Description

一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器。
背景技术
21世纪工业越来越发达。但随着工业的发展,环境受到的破坏也越来越大,人类吸入或者食入的东西也越来越复杂,导致多种多样的疾病产生。在这种情况下,灭菌就显得尤为重要,而蒸汽灭菌则更加环保。
现有技术中也出现了很多蒸汽灭菌器,但是大多数灭菌器结构简单,移动不方便,特别是蒸汽灭菌器面向的操作人群比较广,操作人员的身高差异比较大。同时,蒸汽灭菌器的主要使用对象是制药厂,而制药厂一般在比较偏僻的地方,地势不平,运输不便,很容易在运输过程中发生震动损坏内部元件,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服蒸汽灭菌器移动不便和在移动过程中因震动而损伤内部元件等问题,提供一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器,包括外壳、设置在外壳上的操控界面、报警装置、状态指示装置和柜门、设置在外壳两侧的升降装置和设置在外壳底部的底座,所述底座的下方设有移动装置;
所述外壳内设有蒸汽灭菌机构,所述蒸汽灭菌机构包括内胆、气动阀、真空泵和导管,所述气动阀和真空泵均通过导管与内胆连通,所述导管上设有若干检测装置;
所述升降装置包括两个升降组件,所述升降组件包括设置在外壳一侧的支杆和设置在底座上的驱动机构,所述支杆上设有从动齿,所述驱动机构包括驱 动电机和与驱动电机传动连接的主动齿,所述从动齿与主动齿啮合,所述驱动电机与支杆传动连接;
所述移动装置包括支座、设置在支座底部的万向轮和设置在支座上方的活塞杆,所述万向轮通过活塞杆与底座连接,所述活塞杆上设有弹性元件;
所述外壳内设有中央控制装置,所述中央控制装置为PLC,所述中央控制装置内设有无线通讯模块。
作为优选,为了第一时间观察工作状态,所述状态指示装置包括压力指示表、温度指示表和流量指示表。
作为优选,为了提高检测的精度,所述检测装置包括压力传感器、温度传感器和流量传感器。
作为优选,所述弹性元件为弹簧,所述弹簧一直处于压缩状态。
作为优选,所述无线通讯模块通过WIFI传输无线信号。
作为优选,为了防止外壳燃烧,所述外壳的阻燃等级为V-O。
作为优选,为了提高真空泵工作效率,所述真空泵为气体捕集泵。
本发明的有益效果是:该多功能蒸汽灭菌器通过升降装置中的驱动电机来驱动主动齿,则能够控制支杆的升降,实现控制整个设备的升降,面向的工作人群广,从而提高了工作效率;同时可以通过移动装置来实现该灭菌器的灵活移动,减少了由于地势不平等原因在运输或者转移过程中发生震动损伤内部元件的风险,从而提高了该多功能灭菌器的灵活性和实用性。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-图4所示,一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器,包括外壳1、设置在外壳1上的操控界面2、报警装置3、状态指示装置4和柜门5、设置在外壳1两侧的升降装置6和设置在外壳1底部的底座7,所述底座7的下方设有移动装置8;
所述外壳1内设有蒸汽灭菌机构,所述蒸汽灭菌机构包括内胆9、气动阀10、真空泵11和导管12,所述气动阀10和真空泵11均通过导管12与内胆9连通,所述导管12上设有若干检测装置13;
所述升降装置6包括两个升降组件,所述升降组件包括设置在外壳1一侧的支杆14和设置在底座7上的驱动机构,所述支杆14上设有从动齿17,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机16和与驱动电机16传动连接的主动齿15,所述从动齿17与主动齿15啮合,所述驱动电机16与支杆14传动连接;
所述移动装置8包括支座20、设置在支座20底部的万向轮21和设置在支座20上方的活塞杆18,所述万向轮21通过活塞杆18与底座7连接,所述活塞杆18上设有弹性元件;
所述外壳1内设有中央控制装置,所述中央控制装置为PLC,所述中央控制装置内设有无线通讯模块。
作为优选,为了第一时间观察工作状态,所述状态指示装置4包括压力指示表、温度指示表和流量指示表。
作为优选,为了提高检测的精度,所述检测装置13包括压力传感器、温度传感器和流量传感器。

作为优选,为了提高真空泵11工作效率,所述真空泵11为气体捕集泵。
该多功能灭菌器的主要工作原理是:打开柜门5,放入灭菌物品,关上柜门5,启动操控界面2,真空泵11通过三到五次脉动是内胆9成真空状态,此时启动气动阀10,通过气动阀向内胆9输入蒸汽,开始灭菌。
该多功能灭菌器在工作过程中,当操作人员因身高问题或者地势问题需要升降该灭菌器时,可启动升降装置6,驱动电机16开始运转,从动齿17与主动齿15啮合,沿着支杆14向上或者向下移动。
当该灭菌器需要被转移或者运输时,可启动移动装置8,通过万向轮21实现全方位移动,同时弹簧19始终处于避震状态,这样就能避免或者减少在运输或者转移过程中发生震动导致内部元件的损伤。
与现有技术相比,该多功能蒸汽灭菌器通过升降装置6中的驱动电机16来驱动主动齿15,则能够控制支杆14的升降,实现控制整个设备的升降,面向的工作人群广,从而提高了工作效率;同时可以通过移动装置来实现该灭菌器的灵活移动,减少了由于地势不平等原因在运输或者转移过程中发生震动损伤内 部元件的风险,从而提高了该多功能灭菌器的灵活性和实用性。

  1. 一种多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,包括外壳(1)、设置在外壳(1)上的操控界面(2)、报警装置(3)、状态指示装置(4)和柜门(5)、设置在外壳(1)两侧的升降装置(6)和设置在外壳(1)底部的底座(7),所述底座(7)的下方设有移动装置(8);
    所述外壳(1)内设有蒸汽灭菌机构,所述蒸汽灭菌机构包括内胆(9)、气动阀(10)、真空泵(11)和导管(12),所述气动阀(10)和真空泵(11)均通过导管(12)与内胆(9)连通,所述导管(12)上设有若干检测装置(13);
    所述升降装置(6)包括两个升降组件,所述升降组件包括设置在外壳(1)一侧的支杆(14)和设置在底座(7)上的驱动机构,所述支杆(14)上设有从动齿(17),所述驱动机构包括驱动电机(16)和与驱动电机(16)传动连接的主动齿(15),所述从动齿(17)与主动齿(15)啮合,所述驱动电机(16)与支杆(14)传动连接;
    所述移动装置(8)包括支座(20)、设置在支座(20)底部的万向轮(21)和设置在支座(20)上方的活塞杆(18),所述万向轮(21)通过活塞杆(18)与底座(7)连接,所述活塞杆(18)上设有弹性元件;
    所述外壳(1)上设有中央控制装置,所述中央控制装置为PLC,所述中央控制装置内设有无线通讯模块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述状态指示装置(4)包括压力指示表、温度指示表和流量指示表。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述检测装置(13)包括压力传感器、温度传感器和流量传感器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧(19),所述弹簧(19)一直处于压缩状态。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述无线通讯模块通过WIFI传输无线信号。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的阻燃等级为V-O。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽灭菌器,其特征在于,所述真空泵(11)为气体捕集泵。
