如电力部门、水利部门等)的信息,该仪表是由该公共事业单位提供服务。该用户信息是指该仪表所属用户在该公共事业单位的唯一标识,如户号123,户号123是张三在公共事业单位的唯一标识。
针对每个机构信息和用户信息,会绑定一个用户账户,如与第三方平台提供的用户账户进行绑定,这样,就可以使用该用户账户完成对该机构信息和用户信息对应的仪表的缴费。这个用户账户可以由用户在第三方平台上指定。
实施例一
图1是根据本申请一示例性实施例中的一种自动缴费的方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法可以应用在移动终端中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,获取缴费通知消息。

步骤102,采集仪表的包含当前仪表数据的图像。
步骤103,生成包括该图像的缴费响应消息,并将该缴费响应消息发送给服务器,以使服务器利用该缴费响应消息完成对仪表的缴费。
本申请实施例中,生成包括该图像的缴费响应消息的过程,具体可以包括但不限于如下方式:方式一、从缴费通知消息中解析出仪表对应的机构信息,并生成包括图像、机构信息和用户信息的缴费响应消息。或者,方式二、从缴费通知消息中解析出仪表对应的机构信息,从服务器获取机构信息对应的表盘解析器,并利用表盘解析器对图像进行解析,得到当前仪表数据,并生成包括图像、机构信息、用户信息、当前仪表数据的缴费响应消息。或者,方式三、从缴费通知消息中解析出仪表对应的机构信息,从服务器获取机构信息对应的表盘解析器和仪表对应的上次仪表数据,并利用表盘解析器对图像进行解析,得到当前仪表数据,并利用当前仪表数据和上次仪表数据计算电子数据信息,并生成包括图像、机构信息、用户信息、电子数据信息的缴费响应消息。

针对方式一、方式二和方式三,当缴费通知消息是针对一个用户的缴费通知消息时,则该缴费通知消息中可以包含用户信息,基于此,移动终端可以从该缴费通知消息中解析出仪表对应的用户信息。当缴费通知消息是针对多个用户的缴费通知消息时,则该缴费通知消息中可以不包含用户信息,基于此,移动终端可以要求用户提供用户信息,并接收用户输入的用户信息,或者可以在移动终端本地预先存储用户信息,并从本地存储的数据中获取到用户信息。
针对方式二和方式三,当一个机构对应的表盘结构相同时,则该机构的所有表盘将使用同一表盘解析器,因此,可以在服务器维护机构信息与表盘解析器的对应关系,且移动终端从服务器获取机构信息对应的表盘解析器。或者,当一个机构对应的表盘结构不同时,则该机构的所有表盘可

其中,在利用缴费账单完成对仪表的缴费时,由于机构信息和用户信息绑定了一个用户账户,因此可以使用该用户账户完成对该机构信息和用户信息对应的仪表的缴费。例如,如果用户签约了代扣业务,则基于缴费账单,可以直接从该用户账户中扣除相应的费用,以完成对仪表的缴费。如果用户没有签约代扣业务,则将缴费账单提供给用户,由用户完成对仪表的缴费。
基于上述技术方案,本申请实施例中,可以由用户使用移动终端采集
包含当前仪表数据的图像,并将包括该图像的缴费响应消息发送给服务器,以使服务器可以利用该缴费响应消息完成缴费,从而不需要抄表员到用户家中手工抄表,可以提高使用体验,减少人力成本,并及时完成仪表的缴费过程。
在后续的实施例四-实施例六,第一移动终端是仪表所属用户使用的移动终端,如房主使用的移动终端,可以通过仪表对应的用户信息查询到第一移动终端的信息。第二移动终端是仪表所属用户授权的用户使用的移动终端,例如,当房东不在家时,房东可以授权正在家中的租户完成图像采集,这样,房东使用的移动终端是第一移动终端,该租户使用的移动终端是第二移动终端。
实施例四
图4是根据本申请一示例性实施例中的一种自动缴费的方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法可以应用在第一移动终端中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤401,获取第一缴费通知消息,并判断是否由本第一移动终端采集图像。如果否,则将经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息发送给服务器,以使服务器利用该标识信息生成第二缴费通知消息。
其中,当某个仪表需要缴费时,服务器可以查询该仪表对应的用户信息,并查询该用户信息对应的第一移动终端的信息(如手机号、微信号等),从而可以利用第一移动终端的信息,将第一缴费通知消息发送给第一移动终端。
仪表所属用户通过第一移动终端接收到第一缴费通知消息后,如果确认是自己家中的仪表需要缴费,则当仪表所属用户自身能够进行图像采集时,如仪表所属用户在家中,则仪表所属用户可以直接使用第一移动终端进行图像采集。当仪表所属用户自身不能够进行图像采集时,如仪表所属用户不在家中,则获知能够进行图像采集的用户,如正在家中的租户,并授权该用户完成图像采集,仪表所属用户向第一移动终端下发该用户的标识信息(如手机号,支付宝号等),第一移动终端收到标识信息后,确定不由第一移动终端采集图像。

实施例五
图5是根据本申请一示例性实施例中的一种自动缴费的方法的流程
图,如图5所示,该方法可以应用在服务器中,该服务器是指提供缴费功能的服务器,如支付宝等缴费平台,该自动缴费的方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤501,服务器向第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息,在不由第一移动终端采集图像时,接收来自第一移动终端的经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息,并利用该标识信息生成第二缴费通知消息,将第二缴费通知消息发送给第一移动终端,以使第一移动终端将第二缴费通知消息推送给第二移动终端。
其中,当某个仪表需要缴费时,服务器可以查询该仪表对应的用户信息,并查询该用户信息对应的第一移动终端的信息(如手机号、微信号等),从而可以利用第一移动终端的信息,将第一缴费通知消息发送给第一移动终端。
其中,与第一缴费通知消息相比,第二缴费通知消息中增加了服务器利用摘要算法对第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据进行处理后的用户数据。
在不由第一移动终端采集图像时,第一移动终端在获得仪表所属用户(如房主)的授权用户(如租户)的信息(如手机号、支付宝号等)后,向服务器发送携带该信息(即第二移动终端的标识信息)的请求。服务器在接收到该请求后,从本地查询该信息对应的用户数据,如手机号、姓名、支付宝号、微信号等,这些用户数据是经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据。
基于此,服务器利用标识信息生成第二缴费通知消息的过程,具体可以包括但不限于如下方式:服务器从本地查询第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据,并利用预先配置的摘要算法对该用户数据进行处理,并将处理后的用户数据添加到第一缴费通知消息中,以得到第二缴费通知消息。其中,该摘要算法可以如hash算法、MD5(Message Digest 5,消息摘要5)算法等。
其中,服务器还需要获得第一缴费通知消息。该第一缴费通知消息可以是第一移动终端返回给服务器的,也可以是服务器向第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息后,在本地存储介质中存储的。此外,处理后的用户数
据可以是一个摘要值,且通过将该摘要值添加到第一缴费通知消息中得到第二缴费通知消息。
本申请实施例中,向第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的过程,具体可以包括但不限于:向移动终端发送包含第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的缴费链接,以使移动终端从缴费链接中解析出第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,向移动终端提供包含第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的缴费二维码,以使移动终端通过扫描缴费二维码,解析出第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,通过第三方平台提供的缴费接口向移动终端提供第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息。
步骤502,接收来自第二移动终端的第一缴费响应消息,该第一缴费响应消息包括第二移动终端采集到的仪表的图像,且该图像中包含当前仪表数据。
步骤503,判断第一缴费响应消息是否为合法的缴费信息。如果是,执行步骤504;如果否,丢弃第一缴费响应消息,不对仪表进行缴费。
步骤504,利用第一缴费响应消息创建缴费账单,并利用该缴费账单完成对仪表的缴费。例如,当仪表所属用户签约了代扣时,则直接利用该缴费账单自动扣除费用;当仪表所属用户未签约代扣时,则将该缴费账单通知给仪表所属用户,由仪表所属用户基于该缴费账单进行缴费,该过程不再赘述。
其中,在利用缴费账单完成对仪表的缴费时,由于机构信息和用户信息绑定了一个用户账户,因此可以使用该用户账户完成对该机构信息和用户信息对应的仪表的缴费。例如,如果用户签约了代扣业务,则基于缴费账单,可以直接从该用户账户中扣除相应的费用,以完成对仪表的缴费。如果用户没有签约代扣业务,则将缴费账单提供给用户,由用户完成对仪表的缴费。
本申请实施例中,判断第一缴费响应消息是否为合法的缴费信息的过程,具体可以包括但不限于如下方式:判断该第一缴费响应消息中是否包含用户数据。如果不包含,则确定该第一缴费响应消息不是合法的
缴费信息。如果包含,则利用预先配置的摘要算法对经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据进行处理,并比较处理后的用户数据与第一缴费响应消息中包含的用户数据是否相同。如果相同,则确定该第一缴费响应消息是合法的缴费信息;如果不相同,则确定该第一缴费响应消息不是合法的缴费信息。
仪表所属用户只会授权一个用户完成图像采集,即第一移动终端只会将第二缴费通知消息推送给一个第二移动终端,只有该第二移动终端发送的第一缴费响应消息才是合法的缴费信息。在该第二移动终端向服务器发送的第一缴费响应消息中,会携带处理后的用户数据。此外,由于服务器使用相同的摘要算法对相同的用户数据(第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据)进行处理,因此,上述处理后的用户数据与第一缴费响应消息中包含的用户数据相同。
与此不同的是,如果是未经过仪表所属用户授权的用户,其不会接收到来自第一移动终端的第二缴费通知消息,也就无法获得第二缴费通知消息中携带的处理后的用户数据。因此,这样的用户使用的第二移动终端向服务器发送的缴费信息中,不会携带正确的用户数据,其要么不携带用户数据,要么携带一个自己添加的用户数据,而由于无法获知服务器使用的摘要算法,因此,缴费信息中携带的用户数据,与服务器利用摘要算法处理后的用户数据必然不同。
基于上述方式,有效防止了未经授权用户的攻击,即使未经授权用户向服务器发送了缴费信息,也不会基于该缴费信息创建缴费账单,不会在仪表所属用户不知情的情况下,利用缴费账单自动扣除费用,也不会向仪表所属用户发送缴费账单,避免造成仪表所属用户的困扰,避免用户体验的下降。
本申请实施例中,在向第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息之后,在由第一移动终端采集图像时,接收来自第一移动终端的第二缴费响应消息,第二缴费响应消息包括第一移动终端采集到的仪表的图像,图像中包含当前仪表数据,利用第二缴费响应消息创建缴费账单,利用缴费账单完成对仪表的缴费。
与接收到第一缴费响应消息的处理不同的是,在接收到来自第一移动终端的第二缴费响应消息后,由于第一移动终端是仪表所属用户使用的,因此来自该第一移动终端的第二缴费响应消息就是合法的缴费信息,不用执行是否为合法的缴费信息的判断流程,而是直接利用该第二缴费响应消息创建缴费账单。
本申请实施例中,利用第一缴费响应消息或者第二缴费响应消息创建缴费账单的过程,具体可以包括但不限于如下方式:服务器从第一缴费响应消息或者第二缴费响应消息中解析出仪表对应的机构信息、用户信息,获得该仪表对应的电子数据信息。利用电子数据信息、机构信息、用户信息创建缴费账单。

针对上述实施例一至实施例六,为了从图像中解析出当前仪表数据,可以采用表盘解析器对该图像进行解析,以得到当前仪表数据。表盘解析器可以是服务器存储的一段模块化的、可以动态远程加载的程序,其功能是从图像中解析出当前仪表数据,如水表的当前读数,电表的当前读数,燃气表的当前读数等。实际应用中,由于不同的仪表结构,读取方式会有所不同,如有的仪表结构是一串数字,有的仪表结构是指针,因此,可以为不同的仪表结构设置不同的表盘解析器,使得表盘解析器可以准确的解析出当前仪表数据。而且,由于不同机构提供的仪表结构可能不同,且同一机构提供的仪表结构也可能不同,因此可以为每个仪表设置一个表盘解析器。当不同仪表的仪表结构相同时,这些仪表的表盘解析器可以相同,当不同仪表的仪表结构不同时,这些仪表的表盘解析器可以不同。进一步的,由于每个仪表通过机构信息和用户信息唯一标识,因此,每个机构信息和用户信息对应有一个表盘解析器。
基于此,在解析出仪表对应的机构信息和用户信息后,移动终端可以向服务器发送表盘解析器的下载请求,该下载请求中携带该机构信息和该用户信息。服务器可以查询到该机构信息和该用户信息对应的表盘解析器,并将该表盘解析器发送给移动终端,由移动终端利用该表盘解析器对图像进行解析。
由于每个仪表通过机构信息和用户信息唯一标识,服务器每次得到仪表数据后,还会针对该机构信息和该用户信息,记录当前得到的仪表数据。这样,移动终端可以向服务器发送仪表数据的获取请求,该获取请求中携带该机构信息和该用户信息。服务器可以查询到该机构信息和该用户信息对应的仪表数据,该仪表数据就是指上次仪表数据,并将该上次仪表数据发送给移动终端。
由于每个仪表通过机构信息和用户信息唯一标识,因此还可以针对该机构信息和该用户信息,维护一个该仪表对应的收费计算器。收费计算器可以是服务器存储的一段模块化的、可以动态远程加载的程序,其功能为结合当前仪表数据、上次仪表数据、单价(支持阶梯价格)等,计算出本期的应缴费用。基于此,移动终端可以向服务器发送收费计算器

在实际应用中,表盘解析器的下载请求、仪表数据的获取请求、收费计算器的下载请求,可以是同一个请求,即移动终端通过向服务器发送一个请求,由服务器同时将表盘解析器、上次仪表数据和收费计算器发送给移动终端。
在上述过程中,是以服务器维护机构信息、用户信息与表盘解析器/收费计算器的对应关系为例进行说明的,在实际应用中,服务器可以维护机构信息与表盘解析器/收费计算器的对应关系,即该机构下的所有用户使用相同的表盘解析器/收费计算器,其处理流程与上述方式类似,只是请求中不再携带用户信息。

基于与上述方法同样的申请构思,本申请实施例中还提供了一种自动缴费的装置,该自动缴费的装置应用在移动终端上。如图7所示,该装置包括:

推送给第二移动终端;
接收模块42,用于接收来自第二移动终端的第一缴费响应消息,第一缴费响应消息包括第二移动终端采集到的仪表的图像,该图像包含当前仪表数据;
判断模块43,用于判断所述第一缴费响应消息是否为合法的缴费信息;
处理模块44,用于当判断结果为是时,则利用所述第一缴费响应消息创建缴费账单,并利用所述缴费账单完成对所述仪表的缴费。

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取缴费通知消息的过程,具体包括:在接收到来自服务器的缴费链接时,从所述缴费链接中解析出所述缴费通知消息;或者,在获取到缴费二维码时,扫描所述缴费二维码,并从所述缴费二维码中解析出所述缴费通知消息;或者,从第三方平台提供的缴费接口中获取到所述缴费通知消息。

- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:生成模块,用于在判断是否由第一移动终端采集图像之后,如果是,则采集仪表的包含当前仪表数据的图像,生成包括所述图像的第二缴费响应消息;所述发送模块,还用于将所述第二缴费响应消息发送给所述服务器,以使所述服务器利用所述第二缴费响应消息完成对所述仪表的缴费。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成模块,具体用于在生成包括所述图像的第二缴费响应消息的过程中,从所述第一缴费通知消息中解析出所述仪表对应的机构信息;从所述服务器获取所述机构信息对应的表盘解析器,利用所述表盘解析器对所述图像进行解析,得到当前仪表数据;从所述服务器获取所述仪表对应的上次仪表数据,并利用所述当前仪表数据和所述上次仪表数据计算电子数据信息;生成包括所述图像、所述机构信息、用户信息、所述电子数据信息的第二缴费响应消息。
- 根据权利要求22-24任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,具体用于在获取第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的过程中,在接收到来自服务器的缴费链接时,从所述缴费链接中解析出所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,在获取到缴费二维码时,扫描所述缴费二维码,并从所述缴费二维码中解析出所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,从第三方平台提供的缴费接口中获取到所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息。
- 一种自动缴费的装置,应用在服务器,其特征在于,该装置包括:发送模块,用于向第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息,在不由第一移动终端采集图像时,接收来自第一移动终端的经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息,利用所述标识信息生成第二缴费通知消息,并将第二缴费通知消息发送给第一移动终端,以使第一移动终端将第二缴费通知消息 推送给第二移动终端;接收模块,用于接收来自第二移动终端的第一缴费响应消息,第一缴费响应消息包括第二移动终端采集到的仪表的图像,所述图像包含当前仪表数据;判断模块,用于判断所述第一缴费响应消息是否为合法的缴费信息;处理模块,用于当判断结果为是时,则利用所述第一缴费响应消息创建缴费账单,并利用所述缴费账单完成对所述仪表的缴费。
- 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,具体用于在生成第二缴费通知消息的过程中,查询标识信息对应的用户数据,利用预先配置的摘要算法对所述用户数据进行处理,将处理后的用户数据添加到第一缴费通知消息,以得到第二缴费通知消息;所述判断模块,具体用于在判断所述第一缴费响应消息是否为合法的缴费信息的过程中,判断所述第一缴费响应消息中是否包含用户数据;如果不包含,则确定所述第一缴费响应消息不是合法的缴费信息;如果包含,则利用所述摘要算法对经过授权的第二移动终端的标识信息对应的用户数据进行处理,并比较处理后的用户数据与所述第一缴费响应消息中包含的用户数据是否相同;如果相同,则确定所述第一缴费响应消息是合法的缴费信息;如果不相同,则确定所述第一缴费响应消息不是合法的缴费信息。
- 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还用于在由所述第一移动终端采集图像时,接收来自所述第一移动终端的第二缴费响应消息,所述第二缴费响应消息中包括所述第一移动终端采集到的仪表的图像,所述图像中包含当前仪表数据;所述处理模块,还用于在接收到所述第二缴费响应消息时,利用所述第二缴费响应消息创建缴费账单,并利用所述缴费账单完成对所述仪 表的缴费。
- 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,具体用于在利用所述第一缴费响应消息或者所述第二缴费响应消息创建缴费账单的过程中,从所述第一缴费响应消息或者所述第二缴费响应消息中解析出所述仪表对应的机构信息、用户信息、图像、电子数据信息;利用所述机构信息和所述用户信息获取所述仪表对应的用户账户,并利用所述电子数据信息和所述用户账户创建缴费账单。
- 根据权利要求26-29任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,具体用于在向所述第一移动终端发送第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的过程中,向所述移动终端发送包含所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的缴费链接,以使所述移动终端从所述缴费链接中解析出所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,向所述移动终端提供包含所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息的缴费二维码,以使所述移动终端通过扫描所述缴费二维码,解析出所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息;或者,通过第三方平台提供的缴费接口向所述移动终端提供所述第一缴费通知消息或者第二缴费通知消息。
