具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“横向”、“纵向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
为了解决现有技术中上下分体式驾驶室的密封效果较差,司机耳旁噪声较大的问题,本发明提出一种上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构。
参考图1~图5,上下分体式驾驶室包括上体1和下体,所述上体1安装在 车架2的底盘围板3上,所述下体位于所述底盘围板3的下方第一侧,所述上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构包括动力舱密封板,所述底盘围板3的下方第二侧设有动力舱,所述动力舱密封板用于隔离所述动力舱和所述驾驶室,以减少所述动力舱所产生的噪声向所述驾驶室的传递。
上述实施例中,通过设置动力舱密封板,并利用该动力舱密封板来隔离动力舱和驾驶室,提高驾驶室的密封性,以减少动力舱的噪声向驾驶室内部传递,使驾驶室内司机耳旁的噪声降低,以符合相关的噪声检测标准;同时,该动力舱密封板将动力舱和驾驶室有效隔离,还可以减少进入下体和上体的灰尘,改善工作环境,提高操作舒适性。
在本发明一个示意性的实施例中,如图5所示,所述动力舱密封板包括设置于所述动力舱与所述下体之间的第一密封板21和两个第二密封板20,所述下体包括后密封板11,所述两个第二密封板20分别设置于所述后密封板11的两侧,所述第一密封板21设置于所述后密封板11的下方,所述第一密封板21、所述两个第二密封板20、所述后密封板11与所述车架2紧密接触,以对所述动力舱产生的噪声形成第一道隔声结构。
第一道隔声结构实质上是在动力舱和下体之间形成了一道封闭墙,第一密封板21、两个第二密封板20和后密封板11可以根据车架2的结构进行合理布置,第一密封板21、两个第二密封板20和后密封板11的形状也可以根据实际情况灵活选择,只要能够与车架2一起组成一道能够隔离动力舱和下体的封闭墙即可,第一道隔声结构在隔声的同时,还能够隔离灰尘。在如图5所示的实施例中,两个第二密封板20均呈L型,这种形状更有利于根据已有结构进行简单改造,并且密封效果更好。
进一步地,所述下体还包括前密封板13、左密封板12、右密封板14和下密封板15,所述前密封板13、所述左密封板12、所述右密封板14、所述下密封板15和所述后密封板11共同形成顶部开口的箱体结构,用于为驾驶室操作人员提供放脚的空间,提升操作人员的舒适感,并且该箱体结构还能够对所述动力舱产生的噪声形成第二道隔声结构,以对动力舱的噪声进行进一步的隔离,降低司机耳旁的噪声。
更进一步地,所述第二道隔声结构下方还可以设置消声腔,所述消声腔用于降低所述动力舱产生的噪声。消声腔可以是专门设置的独立的封闭的消声腔,也可以为利用驾驶室下体本身已有的部分结构,通过增设挡板来实现。
所述消声腔的内壁还可以设置吸音棉,以进一步地降低动力舱所产生的噪声污染。
在如图4所示的实施例中,消声腔即是通过挡板组合而成。具体来说,所述车架2上设有位于所述车架2前方的车架前板16和位于所述车架2底部的车架底板17,所述消声腔由所述下密封板15、所述第一密封板21、所述车架前板16和所述车架底板17共同形成。这种结构利用车架2已有的车架前板16、车架底板17以及下体的下密封板15,通过前述设置的用于隔离动力舱和下体的第一密封板21,来共同形成消声腔结构,改造方便,效果显著。
另外,所述上体1的底部还设有隔声垫19。隔声垫19可以用来防止动力舱的噪声在动力舱上方直接传至上体1。隔声垫19的选材比较灵活,比如可以选用具有良好隔声效果的柔性材料。
如图3所示,所述上体1的底部边缘设有上体侧板7,所述上体侧板7与所述底盘围板3相互接触压紧,所述上体1的底部还设有上体底板4,所述上体底板4位于所述上体1内部,且所述上体底板4所在平面高于所述上体侧板7与所述底盘围板3的接触平面。
将所述上体底板4所在平面设置为高于所述上体侧板7与所述底盘围板3的接触平面,这样设置至少有两个好处:一是当将上体1放下时,上体侧板7可以与底盘围板3直接接触,而上体1的底部的中间位置则不与下体或者车架2接触,以避免上体1与车架2或下体之间由于有多个接触平面而增加在接触面之间产生缝隙的几率,使上体1无法完全放平,密封效果差;二是由于上体底板4高于上体侧板7,因此在上体底板4与底盘围板3所在平面之间,就存在一个可以用来安设隔声垫19的空间,在实现密封效果的同时还可以起到隔声作用。
具体地,所述动力舱密封板还包括连接在所述底盘围板3上且与所述上体底板4相对的第三密封板18,所述隔声垫19设置于所述上体底板4和所述第三密封板18之间所形成的间隙内。
在一个实施例中,所述隔声垫19的厚度大于所述上体底板4和所述第三密封板18之间间隙的高度。这样设置的好处是可以确保上体1放下时,隔声垫19处于被压紧状态,以增加上体1和第三密封板18之间的接触密封性,从而增强驾驶室的上体1和动力舱之间的隔离效果。
隔声垫19可以粘在上体底板4上,也可以粘在第三密封板18上,具体可根据实际情况由操作的方便性来决定。优选地,隔声垫19粘在第三密封板18上,这样更加便于隔声垫19的粘贴,并且可以使隔声垫18的覆盖范围相对大一些,密封效果更好。
另外,如图3所示,考虑到座椅5的形状和安装,所述上体底板4的整体可以呈凸字形,所述上体底板4的凸形边一侧靠近所述第二道隔声结构,所述上体底板4的凸形边一侧上方设有座椅5。
为了实现上体底板4与下体之间的密封,所述上体底板4的凸形边一侧的边缘设有弯向所述底盘围板3的折弯板6,所述折弯板6通过密封胶条与设置于所述底盘围板3上的支撑板10密封连接。其中,支撑板10的边缘分别与下体的后密封板11和底盘围板3连接,支撑板10可以设置为U型,以与呈凸字形的上体底板4相互配合,密封胶条可以卡接在折弯板6的底部。
所述第三密封板18底部设有加强筋,以防止所述第三密封板18受压变形。
本发明所提供的上述各实施例中的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构可以应用于各种具有上体分体式驾驶室的工程机械上,尤其适用于滑移装载机。
如图1和图2所示,该滑移装载机的驾驶室为上下分体式结构,上体1可以上翻,以便于实现对下体或车架2的维护。
下面结合附图1~5对本发明上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构及滑移装载机的一个实施例的具体结构进行详细说明:
如图1和图2所示,该滑移装载机的驾驶室位于整车前部,安装在整车车架2上方的底盘围板3上,并可以翻转,与车辆底盘分离,从而对驾驶室下方的动力舱内零部件进行安装和维护。
驾驶室结构主要包括上体1和下体,上体1主要包括上体底板4、座椅5、折弯板6、上体侧板7、窗户8和门9,下体主要包括U型支撑板10、后密封板 11、左密封板12、前密封板13、右密封板14和下密封板15。其中,门9位于上体1的前部,窗户8位于上体1的两侧,座椅5位于后部,安装在上体底板4上,上体底板4的内侧边缘设计有折弯板6,上体骨架的底部边缘设有上体侧板7。
第三密封板18设有加强筋板,并通过螺栓安装在底盘围板3和支撑板10上,便于动力舱维护时的拆卸;弹性的隔声垫19为具有良好隔声效果的柔性弹性材料,并通过胶粘方式安装在第三密封板18上,其形状面积和第三密封板18基本相同;L形的第二密封板20和第一密封板21通过螺栓分别安装在下体的后密封板11两侧和下方,具体地,第二密封板20安装在后密封板11、车架2和两个第一密封板21上,保证四者之间紧密接触。第一密封板21上可以设置相应的圆孔,用于下体的下密封板15下方液压部件的管道连接,圆孔与管道之间进行良好密封。
上体1和下体闭合时,上体侧板7与底盘围板3压紧接触,安装有橡胶密封胶条的折弯板6与U型支撑板10压紧接触,形成接触密封圈;上体底板4与粘贴在第三密封板18上的弹性隔声垫19压紧接触,形成三层密封隔声结构,增加上体1和下体之间的密封接触,且三层密封隔声结构比现有的单层底板可以更好地隔离动力舱内部噪声向外的透射;U型支撑板10、后密封板11、左密封板12、前密封板13、右密封板14和下密封板15之间相互连接,并通过螺栓连接,安装在车架2上,第二密封板20、第一密封板21、后密封板11和车架2形成下体的第一道隔声结构,下体左密封板12、下体前密封板13、下体右密封板14和下体下密封板15形成下体的第二道隔声结构,且下密封板15、车架前板16、车架底板17和第一密封板21以及两侧的车架2形成消声腔,对动力舱噪声及灰尘具有很好的隔离作用。
通过对本发明上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构及滑移装载机的多个实施例的说明,可以看到本发明上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构及滑移装载机实施例在不改变总体结构形式,不影响车辆装配和维护的同时,实现上下分体之间实现良好的密封,并在驾驶室下体的底部设置了两道隔离密封结构,并且还设有消声腔结构,使整个驾驶室内部的噪声和灰尘都得到有效隔离,有效改善驾驶员的操作舒适性。
本发明所提供的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构的结构简单,易于加工制造,通过在实体车辆上的应用试验,发现驾驶室的噪声可以下降5dBA以上,有效改善驾驶室内部的工作环境。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,包括上体(1)和下体,所述上体(1)安装在车架(2)的底盘围板(3)上,所述下体位于所述底盘围板(3)的下方第一侧,所述上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构包括动力舱密封板,所述底盘围板(3)的下方第二侧设有动力舱,所述动力舱密封板用于隔离所述动力舱和所述驾驶室,以减少所述动力舱所产生的噪声向所述驾驶室的传递。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述动力舱密封板包括设置于所述动力舱与所述下体之间的第一密封板(21)和两个第二密封板(20),所述下体包括后密封板(11),所述两个第二密封板(20)分别设置于所述后密封板(11)的两侧,所述第一密封板(21)设置于所述后密封板(11)的下方,所述第一密封板(21)、所述两个第二密封板(20)、所述后密封板(11)与所述车架(2)紧密接触,以对所述动力舱产生的噪声形成第一道隔声结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述下体还包括前密封板(13)、左密封板(12)、右密封板(14)和下密封板(15),所述前密封板(13)、所述左密封板(12)、所述右密封板(14)、所述下密封板(15)和所述后密封板(11)共同形成顶部开口的箱体结构,用于为驾驶室操作人员提供放脚的空间,并对所述动力舱产生的噪声形成第二道隔声结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述第二道隔声结构下方设有消声腔,所述消声腔用于降低所述动力舱产生的噪声。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述消声腔的内壁设有吸音棉。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述车架(2)上设有位于所述车架(2)前方的车架前板(16)和位于所述车架(2)底部的车架底板(17),所述消声腔由所述下密封板(15)、所述第一密封板(21)、所述车架前板(16)和所述车架底板(17)共同形成。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述 上体(1)的底部设有隔声垫(19)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述上体(1)的底部边缘设有上体侧板(7),所述上体侧板(7)与所述底盘围板(3)相互接触压紧,所述上体(1)的底部还设有上体底板(4),所述上体底板(4)位于所述上体(1)内部,且所述上体底板(4)所在平面高于所述上体侧板(7)与所述底盘围板(3)的接触平面,所述动力舱密封板还包括连接在所述底盘围板(3)上且与所述上体底板(4)相对的第三密封板(18),所述隔声垫(19)设置于所述上体底板(4)和所述第三密封板(18)之间所形成的间隙内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述隔声垫(19)的厚度大于所述上体底板(4)和所述第三密封板(18)之间间隙的高度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述上体底板(4)的整体呈凸字形,所述上体底板(4)的凸形边一侧靠近所述第二道隔声结构,所述上体底板(4)的凸形边一侧上方设有座椅(5)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述上体底板(4)的凸形边一侧的边缘设有弯向所述底盘围板(3)的折弯板(6),所述折弯板(6)通过密封胶条与设置于所述底盘围板(3)上的支撑板(10)密封连接。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构,其特征在于,所述第三密封板(18)底部设有加强筋,以防止所述第三密封板(18)受压变形。
  13. 一种滑移装载机,其特征在于,包括上下分体式驾驶室,所述上下分体式驾驶室包括如权利要求1~12任一项所述的上下分体式驾驶室隔声降噪结构。
